I’m a 24 year old student who is looking for her new home in Melbourne. I’m currently temporarily between wodonga and Melbourne but looking to be permanent in Melbourne :)! I am usually either studying, working or out and about with my partner and friends. He will be over some nights to hang out and only stays on a weekend night very rarely ( if we have an event early the next day ) I am an extremely clean person and love to cook and also spend whatever time I have at home playing xbox or watching my tv shows
I keep to myself often. You don't need to worry about me disturbing you as I deeply respect everyone else around me, I'm a full time student on Centrelink so I'd be getting some form of rental assistance, I'm very hopeful of getting a job within the next 12 months, I'm very tidy and will always help with any house work. I have a partner so you'll rarely see me towards the end of each week. I'm a social butterfly and really enjoy meeting new people.
I’m a 25 year old nursing student with one year left of my degree! I work 30+ hours a week, depending on my roster. Therefore - not much time at home with work/uni consuming my life and if I am home, I really like to nap. I’m social, friendly and enjoy a clean home environment. Also up for a drink every so often. Getting back from an overseas trip (Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam) mid June and would like to have somewhere starting July 💃🏼
I'm a Mechanical Engineer moving to Melbourne on my PR from Pakistan on 18th May and looking for a place in craigieburn area. I'm looking for a single furnished room with internet. I would prefer an ensuite washroom/toilet but if not possible then a shared will do :) I basically need a place where I can sit down and start applying for jobs. I'm not interested in a place which has a 6 month minimum stay period. I need a place where I can pay a month's rent in advance and 2 week notice period coz I need a place till i settle down and get my own place. I smoke occasionally but only outside.
looking for a place to stay surrounding the northern suburbs. despite only being nineteen years of age, i can guarantee that i have had experience living in a share house. that being said, i have an understanding of the boundaries that need to be set in order to ensure an environment that would suit all those who are living under the one roof. at the minute, i am currently the full time carer for my younger sister, and am also looking to start studying psychology at deakin college next year. furthermore, i can assure you that i am responsible with my income and have managed to save more than a sufficient amount in the bank. despite being young, i can promise you that money will not be an issue. i like to keep my area clean and can fend for myself in the sense that i am able to cook my own food, buy my own groceries, clean after myself, do my own washing, as well as drive myself around. in regards to furnishings, i have my own belongings to fill up the room for rent, so that shouldn't be an issue. i am an extremely outgoing person and can easily adapt to different environments. i would love to be able to move into a home where we are comfortable and can remain friendly and civil. i will not invade your personal space as well as your personal belongings, and so i ask for that same level of respect. i also love animals and have my own beautiful bengal cat, bernie, however he can be left to stay with my parents if you would prefer. in my spare time, i enjoy watching movies, socialising, listening to music, and seeing friends. so i'm hoping to find a place where i would be able to have friends come around to visit. i am ready to move in immediately and would love to hear from you!
Easy going person, clean, domestic, non smoker but likes the occasional social drink. Loves to cook, bake and try new things. Happy to socialise with flatmates but also happy to have quiet time to myself. Very new to sharing but I'm sure I'll get with the program. Don't own a pet but happy to be around animals. Enjoy movie nights, the outdoors and farmers market.

I am very good at compromising and talking things through/finding a way to make things work. I'm clean and like to live in a clean environment. Must be a friendly environment. My downfall, I'm easily controlled so specifically looking for chilled laid back people. Walking away from a marriage so just looking for a peaceful environment.
I am well organized person and I like to keep my place clean all the time. I respect other people privacy and I am easy going person with everyone. I move to Melbourne recently from Sydney. I have an excellent friendly relationship with all my previous housemates. They were happy to have and I was happy living with them.
I'm a pretty neat, quiet Australian guy studying engineering on-line I have a degree in applied science (chem), and 11+ yrs experience as an electronics tech. I'm a bit handy with computers, and fixing some stuff around the house. I enjoy an occasional glass of wine/beer, a chat about politics/economics/technology/society..., video/board/card games computer programming, and maybe a little bit of gardening, but largely keeping to myself. (Yes, I'm a bit of a nerd.) I'm fine with pets. - Sam
Will be moving to Melbourne for a year for a full time job at the airport and looking for a place to live within an estimated 20min drive. I like to keep things clean and tidy, especially in shared areas of the house, and enjoy cooking, not just for myself but anyone willing to eat my food. I do not smoke or drink, and usually keep to myself either on my computer or watching TV.

I'm quiet easy going who loves to draw. You'll often find me with my notebook and pens as I doodle away. Currently looking at going back to school and finally finishing my studies so plan to find a job around this schedule. I'm cashed up and able to fund my rent and bond. Ideally you will be close to transport and train station. Prefer a place that is pretty low key and minimal partying. Love a casual chat and sharing a meal. Unfortunately I do smoke so an outdoor area is appreciated. I don’t have pets but happy to love yours. Whilst I’d love a minimum of 6 months I’ve just updated my listing to include short stays as I’m open to exploring new places as I figure out where I want to live long term.
Friendly and honest music student studying at the Australian Institute of Music. Bit of a scatterbrain, but post it notes and cork boards are my best friends. Currently wrangling with the Kafkaesque whims of Centrelink, but I'm going to start looking anyway. Must be okay with having trans occupants, but don't really want to move into an exclusively queer house. Furnished or unfurnished is fine, but I'd like to be able to put up a poster or two. I also currently work out of town every Friday.
looking for a room in a sharehouse/apartment with an ensuite, north of City. Male 25yo working f/t. Maximum I can pay is 185 (+ bills) or 200 (including bills). cheers

I’m a very easy going and relaxed person. I enjoy a laugh and definitely don’t take myself too seriously. I am looking to live with someone who’s also very chill and easy going. I’m looking for a relaxed and quiet environment to live in as I have 6am starts for work and therefore need my beauty sleep ;) I work every second Saturday as well so every second Friday night is an early night for me. I am looking to live with someone that is going to respect that. Respecting one another’s boundaries and privacy is definitely a must.
I am Clean and tidy. Also outgoing. moving down to start Air Traffic control training at the airport.
I'm a Freelance Android Developer currently looking for a shared housing accommodation. I'm currently pursuing my Masters at Swinburne University in Computer Science.. I'm easy going and fairly social, I like going out for adventures, and always up for trying new things. Some of my interests are: music, table tennis, and hiking. I would say my ideal house is one that is clean and tidy.
I am a young enthusiastic Dutchman who moved to Australia in February 2018 on a 1 year working holiday visa. In the Netherlands I graduated in February 2017 from my university study in Small Business Management & Retail management. As a person I am friendly, quick learning, adaptable and very practical. Some of my personal qualities are that I am kind, eager to learn, very responsible and that I am a very hard loyal worker. I am in Melbourne now for a few weeks and I want to stay here till January 2019 for work and living. I'm good with people and I like a good vibe in my sharehouse. Kind regards, Floris Colstee
Quick summary for you guys, I know you don't have time to waste eh. - Born and raised in Paris - 28 year old Mech. Engineer - Lived in London for 2 years before moving to Melbourne last year. London must be the European capital of flatshares and some of my ex flatmates have become great friends. So I'm used to share an apartment. I have 3 rules in a flatshare : -Be social -Be respectful -Be clean Personality wise, I'm very social and friendly but I respect private space so I won't intrude on others' personal space. I'm looking for a room close in the northern part of Melbourne (Brunswick, Coburg, Preston, Thornbury). Feel free to contact me!
I’m fun and friendly, and pretty eccentric. I’m a clean and hygienic person and generally like to keep things tidy. I have a dog (I know all dog owners say this, BUT she’s the best I swear) I like cooking and experimenting with new dishes, so if you’re tired of eating frozen meals I’ve got your back. I’m pretty easy going so if you leave your socks on the floor or forget to wipe the bench down every now and again I probably won’t complain (probably)
