Hi, I'm Monique and I'm a 48 year old nurse who has just re-located from Sydney. I'll be starting work as a registered nurse at the new Civic Blood Plasma Donor Centre on 22nd October. I'll be doing shift work (different start and finish times) but no night shifts, some Saturdays. I love outdoor exercise and fitness, walking, cooking and enjoy going to the theatre and museums. I'm clean and tidy and respect the privacy of those I live with. I understand the importance of downtime and appreciate others wanting their "me time" but also happy to have a chat.
Hi there! My name is Teaghan, im 21, from Sydney originally and currently studying Public Relations at UC (2nd year), i currently live on res but am looking to move off next year ! I'd consider myself a pretty social person with a positive laid-back personality. Ideally, I'd love to move in with someone around 18-26 who doesn't mind having a chat or hanging out and sharing a drink here or there, however am also respectful of others privacy as i like time to myself too. I am a clean person who is always happy to chip in with chores around the house and help out in any way i can. In my free time i love to get out of the house and do something, whether it be going for a walk around the park/lake, going shopping, watching a movie or just getting some lunch. Although i am also a bit of a homebody at times and am happy to have a day at home just chilling out. I'm looking to move in around January next year, so a bit early to look but shoot me a message if you think we would get along !
Hi! I'm a full-time uni student at UC who works part time and looking for a place in 2019. I'm looking mainly for 1 other student female housemate although 2 would be my max. I'm super chill and really easy to get along with. As a housemate, I'm neat and tidy, enjoy cooking, and always clean up after myself. I love a good movie to watch or have a few chill drinks, but I also appreciate time by myself. I'm fairly flexible and easy to accomodate so I'm not too hard to get along with :)
Im a very sociable person, easy to get along with and like making new friends.I like having some sociable drinks but i also enjoy staying in and watching movies to have my own time or with friends! Me and my partner emma are looking for short term accomodation for us and our 16 month old daughter Naomi. We are easy going and respectful of privacy, love movies and netflix haha, happy to catch up and meet first. This is our first sharehouse as we are having trouble finding a rental and our current living situation isnt suitable. I work full time as a chef in the city so would prefer somewhere north but open to other places.
Hi:) i am supposed to live since 30 October in Canberra. I will come to Canberra to meet new people, work and get some rest. I think myself neat, happy person and active. Normally I'd like to get some exercise, grab a bites and chat with others. I look forward to stay at good place with neat mates.
My name’s Emma and I’m looking for a home for my 16 month old daughter, Naomi and I. I’m a full time student working towards my year 12 and business certificate as well as looking for part time work. Would love to be able to share with another mum if possible 😊
Hey there! I'm Eryn and I'm quite the dynamite gal. I've just completed my Cert IV in Musical Theatre but will not serenade you with broadway songs if you do not wish for me to do so. I'm a pretty arty person and love to draw/get my art on and obviously perform. I'm currently working 3 jobs in children's entertaining/educating and customer experience. I'm a fully grown child and love to watch anything disney (classic and pixar), As a theatre girl, I would consider myself outgoing (but not whack job crazy) but I do respect that some people need privacy/quiet time :) I appreciate the casual wine and cheese nights, although I appreciate the cheese more so than the wine. Let me know if you have any more questions!
Hi, I'm Anthony and I'd like to be your housemate! About me... - I'm 32 (getting my head together just as my body is starting to fall apart) - I work full time (ACT Govt, but like, a fun department) - I'm easy going, happy to go with the flow (sometimes considered indecisive) - I'm always up for an adventure (be that an overseas holiday or a trip to Bunnings) - I'm clean and tidy! (I swear) - I love being outside, especially in the garden (seriously - I'll weed, plant, mulch, prune...) - Always up for a night in with Netflix, board games, and a few drinks - I have a dog (his name is Cooper) About Cooper... - He's a red-heeler cross (very handsome) - He's 7 (well and truly over the yapping/digging/jumping stage) - He's an outside dog (eats, sleeps, raves, repeats) - He's super chill (enjoys a good pat but doesn't smother - he likes his own space too) - He's good with other dogs (he's a bit of a push-over really) Important to me: - You're nice (I like to be friends with my housemates, it'd be great if we could eat dinner/watch telly/go out to events together occasionally) - You keep shared spaces clean (a clean kitchen = happy Anthony) - You don't hate dogs (you don't have to love them either, but it'd be awkward if you hated my dog) Not important to me: - Your gender/orientation - Your race/religion - If you have pets or not - Your age (although it would probably work better if we were both/all similar ages)

Hi All I am a neat and tidy guy looking for shared accommodation. I am a permanent worker in disability. In my spare time I like gaming, chess and playing music. At home I always play acoustic and then practise with my mates elsewhere. I have early starts and late finishes so I am not into partying. I also plan on returning to study and working next year. I tend to keep to myself a bit but also enjoy a chat over a glass of wine occasionally. Look forward to hearing from you.
Respectful, clean and tidy 25 year old carpenter. I work early mornings so am up at around 5.30am Monday to Friday but have learnt how to get prepared quietly as to not disturb housemates. I'm a fairly active guy and spend a bit of time in the gym after work but also a bit of a gamer and like to jump online to unwind after a hard day at work. I am friendly and don't mind the occasional backyard beer on a nice summer day but my party days are finished now and would hope for the same in a housemate(s).
Hi, I am 26 year male who is working full-time in the IT industry. Looking for a share house around Belconnen or Gungahlin. I won't be at home most of the time during the day, as I am doing two jobs and will be at the gym during my free time. Looking for decent place to stay. Doesn't mind catching up with the house mates for a drink or two if everyone is free but not a crazy party house. Prefer living with students or full timer working professionals.
I am a part-time Student at the university of Canberra and have been employed full-time in my chosen industry from the past 2 years. I have a 17Wk old Bernese Mountain Dog (Apollo) who is the most laid back bear you will ever meet, he comes everywhere with me (including inside the house) to uni etc and is only at home during the day on his own 3 days a week as I put him in day care :) He is very well behaved doesn't bark, bite but does sleep and snuggle a lot. Ideally I will need to find somewhere that has a decent sized back yard but do not mind if there are other pets as Apollo Loves everything and everyone. Please send me a message, I would love to hear from you :)
I will move to Canberra from Germany early next year (depends all on the visa) to start a job at CSIRO but the date is not set yet. I am in my early 30s and really easy going. I like to socialize with people but also prefer to have some time on my own. Sharing a beer or a glas of wine is fine with me but I am done with excessive partying. I love cats and dogs and won't mind to watch out for them. On my days off I like to go hiking or just relax. I am not really into sports but I would like to change that in the future. Because I move far away from home I expect to have friends visiting me in Australia from time to time so it would be great if they could stay in the apartment as well during their visit and don't have to find a hotel (it's already expensive to come to Australia). I have lived in shared appartments before for 5 years (first 2 girls, then 2 guys) as well as on my own. I've been to Canberra before on a holiday but I am not familiar with the city or it's neighborhoods so I rely a bit on you to tell me where best to live.
Getting in super early to see what's out there, having just been accepted into a Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Secondary Education: * $150ish or less p/w, could pay up to $180 if it includes bills * Close to UC campus or in an area where there are buses that go to campus (I don't drive). * Footy/sport in general/music/TV/cows are my kinda things. * Keen on a household that is social in a ‘can eat and watch TV together sometimes’ kind of way, but isn’t a party house all the time. * This is my 500th attempt at uni so I won’t be going out too much but I’m also not adverse to a drink (or ten, if the situation calls for it). * Wouldn’t be my first time out of home so I’m well house-trained, and would prefer a clean home. * Bonus points if you have pets because I’ll miss my cat. *Female house preferred but not totally essential. Moving from Sydney and will hopefully have Youth Allowance, but will definitely also be looking for work. I have 8 years of experience in fast food/hospo so hopefully shouldn't be too hard in theory.
