Looking for a large room Double or Queen preferably en-suite or bathroom for own use. **Would prefer bills included in rent & ideally a house share with only 1 or 2 other people, not a large house share** I am immaculately clean and treat a house like it's my own. I clean as i go and would like to live in a house with housemates who are similar in cleanliness/ respect for other housemates I am quite active and exercise most mornings before work Interested in sports and meet up with friends on weekends. I tend not to drink at home but don't mind the occasional beer/wine to unwind after work Looking for a quiet house to chill and relax after work I have an early start midweek so tend to be in bed early most nights. Looking for a quiet house in a quiet location with friendly housemates Non smoker, non drug user If you think i may be a suitable housemate for you please message me and we can arrange a viewing. Based on my budget and thinking of my work situation my location ideally would be Nollamara/Yokine/ Tuart Hill area or closeby. Not negotiable on rent as 160 is my budget, thanks :)
Irish couple. We both work full time and train most evenings. We are friendly and chatty but also like to have our own time and live a busy life style. We would like to live with 1 or 2 other people max. Not into party houses. One of us works in Jandakot so need to be near enough the Kwinana Freeway. We will need two parking spots also. We would like our own bathroom and would consider a furnished apartment with flexibility with length of stay/ lease :-) We like to keep our place clean and tidy :-)
i am a multifaceted personality but genuinely kind. i have lived the last three years in a boarding house so i am accustomed to living with all manner of people. i can be very shy at first but will open up with time. i do tend to keep to myself but will also willingly engage with others. i will be doing a full time dance course over the next 12 months plus some part time work.
Working full time at Perth hospital and go home to my country town every second weekend. Very easy going and very clean and tidy. Love to have a chat and a wine or two. Love walking and travelling. Very reliable.
Hey! I'm actually a complete newbie to this sharehouse thing! 5 years of study interrupted by gallivanting South America and Eastern Africa definitely set the finances back....but now employed full time and ready to get a move on. Always happy to chat, but do like my own down time as well. I studied environmental management and sustainability science, and now work with a non profit organisation....so a little bit of a hippie... I love animals and am respectful of other people's space and things....unless you have a pet, then I will need lots of cuddles from said pet please. Open to other suburbs but want to remain NOR. Within 15mins drive of East Perth is preferable, or at least close to Alexander drive! :)
Hi there! I'm a 29 yr old Australian teacher having just finished my degree last year.I come from a small coastal town in WA but have lived up here for 7 years now. I'm a positive and motivated person that is moving from Sydney to study at WAAPA in 2018, and looking for somewhere close by to stay. Am just as happy to chat and socialise as I am to keep to myself, so I find that it's easy to live with all types of people. Things I like: reading, ukulele, piano, theatre, netflix, dancing & funky socks.
If you're after a roomie that can cook, clean, iron and look after themselves...look no further. Can either keep to myself or get amongst what is going on. Not a party animal. Do spend weekends studying. Enjoy getting out for fitness. Looking for a room that is unfurnished. Only looking to live with one other person. No cats.

Hi I’m Rachel, I’m 32 and a UK and Aussie Citizen; I have previously lived in Perth but just spent 12 months in the UK doing my Masters degree and have now been offered a 6 month contract in Perth starting in February. I would be looking for a flat or house share ideally with one other person (happy for male or female) for 5 to 6 months depending on my flights. As I work full time I would prefer a quieter lifestyle during the week but I am happy to have drinks and socialise through the weekends. I like to play netball and would ideally love a complex with a pool and gym but am happy to join a local gym if the facilities aren’t available at home...... Anything else you would like to know feel free to contact me! Cheers.

Will possibly look at getting a casual/part-time job once I settle in. I like going out with my friends, but I'm equally happy with comfy nights in :) Things I like: Piano, songwriting, karate/fitness and theatre, but will find an interest in just about anything.

I'm super mature for my age, easy to get along with and I love to travel, go to gigs and chill out. :)

Hi! I'm Denise Currently sharing with a friend on her ‘urban farm’ but am finding the lifestyle and location a bit too much of a stretch. Keen to be closer to my old inner city hood as I really miss the lifestyle and convenience of being within close proximity to everything! Looking to rent/share for a period of 6 to12 months with the long-term view of getting my own place. My ideal share home would come with all the mod cons/creature comforts and location lifestyle perks. Preference for a room with an ensuite. I’m flexible with moving dates and with a furnished, semi or unfurnished room. Also, happy to discuss potential team-ups as I have a fair amount of furniture/household items in storage, which I can provide for communal use. As a housemate, you'll find me respectful, dependable, clean and tidy. Having cohabitated for the majority of my adult life, I have shared a home with individuals, as part of as well as with a couple. Prior to my current place, I lived with two single guys in their mid/late thirties for a couple of years. I am a marketing consultant and plan to undertake some part-time study/professional development this year. Outside of work commitments, I'm fairly social and spend my weekends/some weeknights enjoying meals/drinks/movies etc. out with friends. I also try (with varying degrees of success) to get to a gym class 2-3 times a week. When home, I enjoy cooking a meal and some quality couch time. I love meeting people from different backgrounds and walks of life. Looking to live with someone(s) who share some common interests but also have their own social life and activities - so we can interact/enjoy a laugh but also have a healthy respect each other's personal space. Let’s chat if you think we’d be great potential housemates. Hope to hear from you soon! Many thanks Denise
Mature and responsible working fulltime on Leederville. I am clean, tidy, easy to get along with and respectful of others space and property. I also enjoy a couple of drinks during the weekend to unwind.
I work in hospitality, and am a neat, friendly and social person. I have lived in a share house before, so I understand the balance of socialising and having private space in this situation. I was also good at paying bills and rent on time, so no worries there! I have lived my entire life in Western Australia, and like to sing, read, eat out, go to quiz nights and socialise.
Hi. I’m Georgia, I’m a 33 year old nanny looking for a share house or studio. I’m friendly, considerate, reliable, like a bit of space and quiet at home. Love to cook, dogs (no cats please I’m allergic), reading, movies, swimming. Looking for easygoing housemates and a clean and tidy place to call home for a bit. Would prefer people round my own age, non-smoking and a furnished room. References available and happy to answer any questions you may have. Thanks
Fairly quiet, down to earth, friendly, trustworthy and drama free. I’m very respectful and am seeking a positive safe home with my two beautiful indoor only Burmese cats. I am a non smoker and can only live with other non smokers. I’m not looking for a share house but am looking for a house to share, with one or two others who will be kind to my cats.
I'm a pretty quiet individual and usually keep to myself, but I do enjoy long conversations every now and then. I'm easy going and most nights am out taking dance or aerial classes. I currently work casually as a receptionist though i'm also looking for more part-time work as well. I'm originally from Newcastle NSW, but moved to Perth to Study a Diploma of Lighting Design at WAAPA, and graduated in 2016.

I currently work at Perth Airport. Looking to live no more than 15 mins drive from the city. I have travelled a fair bit in the last 7 years so I come with a good knowledge bank on where your next holiday destination could be. I like going out and exploring good food options and having a wine or two. Pretty keen to always head out and try new things. Looking to live with people who around my age group in a house with mixed genders to keep a good social balance. Not looking for a uni student type housing, leaning towards living with people who are on the lease the house themselves. I do have a car so will need a parking spot for it. I do have a pet dog but it has been tough to get her to move with me in some rentals but I am definitely keen to look for something pro pet friendly this year. Look forward to making new friends and creating a new home with my fur child. Note: looking for a place to move in around end of Jan earliest - latest mid feb
