I am a bubbly young professional and work as a teacher in Claremont. I live a busy life and enjoy playing sport, going to the beach, travelling, hanging out with friends and cooking healthy meals. I have a Maltese/miniature poodle dog so I am looking for somewhere that is pet friendly. My ideal housemates would also be very clean, friendly and ideally own a dog so that they can keep each other company during the day.
Hello everybody, we are two girls (both students, 25 and 28 years old) from Czech Republic lookong for accomodation for at least 6 months. We are super tidy, friendly and easy-going people :-)
Hello potential room mate/s :) Ive moved here from brisbane in december. So im still semi-new to perth and what there is to do! Im a very fit and active person, yet I too have my lazy days where you'll find me in my bedroom watching a movie and ordering a pizza. If you like the movie choice I'll be happy to share my pizza! I train at the gym 6 days a week and work in sales in belmont, I love animals but dont have any - So its a win-win for me if you do. I dont smoke and I rarely drink but i do like to be social and go out - Im a good cook and if youre too lazy to cook dinner one night, i'll be happy to make us something. My weekends are usually spent cooking meals for my next week, catching up with friends and exploring what this great city has to offer. Over the last 8 years of renting I have lived with mainly females too, so maybe that shows I'm a very clean and tidy person? Or maybe I just like to make sure that everyone on a specific day gets in and cleans the whole place and then we can enjoy a nice meal out somewhere I do drive, so parking would be a preference but not a necessity as perth has lots of street parking. As well as a furnished room due to only moving here with my suitcases - However I have started looking at bedroom furniture (it would be about time to get my own things over here) I think I have covered everything about me, only thing to do is meet me in person and see for yourself if you like me - Im also looking for anywhere between 6-12 months, maybe less but as i've moved here from brisbane in December i'm trying to find a place where I can start to build myself and not have to move around
Hey! My name is Emma. I work full time as a teacher, into health and fitness and love being by the beach. I have a three year old Labrador who is absolutely gorgeous so will need somewhere that is happy to have him too. I like to keep pretty quiet during the week with training and school work, but occasionally have people over for dinner. Don't mind having people over for drinks etc on the weekends, but definitely don't want to live in a party house. I've got lots of household items (fridge, washing machine, Thermomix, TV, couch etc etc... actually, pretty much a whole house worth) but can put everything in storage if the house is fully furnished. I would need an unfurnished bedroom though. Would also prefer my own bathroom and built in wardrobes. If you think we would be a good match, send me a message! 🏡😊
My name is Sarah. I am 23 and am a Graduate Registered Nurse. I am currently working part-time in community support until I begin working as an RN next year. I am looking for a happy, respectful living environment that I can become a part of for the next year or more. I am clean and organised but also easy going. I am respectful of other peoples space but am always up for a chat and doing activities! I love to cook and go for walks, I also love a glass of wine but not very much of a party girl.
I'm a French PhD student, I'll start my PhD in September at UWA (it's about paleontology, but long before the Dinosaurs!). I love listening and playing music (I play the trombone in a student brass band), dancing (latino and swing), visiting new places, hiking, plant and bird watching, cooking, watching football games and chatting and having a beer with friends :) I'm usually a cheerful and talkative person. Depending on my activities and where my friends are I may spend more or less time at home. I'm looking preferably for a house with a garden, close to UWA (and the beach). I'd love to share with nice, sociable, active housemates. Definitely non-smokers (I've got asthma) unless it's outside the house and the smoke does not come in. Honestly I like lving in a clean house, but not necessarly very tidy (I can be a bit messy) and I want the domestic cleaning to be equally split between housemates (rolsters are great!). It's about being fair and respectful to all living in the house/flat. I'm easy going and easy to live with as long as we're all honest to each other. When something's wrong, it's better to say it ;) I lived in Canberra several months for research internships, I've visited many places in the country, but I've never been to WA! I'm excited to visit Perth and its surroundings :)
Hi, I'm Loris, I'm an IT guy from Belgium and I'm 32 yo. I'm moving to Australia to work for a couple of years and I'm looking for a sharehouse. I'm looking for a large room (must be able to fit at least a double bed and a desk), with AC and a parking spot. If there is a private bathroom that would be awesome. I would like to have a garden to be able to enjoy barbecues with friends during the summer so I'm more looking for a houseshare than a flatshare. I'm clean and respectful, I do sports ( running, started surfing and kite surf) and I hope I'll find a place where we can socialize and do stuff together. I'm looking for a place not too far from the city and the sea so around Floreat, Subiaco, Wembley, West Leederville and City Beach. I agreed to give my current housemates 3 weeks of notice so I would like to move in beginning of October or later. If you have any questions I'll be happy to answer them.
I'm friendly and easy going and get along with most people I meet. I enjoy the company of others but also like to recharge my batteries in a quiet place. I'm very neat and tidy and can be relied on to chip in with the house work to make it a nice environment for everyone to enjoy. I'm a good listener and love a good chat over wine, chocolate or both! I'm quite sporty and take myself off for a run every other day. I'm in the middle of switching careers so work part time and study part time and will therefore have my head in the books a bit!
If you're after a roomie that can cook, clean, iron and look after themselves...look no further. Can either keep to myself or get amongst what is going on. Not a party animal. Do spend weekends studying. Enjoy getting out for fitness. Looking for a room that is unfurnished. Only looking to live with one other person. No cats.
I'm an easy going person who is very reliable. I'm a lab tech and I work in Bibra Lake. I have to drive to work, as the public transport in the area is next to non existent, so a parking spot will be required. I'm an avid film fan and very interested in music and going to gigs and festivals. I'm also a drummer and percussionist, but don't worry I won't be blazing on the drums at home. If you play an instrument though I'm happy to have a tap on the bongos with you. Regards Dave
Hi, My name is Mathew and I am 26 years old male. A bit about me. Although at this moment in time I do not have a job, I will not be under financial hardship in order to pay the rent and bills as they come in. I am open minded and clean up after myself and happy to help out with the cleaning. I play waterpolo and like to keep fit by going to the gym and swim. Cheers, Mathew
I'm an easy going, tidy and respectful housemate. I am a young professional working full time in Subiaco. I respect other people's space but am also more than happy to share a meal or have a drink or two. I generally enjoy an active lifestyle playing netball, going to the gym and enjoying the outdoors. I like catching up with friends on the weekends but am not a big party animal. My move in date is flexible.
About me: My name is Claudia. I am a young professional working part-time as a financial analyst in the city while studying full-time. I am quite a busy person, so I would love to come home to peace and quiet in my down time. Overall, I am a tidy, friendly and polite person who would love to accommodate in a quiet, neat and respectful household with roomates of a similar nature. What I'm looking for: I seek accommodation in a safe and quiet area in a stable, tidy and organised household. Would prefer female only or family accommodation.
I am easy going, friendly and respectful of other peoples homes. I always help around the house and do my best to make sure everyone is happy and that responsibility is shared. I'm also super social and an early riser/sports fanatic working a fair bit so I'm out often.
I love to be around people, but also enjoy my quiet time. I'm a tidy and considerate housemate, and have no issues with pulling my weight with chores. I also expect the same from the people I live with. I think what makes a great shared house is a culture of privacy, respect and communication. I really enjoy the sense of community that exists within a shared household.
I am Italian and cook great food. If that is not enough to make me a desirable flat mate, I can add that I am a fun person to be around, but I also value privacy. I am tidy and I clean after myself, and I am not fussy about the occasional plate left in the sink when you are running late. I enjoy social dinners as much as quiet nights with a book. So if you rock at adult life like I am trying to do, we'll get along :) Ale p.s. I am looking for a furnished room. I don't have a car, so the room has to be close to transportation and possibly close to Claremont or anyway on the Fremantle line. :)
Nicco, 32yo from Italy. I'm a semi-professional mountain biker and addicted to sport in general, looking for a tidy, clean and quiet place to stay. I work full time as a function manager! I like to travel, camping, and adventures in general.
Clean and tidy person. Good sense of humour, respectful, team work. Good cooking skills and non smoker.
Hi there! I'm an undergraduate urban planner, working part time and studying part time for the next 6 months until I finish my degree. Born and raised in Perth, I'm currently looking for a place to call home at least until I graduate. I'm part introvert, part extrovert. I like relaxing at home a lot of the time and keeping to myself a bit, but also love being around people and having some fun once in a while! I'm a great, no-fuss roommate. I have two solid jobs (so no cash flow worries), am neat and organised, respect others' space and belongings, and am nice and easy going myself :) Looking for someone fun and easy going to share a home with!
Hey Paul here, looking for a place to stay, clean and always pay bills on time, not looking for a party house as I'm big time into fitness and I am busy running a building company. Would be good if there was a garage as I'm into my toys( boats, jet skis, bikes, 4x4s etc), but not essential as I have a warehouse, easy going, friendly and repectful off others, hit me up if I sound like a good Roomie, house must be clean and I'm happy to help out keeping it clean, perfare the northern suburbs, but could be temped south for the right pad 🤘At the gym most evenings and work during the day ✌️
Mature, considerate, Perth native - mostly lived in Nedlands, working FIFO 10+ years. Also based overseas from time to time. Have a property that I rent out. Seeking a room in a home in the burbs - sensible occupants, good feng shui, chilled, etc.
Engineer on 5/2/4/3 roster so am away weekdays and in Perth every weekend. From Adelaide but have been in Perth for 3 years. Social and active into golf, footy, cycling, hiking and most outdoor activities.
I'm a positive, health conscious girl with a good energy and take pride in being clean and tidy. I won't eat your food or leave my dishes for you to do and will always respect your space and privacy. I enjoy a good chat over a glass of wine or cup of tea and have a fairly busy social life that keeps me out of the house a fair bit on the weekends. I have a good network of friends who are all healthy, positive and lovely people. I run my own business which is internet based and keeps me busy.
I'm looking to move somewhere around Wembley/City Beach area, but keen to move anywhere between Mosman Park and City Beach. Excited to meet new people, make new friends and learn new things! Hoping to find a house with inspiring creative and active people! I enjoy all things in and amongst nature, being creative, doing new things and meeting new people! I am always down for a sneaky wine and nibbles, a sneaky adventure or just to chill out. Im from down south originally, and am currently at uni studying Psychology part time and working full-time as a receptionist at a Physiotherapy centre in Cottesloe. I'm clean, respectful, bubbly and kind. I come with a gorgeous chilled 6 month old cat who thinks he is a dog, gets along super well with dogs, unsure about other cats yet! Please contact me if we sound like a good fit for your house! *Move in date not correct, looking for anywhere within a fortnight to a month away.*
Hey, I'm Oli, a 25 year old UK PhD student. Just moved to Perth for 3 months for a placement at UWA, and I'm staying somewhere temporary until Friday 29th. Laidback and independent but also enjoy being social and drinking with housemates. Looking for a 3-month flat- or house-share, ideally with other similar people around my age. Look forward to hearing from you!

Perth born and bred, but been living in Canberra for the past four years for medical school. Working at Charlie Gairdner's as a junior doctor commencing early January 2018, but keen to get somewhere set up and going from mid November. I won't be back in Perth until the 1st November so would be looking at starting a lease ~13 -20th November. Ideally hoping to find one or two working professionals to house or flat share inner west, nearish the hospital, or if there's room availability moving into an existing sharehouse. Able to pay approx $300/week but I'm flexible. I'm tidy, and enjoy wine & cheese, Netflix, cooking and have excellent references. Let me know if you think we could be a good fit :)
I am currently studying economics and finance at curtin while working part time 4 days a week. I am a pet lover of any size and I do have a little schnoodle (non hair shedding dog) who I'd be looking to home as well, he is a fan of licking everybody but is completely obedient and house trained:) I am not a massive fan of partying but do enjoy a drink or few on my weekends off, if I am lucky enough to get one! I am also very bubbly and independent and love a good chat. I am looking for a room to rent basically anywhere north of the river and would be happy to start a new share house with someone!
