Easy going enjoy share houses - like to be able to relate to people i'm living with however also mindful and respectful of own independence and space to be. Into social justice, in that i would prefer not to live with anyone who may be have issues with people from other cultures and ways of life. No racists or homophobes.
Clean and tidy, easy-going woman, experienced in sharing accommodation, is looking for a room in a share house in the Warburton/Healesville/Dandenong area. I'd prefer a countryside setting. Always pay my bills on time. I love cooking, yoga, meditation and dancing. Happy to socialise or keep to myself. As I'm currently building a tiny house on a trailer, a big enough yard to park and continue building Klaudy's Tiny (2.5 x 7.5m) would be essential but it doesn't need to be under a roof. It won't be too noisy as the big structures are done now

I'm a very tidy person and make a habit of keeping everything as clean as possible. I'm always up for a good chat, though I do like my alone time as well. I like to keep clean, fit and am a mad fan of the outdoors. So I'm always on the hunt for places near awesome walks and forests. In my spare time I would either be making music (with a headset :p), drawing, or out shooting film with some friends. Thanks for checking out my profile
hi , my name is Denise i'm a 45 year old woman looking for a safe, friendly place to live, somewhere i have my own space, own bathroom and a place my kids can come and stay every second weekend (they are 13 and 10, friendly, happy , well behaved kids) . I'm friendly, honest and work .
I'm a 30 year old male and until last year I worked full time at as an IT/AV technician where I worked for 10 years. I am seeking accomodation in Pakenham and the surrounding areas, as well as anywhere from Pakenham to Warragul including surrounding areas. I do not drive so it is essential the house be close to public transport, a train station is ideal but a nearby bus is good too. I will consider other areas if the house is a good match. I am hoping to have meals (just dinner really) included. Some storage space would also be required. Unfortunately throughout the last year things have been a difficult for me. I suffer from an anxiety based mental illness called obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) which I started to really struggle with. Hopefully you won't judge me on that. As a result I ended up resigning from my job earlier this year. I am now coping a lot better now and I am currently working part-time (with almost full-time hours) but am looking for something different. I am a genuinely nice and caring person, I've just been through a lot lately and I'm just trying to get settled again. Unfortunately I have had issues with being screwed over by several housemates in the past, which certainly hasn't helped things. If you think you can help me or if you have any questions or advice at all please feel free to contact me - I have nothing to hide and I am happy to discuss my situation. Shaun

Hello I'm looking for a sharehouse ideally in Yarra Glen. There doesn't seem to be many rentals in Yarra Glen! Wanting to live with hardworking/reliable individuals (mid 20's to mid 30's) who don't mind hanging out for drinks or a shared meal on their days off. I work at a winery in Yarra Glen as a wedding and events coordinator but am also an experienced emergency department nurse. I am well traveled and love trying new things /going on adventures. I enjoy being social with friends - going out to eat, or inviting people over for dinner. I also prefer and respect some private down time. Looking for friendly hardworking flatmates. Let me know if you are interested. Alternatively I have found a gorgeous home in Yarra Glen, but would need some future housemates to join my on the rental application, otherwise it would be too expensive. 5bed, 3bath, massive living space with open kitchen, rumpas room plus a huge garage with workshop. It's $600/week which if I get 3 housemates, would only be $150/week each!! http://www.realestate.com.au/property-house-vic-yarra+glen-417048806

Generally am clean, with (almost) no bad habits, flexible in many respects. Am a professional scientist, smart, social and easy to chat on general topics. I am now in the process of the family split up. Being the only source of income cannot afford anything more than the shared accommodation for myself. My kids - two girls 9 and 12 yo, well behaving and adequate - will sometimes come for a visit or stay overnight.
Relaxed, happy, busy student. Not home 4 days per fortnight to visit family. Never stressed just layed back n look forward to making new friends.
I'm Virginia, a quiet, keep-to-myself tidy type who loves TV, reading and dining out. A few notes about me and what I'm looking for: - I'm only looking for a woman of similar age to start a share house with - I'm retired so will spend time at home, as well as out with friends and appointments etc. - I'm looking to have my own defined space: my own bedroom, bathroom and living area - happy for this to be a third bedroom though. - I have a small house's worth of furniture, fridge, washer/dryer etc, happy if my housemate is the same and to compromise, keep some in the garage or shed etc if it doesn't all fit! - I have one adult daughter who's left the nest but we're close - no partner and no other family in Melbourne - I currently have no pets, but love all animals, especially dogs! I'd ideally like to get my own dog in the future so if you have pets and we find a place that is happy with them from the get-go, even better! - I would like to keep to myself mostly, but happy with some social interaction! I'm a kind, big-hearted person and a good listener who loves telling stories. - My lease is up in March so that's when I'm looking to move in the outer East or so - if you think we could get along, send me a message!
