Looking for a quiet place to live for the summer. Originally from Adelaide moved to Melbourne to be with my GF now looking to move back. Enjoy board games, riding our bikes, the beach, walking trails and generally a good sit. Pretty easy going if around respectable people, looking for a nice place to live and work for the summer. No dramas please :) We have dietary requirements and also 99% vegetarian.
Hello everyone, I must say I am a must have in terms of respectful to the property, everyone's space, I'm social but again like my privacy too. Give me a call for more information :)
My name is Elly , I'm a friendly ,bubbly girl in my early 30s and I'm looking for a large room unfurnished in a beachside suburb. Worked as a finance officer for the past 4 yrs and am currently working part time and studying. I'm clean and quiet and keep to myself , and enjoy quiet nights at home but on a wkend enjoy a social drink or to go out to see friends or family. I also love cooking so will usually be in the kitchen baking homemade treats whenever I get the chance.
I am NOT interested in renting a room anywhere, so please do not offer !! I think I have found the perfect house to share, now I need someone who wants to rent it with me! I want to a houseshare, where we look at houses together, sign a lease together and share the house and not just rent a room. A house big enough for everyone to have their own space. I have furniture and whitegoods for a house, and bedroom furniture for myself and a spare/guest room. But we can always adjust what goes in. This is not the search for an option to live super cheap, rather to get more bang for your buck. So a decent house in good condition with enough space for everyone to not be on top of each other. 2 bathrooms, a spare room, spacious living areas. Someone should be willing to spend $200-$250 plus expenses, so that we can get something nice. I have my eye on a house just like that in Glengowrie. Obviously there needs to be a yard for the dog with good fencing. A doggie companion for her would be perfect. I'm 40 (but refuse to grow up), work fulltime in the city, love cycling and triathlon, don't mind the odd drink, I'm not a health-nut and enjoy my creature comforts. I do like it tidy in the common areas (kitchen and bathroom especially). My dog Zara is a bit shy at first, but nothing that can't be resolved with treats, and she is really a big sook!. She doesn't want to live in a party house, too many loud noises scare her ;), and she's also not used to kids, so I am looking for single people or couples only.
Hi :) We're Fanni (24) and Zsolt (27) from Budapest, Hungary - one of the best cities in Europe! We're friendly, open-minded, easygoing people - a cold beer anytime. Both of us have been living in student dorm, so we've experienced in living together with many different mates and we're ready to compromise. Fanni will study international business master on Uni of Adelaide and Zsolt will work full time. We'd like travel across and beyond Australia during our stay. We'll spend one year in Adelaide from 31 August 2017 and we'd like to get to know people, go to parties, make BBQ-s and learn to surf :)
Hi there future roomie! My name is Emma, I'm a 28 year old easy going female. Currently working as a Yoga Teacher, Florist and casual retail assistant. Life keeps me pretty busy, I love adventures and being outdoors. I've been share housing for the most part of the last ten years so am pretty experienced in respecting other people's space and creating a nice environment to call home. I'm hoping to find a new place by the ocean to spend my down time. :)
Hi, I am looking for share house or someone who may be interested in renting a 'new' 2 - 4 bed place with me. I like relaxing in a clean & tidy place, with mature easy going people, male or female. Any quiet area of Adelaide & reasonably close to shops & public transport . I have some furniture. A built in wardrobe in the bedroom would be good. I am friendly, clean, respectful of others and like to live a healthy lifestyle. Unfortunately I can't live with cats or other animals inside the house and prefer no carpet though its ok in bedrooms. I rarely watch tv as have other things to occupy me. I'm quiet but also enjoy socialising. I'm a bookkeeper and studying and in the process of moving from Brisbane to Adelaide sometime after the end of 'July 2017'. I stay in Adelaide regularly though where I am is too far from the city. I'm looking forward to getting established in Adelaide.
Hey! My names Ben and i moved to Adelaide 2 years ago from Perth, but originally from New Zealand. I have traveled all around the world and my favorite places are Canada and Japan! Im an active person and love playing baseball and volleyball! Im very respectful of others, and their property (ex owner myself) im quiet and polite, and can generally fit into any social situation. Basics about me: own my own car non smoker works as a data analyst Loves movies Books and gaming Sports Not a big drinker Hmm i cant think of anything else but am happy to answer any questions :)
Looking for en-suite, modern clean non-shared bathroom. I am a new Lecturer at UniSA. I will now prefer places close to the beach between Henley and West Lakes.
Hi all! I'm Ash and I currently work full time in logistics for a mining company. I'm pretty social and always enjoy going out and hope to find people that also like to have fun but still can respect each other and the house we share. I have worked as a chef so I can cook pretty well. I'm always happy to cook for others and I'm also rather tidy and always clean up after myself. I also have a cat that I'd like to bring with me, he usually just spends most of the day/night outside.
My Girlfriend and I are looking for a nice and cosy place to stay in Adelaide for several months, end of August. We love travelling and both work in hospitality. We are looking forward to discover Adelaide !
Looking for a new flatmate. Large double bedroom available, partly furnished with sea views. Spacious upstairs 2-bedroom unit with high ceilings in a great location really close to Henley Square. Large living area with balcony and an outside patio with amazing sea views. Share with one other person.
Hi all, I'm Nicole. I am 27, work full time and study part time in the education sector which does not leave much time for a social life! I am highly self driven, ambitious and lover and nurturer of all things dear to me. I tend to keep to myself, work hard and enjoy a quiet night in on the couch with a nice glass of red on the rare occasion when my head is not buried in my books! I am clean, but not an obsessive neat freak, honest and reliable and am always willing to do my fair share of house duties - including the dreaded bathroom cleans! I have 2 beautiful King Charles Cavalier dogs who are 2 years old and come as part of the package so hopefully you love animals also. They are very well-behaved, de-sexed, micro-chipped, vaccinated, love kids and other animals.
Have just moved here this week & looking for share accom as I have just been offered and accepted a full time job in the CBD. Well travelled and a fair bit of life experience enjoyed, I am an easy going person who enjoys a mix of people and experiences that life presents along the way. I enjoy my own company as well as having a good conversation about life, the world and beyond.
Hi my names Adam, I am currently unemployed but have previously worked in sales and marketing, hospitality and retail for the last 7 years. I love going to the beach, keeping fit and having a laugh with mates, love sports like AFL NBA Rugby and a bit of soccer.
I am looking for somewhere where the bedroom is unfurnished. I am happy to put my other furniture in storage if you have stuff already. Whilst I would prefer a place on my own this is not a viable option for me at the moment. I would like 1-2 housemates ideally. I have lived with both male and female housemates, unfortunately towards the end they all became disrespectful and selfish so I have no choice but to leave. I'm a great housemate, I'm tidy, im funny, im friendly, introverted and extroverted. I'm educated but not in a snobby way, I like to read, I like my sports, I like watching movies and have an occasional reality TV binge (don't judge me on that). I can cook but not a Masterchef level or anything, just basic level. I like to get to the beach in summer and curl up in bed or on the couch with a blanket in winter. I like to get out to markets and catch-ups with friends, or go to some shows or watch some bands when they are around. I like to go for walks and I love to visit my family and friends and hope that any family or friends are welcome at my new home with my new housemates. I work full-time monday to friday as an office administrator for a GPS Fleet Tracking company in Thebarton. I'm not sure what else to write here, so if you have questions just ask. Also my moving date is actually a little later than what is suggested in my ad but that's only because it wouldn't let me post the ad without an earlier date. So if you want to know when I am available just ask.
hey ! I'm Shannon, I'm 20 and work full time in the city and currently looking for somewhere closer to work. I have a small white fluff ball named Oliver who is an absolute sook but lovable. Banter game is pretty strong so preferably wanting to live with someone who can have a laff, in saying that I totally respect personal space and will try to remember to put pants on if your parents come over(no promises). At the end of the day I'm just looking for someone who will pay rent on time and not make my life a living hell. Okay with girls/guys/couples as I have experience with living with all of the above.
I'm a very friendly person with a very positive thinking attitude. I like to keep my surroundings clean and tidy. I'm currently pursuing masters in international hotel management from le cordon bleu and also working part time.
Hi! Im a 20 nearly 21 year old that is looking for somewhere long term to live. Im self sufficent and tidy, and love to cook and create in the kitchen. A lover of music, and will listen to any genre, but also respect that i have to keep it down. I am going to be looking for part time/full time work and am not fussy with who i live with as long as theyre semi likeminded. I do like my space, so im not one to invade others. Never smoked nor done drugs. I do drink occasionally, but its more of a social thing for me, and would be lucky to have 1 drink a month. I can be shy and a little quiet at first, but normally warm up quickly. I am an animal person, i do have a few animals, which have lived with cats and dogs before, so can coexist quite peacefully. I have an <6 month old Jenday Conure. Mango is flightless, tame and quiet for the most part. The only time s/he gets vocal is in the morning, and tends to get excited for attention when woken up. S/he is covered at night. Mango isnt required to stay with me; its optional for S/he to come. I also have 3 rabbits. Purebred Miniature Lops, so not too big, not too small. They are show rabbits, and i am a registered show breeder. That being said, i am ethical and extremely fussy, so i dont constantly have litters, there is no possible way i would be inundated with baby rabbits. My next planned litter will be after summer. They are all planned, and no rabbits are allowed to run together. (No surprises) They are housed in cages currently, but id like to put them in a bank, so theyre out the way. I show them at various clubs twice a month (depending on weather) Theyre all litter trained, so their cages rarely get smelly and all cages, including Mango's, are cleaned 1-2 times a week, or again if they need it. They are all friendly, and have never bitten me, and i wont tolerate them biting others. Rest assured in the rare occasion if they did, they would be chastised. Areas provided are a guideline, i really an happy for anywhere as long as its suitable. If theres any concerns or questions, please feel free to ask. Im happy to answer or explain anything regarding the rabbits also.
Travelling from Canada. Looking to stay somewhere near the ocean with amenities and a social scene. I am a teacher on a working holiday interested in living with other young social people interested in travelling and beach bumming.
Easy going. keep to myself. Clean and tidy. Respectful. friendly, trustworthy, reliable. dont smoke/do drugs/drink only on occasion rarely, dont party in the house. Love the gym and variety of gym activities indoor and outdoor. Work part time in retail. Study online health and fitness. Would have my child (primary school aged) part time. Will be 1st time rental (lived with childs father 12years since leaving home). Pets are 1 medium outdoor dog, 1 python, 2 frogs. Can find alternative arrangements for them IF really needed to (with friends/family). Dont like cats... Prefer 2 rooms one for myself, one for my child and when child isnt at the house - for study. Share with FEMALE only. Someone else with 1 child is fine.
Hello, my name is Andreas, I am from Germany and I will work in Adelaide on some featue films. For that time between September and end of November I'm looking for a quiet and tidy place to stay. I'm pretty sure that I have to work a lot, so most of the time will will not be there :) I am quiet and tidy and that is something I expect of you, too. If you have any questions, please feel free to write me. Looking forward to hear from you. Best Andreas
-Josh and Kelsey- We love meeting others, forming relationships and helping each other. We come from a share house so we understand the values and attitudes needed to live with other people. Kelsey and I like nature, hiking, travelling, Jenga, going to the beach, getting sun, any physical activity, spending alot of time with dogs! - but we like relaxing, reading, studying, watching movies and hanging out just as much. Kelsey is working part-time and running small creative business and I am currently in between work looking after the dogs. We have a 9 year old sleepy beagle and a 7 year old Kelpie X, both very mature, loving and passive :). These dogs are our joy and I hope that people are willing to give it a go, as bringing 2 dogs in a share house is rare. Kelsey and I both have very different individual personalities, you'd have to meet us to like us but we are both very easy to get along with. It is important to us that we and dogs are in a happy, positive & safe environment. We have recently small crisis with our accommodation and are looking at moving as soon as possible. We hope to hear from you!
Very easy going, friendly British couple who are clean and tidy, we cook most nights and are happy to cook for others, we always clean up after ourselves. We both work full time and love to adventure on the weekends, we're not party animals as we rarely drink but are happy to join in😊
We are pretty self sufficient couple. We work together and are a strong team. Because of our work commitments we enjoy Netflix or a good movie! We are moving from Brisbane and will be very new to Adelaide so looking for some social sports, game nights etc. to get involved in. We also like to think we are foodies and enjoy finding great cafes. We have a little Fenchie X Pug - yes, a frug! Her name is Frankie and I can guarantee you will fall in love with her. She is bred for companionship so loves company. She is very easy going and has been living with two other dogs and a cat here in Brisbane.
I work full-time for Telstra as a field assessor mostly 6 days a week. I'm looking to move to West beach, or similar area, however flexible on area with the right people. I'm easy to get along with and I respect people's privacy and space as I like to have my own space as well. Looking for a chilled housemate who's open minded and doesn't mind having a conversation at times. I'll probably always say hello and ask how your day was when crossing paths. I'm very laid back and try and have a positive vibe. Basically looking for one or 2 people to apply for rental properties with. Let me know if your interested or would like to know more. Cheers, Phil
I am 27 and work full time in the city in the Fitness Industry. During the week I spend most of my time at work and the gym. Weekends are usually spent with family and friends. I live a fairly active lifestyle and love being outdoors. I love food, cooking at home and trying new places to eat. I am also very tidy. With me will be my 2 year old Mini Schnauzer. He is a beautiful dog who is very loving, well behaved, and doesn't malt!
Hi! I'm a wildlife ecologist working for a national conservation organisation, but based out of Adelaide Zoo (or work from home on occasion - who doesn't love that). Whilst I'm based in Adelaide, I have many extended trips away, into the field and to other cities for meetings. I spend plenty of time in the outback for work, but I also love aspects of living in the city; little wine bars, festivals, live music, group fitness and outdoor activities to do! I'm looking to live in a nice and tidy home with an open feel. I'd love to share with some awesome people who are genuine good humans. I'd prefer to live just on the fringe of the city, in the inner East or South suburbs like Parkside, Rosewood, Eastwood, Unley, Norwood, or possibly on the beach (like Henley beach, Glenelg, Brighton). Looking to move by the end of September / early Oct :) Leah
