Hi there! I'm a triathlete who lives an active lifestyle while being very neat and organized. I always clean up after myself and I am quiet most of the times. I don't smoke and added to this, I always follow all the house rules and would only use the necessary areas such as the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Aside from going to work (I work as an Early Childhood Educator - and yes I can babysit if needed), I'm usually out on training either swimming, cycling, running or working out at the gym so I prefer to be located close to any of these facilities. Also, I would thrive well in a modern establishment with respectful, quiet and tidy housemates. Utilities/Facilities that I'm looking for: -Shops and groceries like Coles -Nearby gym and swimming pool -Reverse cycle aircon -Washing Machine and Dryer for clothes -NBN internet that can play YouTube videos in HD without delay (I used to live at a flatshare where it takes 5-10 mins to open my e-mails sometimes disconnecting in between and that was not fun at all) -Storage space for my 2 bikes - 1 road bike used for commuting and the other for training -I have a car but offstreet parking is okay for me. -A small yard or area with access to tap water to wash my bikes (optional) -Unused spare room or garage space (optional): Will primarily use this as a study/gaming/training room for my Ironman races that I'll be participating in months to come so expect me to be in this room most of the time. If you wish to contact me, please send me a message with a detailed info of the following: - Yourself - Flatmates - Room - PHOTOS - Viewing times - House rules And oh, I'm seeking for a home that has NO pets in it (unless its just Goldfish then its all good). Let me know if my profile suits your home. Cheers.
I'm a very neat and tidy person, organised and dependable. I'm looking for a quiet place to stay while I work and study for my Masters. I'll be moving to Canberra from Sydney, so I'm also hoping to make some lasting friendships and build memories. I love tea, and you can be sure I will bring some teapots, cups and blends with me. I love cats and am completely open to homes with pets, though I sadly do not have any myself. I am open to staying anywhere in Canberra really that is within a reasonable distance from ANU. Please no places with smokers or vapers.

I am a third year student from Australian National University who is doing computer science. I like cooking, reading and baking, and of course I enjoy talking with people and chill in free time. My cooking skill is pretty interesting because of influence from both Chinese cuisine and western cuisine. Wouldn’t mind if my flat mate wants to live in a peaceful and quite lifestyle.
I'm a slightly eccentric, fun, funny (sometimes) history and environmental student who enjoys a chat and drink just as much as his peace and quiet. I'm clean, easy going, and can cook. Looking for somewhere till I move out for exchange in the Netherlands in August!
Hey guys, I am Andy in my late 20s and come from China. Currently I am working part-time in Canberra and planning to go back to uni in the near future to upgrade myself. I am the one who loves quietness and values privacy, however I never mind having good conversations and meals with the people around me from time to time, for people around me matter. I enjoy running and swimming and hopefully I can challenge my first full marathon this year successfully. I also enjoy reading and exploring the cultural diversity of the world. May we have some quality time together!

I'm relocating from Melbourne in February, looking to share with others around my age. I'm hoping to find a place where I have the option of being social in shared spaces but also having my own privacy. I enjoy spending my free time outdoors and would ideally love to find a place with a courtyard/backyard. I like to cook and would be happy to have shared dinner and conversation. I have been living by myself recently, so I have plenty of furniture and appliances I can contribute if needed. I'm pretty tidy and respectful of other people's belongings. I enjoy playing tennis, reading, board games and gardening.

Hello! I've recently moved down from Brisbane to begin working in a new job with the government. Despite recently graduating with a degree in nutrition, I love to bake all sorts of goodies whenever I have some free time. I love being active and enjoy the outdoors. I am looking for accommodation for approximately the next 4-8 months and am open to the idea of shared accommodation. I consider myself to be neat, tidy and respectful of other peoples property. I do own a car, so would appreciate parking arrangements where possible.
hey guys, I'm from country WA and will be moving to Canberra soon to start a career in the emergency services. I've lived in share houses for the last 5 years so i know how to keep my area (and the rest of the place) clean and respect others privacy. as a housemate, I'm a pretty relaxed and flexible guy who enjoys catching up on the days events with housemates and going on the occasional adventure on weekends. I'm also partial to a beer or two with housemates but not huge on house parties these days. In my spare time I like to keep active, be it AFL, tennis, cycling or surfing one of my SUPs and i'm always happy to have others join in. it does mean that i have a bit of gear to store so a garage or shed at the house would be preferable. hopefully some of this has grabbed your interest and i look forward to moving to Canberra soon!
Hi there, I will move down to Canberra from Sydney for study and work in late Feb or early Mar. I am looking for one or two females/couple to share a flat with for at least 6 months or longer, but I am flexible with the length. I am an easy going and friendly person. I like to make friends, and wish we could become good friends to hang out and have a talk with. But I do respect others' privacy at the same time. I have experience of living with a family with little kid or females over 5 years, so I have learnt how to be considerate to housemates. I am also a quiet, clean, tidy and organised person. I would like to have a room with build-in wardrobe, ideally also is furnished (but I am flexible with that if the rent is a bit lower :P). I have a car, so off-street parking is necessary, of course garage is perfect! I do want the location of the house/flat has an easy access to public transport too, although lower frequency is acceptable. I look forward to hearing some good news from you guys! :)
