Hi everyone my name is Davina and i'm from a regional city Albury-Wodonga I am planning to move to Queensland to complete my Masters as I have recently finished my bachelor of Psychological Science. I will be studying and will be looking for part-time work. I am shy when you first meet me, but will open up once I am comfortable with you and can be quite loud and laugh a lot. I am a very easy going person who tries to live a positive, fun-filled life. I respect personal space when required and quite happy to keep to myself. I am someone who likes keeping the house tidy and clean and will go out of my way to make sure house chores are completed. I love socialising, going on random adventures, chasing waterfalls, live music, beaches, hikes, anything outdoor. My faith is quite central and important in my life however I am accepting of all religions, cultural backgrounds and diversities.
About me: I am employed fulltime Mon - Fri I am very neat & tidy (bordering on OCD ha ha) I am pretty quiet and like keep to myself. I am a very considerate housemate. What I am looking for: A room with my own bathroom. Ideally I like my own living space. I would like a room to be unfurnished and have access to a T.V aerial. Air Conditioning and/or ceiling fan would be great! I would like to find a housemate who is mindful of space and privacy. And I only want to share with one other person.
Hi everyone my name is Simon i'm 35 years of age and have just relocated to brisbane for work as apprentice. I live a healthy lifestyle go to the gym reguarly and like swimming. Im a quiet person around the house not into living in a party house, happy to socialise with flatmates on the occasion but also can respect other flatmates privacy. If i'm home u would easily find me watching movies or netflix or playing the odd online games.
I was raised to be considerate of others and respect others' privacy. I'm introverted so do like my alone time but am happy to be social if you are as well. I like to laugh - I don't take myself too seriously! I clean up after myself and will ensure I contribute my share in maintaining the place. I work full time as a software developer 3-4 days in office and 1-2 from home. I like playing games, digital piano (with headphones!), keeping fit and learning new things. I'm a non-smoker and drink only socially on occasion. My main requirements looking for a place is sharing with one other male and that the place is fairly quiet, e.g. no trainline noise, etc.
Hi there! I'm Yaz, 29 years old. I work 34 hours a week at an orthodontist and I am also a part time group fitness instructor at a F45 studio 4-10 hours a week. I am originally from Adelaide and moved to Brisbane back in 2015 and it is safe to say that Queensland is home! My current tenancy is about to expire on July 5th as the owners wish to sell so I will be looking for a place to live. I currently reside in Hamilton but I want to move back over to Alderley/Enoggera way as that is where I first moved to when I arrived in Brisbane. This area is also convenient for both jobs that I work at too. I’m a pretty laidback, cheerful and considerate kind of gal! Not one to sweat the small stuff and I like to think I’m very easy to get along with! I absolutely love fitness and live a very healthy and active lifestyle. Due to my training schedule and my gym work schedule, I tend to get up most mornings at 4-4:30am during the week. I also work every Saturday morning which involves waking up at 5am. I head off to my other job after gym and usually get home between 6-8pm during the week. On weekends or my RDO's I like to spend a few hours in the kitchen meal prepping for the following week so I don't have to worry about cooking after my long days at work. I'm not much of a drinker but I will have the occasional social drink with friends, I love to read and get out and amongst the outdoors and hang out with my friends in my free time. I also really enjoy cooking! I was brought up in a house proud environment so I’m pretty clean, clean up after myself well and I treat others property as if it were my own that I worked hard for. So as you can see I have a pretty busy lifestyle so I am looking for a place to live in a quiet environment after my long days with another considerate like minded housemate. If you were wanting to team up to find a place, I currently own a washing machine, 50" TV, microwave, kettle and other kitchen utensils and cookware. I have my own bed and bedroom furniture so a furnished bedroom would not be necessary. I look forward to hearing from you soon! Yaz
Hey there, I'm an easy going musician with a couple of cats looking for a place. I work varied hours, mostly on weekends. Enjoy a chat and a laugh as well as my own space. Not a drinker or smoker. Looking to share with like minded person who appreciates animals or possibly team up.
Quiet. Keep to myself. Outgoing. Easy to talk to. Very open and open minded. Do love meeting new people and making new friends. I’m very Clean. Don’t smoke. Occasionally drink the Bottle of wine here and there. Do have a cat but if I can’t find a place for him too he will move back up north. Have my own car. Easy to get along with and Respectful. Always pay my bills on time.
I am an easy going type of guy. Always up for an adventure or anything to get out of the house. I work full time and go to the gym most days, so I’m not at home a lot. Always up for a chat and a beer but not into partying.
I have a very friendly, social personality and I'm keen to meet some people who are similar to me. I am 21 years old and incredibly easy going, i am a smoker and 420 friendly so keep this in mind plz. My current lease ends on May 16th and needing a place to move into as soon after as possible. I would like to be in a house with people I could be mates with although i’ll be studying full time so I won't be around all the time. I'm more than happy to help out around the house with cleaning etc. I’m keen on alone time and respecting other ppls pricacy but always keen to have a drink and chat shit so send me a message if you would like to know anything else or you think I'd suit your place :)
Hey to all potential roommates out there! I decided its time for me to undertake a change and move up from Melbourne (miss Winter completely). I would love to have inspections booked in for when I arrive (Mid-End May). As I start university in July and would love to get settled at least a month before... beginning of June (would be ideal but also flexible). I have been living in shared houses for the past five years and always respected my housemates (can provide references). I understand it is a big decision and a meet would be ideal. I can even do a Skype session. A little about me, Im French but grew up in the Tropics most of my life. I moved to Melbourne in 2015 and finished a Psychology Degree. I am now in the process to undertake my Masters in Public Health. I love to keep fit, socialise and look after myself but also like a couple of drinks here and there. I believe everything can be consumed in moderation. On my day off i usually sitting out in the sun and get painting or reading. V easy going. I will be working part time at Holey Moley at fortunate valley, if y'all like free golf! Anyways send me a message if you think we could get along. Im looking for a room, furnished or not in a shared house :). Pets are a bonus!
Hi There! I'm Sam I am a full-time postgraduate student at QUT and doing some part-time job too. I am a clean and quiet person who is very respectful of other peoples spaces and property. Though I don't mind a good chat now and then. I am a non-smoker, and I drink occasionally. Also, I don't have furniture and my weekly budget is $150. Thank you!
Hey guys. Full time Beauty Therapist, going on 8 years now! I own two beautiful cats named Marlee and Molly- all they do is sleep haha they are toilet trained for outside :) I love fitness and healthy eating but don’t get me wrong love having a drink or 2 and a delish platter with choc of course. I’m very ocd clean so I do need to live with someone that is also tidy. I am a chatter box but I love my personal space :)
I study media and communications full-time at QUT Kelvin Grove and graduate at the end of this year. I like share houses that have an attitude of inclusiveness and open communication. I keep the kitchen really clean, and I've recently volunteered to clean the bathroom and toilet in my current share house because some things should be done properly. I like to give others space but happy for a friendly chat. I've got my own bedroom furniture and need space for a queen bed, study desk and other bits and pieces. Some storage space in a garage would be great. I'm a vegetarian and I like to cook at home as often as possible, ideally in a vegetarian household, but this isn't always possible. Practising music at home is important to me and I'm respectful of noise levels. I like watching the news, current affairs, documentaries, and on-line TV series (Love: McMafia, The Handmaid's Tale / Deep State / The Orville / Pine Gap ). I'm looking forward to Game Of Thrones. I like to attend live music jams and I play in band which is about to launch on to the Brisbane live scene. We rehearse at a rehearsal studio so don't worry, I won't be asking to invite the band around to do practice. I do yoga in the park, swim and meditate at home on a regular basis.
Hey! I'm Hussain, 28, currently a full-time student and also work at the airport. I enjoy new experiences, keeping fit at the gym, hiking and just being in nature. I love the occasional socializing and a drink or two every now and then. Clean, tidy and respectful. I'm also a pretty good cook ;) Ideally, I would love to be great friends with my future housemate(s) in that we get along, do things such as cook, eat, chill and hang out every now and then (no pressure haha) as opposed to being mere tenants with shared living spaces - it's not a prerequisite as i do understand we all have busy lives and varying schedules. The idea of a home rather than a house is appealing:) Preference for residences next to or at walking distances from bus/train stations and supermarkets etc.
Working in retail at in Keperra, possibly looking into studying vet nursing next year. I moved from Far North QLD a year ago. I love going adventuring and trying new things and would be keen to meet some like-minded people. I'm not a massive party goer but still enjoy going out and don't mind having few people over every now and then. I have a little 8 year old Jack Russell x Foxie named Cookie who I absolutely adore. She's very well trainedloves people and other dogs - not so much cats though! I'm pretty friendly and like to think of myself as easy going but do understand the need to keep communal areas tidy and comfortable. Looking for roomates who don't mind catching up every now and then but am also independent and enjoy some downtime.
I'm almost 20, studying Vet tech full-time at UQ gatton (yes, I drive there) and work casual in newmarket. I've been looking at places to live that are dog-friendly as I'm hoping to adopt a dog in the very near future! I have one indoor-only cat who is extremely well behaved (if I say so myself). I am independent, sociable and like to keep clean. At home I'm very laid back and usually spend most of my time in my room, but will love a chat or two if I bump into someone. I'm also vego if that even matters haha I have one female cat named Millie (4 yrs old), she is an indoor-only DSH grey tabby and is the sweetest thing. Although she likes to do her own thing most of the time (sleep), she is very well behaved and will accept a pat or two if she comes by you (maybe even a lap cuddle if she warms up to you enough!) If you have a home suitable for the two of us (and a potential third) please send me a message!
Hey there potential housemates :) I'm currently looking for a room, or to team up, with likeminded people. I'm 26 (turning 27 in a couple of weeks), working at JB Hi-Fi in sales, and studying my full real estate license with the intention of making a move into the real estate industry. I actually have a trial period at an agency beginning on 14 February. If I'm successful then I'll be employed full time in real estate! Anyway, a bit about me - outside of work I enjoy playing indoor football/futsal, I've been trying to get into a consistent habit of going to the gym and eating healthily, I love playing with my dog and taking her to the beach/for a walk (she won't be coming with me though), and exploring Brisbane of a weekend. I think a living environment where you sometimes make food and eat with your housemates, can have open minded chats about anything, and occasionally do things together on a weekend makes for a great experience and atmosphere. But I do also understand that everyone has their own busy lives and commitments. If you have any more questions or would be interested in discussing anything, please feel free to drop me a message :)
You’ll probably hardly ever see me some days, I’m in my last year of uni studying exercise physiology, work in sports and remedial massage, and am also doing an internship at a Rugby League club. On weekends I’m usually at the beach, having some quiet drinks, catching up with friends, or watching some type of sport. I’m very easy going, happy, clean and friendly. I’m usually always up for a chat, but also love my downtime! Feel free to send to me a message if it sounds like I’d fit into your home or if you have any other questions :)
My little dog Indi and I are looking for an existing sharehouse or a team up. I work fulltime through the week. New to Brisbane and would love to meet some new gal pals. I enjoy going to the gym and socialising with friends however I’m not a big party goer. I’m a positive person and will respect your space.
Hello, I'm 25, I work full-time and always have a side project or two going as well. I'm looking for a share house with people around the same age as me (preferably mostly ladies) who want a drama free and comfortable space to call home. I'm a vegan, not a big drinker (I enjoy social bev's now and then) or a daily cigarette smoker and I'd prefer to live with people who have a similar way of living. In my spare time I appreciate rest and company and usually do something fun/creative with friends. I am respectful and mindful of others work/sleep schedules and will treat you as I'd like to be treated. I have a lovely german shepherd x greyhound who sleeps inside with me at night, she is very well behaved, great security and gets along really well with other dogs and people (not cats though, soz). Please hit me up if you think I'd be a suitable housemate and we could talk about our pet peeves etc over a beverage/s and see if we'd work :)
Hi - i'm Bridie, looking for a fresh start and finally moving out of my family home. I'm a recent university graduate looking for her first full-time role in the industry. I'm currently working part-time in retail and juggling two jobs. I love to read, write, make friends and have a lot of laughs. I love my alone time but I am also a social creature. I am neat, tidy, reliable and a non-smoker. My move date and preferences are flexible, I am simply looking for a good fit. Feel free to shoot me a message :)

We are a pair of two girls - Tash (21, Student Nurse) and Kat (27, TV and Content Producer) who are pretty laid back and like to keep things tidy and fun. We are coming from a house of 4 girls who were all really close. We like to go on little weekend adventures, random drives, go for a drink at West End, watch a doco or MAFS together or spend some time at a festival/live music. We're looking for a third to join us who is neat and tidy, likes to have a chat and grab coffee on the weekend and just hang out. We're looking for an outgoing person with hobbies and interests that we hope to become close friends with as well. Honestly, we're really just looking for someone who can help us decide what to watch on netflix. Serial dish soakers and snack stealers need not apply!!!
I'm a Brazilian geologist and currently student of Project Management. I'm working as cleaner in family houses around CBD and in Lutwyche City Shopping also. I'm easy-going person, open-mind and friendly. No drama!
Hey there, my name is Oliver and I am a 24 year engineer who works full time in the valley. Have lived in brisbane for the last 18 months after growing up on the gold coast. My favourite activities are tennis, surfing, soccer, hiking, skiing, snowboarding and watching F1. Most weekends I usually go back to Burleigh where my parents still live on the beach with our kelpie border collie (she can be brought up occasionally on request!). During the week I work your regular 9 till 5 that often turns into 8 till 6 as I'm sure most office workers know. My current lease is ending at the end of march and am firstly just looking for a place for three weeks before I go to europe with two friends (for the Monaco GP!). Looking past that I'll also be looking for a long term rental for when I return in mid june. On a scale of 0 to total clean freak I'd probably say I'm a 7 or 8 who does like to keep things tidy. If required I would also be happy to bring with me my 60" TV, surround sound system and vinyl and massive movie collection. If either of those time frames suit and you think we would get along let me know and I can come over for an inspection. Look forward to hearing from you.
Im 21 years old, currently working full time and looking for somewhere new to call home as my current lease has ended. Ideally I'd like to find somewhere that is available now, however I am flexible with dates. I’m looking to move in with someone roughly the same age. I am very tidy and respectful of others. I generally like to keep to myself, however always down for a chat and a cheeky wine or two. I also have a boyfriend so I would be out of the house some nights staying at his, and would hope that he’d be welcome to stay over occasionally also :)
I'm 39 (almost 40), single, non smoker, social drinker. Full time professionally employed, like a quiet lifestyle. Only lived in Qld 2 years, so my social circle is small. Ideal home would be private bedroom, private bathroom and off street car parking.
We are a couple of Colombian spouses, students and we work part time, we are calm, friendly, clean, we do not like parties
i am easy to live with, kind, considerate, tidy, clean, social and also enjoy my own company. My awesome dog Rasta is super well-trained, happy, quirky.
I'm an international student at QUT. I mostly like to keep to myself, but always up for a chat.
Hi, I'm Dan. I'm a 38 year old single gay guy. I just moved back after travelling for a few months. I'm a bubbly, optomistic guy. I'm not a party animal, but love a glass of red. I'm very clean too. I actually love cleaning. Why i don't know. lol. I lived in Canada and NYC for almost 10 years so i have a kind of aussie / canadian accent apparently. Would love an ensuite, but totally open to the right place with the right flatmate. First world problems right... :) I'm a very fun happy guy. I would love to live with someone who is more extroverted than introverted, someone after a friend more than just sharing a living space together. I'm happy and chatty most of the time, and like similiar. I like optomists, rather than pesimists. Idea of the perfect flatmate: Happy, says " How you doing? ", loves to catch up and chat the end of the day, watch a movie together, not into drugs at all ( I never seen illicit drugs do anything good for anyone ) and loves a glass of red. Non judgemental and gay friendly. Someone who supports the gay community, even better! If you love Rupaul's Drag Race, i will love you. :) - I don't hook up much, maybe once in 3 months - but you would be cool that i'm getting laid and visa versa. lol. Some gay guys can be really snooty and uptight which i dislike. Try living with gay guys in Sydney - you leave one fork in the sink and they need to take a Valium to calm down. I'm a really happy and chatty guy - i am really not into the" i want to talk about all things vegan in your face thing " , or the " i have a political opinion about every topic and i want to annoy you with it for 2 hours and then have a go at you because of yours " Worst flatmate for me: Complete gamers, introverted and shy, rude and just says " Hi " once a day and nothing else, does everything to excess - if your a gay guy that must drink 2 bottles of wine and get smashed every time you have a drink and stumble in at 7am, good for you, but at 37, i'm a little passed that. No judgement - I was like that in my 20's, but not now. So if your LAID BACK and don't have a panic attack and meltdown about everything in life, we will get along. :) Ps - I am super allergic to all cats - like serious crazy allergic. if you have a cat, i can't live with you. Sorry cat lovers!
Hey, I’m Seb 👋🏻 I’m a medical imaging student, currently work full time in the city (4 days plus working from home). I’m trans, so if you’re cool with that then I’m sure we’ll get along. I’m a bit of an introvert so I like to keep to myself, but I’m also down for a yarn and snacks. I love baking and cooking so there would probably be a pretty steady supply of baked goods. I also have a ragdoll cat who’s super sweet. I’m preferably looking for another student to house with, but I’m pretty flexible.
