Hi! I'm a nanny looking to find a guy/girl with similar interests to find a house to live in, along with my two beautiful Staffies and my extremely friendly cat! I'm originally from a small town up on the mid north coast but have lived in Sydney for about 5 years now :) I love music (mostly edm but everything really), and am very down to earth. I work long days and love to go out & be social when I'm not at home spending time with my pets. I'm flexible with the moving date! And would like some one aged 24-30 preferably.
Hi! I'm Meg and I will be 20 at the end of January. I am looking for somewhere to live next year as I will not be renewing my current lease when it runs out at the beginning of February. This is because I would prefer to live in South Sydney, as it will be closer to where I will be studying at Ettingshausens in Kirrawee. I would prefer an unfurnished room, living with one other person (any gender), however I will definitely still consider other arrangements. I will be at school at least three weekdays, and most other days I will be at work, which is doing promotional work, meaning I will have a steady income to pay bills. My parents currently pay my rent and will continue to do so whilst I am studying until the end of 2017, so the correct amount of rent will always be paid on time. I have lived in Sydney for a year now, after I moved from my hometown of Tamworth to study dance full-time at Village on Broadway for a year. I am clean and respectful, and also a very happy and easy to get along with kind of person. Love to socialise with my housemates but of course give you your space and privacy. I am also not a party animal so won't have heaps of people over/come home super late all the time/make a big mess. I'm very active, and also vegan and really passionate about healthy eating and cooking! I'm also very creative so I'll usually be making something arty in my spare time. Love catching up with friends, going to art galleries and markets and spending lots of time at the beach!
Looking for a quiet place preferably around gymea where I work as a chocolatier / pastry chef I'm originally from France two years ago I'm very clean, I don't smoke or drog or alcohol :-)

I am 26 years old working full time as a pre-sales engineer for a computer software company. I currently live in Melbourne however looking for an opportunity to move up to Sydney for work as a part of my role. I love to chill out and have a few drinks occasionally but also enjoy my free time. I enjoy listening to music, coffee fanatic and play video games quite regularly. Try to keep a relatively active lifestyle so get to the gym most days after work. I own my home in Melbourne so understand the need for a clean and friendly person to share a house with. I love animals. Happy to hang out with my fellow housemates but often like to spend some down time on own.
I am an extremely easy going person, very neat and tidy, always willing to lend a hand and do my bit around the house. I am keen to meet new people who re of similar ages and are on the same vibes. I like to cook for myself but don't mind an occasional flat meal. I am also reasonably tidy, I would be after a room with a bed of any size.

Hi I am a single, clean, quiet, working Australian male. I need somewhere quiet during the day as I do some work from home. I love peace and quiet so I'm after a quiet location - no planes flying overhead, no major roads or rail close by. One major reason I need to move is I have neighbours dogs driving me crazy with constant barking so I need somewhere that doesn't have this problem. Nature/gardens/greenery would be great. For housemates, generation Y would be good I only want to live with Australians/English people not other languages/cultures My budget of $250/w is including bills and internet No young kids or smokers or dogs. Internet is essential. I will consider places out of Sydney such as Central Coast and rural areas. Cat-friendly would be a huge bonus.
I am clean and neat. Social at times and quiet at others. Very respectable for others space. I work in the health industry full time and look forward to talking. I love to be near the water and like cooking. I would prefer to take a lease with someone who likes a modern place. I have nearly all to furnish if needed. I also have a 5 year old princess who i would like to to have stay with me a few nights a week she is well behaved and would not disturb others.
Clean, trustworthy, friendly, don't leave mess for next day, clean straight away, happy to share household items, ready to lend a hand when needed(as we all do sometimes), like long walks and cooking, no drugs, no cigarette, no alcohol, quiet but sociable.

G'day guys! My name is Shahin & I'm 24 years old. I'm outgoing & love to have fun. I'm moving to get closer to my studies. I'm a 5th year medical student & I'm getting back into the books after 1 year of work & travelling Europe. I'll probably mostly be at hospital, work or gym. I'd never say no to a beer or a good event though.
Very easy going 25 yr old, looking to nest by the sea! I live a fairly busy and somewhat healthy & active lifestyle where I am working full time and studying part time. I am a non-smoker, but enjoy a glass of red, a chat and a good BBQ every now and then. To move in by early Jan would be very ideal. Long term preferred, but am open to either. Hope to hear from you!
I'm a quiet and happy person, with a positive attitude and good personality. I have lived in shared houses and have great references ( in one home for over 4 years) I have good ethics, I dont drink, smoke or do drugs. I have no pets.
I'm a quiet, friendly guy currently in the middle of a lifestyle change (eating healthy and exercise). I work in IT and spend most of my spare time either playing guitar, reading, out socialising and occasionally staying in playing video games
My name is Emy and I'm from England and just turned 30. I work as a portrait photographer in and around Sydney which is very varied and keeps me busy. I have spent some time this year traveling the country in my van & seeing lots of cool places. I am on a working holiday visa but will be changing visas next year to be able to stay in the country for longer. My boyfriend is called Michael and he's 28 and is Australian (from Dubbo originally). He works full time as a video editor for a wedding video company in Fairfield. He's lived in Sydney for a while and studied film here. He also works on short film for film festivals in-between his editing job so he's pretty busy. We don't smoke and I don't drink (just really don't like the taste!). Michael only drinks a little bit. We are both into eating good food and like to cook (always wash up after we have eaten!) After work we tend to cook food and chill out with netflix, or go out for dinner or cinema. We both try to keep fit and I regually go to fitness classes in the city. On days off from work we catch up on sleep, socialise and take trips out to the beach or shops. We are both pretty chilled out and don't like drama so are looking for a friendly and chilled out place to live. I'm pretty chatty where as Michael is quite shy so it takes him a while to get chatty with new people! But we are both super friendly and positive people who are clean, tidy and respectful of other people. We totally respect other peoples space and privacy and are looking for the same whilst also being able to hang out with our future flatmates if they want to. We don't have an ideal set amount of time that we would like to live in Sydney so I wrote down 4 months but it's a very rough number! This is because we plan to travel at some point next year but we need to spend some time to work hard and save up for it and we don't know how long it will take! So a flexible lease agreement would be ideal for this reason. Our ideal place would be within a 10 minute walk to the train station and walking distance to supermarkets. Own bathroom and outdoor space like a balcony or garden would be a major plus but not essential. And an apartment that comes with gym facilities or is near to a gym would be even more awesome.
I like to believe I am a pretty chilled person who likes to keep to myself. I get along well with others and am up for great conversation but am also happy to sit in silence. I don't do house parties but I definitely enjoy having friends over for cheese & wine (or coffee & cards). I have an almost 3yr old baby boy (Beagle X Cavalier) who shares my bed and steals my food. Must be a dog lover!
Hey there, 17 year old student moving from Byron Bay in late January early February (TBC) to Sydney to train for a career as a dancer. I am responsible, hardworking, kind, respectful clean. My lifestyle will consist of training week days from around 8-4, early nights during the week and spending time making new friends on the weekend or saying home watching netflix (Truth be told Im a bit of homebody). Im easy to get along with. Im quiet and tame and respect your space as I hope you would mine. Hoping to find someone I get along with to make the big scary city seem a little less scary. -Lucy
Non Smoker, Non Drinker, gave both up, years ago. Don't care if you drink socially, or smoke, it wont faze me, so don't feel guilty. I will have a drink with you, but prefer to sip a 7-up or a Solo. Not interested in alcoholics or drug dealers or users, am also not interested in coming home to someone absolutely stewed or fried. If your life revolves around a bottle, then please give me a miss. I come Police checked, because of my job, I work in Customs Bonded Freight (excise and bond) and the Maritime Industry. Sold my house and invested in large scale property development in the Hunter Valley, I along with 2 others own 1200 acres, including a winery. I wont prosper from it, but my grandkids will. Not married, never have been, all my kids (3) are grown up and live overseas. No ex-girlfriends or extra baggage. I'm a clean happy camper, of the non-religious type. Looking for somewhere quiet and peaceful. I do photography and video work as a hobby, as well as infrared photography.
