Writer, performance poet and high school teacher. *Not placed in order that earns the money* I'm a social housemate and enjoy getting to know others. I also like my own space. I love reading, running/yoga, the beach, and going out to see music or performance shows. Originally from Victoria, have lived in Freo before, and am returning after a long sojourn up north and then down south. I'm looking for a place that has community conscious vibes, easygoing, and tidy. Happy to contribute household goods where needed.
Hello! I am moving to Perth from Adelaide for a PhD position at Murdoch Uni in marine biology. As such, I'm looking for shared accommodation (existing or happy for team ups :) ) close to the uni, or close to public transport which will take me to the uni! ( I do have my own car too but am happy for street parking). I'm a pretty neat and tidy person, but don't need the house to be immaculate. I would love to live with some like minded people who will share the cleaning duties when they have time and are respectful of others space. Whilst I'll be fairly busy and love my alone time, I'm not against having a couple drinks and watching a movie now and then! I already live in a share house, but do own quite a few homey items ( washing machine, fridge, microwave etc), so am happy to ship anything that is needed over, but am equally happy to take a furnished space. However, I do own a small electric piano which I am hoping to bring with me, but you wouldn't have to listen to me practice as I have headphones :P I do not have any pets, but would love if one of my housemates did!
Hey y’all, my names Emma👋 I’m after a chilled place I can call home for the time being while I get my degree. I study psychology at Murdoch Uni. I also volunteer as a mentor around Freo, and work in Hilton. Looking for a place close to Murdoch, or near a bus there (ideally the 999/998 or 513 or any bus that goes straight to murdoch). Flexible with living situation, but would like to live somewhere i can have my own space to study etc., but also ideally a friendly environment where we communicate, get along nicely and look out for eachother :) Would prefer to live with people around my own age (i.e. in their 20’s), or other students/people with a similar lifestyle. In my spare time i often just chill, game or watch netflix but also love trying new things and meeting new people, being outdoors and also meeting animals so if u have pets ill be extra happy 😱:) :) :) I like gardening too but dont let me near your plants because i will probably kill them.🙄😂 I also like to cook/bake and love sharing my creations so dont mind cooking for roomies on occasion ☺️ (Also, bonus: I’m a vegan so i wont ever steal your food ;) 😜) Routine-wise, I am abit of a night owl, so if you go to bed early or are a light sleeper and wake up easily I am probably not the roomie for you! I dont throw parties or play music or anything crazy though, will usually just be watching netflix/doing assignments and sometimes making snacks when i cant sleep ahaha (but this will keep some people awake, so figured its worth considering). I pretty much get along with everyone though, as long as you’re open-minded and chilled ~ Just wanna live somewhere with good vibess all round and hopefully some dogs ;) ☺️🏡✨ P.S. dog in my pic is Marley, she will not be living with me (unfortunately😢), but would be extra awesome if she was allowed to visit me on occasion 🐶 but if not, thats cool too! I usually go see her and stay at my partner’s house on the weekends anyway feel free to shoot me a text anytime; pls include info about yourself and who i would be living with, cause thats pretty important to me and im not interested in moving into a house with others whom i know nothing about. ***please only text, dont call me incase im in class.*** Cheers :~)
My name is Helen, I'm 30 and I work as a research scientist here in Perth so I keep pretty regular hours with a couple of field trips during the year. I also work from home a bit. I love to cook and listen to music and am happy to share the occasional meal if you're interested. I've got a bit of furniture and some house plants I've become quite attached to. Love camping and the great outdoors, bouldering, live music, have a decent vinyl collection, and enjoy a beer and a chat. I definitely enjoy some peace and quiet at home and am, of course, neat, tidy and respectful. I'm looking to start a new share house in or near Fremantle. I would love to find a place with a bit of outdoor space for doing a bit of gardening or entertaining. I would also be keen to join a share house if you have a bit of space for me.
I am a business professional who is looking for a nice tidy place to live in within 7 kilometres from Fremantle. I am reliable and always pay my rent and bills on time. I am a non-smoker and not a party animal. I am ideally looking to share with 1-2 other non-smokers. I am friendly and respectful of other peoples space and property and I'm tidy and treat the place like a home. I don't party at home so am looking for a non-party home environment. I am partial to to a nice glass or red and a meal with house mates on occasion and I am a good cook. I believe I am pretty easy to get along with and a good house mate to share with. I ideally hope to find a furnished room with a bed and a study nook and study desk with my own bathroom, but these features are negotiable. I do have 2 little grown house trained well behaved dogs. Ginger is a mini Dashund (6.5 kilos) and Milly is a mini Pomeranian (2 kilos). I'm happy to pay a pet bond if needed and I'm sure you will fall in love with my dogs are they are very cute and great company. I have put 3 month stay as initually it would be a trial to see if we all live well together. If it's all harmonious I would be happy to stay longer eg (6 months +) Currently I am not an upgraded member on Flatmates so I cannot view peoples mobile numbers. But if you have anything suitable please contact me on. Have a great day! Thanks, Karuna
Hi! I'm moving to Perth from down south in January 2020. I'll be studying nursing and have got a part-time job in Perth confirmed. I'm tidy, friendly, respectful and have a pretty chill personality. A little more about me: - Originally from Singapore - I like to listen to music, read, knit and go to the beach in my free time - Environmentally conscious I'm looking to rent in a share house in Perth, preferably in and around Freo, Como or Northbridge. Parking and nearby public transport options are essential.
Hey! I've just moved over from Adelaide and i'm looking for a cozy and chilled sharehouse to live in with like minded people. I work part time at Bunnings in the garden area and I will be studying Horticulture next semester. I've lived in many sharehouses and i know the importance of keeping a clean and respectful household. I'm usually down to have a chat, share a dinner/ few drinks with or watch a movie together but also happy to do my own thing at times :) I also love gardening and animals so any place with a decent yard and a pup is a bonus! i'm pretty chilled and easy going, enjoy good humor, live music, usually have some art/woodwork project on the go, scuba diving. If i sound like someone you'd live with don't hesitate to message.
Hi I’m Jay, 44, non smoker working full time in Fremantle doing shift work. I currently live down south in Boddington. I’m looking to live within 30/40 mins of freo. I would prefer my own bathroom and a furnished room but open to options. I’m clean, friendly, respectful and have a perfect reveal history. Thank you
Heya. Looking for a new place to call home. Am easy going, full time employed Landscaping/Retic tradie. I am house trained, can cook and clean, love a good Chuck Norris or dad joke, good at banter & don’t mind chillax’n with an ice cold Froffie when I get the chance. Working 6 days a week atm & start super early. (Having coffee by 5am, on road 5:15-5:30am so basically sparrows fart). My tricky situation is I have 2 cars (1 is a work ute I use 6 days) so kinda need somewhere safe for my Wagon whilst using work rig. Just looking for a chilled vibe that’s uncomplicated. So if ya think I might gel well with you and/or ya roomies flip us a message and we can go from there. Rogie Stay Groovy! Ooo Roo 🤟😎
Hi, I’m 42 female - friendly, easy going, clean and tidy. Looking for a space I can call home. I’m into clean healthy living and nature. I enjoy meditation, walking, beach, learning new things, gardening, yoga/qi gong, getting out in nature. Love to learn stand up paddleboarding and other things. Pref areas: south Freo, Beaconsfield, white gum valley, Freo, palmyra, Hilton, Bicton, east Freo, attadale, Melville etc (love the Freo doctor air!) I also own my own home and have rented out rooms so I know this process and what it’s like on the other end! My house is north of river but I want to live south closer to friends and it’s more “me” (alternate, enviro conscious, healthy etc) Currently studying part-time. Being new to the area, I will be looking at working part time once I’ve settled. I am financially stable and am out most days. Non smoker, rarely drink. I’m not after a party house. I have chronic fatigue and some sensitivities (can’t be in house with mould or lots of chemicals) so I’m just looking for a place I can heal, look after myself and enjoy a new environment. I’m told I’m great to live with, I enjoy cooking and super clean and can socialise when suits. I’m generally pretty easy going but also like my own space (and respect others). I would prefer - more modern facilities (tend to be better for mould!) - open to either male or female (or a couple). No more than 3 people in house - Own bathroom and air conditioning (but not essential) - Private space, studio or granny flat also ideal - Genuine easy going nice flatmate/s Look forward to hearing from you! Georgie

Hi there! We're Juanma and Ana, here on a Working holiday visa and loving Freo so far. We're currently looking for a job and hopefully getting one soon. I'm working full-time near Murdoch Uni and looking for a place close by (20 mins drive) to share with others (preferably late 20s/early 30s). Something close to the beach would be great! I enjoy looking after veggies in the garden (although not super great at this!) and am looking for a household which is clean and tidy, welcoming, and feels like a home. Looking for other people who are trying to be environmentally friendly. Always up for a chat but don't mind having time to myself either. I love exploring and heading out to events on the weekends, like markets, or art exhibitions. I love learning new things and having new experiences. Ideally looking for a room that has enough space for a queen (or supplied double/king single with bedding) and a little bit of space to move. Happy to share with well-trained pets.
Shift worker in hospitals around the Metro region. Happily social, always keen for a drink after work. Approachable person, a bit of a dork. Looking for people to share a rental with.
I'm Nikki, 25 years old and I'm from the Netherlands, I'm in Perth to do my final internship to finish my masters degree in Medical Biology. I would like to meet some people my age and live in shared housing for the next few months until April/May. I'm always down to eat together, to chat or whatever you like! I'm mainly looking in Fremantle area, but Perth west/east is also good. Love animals, so always a plus if somebody has a pet :)
I work in Ayurveda, the traditional medicine of India. I am currently studying to become an Ayurvedic Practitioner and I regularly return to India for study. My background is Business, Marketing, and Health Policy. I will be in India from the end of November until beginning of January and will be looking for a place to move into when I return. I am from Montana in the USA, near the Canadian border in the Rocky Mountains. I love spending time outdoors, trekking, cooking, reading, and writing. I would ideally like to rent a granny flat or self contained space but am open to other options with housemates. I value cleanliness and personal space, a place to come home and relax.
Mature, hard working, passionate, veterinary pathologist from South Africa, Kiwi by birth. I have just completed a one year locum in Veterinary Pathology at the College of Veterinary Medicine, Murdoch University for 2019 and have been appointed for another year at The Animal Hospital Murdoch for 2020. Uncomplicated personality, have respect for others, show pride in my living space and mad about sport. I have been biking everywhere and work early mornings and most evenings reading pathology slides remotely from South Africa. Juvenile 58 year old enjoying the downhill to 100! Would require good internet connection and Air con, close to amenities. I would prefer Fully furnished self contained fully equiped Unit / Apartment / Villa with secure vehicle parking.
Hi I’m Olivia! I’m moving from Brisbane to Perth to start studying medicine at UNDF. I love the beach and live an active lifestyle. I am hoping to move in with other likeminded people who enjoy a combination of both chilling at home or going for weekend afternoon bevs. I will be at uni most days studying and am a respectful, clean house mate. I enjoy cooking and running and listening to music.
I am excited to be moving to the Perth area to start veterinary school at Murdoch University, arriving from Utah, US with my sweet dog, Nico. Nico is a mellow, lanky 6 year old greyhound x lab mix who adores cats and is friendly with small-medium/playful dogs (= he is not a fan of large dominant dogs). He loves people, is quiet, nondestructive, and has traveled/lived in many places with me as I moved around for my schooling. I can provide temperament references, photos/videos of him snuggling with cats, canine good citizen training certificates, etc. I am looking for a quiet, non-smoking, pet-friendly home that has some sort of yard access (and/or close to a park or beach access) for Nico. Not interested in a party house. I like a calm space to relax and study, but also enjoy a good dinner with friends. Ideal scenario is a bright sunny space with lots of plants, sustainably minded housemates, easy access to the bus, walkable to markets/gym, and in between Murdoch Uni and the Fremantle area -- I know, dream big. Open to starting a new lease with someone(s), or renting a room in an established place. 3-6+ month lease preferred, with option to extend or renew if things are going well for all involved :)
I am looking for a space either on my own or to cohabitate with some groovy individuals while I complete my masters program at Curtin. A little about me: I’m 28, non smoker, have been traveling about the globe and living between Viet Nam and India for the last 4 years but moved to Freo in the beginning of this year. I’m a Yogini by lifestyle and yoga teacher, Ayurveda practitioner and Thai Massage/Marma Point Therapist and Sexologist. I love the beach, live music, open mics, dancing, writing poetry and just communicating with people whether its an existential life altering conversation or laughing at absolutely nothing just because it feels good to share positive energy. Collaborating and socialising with open individuals is the kind of vibe I am looking for although I also enjoy having my own space. Everything in balance! however, I am not looking for a party house. Ideally, where I move to will have as much natural light as possible (I am all about the open space and windows). Currently I am in Thailand but would love to have a Skype chat to get to know potential housemates and do tours of the space so that I can find something pending my return. If things feel right, I’m happy to start paying rent as early as one week in advance before I arrive! X
