Easy chilled out guy quiet till I’m comfortable with my surroundings. Recently moved to Brisbane with my dog looking for a place in the meantime until I can find one for myself
Hi, my name Brianna (or Bri) I’m currently a graduating student speech pathologist looking for a job and a home in Brisbane in 2020. Preferred move in date is 10th January but it is also quite flexible at this stage. I’m a bubbly personality and also have some introverted tendencies. So I’m always keen on a chat and good laugh but will always be respectful of privacy and moments when you just need some quiet to recharge that social battery. I am very easy going and tidy. I’m a creative type (music and art) so I hope you don’t mind someone who will randomly bust out singing the lion king soundtrack or John Mayer. I also enjoy learning to cook so I’m down for cooking shared meals on occasion. I have a partner who is also Brisbane-based and the ideal home would be somewhere he is welcome to visit.
I am 24 and working full time as an Occupational Therapist. I am clean and tidy, very considerate of my other housemates, and enjoy having a chat and an occasional wine. I am looking for a house to live in with other like minded people and would love a room with air conditioning going into summer! I do have some furniture and a fridge, washing machine, dryer and little Weber BBQ which would be ideal if I could bring it with me however may look at putting it in storage if required. Please send me a message if you think I will fit in with your household! :)
Just a 3rd year apprentice locksmith looking for place close to work and with my own bathroom. pretty chilled bloke , love a good chat over a few beers , enjoy a good night out at a pub playing pool (even though I'm a bit of an average player) try to squeeze in a run/walk and gym when I can , usually spend time up north as that's were most of my mates/ family are. I'm a pretty tidy bloke , i always clean up after myself and usually like to use my own kitchen stuff anyway never have been late on rent. looking for 6-12 month lease . looking at giving my current landlord/housemate as much notice as possible but if the new place is a good fit, I could move in as early as 3-4 weeks. Have to be out of my current house by december as everyone is going there own way after that. that's about it contact me for more info or offers . happy to do a team up. 0488 966 564
A fun, bubbly shift worker who loves to spend every spare moment baking or cooking yummy treats! I love to socialise, but also understand the importance of respecting space and personal time. I have a beautiful tabby cat, Boston, who would be accompanying me. Boston loves to roam outside, and come in for snuggles and naps.
Hi I'm Anisha. I just recently moved to Brisbane from London for work - I am staying for a year and will be working at the Prince Charles Hospital. I'm friendly, easy-going and love to socialise. Equally I also enjoy my own space and I am generally a clean and tidy flatmate. Looking to live with 1 or 2 flatmates who I can hopefully become friends with rather than just sharing a living space! I'm quite chilled but also up for adventures and exploring. Happy to rent a room in shared accommodation or team up and find somewhere.
I'm friendly, fun and easy going. I work full-time but I love the outdoors and staying active. I play a lot of team sports and love to socialise. I'm looking to find a new home with some roommates who can become my second family. I'd love to live in a friendly and inclusive household with people I really connect with.
Hi everyone my name is Davina and i'm from a regional city Albury-Wodonga I am planning to move to Queensland to complete my Masters as I have recently finished my bachelor of Psychological Science. I will be studying and will be looking for part-time work. I am shy when you first meet me, but will open up once I am comfortable with you and can be quite loud and laugh a lot. I am a very easy going person who tries to live a positive, fun-filled life. I respect personal space when required and quite happy to keep to myself. I am someone who likes keeping the house tidy and clean and will go out of my way to make sure house chores are completed. I love socialising, going on random adventures, chasing waterfalls, live music, beaches, hikes, anything outdoor.
Financially stable of independent means, Mature, Reliable, Good in the Kitchen, Clean and Tidy home keeper, Have shared my own home for more than 25 years so have plenty of experience in sharing with many different personalities and cultures. I am building a new home in Wooloowin and require accommodation for approximately 12 months during this process. I also currently need to travel interstate about every 6 weeks for several weeks at a time on a regular basis so will be away quiet a bit until such time as I wind up my interstate interests.
Looking for short term accom for about 2-4 months til I finish my studies and save enough to rent my own place again for a while. I work part time and study a Masters full time. (Initially I did this the other way around but it would’ve taken too long) Clean, tidy, quiet accommodation is a must, with someone who is suited to the considerations of share housing- rather than only doing it for a financial need. In these cases, share housing often doesn’t work for the interests of the potential person moving in, so if this is your situation, please don’t contact me. I'm a busy person who values space, sleep respect and privacy and find it easy to get along with people versed in these qualities. I have stayed friends with many good quality people I have previously share housed with who have moved on to different life stages, however I’m not looking for a place where this is a necessity. As long as there’s respect, quiet, a non chaotic environment, tidiness and you’re a reliable person with dependable values, we should get along just fine. Prefer to live with only one other but would consider a maximum of two others if the value for money, space and personalities fit. If you have a dog, that’s a bonus as I do like to play with them and walk them when time permits for relaxation. Also, parking is not required as I sold my car a few years back and haven’t missed it nor the parking, rego, fuel, insurance etc- this is also why I prefer to live in the suburbs listed (Chermside, Kedron or Lutwyche) as express transport from early morning til late at night if needed, is available through the tunnels sans traffic.
Happy, fun, social, easy to get along with. In my case 50 is just a number and 35 certainly describes me better. I enjoy a glass of wine, conversation and socializing just as much as i enjoy relaxing and binge watching my latest Netflix fling on my own. Life has excitedly shown me a sliding doors moment and i have an opportunity with a 7 week contract in Brisbane for work. I don't want to waste hours a day commuting to and from my share house on the sunshine Coast that i am committed on the lease so am looking for a place to call home for 7 weeks.
Hey whoever is reading this!! So just to clarify I am the blonde one in my profile picture, and yes I do do blonde things a lot of the time but my current housemates find it very entertaining. A little bit about me... I work in Real Estate, I have been for over 2 years now and I work for an agency in Paddington. I love the vibe. At the moment I currently travel 40 mins to an hour to get to work so I am wanting to cut that down, the max I will be willing to travel is 30 mins. Although I work in real estate as soon as I get home I switch off work mode, so there is no need to worry about being being all picky and agent like around everyone. When I am at home I like to chill out, I do enjoy my own space as I am around people all day but I also love to socialise. Whether that's over dinner or drinks or even just watching a movie and/ or chilling out together. I feel that I contribute a lot to a household, I can cook and clean and I keep my area tidy and presentable. I think I am easy to get along with, I enjoy having a good time whether that's going out or staying in. I don't like drama, I steer away from it. But if I do have an issue I like to knock it on the head so that we can just resolve the issue and move on. I like things out in the open. At the moment I am open to being on a lease or not being on a lease I'm not really fussed, if im not on the lease I still would give 2 weeks notice or would like the required notice from my housemates as well. I have furnishing for my room and a few living and kitchen items but that is about it. Oh- I can come with a dryer if need be haha No issues with pets (except snakes and birds, but I don't have an issue with them being at the house I just won't be around when they are out of their cage. I have a massive phobia) No issue with smokers, I don't smoke unless its like out at a bar and socially with my friends and I have had a bit to drink. I have a car so if there is no car space ideally I would want to make sure there is street parking close by. Hopefully we become housemates :)
Looking for something close to public transport. I am friendly, easy going, respectful, social but like my downtime to. I work in customer service during the week and like to be doing other things on my days off.
Sharnie and I have been together for nearly 3 years. We’ve got a 10 month old puppy that we love to death. I’m a qualified electrician who really gets around league of legends. Sharnie is the busy bee out of us two, she’s currently working at two bars, a piercing shop and is also studying psychology. Insane right? We are looking for a temporary stay until we can find the right place to move out.
Aussie looking for a place to call home. Full time worker, I'm a Baker so work crazy hours that also means you get free bakery food 👌. Clean up after myself always. I'm into sport and don't mind having a few beers or a glass of wine. Looking to move mid December.
I am a 20 year old studying student, currently working for a degree in audio engineering and sound production. I love and live for music and will often spend my time at gigs and festivals through out the year. I collect vinyls and CD's and love vintage shopping. I am easy going and always down for a banter but also like my downtime and often will play video games. I don't party much but definitely not opposed to it but have a beer at the end of a long week is always a good thing. I work as a bar attendant at Chermside Westfield. I am from the Sunshine Coast, currently in my third year living in Brisbane. I am just looking for an easy space to live with some lovely people.
I am a quiet guy who just wants a place north of the CBD, I would prefer to live somewhat close to the train station, but its not a requirement. I work as a developer for a company in the city.
