I'm a quiet, clean person. I'm nice. I'm looking for Looking for a room to rent. Would like a fairly decent size as I have a few piece of furniture. Can pay up to $150 a week and would prefer internet and electricity included. I don't drive so I would prefer it close to shops and bus stops. Need to move out before sunday 2nd July.
Hello there! My name is Anna and I am a Danish girl going to Townsville for my semester abroad at JCU. I am tidy, easy to live with, quite social, and love being outdoors. During my semester, I obviously need to pass all exams, but my main focus will be getting great experiences and meeting new people. Therefore, I hope to end up in a house were my housemates and I can be social at times while having the privacy to study at other times. As I moved out of my parents' house when I was 20, I am able to live by myself and cope with everyday challenges. I am looking for a share house that is already furnished, since I am unable to bring furniture. The location should be with easy access to uni and the city, either by bike or public transport. I arrive in Townsville on July 12, and have booked a room for the first week, leaving me time for visiting potential housemates before making a commitment. If you are looking for a new housemate during semester 2 this year, feel free to message me the details of your room, and we might be able to set up a meeting for when I am in town.
I am great to live with because I am easy to get along with, I like cleaning and I'm always up for a good time. I am into sports, cooking and hiking. I'm unemployed as I recently moved to Townsville but I'm an active job seeker.
Im 23 years young, I have a big interest in animals i currently own a beautiful black cat and a jungle python (don't let that scare you he is a giant sook) I'm a big nerd who is usually playing games, reading books or watching anime to preoccupy my, although I do enjoy being social and making new friends. I'm neat and tidy and have worked a bit as a bond cleaner so Im not afraid to hook into the housework every now and then and do a big deep clean. Currently I work permanent part-time so my job is stable. I'm currently trying to improve my health too so if your looking for a fitness buddy Im your girl!
Hey :) just putting my feelers out there to see whats available! Looking to move into a more central location! Clean, tidy and hardly ever home however do like to chat & socialize but do respect other peoples privacy! Let me know what you have to offer :)
Hi everyone! I'm an international student from Germany and will be studying at JCU for one semester starting in July. I'd say I'm a pretty easy-going, clean, quiet and friendly person. I hope to find a place with flatmates that I can call my friends:) I'm always up for a chat, a netflix session, a beer or a few glasses of wine and maybe a fun night out but I also like to have my personal space. I like cooking, going to the beach, playing basketball, reading and hanging out with friends. Nonsmoker, no children, no pets (but I do love dogs!) I will arrive on July 11 and have booked a room in a hostel for the first few nights as I would like to view the room and meet potential flatmates before committing to a place. Looking for a furnished place that I can live in until late november/early december. Feel free to message me:)
Hey mates! I'm moving up to Townsville from Ballarat to study Zoology at JCU and so I'm looking for my new home somewhere reasonably close to uni. I'm really excited about the move and sharing a place with a few like-minded people. I'm an easy-going friendly guy who has spent two years living on campus at Melbourne Uni so I know plenty about living with fellow students, and also having spent the past year working I'm financially pretty stable so rent is no dramas. In my spare time I enjoy a beer and hanging out with friends, but I also like my downtime when I'll listen to some tunes, read, or go for a run. I'm also keen to get outside for some fishing and diving so outdoorsy people would be a bonus. Please do shoot us a message anytime and hopefully we can sort something out. Cheers!
Very clean, private man and very respectful of others.Great cook and like to also entertain and have a laugh.Ive recently had major knee surgery and on disability payments ATM but will be back to work asap I can promise you that....I'm a very careing person and will totally respect the privacy of others... I'm a YOUNG poppy of 4 grandbabies but only have two up here in Townsville.... Hi! My name is Natascha. I am a Danish student studying at the University of Southern Denmark. From July to November, 2017, I am studying a semester at JCU in Townsville. I am 22 years old, and moved out of my parents house at the age of 19, thus I am used to take responsibilities. I am very organized and hope that my housemates appreciate clean surroundings as well. I hope to meet new people and get a lot of great experiences during my stay. And it would be nice to live with someone who is social, but still respects a closed door once in a while. My preferences: I look for a place to live near the city or JCU, preferably with other students or people in the age range of approximately 20-30. The house (and room) needs to be furnished, since I will not be able to bring my own things from Denmark. And it would be great if my potential room did not have a carpet, since I am allergic to dust. It is a plus, but not a must if there is a pool ;) When arriving in Townsville on July 12. I have booked a room for a week, thus giving me time to visit potential housemates before making a commitment. Feel free to message me with details of the room, if you think that I could be a potential housemate, and let's set up a meeting.
I am an international student from Ft. Collins, Colorado, USA. I am studying to get a Masters of Public Health at JCU. I am easy going and I am hoping to explore Australia during my time in Townsville!

Please send me a PM with photos and a bit about your place, or if you have any other questions :) Thanks everyone.
I am a Danish engineering student, going for a semester in Townsville (2. period 2017). Looking for a place to stay during my study period. I am easy going and prefer social flatmates, but also respect a closed door. Contact me if you want to know more.
25 year old Graphic Designer - new to town and looking to move out of my current accommodation to somewhere closer to the CBD. I'm not fussy, quite social and love pets. Hit me up. Jake
Easy-going, quiet, respectful of privacy and people's space and belongings, trustworthy. Very tidy and clean up after myself. Not a party person - prefer to have coffees, read a book. Happy to have chats. I will be working overnight shifts starting in a couple of weeks so will mostly be awake/social in the afternoons and weekends. I'm a student on a leave of absence this year. Trying to become more active such as kayaking and cycling. Love going for walks along the strand listening to music and ending up in Juliette's for a coffee. Love to travel when I have the time and money.
