Hi, I am an IT professional and working on a full time basis. I just recently moved here in Sydney from Perth and looking for a place where I can still work even in wee hours as I might need to support clients remotely. Unfortunately, my current place won't let me able to do my work as we don't have a common living room and I don't want to cause inconvenience to my other room mates. I am a quiet person, don't want to cause inconvenience to others, organized and neat.
In internship in the university of sydney for 3 months, I am here to meet a maximum of people and enjoy my experience in Australia. I'm fun, outgoing and I prefer to live with people who like to joke, party and also work sometimes...Send me a message if you're interested
Pursuing my master thesis project in biology in Sydney. I'm from Germany but have Chinese roots. I have lived the past 5 years in flatshares, so I know to value a good atmosphere. I like it clean and tidy (I really do), and also contribute my part to it. I'm easy to talk to and enjoy a walk in a park or by the ocean. I recently started meditation and do some reading into Buddhism philosophy. I work long hours and cherish a relaxed time at home. Looking for a quiet environment where housemates don't mind a chat but respect each others privacy. Let's meet and see if we're a match!
Hi, I'm looking for a room long term in the inner west. I love dogs so ideally your place has a resident pooch. I work full-time at Sydney Uni, like to have a chat but appreciate chill time too, and am clean without being OCD. I play soccer, like to snorkel and bush walk, and enjoy a few drinks on the weekend. I'd love to hear from you if you've got a spare room and need someone to look after your dog when you go away.
Hi! I'm Sandra, a 23 year-old medical Student from Germany. I will be absolving part of my last year of medical studies in the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital in the departement of plastic surgery (elective of 8 weeks). I am looking foward to travellling to Australia, I have never been there and I am very excited about living in such a big and cool city like Sydney. Further I would love to live in a shared house so I could easily meet people and have a drink with them or get to know the city with my new flatmates. I am very uncomplicated and tidy. I am a diabetic tough so I wont party too much, that's not good for me either ;) Since I don't know what to write anymore, please ask me anything you want to know about me! See you soon!
Hi! I’m looking for a nice place to live in. I'm a marketing student at the Sydney TAFE, planning to stay for at least one year and a half in Australia till the end of my courses. I consider myself as a tidy person, organized and easy going. I enjoy fitness, going to museums, watching movies, heading out to restaurants, pubs, as also knowing new people with whom I can enjoy pleasant moments.
Hi all, I am currently working full time close to the heart of the city so I am keen to move in a little closer at least for the next 6 months. I am easy going, respectful and clean and am not afraid to pull my weight around the house. I prefer to relax with a book, Netflix or gaming and a relaxed/chill atmosphere. I am quite sociable and would hope for a household of 3-4 that is very much on the same page. While I am a smoker, it is more of a social thing and something I tend not to do on a day to day basis or while at home. I am also able to move ASAP, but there is no rush in needing to move.
Hi! I've recently moved down from Brisbane. I'm 22 and work full time for Westpac in Kogarah. I am a very social person, great shopping buddy and love to mingle with my housemate and have a good time also taking into consideration their privacy. I do also love my down time too just to chill with a bit of company. I am very tidy and keep my mess to myself and even then, it is very minimal. I have bond ready to go and even rent in advance if needed. I hope to hear from you shortly :) Thanks!
Hey I'm Helen, I'm a Fine Arts student and work part-time at a bar in the city. The share house I'm currently living in is being sold :( so I'm looking for a new place :) to move in the next 2-3 weeks. I'm reliable, clean, considerate and easygoing. I'm out a lot because of work and study, and like going out for drinks with friends when I'm free. I'd love to live somewhere friendly, easygoing and a bit grown up!
Hi there! I'm 30 years old, female, easy-going, non-smoker who has been a working professional for the last 7 years with some travel mixed in there. I am returning to full time study this year for a career change from engineering into health. I will also be working part time so my hours will probably be 9-5ish Monday to Friday. When not working I love playing netball, a good dance class, going to the beach and catching up with friends and family. In my downtime you might find me reading or in front of a good movie. I like to keep the place clean and tidy and treat it like a home and I am considerate and respectful of others. Keen to be part of a house where we can be social when we get the chance - always up for a chat and a good laugh or getting out and about together. I will definitely try to drag you to some pub trivia! I am flexible with the moving in date. If this sounds like it would suit you please drop me a message! Cheers, Alice.
Hi, I'm Nicola. Currently studying - Diploma of Costume at Ultimo TAFE, i'm creative and fairly social, happy to have a glass of wine or a G&T and a chat, yet i definitely like my own downtime, and am happy in my own company. Not a big tv watcher so there'll never be a tussle over the remote! (although if you've a good movie up your sleeve, happy to keep you company!) I pretty much like all types of music except country and western but don't make a habit of turning the volume up, preferring to read a good book or do a spot of painting/sewing/other creative stuff. I'm a clean up after myself as i go in the kitchen and tend to keep my stuff out of common areas (unless you like books, then i'm happy to add to the bookcase!). Easy going, open minded and like a good laugh. Ideally a room with either a mostly north west or west aspect is what i'm after, for the light - it's all about the light! Even a mostly north with bit of east will make me happy, as long as there's loads of light for my artistic pursuits. High ceilings would be great but not a "must have", prefer an unfurnished room but i can also work with furnished. If you like to have the odd impromptu party - not crazy kinda party (although i DO love a good costume party!), more the dinner party kinda thing, or mates over, that's fine by me - i may join in, invite a friend or two of my own along, or leave you all to it, either way, i have no problem with that sort of stuff if that's what you like to do. I don't have a pet, but if you have one that'd be awesome! Dog/Cat cuddles are the best!
Hey we are Emily and Sam. We are a couple in our late 20s. We have both lived in Sydney for a few years now. Sam works with an events/production company in the inner west helping to put on some of the great local music events and I work in marketing for an international development NGO in the city. We both love to cook and are looking for a house to call home - a place where we can hang with housemates and share a drink and the occasional meal, but also respect privacy. Sam also has a dog - he is super friendly and very well behaved. We are both very active so we love to head to the park daily with Druss. I'm into yoga, playing soccer, crafting and watching David Attenborough's creations. Sam is a history buff, runs trivia nights at a pub in Glebe and is a bit of a fantasy geek. We'd love to meet some like minded people to share a home with. Get in touch if we sound like a good fit!
We're an easy going, respectful couple from NZ. We're clean, courteous and aware of other people's thoughts and feelings. I work as an Account Manager at a Marketing Technology company. Meredith works in Architectural design and 3d Modelling. We love to go out to dinner or stay in and cook over a few drinks. We're partial to the odd sporting event or music festival. In saying that we love to stay fit and are quite career focused.
Engineering student, born in Japan and have lived in France for 20+ years. I've shared flat twice, always been a great experience. Used to be quiet and a good listener when something's wrong. Animation and roleplaying fan, likes to have an opinion on everything, self-proclamed flip-flopping mind.
Originally from Melbourne, I will be moving to Sydney with work at the start of April. I am an engineer working 9-5 during the week. I'm looking for somewhere long term that I can feel comfortable and that feels like home. I have plenty of share house experience. I am clean and tidy and pay bills/rent on time. I would be glad to go on the lease for the right place. I am happy to have a chat, drink or meal with housemates but also respect others' space and privacy and am looking for somewhere with housemates who have a similar respect. I am also environmentally and socially responsible. In my down time I enjoy vegging out in front of the laptop after a long day at work. I like music and film too. I like gardening and would love to contribute to yours if you have one or maybe establish one if you don't! I cook and bake regularly, and I enjoy getting out and about for exercise and exploring new neighbourhoods and new things. I'll be in Sydney from the 1st of April and ideally looking to find somewhere in the inner west anytime after then! Hope to hear from you!
I'm an Aussie-asian born and from Perth. Recently moved to Sydney and looking for long term stay with my bf, Andrew. Im a person with cultural upbringing meaning I'm all about being clean and fairly neat. I will make it easy and save you from reading a essay; I describe myself being creative & social as well as interest into yoga, fitness and outdoor activities. Andrew, bloke from Geelong, is a graphic designer. He's not a strong character so you will never get sick of him :). Think of him as a chilled aussie, barely complains and not fussy. We are looking for a private room in a shared house/flat with mates who enjoys casual drinks over dinner, sociable, clean and easy going. Staying 9 months plus further extension.
I'm a 20 year old Canadian looking forward to moving my life to Australia for the next few years. I'm moving to study Pharmacy at USyd. I've travelled to Australia before and it was one of my best experiences. I'm looking for like-minded people to live with. I enjoy exploring new places and trying new foods. In my free time I like working out so a new gym buddy would be sick.

Hi everyone. My name is David, I'm a 30yr old Taiwanese boy, currently studying cookery and working to pay the tuition fees at the same time. So I have a quiet busy life, but when I have free time, I like to do some social drinking, hangout, BBQ at park, beach, ...etc. Easy going, a good nonjudgmental listener, love food, love cook, and love to share food, a big time home cook. As a chef, I can't stand people who doesn't clean after themselves. And because my study still have few years to go, I'm looking for long-term stay(like 2nd home). That's pretty much everything I can think about right now. Hope can hear from you soon. Cheers :)
