I'm a full-time librarian with a background in musicology, with 2 very friendly, lazy dogs: a whippet (Laszlo) and a greyhound (Luisa). They are both about 7 years old. All 3 of us are quiet and well-behaved :) I'm respectful, open minded, tolerant, down to earth and easy-going. I enjoy being part of a social home environment but also value my quiet downtime too (and respect that of others!). I love the outdoors and enjoy exploring bushy and beachy places with my 2 canine companions. I'm also a keen cyclist.
I am fun , down to earth, clean and considerate female looking to either start a share house or join one! Have been in the same job 3.5 years and stability in my next house is what I'm looking for :)
I am a young student, looking to break off from my parents and make my way through life :) Friendly, always happy to help out and a bit of a perfectionist (I love having my space organised, clean and pretty) I am a fan of all kinds of animals and plan to get a lizard, snake or turtle soon. (Very clean animals that live in tanks with locks on them (no worries of escaping, I promise))
Hi my name is Simon. I am 31 and have lived on my own for the past 7 years, well lived in the same place with a couple ex's, but out from the family roof is what I mean lol. I am a very neat person, cook and clean. Work full-time in property, also spend a lot of time in the gym. Have a small domestic cat named Timmy who I have had since he was 6wks old, he is 13 now and very house broken lol as he loves people and being around them (opposite to most cats that are moody haha). Anyways, don't mind living with men or women, I mix well with others and also enjoy my alone time. A must for me though is having my own bathroom, just for convenience is all. I have plenty of furniture if need be, including; my own bed/side tables, a large stainless fridge, full Jamie Oliver cook set, couch, couple of tv's etc. So can bring whatever needed. I'm a chilled person overall, like to have a chat over a glass of wine, but also respect a persons space. Look forward to getting to know you :)

I start work early and leave my humble abode at 4:30 ish but tend to be quiet as I leave so that shouldnt be too troublesome to everyone else hopefully.

Hi! I'm David, 28 years old. I'm all about living well and happily. I'm big into personal development and always working towards living better each day. I think the best way to get to know me is for me to tell you about my typical day. First thing I do every morning is meditate and do yoga to awaken the senses and orient my day positively. After a healthy breakfast is a walk in nature to both relax and energize the mind and body. On returning I'll begin the main focus for the day, my music study in piano and composition. Ideally I study 9-5, with a break for lunch and for a brief yoga / meditation interlude. My aim being to gain entrance to the Sydney Con next year to study composition there. After 5 is social time, exercise, maybe a bit of gardening, cooking and dining, maybe play some music / jam and sing, painting, board games or what not. Very occasionally I enjoy watching a good movie. Very much so enjoy listening to classical or film soundtrack music. I usually retire early around 8:30pm, early to bed and early to rise etc... One of my favourite simple pleasures is maintaining a nice lawn and garden. Have been living on my own renting a granny flat out in Arcadia for almost a year now. Have lived in sharehouses for past 10 years before this with friends. I enjoy cooking, I especially like to make chocolate and various chocolate desserts. As my music study is yet to provide income, I earn my living as PPT ward clerk and orderly at the SAN Hospital in Wahroonga (have worked there for 7+ years). I was studying nursing for 1.5 years before deciding to focus on my music. I also have one piano student who I travel to to teach, and will have more in the future, and am about to begin doing home community care as well. Love pets but don't have any myself. If you feel we would have harmony in living together and could create a great environment, I look forward to hearing from you!
