Single and don't mind a good time 😁 I'm open to most places but would like to live with people that are also clean like to keep there place tidy and naturally ain't wankers! Let me know if you have anything that you think might be suitable and will catch up for coffee/beer and see if we can live together Thanks x x I'm also keen on getting a place with someone if that's what you'd like to do. I have the best rental history and can easily get a rental but do not like living on my own. I naturally would only do this with someone who also has a good rental history and is clean. Let me know if you are looking for someone to live with in our own little place together
Full time student studying enviro science at newcastle uni and I work as a bartender part time. I also do some work away in the uni holidays as surveyor. i enjoy surfing and the outdoors. I know it's a cliche, but i am a very easy going, mellow kinda guy who is easy to get along with. I am looking for a clean and tidy place with nice people :)
Hi, I am looking for share accommodation, prefer only 1 other person to share with in the house, Im not looking for a crowd to share with! must be clean, responsible and relative quiet not a party house, I require to have a LUG garage or very secure safe carport off the road to park my car as I travel a lot. I have very good references, currently living in a flatmates.com owner occupied home in Adelaide but will be relocating to Newcastle area for a new position starting in Cardiff in 2 weeks. I am an Australian guy, senior manager, responsible, courteous , respectful, very clean and tidy organised person who cleans up after himself, non smoker, light social drinker and I understand to respect ones privacy, no hang ups , easy going person, like to watch movies, like my sport but not a couch potato, like tinkering around with my car and like to do some gardening, will respect your privacy but I am open to a wine or beer and the occasional chill out conversation. I travel overseas on a very regular basis so wont be at home that much. Work fulltime in the Cardiff office if not away on business and weekends usually busy doing something with my older kids or with the car. Dont mind helping out around the house , like to do lawns, maintenance and gardening, I keep a clean organised room and home and will respect your surroundings.
Hi there, I'm looking for somewhere to rent for me and my 6yo staffy, Billy. A little bit about me first- I'm a full time retail store manager, love relaxing in my down time by heading to the beach or enjoying a glass of wine with friends. Billy- he's been an inside dog for the past 6 years, he's pretty chilled out, loves sleeping, going for walks and hanging out with other dogs. I have collected a bit of furniture (inc fridge, washing machine) as I've been living out of home since I was 17 so I'd be great to start a new rental with! Also got great rental references too.
I am from the Philippines. I will be studying my Masters in University of Newcastle come July of this year. Love to stay in a clean environment. Will be studying most of the time so I would prefer a quite place but very much open for some chitchat and strolling at park and beach. I'm looking for a temporary accommodation, though open to extend for longer stay if I'll like the place and location. Planning to move on 25th or 26th of July this year.
Hello. I am a 41 yo Community Worker, moving to Newcastle from the Mid North Coast for work. I am a quiet and tidy housemate looking to share with one or two others. I'm happy to socialise with you but am also able to give you your own space. In my spare time I like to see live shows and art exhibitions. I'm also a keen bush walker.
Our names are Emily and Jaymie and we're looking for housemates! We're 21 & 19 and are both in our second year of primary teaching at uon and also both work casually. We're both happy to pay around $160pw but can be a little flexible on the price. We're both very social/active people that love hanging out with friends and are looking for like-minded housemates! Send us a message if that sounds like you!
Hi! My name is Emily and I'm 30. My cat Frankie and I need a place to stay in the Newcastle area. I study Art at the Newcastle Uni and enjoy anything to do with being creative. I also like to go out to see live music on the weekends but generally I am quite quiet and enjoy my time at home. I am neat and tidy. I love to have a chat and a cup of tea. Frankie the cat is litter trained and desexed and one of the most chilled out cats you'll ever meet.
I'm pretty easy going. I work part-time soon to be full-time and am usually pretty busy throughout the week. Not looking for a party house however i do enjoy being social.
I'm needing to move for my uni prac (finished up in Armidale and ready to move now) My prac starts in July but I'm wanting to be settled in somewhere way before that. I'm not a typical party student but I do love going out for dinner/drinks plus just chilling around the house. I absolutely love baking and I do make some mean brownies, banana bread and a quality lemon meringue pie!! I'm super respectful of privacy but also up for a chat and adventures! I've been out of home for 4 years so I know how to keep a tidy house, clean and look after myself. So I'm looking for a room with the budget of $150-60 which includes bills or around $110-30 which just covers rent.
Hi, I'm Jen. I'm a warm, positive, responsible, proactive individual looking for a new place to call home. I'm 35 and work in a variety of fields in part time positions doing business admin & in a freelance capacity in Event Management & the Arts. I enjoy sharing good, healthy food & meal times, a vino & vibrant conversation with those I live with & honour the space we all need to be happy. I have a passion for yoga, dance, art, authenticity, expression & expanding my inner & outer worlds whenever possible. I've just returned to my home town of Newcastle after over a decade away of job pursuits & adventure. I’m happy to be back & closer to friends, family & the beach. I’ve lived in large share houses & in duo’s, both have their pro’s & con’s – but the right mix is essential for a happy house. Space is important to me, inside & out, so no small apartments will cut the mustard. I've got furniture & appliances to contribute to the house & I'm completely house trained (am a bit of a handy-woman & even come with tools to help with odd jobs around the house). I enjoy living with mature, clean, positive & professional adults with a secure disposition that have their work⁄life⁄fun balance down pat. I've got a super friendly, indoor 13yr old female tabby cat. She's awesome company, spends most of the time sleeping on my bed & is a real gem of a furry friend, you're going to love her. I'm hoping to share space with conscious, connected people that want to create a home, not just a house to live in. Art is my life blood so a space to create is also a must in my new abode (perhaps the garage or a sunroom for example), I know the perfect home is out there! Look forward to meeting you Chat soon Jen

Friendly Clean Fair Easygoing Both an introvert/extrovert
I am a thirty-year-old professional about to relocate from Adelaide to Newcastle for a new job. I would describe myself as being friendly, easy going, neat and tidy. I am considerate of privacy and respectful of others. My health and fitness is important to me; I am a non-smoker and a vegan. I enjoy walking and a bit of yoga. As a musician, I enjoy playing acoustic guitar in my spare time. I love the ocean, so spending some time at the beach is high on my list of things to do. Looking forward to finding a share housing with likeminded, friendly and easy going house mates to enjoy beautiful Newcastle with. Cheers! :)
Fulltime worker. Reliable. Respectful of others. Positive and outgoing. Healthy lifestyle. No drugs or parties. Outdoors lover. Clean and tidy. Single with a closeknit of quality friends. My ideal housemates would have similar values, love food and maybe a glass of wine, for when we catch up. If it's great weather, I'm generally out roadtripping with my dog. If it's raining, I'm keen to curl up with a book and a cuppa. Every other time, I'm at work or sleeping. Looking for a home closer to town and one or two female housemates. I have a big beautiful old dog who is an outside, well mannered girl. Dry area in yard is a must as our current home retains a lot of moisture in the backyard and it is starting to give my girl skin irritations. I'm adamant about keeping tidy after her, so please don't worry about that. I'm flexible on budget if the home has lots to offer. I would love to find somewhere that can be for at least 6 months and hopefully more. Move dates are also flexible and can easily be moved to suit.
