Hello There! My name is Troy, I'm a 32yr old male and a Full time Professional that works in the Health and Fitness industry with in the Lutwyche area. I'm an easy going guy that spends most of his weekday time at work and at the gym, and weekend time actively out and about mountain trial riding and hanging out with friends, but on the flip side I also love my chill days watching movies. I live a very healthy lifestyle and have had my days in the party seen and very much enjoy my quiet time now, but in saying that I do like to relax and let loose on certain occasions (I'm getting older but I'm not a Mormon! lol). I'm looking for clean, respectful and easy going roommates/roommate to live with in the Lutwyche or surrounding areas. I am very fit and happy to pull my weight around the house with outside and inside work. If your interested in getting to know more, message me and I'll happily reply (-: Look forward to your message!
Hi! I am an online university student and I work on shift work in hospitality on the North side of Brisbane so really need to be living in a place on the North side. I have a dog, she is a staffy-cross and is just lovely and very well behaved. As for me, I am clean, respectful of other peoples space and am no trouble at all. Love a good chat and a drink but also like my alone time.
Hey! :) I'm Steph, I'm 29, I work full time and study part time, I'm pretty neat and like a clean and tidy house :) Looking to move anytime over the next few months, no rush but happy to do it asap if i was to find the right roomy :) I'm looking to live either the Northside (Nundah, Aspley, Kelvin Grove, Bridgeman Downs etc - somewhere near The Royal Bris hospital as thats where i work) or even on the Southside (Springfield Lakes, Augustine Heights, Brookwater, Collingwood Park etc - as thats where i am atm). Ok... so I know a lot of people don't wanna live with a kid but honestly, its really no big deal at all. You can still have friends round etc, nothing would have to change i promise! :) My boy is 9 years old, so if you like playing xbox you guys will be best buds lol We also have an indoor ragdoll cat named Alice. Shes like a dog and follows you around everywhere and waits at the door when u get home lol she actually loves dogs too, we used to have a beagle and theyd play fight and snuggle up together :) so cute! So, I'm looking for another person or 2 to get a house together. Obviously we will have to apply for houses so you'd clearly need to be approved on that as well to live there :) You'll need to be reliable and pay rent on time, respectful of privacy, the property and of other peoples things, work and have a stable income, funny, preferably single and around similar age. I'd really prefer a house rather than a unit. It'd be cool if it had a deck and nice yard and undercover parking (lock up garage) would be ideal :) I guess starting off with a 6 month lease would be ideal, then it can always be renewed if we want :) I have all the furniture already, big leather lounge, tv, dining table, fridge, washing machine, dryer, foxtel (priorities people!) lol and then plates cups blah blah blah :) you'd only need your bedroom stuff really :) The house would need to have at least 3 bedrooms coz I need my own space too and dont want to crammed into the same room with my son lol so I'd have one, he'd have one and you'd have the other one/two etc :) I'd also be keen for a few drinks on a friday or Saturday night to relax and unwind after a busy working week if you are :) I looooove cooking and literally make the best caramel tarts you'll ever eat (i have references for this lol), im pretty easy going, love a good laugh and have a very sarcastic sense of humour. So you'd definitely have to be funny, easy going, down to earth and be able to take a joke lol I love going to the drive in movies, bowling, to the park and the beach and would really love to get a puppy! So if you've already got a dog that's good with kids that'd be awesome! Anyhoo, hope to hear from you soon to organise a day to meet up and see if we connect :)
Hi, Our lovely house at Alderley is being sold so we have 2 months to find a new home. I would love to stay in the same area as we've grown accustomed to the beautiful parks, creeks and walking tracks. About me - I've not long moved from Mackay (October last year) and straight away scored a job at Hastings Deering. In my spare time I'll be hanging with mates, at the markets, yoga, ballet and spending time with my beautiful girl Tori. About Tori - She's 16, she's respectful, if you ignore her she will do the same. She's gotten along great with my current housemates. She's happy with her own company but when I'm home she expects a big play and walks. She takes a while to warm to other dogs as she hasnt had much interaction with other dogs. Who I'm looking for - I'm just after a housemate I can feel comfortable around. I'd love to be able to have my friends over and for them to feel comfortable.
AUGUST onwards... I am moving back to Australia FIRST WEEK OF AUGUST :) Currently living& working in Hong Kong, I don't smoke (i don't mind if you do) no pets (i don't mind if you do) I am tidy, clean, laid back & a little chatty but love to relax when home. I come with 2 suitcases and a bike. I love cycling, watermelon, travel and get along with pretty much everybody. My hobbies are blogging, photography. I will be studying part time at USQ (post grad) and working in Brisbane. Looking somewhere within 5ishkm to CBD. Preferably a quietish house (not a huge party house).. NORTH side.. not fussy just somewhere not too far away and with space for a car (can be on road parking) I hope to arrange a room before i arrive in Brisbane, it can be for 1 week, 1 month, 1 year (whatever suits the house). I can share my facebook, insta, youtube, blog etc with you so you know more about me before i arrive (so you know im not a creep). xxx
I work full-time and also study at university (6 months left until I graduate). I'm pretty laid back and easy to get along with. Feel free to chill in your room or join me in watching a TV show, I don't mind! If any of us want to have friends over for a drink etc. every now and then, the only rule is you must save your housemate(s) a drink! I'm a pretty clean/tidy individual, and I won't chuck a tantrum if you forget to do the dishes one night. I don't smoke or have a pet either. If we can keep everything reasonably clean and pay the rent on time, we will get along fine! I am potentially moving into a new apartment in my current complex, and would like to find another housemate to take the second bedroom. I hope to have it sorted by early/mid June. Rent would be around $200 per week. I'm also open to finding a new place as a teamup.
Hey guys, I'm in my mid 20's & from Victoria and have decided to move up. I'll be working as a Reliability Engineer in the CBD. I currently live down on the Great Ocean Road and work in Melbourne CBD and enjoy taking up what that has to offer + keeping healthy. I have a positive attitude in life, good sense of humour and have lived in share houses for the last few years. Hope to hear from you. Cheers, Adam
Hi All, My name is Reece, I'm 27 and looking for a new place in Brisbane. I just finished living in London for 2 years and moving back to Brisbane. At the moment I'm most likely looking for shorter term accommodation as I'm also still looking for work. However for the moment just being close to some kind of public transport will be fine. I've also got enough savings to pay rent until starting work. I like going to see concerts, hanging with friends and hiking in the outside world and generally playing games/binge watching shows when I'm home. I've been living in shared accom for the last 2.5 years so I'm used to keeping tiding and living with a group of people. Preferably looking for something furnished or just with a bed at minimum and internet connection would be great too! Move in date also flexible Cheers!
I'm a apprentice hairdresser and work free time I do have a fur baby but if he can't be accomodated I have a friend that can look after him. I work full time and normally spend my weekends camping or 4x4 I'm new to Brisbane and have only lived here for 3 months I don't smoke I grew up on the Sunshine Coast
I work full time as a receptionist, so I'm never usually home between the hours of 10 and 5. I'm a quiet person in general, so I tend to enjoy keeping to myself, but I get along with everyone. I also tend to be off camping or hiking some weekends. I keep things clean and tidy, and enjoy helping out when I can!
Hey! Im Lindsay, Im 23 and looking for a place to move too ASAP. Am Quiet and shy until you get to know me but then I can be open up, I work part time at Coles. Clean and tidy person. Due to circumstances changing, I am needing somewhere ASAP. Preferably in the next couple weeks I think its important to have a clean house and rent to be payed on time! Please don't hesitate to get into contact with me thanks.
Hiya all! My partner and I were looking for either a single person or a couple whom we can hope to go for housing applications with. We're looking in Inner Brisbane City Suburbs such as, but not limited too, Indooroopilly, Windsor, Herston, Toowong, Auchenflower, Wilston, and more in a similar vicinity that are within a 5 - 10 minute drive to the CBD. We are looking at houses, apartments, townhouses and keeping our minds open to other kinds of properties. The places we are looking at will be a minimum 2 bed 2 bath (so you will have your own private room and bathroom) and 1 car; whether LUG or a space under the building or carport, but we are avoiding only having access to street parking. THE PROCESS: We would like to meet with you and see if our personalities would mesh well together and discuss what we value in a household to make it run smoothly. We would then be showing you several places we have found in the listed and surrounding areas and seeking if you would be keen to apply to any (with us), if not most for a higher chance of being accepted. We would also be keen to see what you have found and what we could find together to see if perhaps there is something else that suits us more. EXPENSES: BOND - The bond will be split evenly (e.g. a $400/wk place will have 4 weeks bond + 2 weeks rent to equal $2400. If there are three of us, us, two plus you it will be $800p/p, if there are four of us it will be $600p/p. RENT - The rent is indicative of the space used, for example if it is 2 ensuite rooms and the total of the rent is $400 it will be $200/wk/room, NOT per person. So if you come with either a friend or a partner it would be $100/wk/p. The rent is NOT split based off of how many people there are in the household. BILLS - Bills will also be split evenly, e.g. a $300 energy bill split between three people, us two plus you, it would be $100/ea. If there were four people it would be $75/ea. OTHER HOUSEHOLD EXPENSES - Will also be split evenly, though you will be required to keep your own area (your bedroom and bathroom) clean (clean doesn't indicate tidy) and damage free and will be keeping your own cleaning products for those areas in your own space. However, we do require that communal areas, living area, garage, kitchen, laundry, are all kept neat, tidy and clean at all points (that being said, we don't mind if you have a few big nights here and there and take a few extra days to clean it up) NOTE: $400p/wk for rent is a simple example and rent could be more or less depending on what we find) US Him (21) - He works at a bar in Chermside several nights a week usually with the weekends included, he's a bit of a grease monkey and enjoys working on cars so if you or perhaps a friend or partner has a similar interest you would get along swimmingly. Also enjoys fishing, cooking, sleeping and being either incredibly lazy or ridiculously adventurous on his days off, so you will find a bit of both, he's also an incredibly friendly person who can vibe with most people so he wouldn't mind in the slightest if you joined in (but asking first is always polite and something we encourage). Her (19) - I work at a club in the Valley, again usually with the weekends included. As it is a club I often work until the wee hours of the morning wherein the sun threatens the encompassing night, and as such I often sleep until past midday, sometimes late afternoon on the nights after I work so I, along with my partner, would need roommates whom respect this fact. I'm both an introverted and extroverted personality and can be happy spending my time with anyone, but definitely highly value my personal time. I do the majority of the cleaning between the two of us though my partner helps, and he does the majority of the cooking. I also study online. YOU (or perhaps you and your partner/friend) You are someone who has the ability of transparency, someone who when they are faced with an issue does not put off discussing it until they angrily explode at their roommates but who instead is happy to discuss and come to a mutual compromise to ensure a smooth-running, stress-free, happy household. If ever there is any issue we would like you BOTH (if that is the case) to discuss it with the both of us (unless all of our schedules do not allow) to ensure that everyone is on the same page. You are someone who works and has a consistent paycheck, we don't care what it is that you do just that it is regular enough to ensure there is never any issue with rent or bills. We would also prefer a young adult (someone under 30) like ourselves but of course, when it comes down to it, a similar age does not mean a like-minded and good roommate and thus we are happy with anyone (ensuring we all get along). WHAT WE ARE BRINGING The things we own and would be bringing to the household are listed below. Year old washing machine, with good energy and water consumption to ensure savings. 500L Fridge and Freezer combination to ensure all of our favorite foods can be stored safely and happily. (Fridge/Freezer shelves, both the door and main storage will be divided evenly and labelled to ensure no ones food is ever taken by anyone other than those it is for) 4 - 6 Seater Antique circle/oval white-washed table that transforms with the assistance of a leave. Bookcase. Solid Timber white-washed coffee table. Solid Timber TV Cabinet (unfortunately we don't have a TV to go with it just yet) Desk Queen Bed Bedside tables Antique Wooden Chest/Box. 1 Sofa Bed. Lots of colorful tapestries, and one lovely rug. If you have any other questions or perhaps would like to discuss more in-depth on the phone, please feel free to msg me either for more details or my number. (Unfortunately I cannot text on the phone until tomorrow afternoon when the Telstra support team is working to fix my issue, but I can make phone calls.

Hi I'm Renae :), I've recently moved up to Brisbane, from Melbourne, and am currently living with my sister in Woolloongabba. The lease, however, is up mid-end of July. I currently work in Allied Health at the Mater Hospital in South Brisbane, and have a casual job in Carindale. I have recently completed five years of university and can appreciate the workload that comes along with being a student. I have previously lived in share houses, both living with friends and living with people I hadn't known prior. I am a reliable, considerate, clean, easygoing housemate, who appreciates my own space, but also enjoys socialising. In my spare time I enjoy playing tennis, running, mountain/bush hiking and visiting my little niece and nephew. I am liking the idea of staying on the South side of Brisbane, however am open to the North side, also. I am interested in rooms available within established share houses, or to start a new share house with someone/ multi people. My preferred lease duration is 6 months. I think I've covered everything, but don't hesitate to ask if there is anything else you'd like to know about me. :).
I am really easy going, tidy and clean. I have a dog - Molly and a cat - Ziggy Stardust. I am Irish, living in Australia for over 6 years. I work full time in the city and teach yoga part time. I am super chill, very fun and relaxed. I love a good chat but also happy to spend time alone. I have lived share houses for years so very respectful of other peoples space.
I am looking for a place for myself and my 8 year old golden retriever after a relationship separation. She is placid and quiet and doesn't need a lot of room, just a little grass and sufficient shelter from sun and rain. I am looking for an unfurnished granny flat or studio. Alternatively, a house with a seperate living area would be sufficient. I work full time in the corportate fitness industry and am very clean and tidy, respectful and quiet. I am looking in the North Brisbane area as i currently work out of a sunshine coast office.
My name is Damon I am 41 years young (don't let my age deter you ) as I still know how to keep up with ,and talk to the younger generation ;)..Art and being creative everyday is my life . I work from home a lot but also out and about quite often .I am very very easy to get along with , very respectful of others, I would consider myself quite fun to be around. I like a drink or 3 ..chilling on a Friday night at home is also easily done, as I do like my own company from time to time or just hanging out with good people. I like to cook, entertain ,and have a laugh and I don't take life to seriously. I am a full time artist with other skills that get me by. Bills will be paid on time every time and I believe I make a great flat mate
I am an easy going, spiritually minded musician and barista to pay the bills. I like to chill out at home and play some bass or listen to music. Not really into partying apart from special occasions, I usually go to bed early for work, a bit of an old man really haha. I often keep to myself but I'm always down for a chat. Looking for some good people to live with.
26yo female looking for flatmates and/or granny flat. Pets accepted preferably but it is not a complete necessity. I am a non-smoker, very clean and tidy, and prefer a relatively quiet environment. Not big on living with a heavy partier (at least within the house), and you must not mind music (will keep volume to acceptable level obviously). Mutual respect and understanding of personal space and privacy is a must, and if i could find someone with an equal love of Netflix and puppies that would be ideal!
I'm a musician, I'll be travelling a little bit, I love to have fun and go to concerts, festivals etc! I'm really clean and hate being in an untidy area so I'll always be pleasant to live with, I know how to cook! I love exploring, travelling, I have my own car!
Hi, I am a single female working full time looking for my own place. I work in the valley so if its outside of the area I will need public transport nearby and ideally the place will have a full kitchen, covered car space, and unfurnished. Happy to sign a 6 or 12 months lease. If you think there is a place that will suit me please let me know! Thanks!
I'm tidy. Friendly person. I am a Harley Davidson mechanic in brissy.. Weekends are either working or going for a ride. Or have the weekend with my son he is 17 months old. I'm not really a go out and party person much prefer to be at home or tinker in the shed. Which in a perfect situation would love to have some shed space. Just a single car space size for my project car and to store my harley that I ride to work just about every day.
Hi, I am a student and will be doing my internship in Albion from August till December. I will stay in Australia one month longer. During that time I need a place to stay I have experience behind the bar and thanks to that, I can make delicous cocktails... #JustSaying :)
I moved to Brisbane a couple of years ago from Toowoomba, I'm a full time nurse, clean and tidy, non-smoker. I am quite social but enjoy my own space. My lease will be coming up at the end of August and am looking for a housemate to start a share house with. I am quite an active person so ideally looking for someone who might want to come for walks or even just coffee.
Full time uni , part time retail. I'm a super busy person and you'll find I'm out of the house most days of the week but I love to come home and cook a meal or chill on the couch of an evening (when I don't have soccer training). I do come as a package deal, but trust me, the man in my life is a ridiculously adorable shih-tzu x Maltese called Beau who is so amazing and lovable. Most of my friends only hang around for his company 😜 I'm super reliable with paying all bills and rent on time and I like to keep the house neat and tidy. Oh and I have a Nintendo switch with zelda AND Mario kart...
I am a young, bubbly, sociable student studying at QUT. I also love exercising and going on spontaneous trips. Preferably looking for another university student who is up for a chat, clean and is just simply easy going.
My name is Christina, I'm 24 years old, clean friendly and considerate. Looking for a good size room with own bathroom in established apartment or to team up for a 2-3 bedroom apartment or townhouse to go on lease. I am friendly, very considerate and quiet (generally in bed by 9pm).. looking for someone similar, who doesn't invite people over all the time and goes to bed at a reasonable hour, preferably health conscious( potential walking buddies). I have all kitchen stuff, tv, washing machine and willing to buy fridge and other furniture, but wouldn't bring it if moving into an already established place.. Just after a clean and peaceful place to come home and relax after work. If this sounds like you would suit, please shoot me a text :) Christina
