Seeking a female housemate (aged mid-20s or 30s) to share a 2-bedroom townhouse or unit in the Liverpool/Holsworthy region! I'm a secondary teacher at a Christian school, in my late 20s, currently house-searching to lease a 2-bedroom townhouse or unit in the Moorebank/Holsworthy/Casula or Milperra area - expected starting from late January/early February. Expected rent about $210-$220 per week, per person. I'm keen to find a housemate who likes a tidy, quiet and friendly environment, works 'office' hours, and appreciates building some community in her household (eg. family and friends over as part of weekly/fortnightly routine). In a "team up", I will provide fridge, TV, couch, washing machine, dining table etc. You will need your own bedroom furniture. If we "team up", of course I will happily include your input in the house-searching! You can be a co-tenant on the lease if desired. I am also open to moving in with someone already in a 2-bedroom property, if the right place comes along!
I am 22 years old and have just finished my Bachelor of Education (Birth to Twelve) degree at Notre Dame University, I am looking for somewhere to live that has personality yet still understands alone time. I want a place that makes me feel like I am at home. I am from Perth but I moved here four years ago for university. I have lived in student accommodation mostly and have enjoyed the atmosphere with sharing with others. I love animals but sadly do not own any. I am a happy, energetic girl that loves to binge watch movies and shows but still loves the outdoors. I like to dance around the kitchen when I am cooking and a listen to a range of music from Roy Orbinson to Taylor Swift. I like to go out and do activities but I also love to lay in bed. I am a social person and love to have chat. I always like to keep the common areas clean/cleanish and I love when my roomate/s do that same, I like open communication if there is ever a problem and I just want to be friends and enjoy this year living, working and becoming a full blown adult. I have an amazing boyfriend and I would love for him to stay over in my room, so I would hope that is okay. Thank you.
Not looking to move until Oct 2019 the earliest due to work travel. I'm a permanent full-time occupational therapist who is looking to move to a place closer to work (so that I can catch an extra 5 mins of sleep in the morning!). I love all things health, a passion of which has led me to where I am today - having recently reached a -50kg weight loss milestone and working in a job that I love! A fun fact about me: I used to run a university meme page for a living. 10/10 would recommend.
I am a quiet and clean person who is respectful of others and their privacy. I have lived in shared accommodations and know how to look after your property and furnishings. I am looking for a room to stay from 29 Jan - 18 Feb 2019. I have an office job during the week at Moorebank and sometimes work in another job in the weekends. I am a non-smoker and do not drink much.
I am extremely neat and tidy. very respectable at all times. I am a simple person. I really am looking for somewhere that is quiet and doesn’t have much going on (friends and family over, loud pets, kids) I like privacy and quiet. (You will rarely see me) I only cook on Sunday’s Looking for private rooms with OWN BATHROOM. i work full time as a traffic control supervisor Prefer to share with people who work full time also **not wanting to spend much on bond** (Due to loosing thousands because of Dodgy people in the past)
I am friendly, easy to get along with and very respectful of others privacy as I mostly keep to myself. I don't smoke. I am clean and tidy, and I will happily contribute to all housework. I work in Engadine 3 days a week in retail and as a dog trainer, and I am continuing studies online. I have a very small (1.7kg) 11 year old, indoor dog. Pommes is very affectionate and spends most of her time sleeping; she is more of a cat than a dog. Pommes is happy being an indoor-only dog, is fully house-trained and if I am out for longer than 7 hours she will come with me to work or go to my parents house. She only barks if there is a loud noise that startles her and she is otherwise quiet. Health wise; Pommes is vaccinated, desexed and routinely treated for flea/tick/worms. I have a reference for her from a previous landlord if required. *Pommes cannot share with other dogs but is okay with cats, rabbits and birds.
Hi, I am looking for a flatmate or apartment to rent with/at. My budget is $250 max with all bills icluded though willing to see others. I do have my own mobile broadband but if there is internet included I'd be quite happy. I work full-time as a civil drafter and attend tafe once a week as per my work requirements. I'm a pretty quiet person and don't enjoy big social parties so im looking for someone and somewhere quiet. I have a girlfriend who visits me every so often so I'd prefer to have this ability. As of current I'm renting my own granny flat but it's expensive. I have a computer table a 55 inch TV with TV stand, and a queen size bed with some bed side drawers. So I'll need space for all this. I would prefer my own bathroom but happy to share with one to two others. I am looking to move asap. Note I also have a fridge which I was thinking to leave at the current place I'm renting however if the apartment needs one I am happy to bring it.
Hey, my name is Lachlan! I'm moving to Sydney to work full-time in Liverpool, I'm also studying my Master's part-time. I love hiking, mountain bike riding, cooking, and drinking wine. I'm outgoing and love a good chat, but I also respect privacy and love to rewind after the day by watching tv and having a glass of red. I have plenty of experience living in a sharehouse, and would prefer to live with others who appreciate a clean home. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me!

Hey there! This is Libby and Tyler. We are a professional and fun couple looking for a place to live from the end of January 2019. Tyler is 33, currently working as a field mechanic for Westrac Sydney and is from the Central coast. I am 29, currently looking for agricultural work as I am from Wales, UK. We need a base that is close to Tyler’s work and easy for us to access main travel routes. We met travelling in Asia and we have lived in New Zealand for the past two years. We are moving to Sydney to work and would like to not have to commute from the central coast everyday! We are are both active clean, and tidy people. Early risers, working Monday- Friday and at the gym/classes in the evenings. On weekends we like to get out of the house and go for hikes or spend time with friends and family. We love to meet new people as we are friendly and easygoing. Hopefully, look forward to hearing from you. Libby and Tyler.
