I'm moving to Canberra from North Queensland for an Engineering graduate position starting in March. I'm a very easygoing and quiet person who doesn't like to make a fuss. I have experienced living with flatmates for the past 2 years and lived on college for 3 years prior. I'm very clean and like to spend my downtime watching videos and playing games, however I'm always up for doing something and having a chat. I prefer to cook my own meals but up for the occasional communal dinner (I'm good at making lots of pasta). I've never been to Canberra before so I'm definitely interested in exploring what Canberra has to offer with company always welcome.
I'm a full time professional looking for a tidy share with friendly housemate(s), preferably a master/large bedroom. I drive, gym, cook, read, movie nights, socialize etc. I'm considerate to live with and easy going. I have a bed, desk etc to bring, Happy to share a meal and drink or chat.

Hi I'm Sal! I am a community nurse and also a nursing student at UC obtaining my registration. I have lived in share housing before and am clean, sociable but also know to keep to myself. I’m in my mid twenties, grew up in Canberra and am currently working at the National Library. I am quiet, non-intrusive, easy going and a non-smoker. For fun I enjoy spending my time watching movies, reading and travelling. I enjoy hanging out when the opportunity arises, but I also like spending time on my own.
*The dog in the photo is not mine, doesn't come with me* I am very low maintenance and easy going. Happy to have a chat and share a meal or a drink but understand boundaries and personal space and everyone's need for these. I'm happy to chip in with jobs and help out around the place and always clean up after myself. I'm a positive, happy (without being over the top) person to be around.
Hi everybody! I'm Nick :) I'm 32, work full time, study part time, and sleep part time. I'm an easy going, down to earth person who is relaxed and easy to talk to. When I am not working, studying, or sleeping; I can be found rock climbing or doing some other sort of exercise. I grew up on the coast and spend a lot of time at the beach (feel free to come along). I don't have anything cool like an awesome cat or a dog with a spectacular name. Though, I have been blessed with the skill of telling a ripper of a dad joke, despite the fact that I don't have any children. Anyway, feel free to get in touch if you think I could fit into your household. I look forward to hearing from you soon!
I am a 25 year old graduate moving to Canberra in Feb 2019 from Brisbane to start my new job in the government sector. I enjoy cooking, binge-watching netflix, keeping active, eating out and trying different foods. I have been living with roommates for over 7 years now, and am respectful of other peoples personal space. I am looking for a house (or team-up) with like-minded people, who enjoy the occasional chat and even dinner together. I am all for keeping communal spaces clean and tidy, and happy to share the chores around the house. I would ideally like a place with my own bathroom or ensuite. Please contact me with any questions should you wish to find out more!

I'm a 25 year old guy about to move to the ANU to study medicine. I'm originally from Wollongong, but have been working, studying and living in Sydney since I finished high school. As a post-grad student I'll be doing my best to keep busy, put my head down and study. That being said, I'm a pretty sociable housemate - I don't like unfriendly households. I also am willing and able to take part in all household tasks, including managing them if needed. I am keen to help out. Outside of uni and work I enjoy languages, hiking, reading, foraging and gardening.
Hi all, I'm a 30 y/o male public servant. I’m originally from Perth, but have been living in Canberra continuously since Feb 2017. I'm a friendly, reliable, and tidy individual. I like to read, keep fit and active. I'm also an able hand about the place (or at least I think so). I cook, clean, sew and craft (when I have the time). Hi, I’m Phoebe. I’m a primary teacher who works hard during the week and I love to socialise on weekends. I’m moving from a regional area in Northern NSW and will be looking for a place from mid Dec or earlier for the right place. Being from the country, I love fresh air and green space and getting out and about. I would prefer to move into an already established house, but would also be happy to team up and get a place. I am a clean and tidy housemate, who lives an active and healthy lifestyle. I love playing hockey and going to the gym! I also don’t mind a cheeky mid-week wine and quality convos. I have a 2 year old miniature dachshund called Edwina. She’s a legend and if you’re a dog person you won’t be able to help but loving her too! We are super easy going and love going for big walks. I’ll be down that way a few times over the coming term so if I sound like I might be a fit for you, let me know and we can meet up over a coffee and a chat!
Okay so a bit about myself, I have lived in share housing for almost 3 years now, so I definitely know the drill. I’m 19 years old, I work as a dental assistant in Manuka. For fun I like to hang out with friends, eating, movies, drinks all that kinda stuff! I do keep to myself quite a bit when it comes to share houses, just because I’m normally so tired from long hours. So you’ll normally find that I like to be in my room chilling out watching Netflix. I guess what I’m really looking for in a home is just a clean environment and house mates that are okay with me being antisocial sometimes or hiding away watching Netflix haha. Lauren x
Hi there, My lovely current home has been sold, so I'm looking for somewhere new to move around early January. Happy to start a new house (I have furniture) or move in somewhere else. I moved from WA a couple of years ago. I'm a public servant, and also studying so am fairly busy. I love hiking, diving, camping, holidays in Indonesia and swimming. Some nice to haves: a little bit of storage space for some camping stuff, space for pots for a small herb garden, parking (street or off-street), and close to nice walking areas (the lake or bushland). Thanks :)
Hi I'm looking to share share short term from Jan 6 to March 31 with a possible extension to June and hopefully, beyond. I'm an APS worker and I've been spending my weekends chillin' and checking out Canberra's art scene. I like it here! There's so much on! The basic stuff: My budget is 250-300per week ex-bill's. I'm happy to share an apartment with one person or a house with two. Please only message me if your listing is within the suburbs I've specified, Cheers. Other good stuff: I'm not a party person and tend to keep quiet and friendly around the home. I'm a second-hand book store and tea-chat kind of person. I also like walks and overgrown gardens. I'm tidy and will keep the house fresh and clean. I am a Queensland ring-in so this chilly spring weather has been a surprise! I will happily have a preemptive chat with you about heating and elect bills in case I'm around long enough to need it next year. One other thing: if you happen to be offering a) town a house b) a ground floor unit b) anywhere that's pet friendly and you've always dreamt of sharing your pad a handsome house panther...I know a guy. Cheers, Rose

I'm a full time IT guy in the public sector who has being in Canberra for about a year now. I'm pretty out and about socially but am also fond of chilling out in my room after work or having a quiet dinner and board game/TV night with friends. A few of the things I have being enjoying in Canberra is going hiking and picnicking in the national parks, I'll basically live at the snow once the season is back in and otherwise enjoy the occasional weekend down at the coast in the warmer part of the year. One of my current hobbies is seeing how much chocolate I can cram into various baked goods. I like to keep a tidy house and am looking for people who also enjoy tidiness as well as a healthy mix of sociability and privacy :)

Moving to Canberra from Perth in January to work as a public servant. Love reading, hikes and good chats over a cuppa. What I lack in cooking talent, I make up in effort. Am clean and easy going.
I work full-time for a construction company and i'm also studying a bachelor of construction management full-time at UC. I play touch and soccer 2 nights a week. I spend a lot of time at the coast on weekends during summer and a lot of time at the snow on weekends during winter. I don't have any pets but I love animals so I would be happy to move in to a place with pets. I also like to keep a relatively clean house. I'm hoping to move in somewhere before Christmas, but I can push it back to early January if needs be.
