I'm a friendly reliable professional female non smoker working in in the public library system .I am musical and play in an orchestra weekly . Looking for friendly reliable people but can do my own thing. Enjoy music and cooking and the outdoors. Fairly quiet not a huge party person but enjoy catching up with housemates occasionally. Am moving on as its the end of the lease and time to do so. Looking for something close to public transport.
hi. we two are moving over (from auckland). i (robert) am a (soon to be) science-related employee at ANU. kimberley (also pictured) is a rail transportation wizard *who has to work from home* we are looking for a ~temporary (1-2 months) large room or 2 individual rooms in a share house while we house hunt or otherwise figure the city out. could also be a sublet or apartment (or ?) and our budget can be pretty generous for the right place. definitely doesn't have to be that nice or anything, but it does have to at least have the option of being temporary. we're responsible, pretty low-key, vegan/veg, ageing ex-musicians-turned-avid-gardeners sort of thing, but we've always lived in pretty bustling/noisy share houses and that's also fine. we're usually off on our own thing somewhere out on the town or on a trail but always happy to be social when something's brewing. if you've got any ideas or proposals we're glad to hear them, even if just for a few weeks in early sept.
I'm a 22 year old Bartender ready to start my Masters next year at ANU. I love travelling, cooking, reading and signing up to new hobbies (pole dancing, cocktail making, rock climbing, Spanish, knitting and nail art are some previous exploits). I enjoy kitchen chats and house hangs, but also appreciate the need for personal space (I'll be doing a lot of preliminary research leading up to my MA). I'm looking to move into a neat, friendly household with likeminded people. I also come with a smart TV, a Ps4 and baking skills which are all equally free to exploit :)
I am a very laid back person but fun to live with. I am a clean individual and respectful of everyone's needs in the household. I play soccer in the winter and am sports crazy. I am an active person and like the outdoors. I study a double degree of nursing and paramedicine with hopes of becoming a paramedic after my study.
My name is Matt. I'm a full-time professional moving from Melbourne to Canberra and looking to find a place in an existing share-house around early August. I'm sharehouse trained - clean, tidy, respectful, and appreciate my quiet time, but also don't mind a chat or a shared activity. I have my own bedroom furniture. My preference is for off-street parking if possible and my own bathroom, but I’m flexible.
I’m currently in my third year at uni and working part time as a swim teacher. When I find the time, I love getting outdoors and exploring, or bunking down for a good craftanoon. I’m looking for an unfurnished room in a share house that likes to socialise with the odd dinner and drinks, but also likes their space.
Hey! I'm looking for a social kinda house where we can hang out sometimes and not be strangers. I'm also heaps keen to live in a house where everyone pulls their weight. So a bit about me.... I'm 27 and work full time and in my spare time I'm mostly hanging with friends, having a drink out and about or chilling at home. Hit me up if that fits with you🙂 Cheers, Laura
I'm 29 and work for Parks Australia in the department of environment so i get to go to the NT every so often. I also volunteer at the RSPCA walking the dogs so i always have cute videos and photos to share. I'm keen to move into a social house, by that I don't mean a party house (i have had that experience before and I'm not keen to do it anymore haha) I just like sharehouses that are like a home instead of feeling like you are just renting the room. My friend's and I take it in turns to have Sunday night dinners and play board games or watch drag race and Handmaid's. I also enjoy a beer in the sun but much more likely to have afternoon beers than party until the sun comes up. Feel free to contact me with any other questions :) Jess
Hi, I've just started full-time work at a consulting firm. I value humour, integrity and kindness in others and in the past have enjoyed households in which there is a sense of community. I'm quite friendly, environmentally-conscious, enjoy bouldering, plants, reading, films, and travel. I'm hoping to find something that is around the $200 mark. Also hoping to have access to an undercover parking space. My family lives on a farm about an hour out from Canberra so I will come bearing honey, free-range eggs and green beans.
I will be commencing my master's in economics this July at ANU. I am a tidy person who likes to share meals occasionally or just sit by the TV and have a chat. I respect others' need for privacy and I expect the same from my flatmates. I enjoy cooking and cycling. I would love to try out new places for food but I do not smoke and drink.
