Hi I’m looking for something stable and affordable with clean housemates where I can bunker down as long as I need to finish my degree. I’m quiet, a good cook, I clean up after myself and I’m generally just fantastic. I get really OCD about things, like to try my hand at stuff I regularly go fishing, play tennis, go climbing, play games etc I generally keep to myself but I’m alway keen to socialise

I’m Til, a 31 year old moving to Gosford to start my fourth year of medical school at the hospital. I’m pretty neat and tidy, and will probably spend most of my time with my head stuck in a book, pretending I can bake, or exercising, but when I’m not I’m always happy for a chat and a cup of tea. I also come with a cantankerous coffee machine and a well behaved dog named Greg. We’re both well house trained, and he’s happy entertaining himself while I’m at school during the day.
I am an easy going 40's female relocating back to the Central Coast. I am a part time student (online Bachelor of Psychology) and have been a Naturopath for 25 years. Currently looking for full or part time work in any industry. Needing 3 months accommodation and then will look for my own property. Please contact me as soon as possible as currently living above a pub (yuk!). Thanks, Sandy
Easy to get along with. I come with an espresso machine and coffee grinder and the skills to use them. I like to keep fit at the gym. I've been a chef too and love to cook. I'm an retained fire fighter and have a graphic design home business. Just need enough room for a computer setup on a desk. Usually quiet and keep to myself working from home but I like to chat about all sorts of things.

Hello, my name is Albert. I am 21 and an Engineering Student at UTS. However, I have obtained full-time employment in the Central Coast Area, and am looking for a place to stay close by for 6-12 months. I will be working weekdays and will spend most of my weekends down in Sydney with friends and family, so won't be home very often. I enjoy hanging out and having a conversation, but also like to have my personal space as well. I am capable of cleaning up after myself and respecting the space of others. Ideally, I would like to move late January/ Early February.
Hi, My girlfriend Marie and I will be starting our farm work at Wavertree farms in Peats Ridge next monday (January 21st). We are looking for accomodation that is not too far from there. We are a lovely/friendly couple, I'm 27 she's 26, both from Canada and got to Australia about 6 months ago on a working holiday VISA (417). We used to work and live on the Gold Coast but we left for a roadtrip up to Cairns and now we're looking to work for the next 3-6 months. We both have international driving license and our own car. That said, we both have degrees in physical activity and are very active people. As mentioned, we are looking to work intensively for next few months so we won't be home much and would like to stay 3months+. Back home (Canada) I'm an elementary school sports teacher and my girlfriend is a kinesiologist+therapist. We both do alot of team sports (competitive ultimate frisbee, soccer, basketball, volleyball...) many solo sports (road/mountain bicycle, canoe, ski...) We're both well mannered, clean and eager to learn the Aussie way!
I'm a very independent person who enjoys Travelling. I'm a hairdresser personal trainer and model now studying English literature travelling and modeling income. Have my daughter every second weekend but will stay at my parents whilst I have her.
Mature, respectful, responsible woman who is friendly but quiet. Non-drinker, clean and tidy, always do my share. Love nature, music, creative pursuits and personal growth. Looking for work and recently completed a course in Cert III Individual Support. Respect others' privacy and appreciate the same, including with noise. Want to move closer to Sydney to see my daughter and grand-daughter more regularly. Prefer an unfurnished quiet space / to share a house with a garden with 1 other quiet, respectful housemate who is not always home. Have my own bedroom furniture and can sell if necessary the remainder of my furniture. Storage would be great. Prefer a house, villa or semi with space. I have a beautiful indoor 4 yo rescue cat who loves people, is very sweet, affectionate and playful. Suburb is flexible as long as its safe and away from trouble and crime. Enjoy lots of trees and a garden. Happy to discuss.
Welders are notoriously grubby looking, foul-mouthed, and stinky. As a clean, friendly, and reliable bloke, I have blasted the stereotype right out of the water. To unwind, I love jamming on my guitar, making some beats, and making killer pancakes, all with a cold one in my hand. More than anything, I’m looking for the right mix of respectful people who are keen on having a fun, relaxed home.
I'm a doctor from Sydney working full time and I like to keep active in my spare time. I'm neat and tidy as a housemate; I'm always happy to have a chat, or even just listen. I like climbing, swimming, cooking and spending time at the beach.

Hello there! My name is Darja (da-ree-ah) and I am a German traveler. I am currently located in Sydney and would like to get away from the busy city life and move to the central coast for some peace. I am a rather introverted person and prefer quite households/room mates over partying ones. However I do like outdoor activities such as nature walks, hiking and travelling. My interests mainly include drawing, painting and everything related to food. I am currently working as waitress in Sydney. I hope to find flat mates that are clean and considerate of each other. Respect boundaries and aren't too loud (especially at night). I wouldn't mind BBQs or a glass of wine together occasionally though. I'd like to befriend the people I live with:) Thank you for reading and see you soon! (I am the one on the left in my picture)
Hi there, We are a happily married Asian couple, neat and tidy and always clean up after ourselves. We're very much easy going, friendly, kind and courteous. We enjoy our alone time and at the same time respect the privacy and personal space of others. We don't smoke and don't do drugs. We always pay our rent on time. The both of us will be starting our new jobs in the Gosford area towards the end of January, hence the need to relocate to a nearby comfortable, peaceful and affordable dwelling. I am an early riser at times, doing a bit of running prior to work. We're looking to share with similar minded people for at least 3 to 6 months, likely longer. Please send us a message if you have a place that could be suitable. Thank you!
