I’m a 25 year old admin assistant/receptionist working full time in town. I also am volunteering as a communications assistant for a not for profit charity. I’m looking at living no longer than a 15 min travel time from the CBD - please no messages if you live further away than a 15 minute commute! I’ve grown up my entire life in the sticks, half spent in the country (Mid North) and in a rural coastal suburb of Adelaide bordering on the edge of the Fleurieu Peninsula, so I’m definitely over lengthy commute times for basic things like work, so this is non negotiable. I have a toilet trained, very cute black fluffy rag doll cat called Pepper that loves everyone, especially if you give him lots of pats and scratches 😻😻 Im his mum so he would need to come live with me so im really praying my ideal housemate/s cool with a slinky, fluffy cute toilet trained cat around! He’s currently living with myself, my parents (of which, I’m desperate to leave) and their hyperactive terrier who chases anything small and cute. Therefore, he is in desperate need of leaving the stress of other pets around behind and to move with me into somewhere pet friendly, where other housemates are open to having a cat but don’t already own pets themselves or looking to in the future while I’m their housemate. I’m happy to do a team up and find somewhere as long as you are pet free yourself but willing to share my Moomoo (Pepper’s nickname...dunno how his name developed into that but he now responds to Moomoo 😂) I’d be the type of house mate that you could sit down with a nice cuppa and a bickie, a quiet beer after a long day or a gin (or three) on perhaps, a more festive night! I’m easy going! ✌️ I don’t mean to gloat, but I also know my way around a kitchen, so if you want to try food that will blow your mind with flavour, I’m your housemate!!! I’d be happy to sit down for a feed here and there when the occasion calls for it. If that floats your boat, I’d love to arrange an inspection.
Clean, respectable gal. Looking for a place that I can call a home with my little dog coco. I like a good chat over a cuppa tea but also enjoy my own space. Work a lot and will be studying full time so won’t be home super often.
Designer / Manager / Organiser. Since moving back to Adelaide from Melbourne I now work on films and festivals. I have an awesome person cat who is an indoor kitty (she would love an outside space where she can enjoy a little outside time)
Hey all ^^ My name is Ram Ponnudurai - Originally from Canada, I'm a 27 y/o professional who has been working in Adelaide for the last 2 years. I arrived in Australia in 2010 to study Dentistry on the GC (QLD), and I'm now entering my 5th year of practice. During my time in Australia, I've lived in 6 different residences - 5 with roommates and I enjoy interacting with different social circles^^ I clean up after myself, fairly social, and consume all kinds of media (basketball/music/movies/tv/anime/magazines) so I'm sure we can find some common ground^^ I have minimal furniture/house stuffs and likely wont be bringing down much. Please let me know if you have any questions, Ram
My name is Elle. Good to meet you! I love being in the outdoors and socialising with like-minded people. I can also appreciate downtime; yoga, relaxation, reading, studying and keeping to myself. I study full time and work casually 3 - 4 days a week. I'm super relaxed and can make friends with virtually everyone, super tidy and organized and love cooking for others when I have time. My partner Ryan is an outgoing, humourous, extrovert that loves to get in the kitchen and cook a great hearty meal. He's a drummer and guitarist and has a wee obsession with music in general. We share interests in permaculture, gardening, yoga, music (all kinds), cooking ( Ryan makes great veg curry!!) we both live a vegetarian lifestyle and are passionate about animal rights and are environmentally aware. We are both easy housemates and can respect other peoples downtime and privacy and are excited for the opportunity to have a short stay (3 - 4 months) in someone's abode. We leave for Japan in December and need a temporary room from now until then.
Hey future roomie! I am 25 and a new graduate OT (Occupational Therapist) working with little kiddies and loving it. Originally a country kid, came to Adelaide to study but now call it home. Super easy going, clean, and a great cook! Enjoy time to myself but love being a social butterfly all the same. Hoping to move in with some like minded people and have a fun time. I have a lot of furniture from my old place so if you’re missing anything, I’m sure I have it :). (Not looking to move into anywhere until the end of the year. Just keeping options open)
Hi Everyone, I am a professional worker who has recently moved to Adelaide. I am easy going and enjoy a good conversation. I am very tidy and prefer to have quiet weekends (because I am pretty tired from the flying/working). Searching for a quiet place near the airport.
I am from Delhi, India. Moved to Adelaide on Student visa to pursue masters in Uni Adelaide. I have a vibrant personality, I love to meet new people. In my free time, I write blogs, do food blogging or sing :P.
I’m from the country, but will be moving from Melbourne to Adelaide. I enjoy sport, keeping active, having fun with friends and I’m a primary school teacher. I’m a respectful housemate. Will keep everything clean and own a fair bit that I can bring to the house (I have a large fridge/freezer, thermomix, washing machine, couches, tv cabinet, table and chairs). Can make a great Sunday roast 😊
