My weekends normally involve some sort of sports but love catching a gig or just going beach, NOT looking for a party house but it would be nice get a place with people you could have beer with or meal not the best cook in the world but enjoy a good BBQ I've been share house's for few years and I'm respectful.. And very clean and tidy
Hey! I'm 21 years old and I am dance teacher. I've just returned to Perth after living in Budapest for 18 months. I worked in a hostel there so I like to think my people skills are pretty good, I have no issues living with guys and I get along with most people. I really like a tidy house so you won't have to worry about mess and I work quite a lot so I won't just be bumming around the house. I really enjoying cooking and being in a social environment. I'm a big beach goer and I'm always up for a drink or two either just staying in or going to the pub... but I am not a clubber so you wouldn't have to worry about crazy pres or kickons. I am always up for a laugh and I am super easy going.
Im easy going, down to earth, neat and tidy, good cook, into healthy eating, keeping fit and love to dance. I'm a primary teacher, I like to go out latin dancing, going to the beach and spending time in nature.
I'm about to start my PhD in marine biology at UWA, so am looking for a place to live that's not too far from there. I'm pretty easy going and quiet during the week but still appreciate a wine or two on the weekends, so not looking for any party/typical share houses! Have lived with housemates for 5 years now so I'm well aware of the common courtesies that come with share houses. I would prefer an all female household and living with 2 others would be perfect!
Hello i am a 24 years old girl from Hong Kong，this is my 1st year working holiday，i am reliable（pay the bills on time）， adventurous，friendly，easygoing and loves animal especially cats and dogs. I am finding a house that provide a private room. Bathroom can share with others. I will live in that house around 4-5 months. Thank you for your time ：D
Kiwi girl who enjoys being out and about. I'm not often home which may suit you just fine! But when I am home, I'm sociable and enjoy my flat-mates' company. I stay at my boyfriend's house about 3 times a week and would ideally like to be in a housing situation where he is welcome to stay once or twice during the week too. I enjoy a healthy, active lifestyle but don't mind a few glasses of red wine on the weekend. However, I'm not the type that will be stumbling inside at 3am after a huge night out ;) I work in West Perth at a small law firm and have my own car so parking would be a must. I have no pets but looove animals so 100% accepting of anyone's furry friends be it rats, birds cats or dogs and anything in between. Looking for comfortable, long-term accommodation in a tidy, modern home NOR for no more than $180 per week inclusive of bills. I'd prefer my own private bathroom but would be willing to share with one other person. I require quite a large, unfurnished room with space for my queen bed, bed side tables, drawers and a desk. A walk in robe or large cupboard wouldn't go amiss - a girl can't have too many clothes and shoes! Looking forward to hearing from you :)
I am a 22 year old filo who was raised to be tidy and always clean up as I go. I respect boundaries and privacy. I am trustworthy and reliable that I will always pay rent on time. I do not smoke and do not party. I am a book worm and often spend most of my free time reading so I am very quiet in the house. I prefer to have female housemates only.
23 year old male. I'm pretty chilled out and enjoy the simple things. I'm a very energetic person and am usually out and about most of the time. I enjoy to socialize but also regard my personal space. I clean up after myself, keep where I'm living in a tidy and presentable order, as nobody likes come home after a hard day a work to a mess after all! I work FIFO as a trade assistant (mostly in mining).. doing shutdown works. I may come across as a bit rough around the edges but I enjoy a chat and a bit of banter, i enjoy drinking but I'm not a massive partier- just the occasional big night out. I enjoy going to the gym, hiking, going to beach, exploring, adventure, travel and spending quality time with family and friends. Looking to live with someone thats sort of like minded
Hi there, I am looking for a place with someone nice. I work a lot (6 days a week) so I am not home for the most part but when I am I'm fairly quiet. At home I like to be able to relax, I also like cooking up new things when the mood strikes. At home I am quite social and enjoy meeting new people and catching up with my friends. I like to keep my space neat and tidy and have a respect for other people, their space and their things. I have my own bed and bedroom furniture so ideally i would like a place with an empty room. I am looking for a place to settle into and looking forward to meeting the person I am going to be sharing with.
I'm a full time student at ECU, and I am looking to work part time. So I'll be quiet and tidy and most likely out of the house alot. I'm also looking for somewhere within walking distance of glendalough train station. At the moment I've only got a small budget so it'd be great if bills are inc. Or they're not too expensive per week.
We would like to have our own granny flat and if we like it we would like to rent it for a few years. But first we want to have one from end of April 2017 until 6th July 2017. We don't smoke, have no pets and like a fairly quiet peaceful lifestyle. I work six days a week.
Honest, reliable straight forward people. Nobody ever likes living dirty so why would we. If you'd take in the two of us this is what you may expect. Banter Clean toilet Tidy kitchen Occasional drinks Fitness & a lot of sports. We're really straight forward and that's about it. We're respectful of others and things that are not ours. If yo think we're alright just contact for more information.
Hi all, I am Vincenzo and I come from Italy. I am looking for a room or an apartment to live in. I am a quite person, I work and go to school at night time until the end of June, so I won't be home very much. I have a girlfriend, that I would like to bring over for dinner, lunch and sometimes even for sleepovers. I am searching a place where I can relax and chill, without socialising too much. I don't like rules. I apply the common sense and I always keep clean my room and kitchen after use. I don't clean garden, I am not there to clean the house, but to live in and enjoy the small amount of time I have free. If you are looking for someone to use as a cleaner, I am not the person. General cleaning is obviously fine, as I said, I apply common sense. The total price should be 160$ with bills and internet included.
Hey there! I'm looking for some excellent new housemates to live with. I recently started working part time in an aged care facility in Kingsley, so looking for somewhere max 30mins away. I'm also studying part time so like to keep busy. I'm 24, and have 2 beautiful cats. They are both well trained and really chill. I can't part with them so hoping to find somewhere they will be welcome :). I'm from Scotland and have lived in Perth since I was 16. My hobbies include attempting to make films, attempting to learn the ukulele, going on drives/camping and taking naps. I would like to be near the beach but it's not a huge deal. I like to go out on weekends when I'm not working, and enjoy sociable outings with my housemates when our schedules match up. I've lived in houseshares for about 3 years now so am well conditioned in the art of sharing with strangers. I know how to pick up after myself and am respectful of others property. This isn't my first rodeo. I'm open to people from all walks of life, and am simply looking for a nice enough place that my kitties and I can call home for a while. (I'm happy to pay a pet bond to ensure your place is well looked after)
We are two kiwi friends in our late 20s and early 30s. We are working professionals who enjoy sport/fitness as well as socializing. We are easy going people who like to have a good laugh. We both like to hang with mates/flatmates and enjoy the occasional beverage in the weekend, but are mindful of other people's privacy.
Hi there, I'm interested by the room ! Would it be possible to organize a visit ? Cheers
If you love spontaneous dance parties and making delicious breakfasts then we're the housemates you're looking for
Two girls in their mid twenties looking for housemates - we are both easy-going, clean, tidy and friendly. We like to hang out with our housemates and go for beach & brunch dates :) Both of us are in to health and fitness, but also enjoy the occasional drink. We're moving from our current place as the lease is ending and we're keen on living in a new suburb/area. We're willing to pay $200 per room.
Easy going busy professional who leads a busy life. I work long hours, and have an active social life so I don't spend massive amounts of time at home. I am outgoing and friendly and always enjoy other's company.
Hey! I'm Kate, 27, Australian female and looking for some fun and interesting housemates to share a place with. I am a friendly and outgoing person working in a full time marketing position during the week and enjoy catching up with friends on the weekends. I would enjoy sharing a place with social people and I am also fine to have a bit of down time to myself. Let me know if you would be interested to meet and see if I would be a good match for your place. Look forward to meeting you!
We are an Italian/German couple coming to Perth in mid-February for six months. Alex will be a full-time student at UWA and I (Sylvia) will work part time. We are looking for a double room in a shared house/Flat, which is within a suitable distance to reach UWA. We are reliable, clean and tidy and we love to socialize. At the same time we respect other people’s privacy. Both of us have experience in sharing accomodation in an international environment. We are quiet and are not looking for a party house – but we appreciate casual dinners or drinks with our housemates.
I work in hospitality, and am a neat, friendly and social person. I have lived in a share house before, so I understand the balance of socialising and having private space in this situation. I was also good at paying bills and rent on time, so no worries there! I have lived my entire life in Western Australia, and like to sing, read, eat out, go to quiz nights and socialise.
Hi guys! Im looking for a place to share or for a teamup! I am a 20 year old female uni student studying Sports Science, Exercise and Health at UWA! I lead a fairly healthy life and an training in endurance running (marathons). Don't worry I wont make you run with me! I would really love someone or some people around the same age and preferably female so please hit me up if are keen! :)
Hey peeps! I'm searching for a room to rent in a house north of the river, preferably close to the beach. I won't be needing a room until the beginning of February next year as I'm spending my summer back home after being in Perth all year. I am a 21 year old fron Margaret River, studying secondary teaching in Joondalup. I'm a very active person who spends most afternoons/nights playing sport or out exploring. I am pretty social but also enjoy time to myself and will respect privacy but would also love to have housemates I can hang out with when we're all around :) looking forward to hearing from you! Cheers :)
Friendly, considerate, respectful, easy going, enjoys trying out new recipes and baking every now and then, loves hiking, going for walks, social dancing, farmers markets, good laugh, deep conversations, travelling and exploring new places, music, art, spirituality, volunteering
in employed full time as a retail manager and aside from work I'm in general a pretty social person so I keep pretty busy but still enjoy the odd night home cooking and possibly binge watching something on Netflix. I'm clean and very easy going just looking for something laid back and relaxed.
Hi, I'm Jess! This year is going to be a busy one for me as I work full time and am also undertaking post graduate studies so I'd like to find a lovely place to call home where I can relax and unwind after a busy day. Ideally I would like to live with 1-2 other professional females in a nice home. Please send me a message if that sounds like you. Jess :)
Hey all, Dean here. 23, Male. Neat, tidy easy to live with and outgoing guy - I think. Work 3 jobs one in government the other at general pants co and one is a performing arts by contract base job. I'm away with work a lot and keep my fitness up so at the gym and out and about frequently looking for a good house to make some new mates in for a fresh 2017 in WA.
Hello. My name is Preston. I am in Australia since nearly 2 years now, I am from Reunion Island and I am Dental Technician in a clinic. I will get my sponsorship with this clinic.. I surf since 10 years. I am someone who respect life and people
I love to bake and spend time in the garden. Looking for a chilled household for me and my dog. I do shift work and work a lot. I like to take my dog on outdoor adventures in my time off. Very flexible with move in date, would prefer 12 month lease. Advertised elsewhere
Hello, I come from switzerland. I'm work as a salesman in a mountain shop. I'm sociable, open-minded, always in a good mood, I like to discover new places new sports to do. In my freetime I do Kitesurf, Surfing, Skiing, Canyoning, Climbing, Mountaineering, Caving. I come in Perth to learn English at Milner School, so my english is now not really good . That's why I come to Perth to learn and improve my english and meet nice people.
Hey! I'm Alex...from Perth...easy going, like a laugh and a bit of fun. I work as an Uber driver while in Perth (so irregular hours) and have a professional background. I have a social life and I like social clubs. Not looking for a party house, but not looking for a house with no character. A place to park my car would be great too :)
I don't mind a place with dogs. I would prefer to have my own bathroom, or sharing with just one other. I would prefer to share the house with no more than 3 people. I keep it very quiet during the week. I do like to socialise on the weekend. Parking will be required.
I am 37 years old, quietly introverted but can hold a conversation with anyone.. I work as a truck driver (don't worry, my truck stays at work), permanent part time although I work full time hours split across AM & PM shifts, 6 days a week. I am currently single and I am looking for a place for myself and my two fur babies Turbo & Bamm, brother and sister cats who are now 9 years old, very loving cats and very well behaved. Ideally I would like 2 rooms, one for the bed and one as a study (I am always studying something) and my own bathroom/toilet. I tend to not venture out of my study very much as I am a computer nerd and spend most of my free time in there. So if you're after your next best mate to hang out all the time then I'm probably not your guy. However, if you want someone who is quiet, keeps to themselves, doesn't drink & barely has guests over than I am your guy! I would prefer a granny flat or say the second story of a house all to myself. A house with a large shed which I could use would be a dream come true.
Irish couple from Dublin. Both permanent residents, working full time in hospitality management in Perth CBD. We've been living in Perth a little over 4 years and can see ourselves staying at least 4 more with current work commitments. Relatively sociable pair with a fondness for dining out in Perth's up and coming small bar / restaurant scene, however can just as likely be found at home with a nice bottle & a mountain of cheese and olives. Occasionally known to sink a beer or two... Big beach lovers - can be located at City Beach / Floreat most evenings throughout the summer, weather permitting. Both can be found (K more so than G) training at the local gym after work if the weather's not on for a swim. Currently living in Mount Hawthorn (3 years) and keen for a shake-up and looking forward to the next adventure.
I'm 29 and a full time Physio. Just moved back to Perth after living away for 4yrs. Very active so always out and about. Love exploring new bars and cafes but just as happy to chill at home with some trashy tv and a few drinks
24, a year working as a professional full time looking a place north of the river as close to the city and the west as possible. Spare time is spent at the beach, playing footy (AFL) and a bit of golf.
I'm a good balance of introvert and extrovert - I'm fun, personable and sociable but also really value alone time to recharge. I'm respectful and considerate of others. I tidy up after myself. I'm starting my yoga teacher training next month and looking for a household with like minded people who enjoy a healthy balanced lifestyle (but also welcome a night out here and there). I'm a full time health professional and pretty busy and on the go. My move in date is flexible and so is my length of stay.
I'm a writer in my spare time, so I'm relatively placid. I don't drink/smoke/do drugs. I like a tidy and happy home and I'm known to be very generous. I'll happily cook for everyone a few times a week. I do have a dog, he's an 1 year old border collie. Fairly small and very easy going around the house and when I'm not working or writing I'm going on adventures with him. I'm looking for a pet friendly place of course. I mostly keep to myself but I'm happy to have a movie night with house mates. I just got back to perth after 2 years working up North so I'm still adapting but ultimately happy to be back! I work full time in the cbd and drink a lot of coffee to keep up so having me as a house mate also comes with a Nespresso machine and free coffee if you like coffee. I'm in no rush to move, more interested in finding the perfect place for us.
I am 26 years old, studying early childhood education full time. I work in hospitality and do babysitting for a family during the week. I am originally from South Africa, and have been living in Perth for 8 years. I like to keep active but also love to chill out. Very easy going, enjoy having a laugh and being social. I am neat and tidy and take pride belongings.
clean and tidy, quiet. Am a shift worker (nurse) so we probably won't be home very much at the same time. Work a lot of weekends. Also do go away for work a few times a year for a month or more at a time.
Looking for a room! ABOUT ME Open & warm. Peaceful/quiet. Unabashed introvert. Book worm. Full-time professional. Student. Triple J fiend. Fitness dabbler. Romancer of foods. Lover of doggies. Mild clean freak. Homebody/chiller. No parties. Seeking a place to call home. ABOUT YOUR PLACE: Ideally my own ensuite but not entirely essential. Secure parking, but again, not entirely essential, so long as there is garage/driveway parking available and not just on-street parking. Some storage space available would be good, as I will be hauling the following along with me: 1 x double bed 1 x chest of drawers 1 x small bedside table 1 x IKEA clothes rack 1 x bicycle 1 x 6 seater dining table – the table is actually dismantled and really easy to store, it takes up very little room. The chairs however can’t be dismantled but I have them cleverly stacked onto each other and they don’t take up much space either. Lastly, I have an array of kitchen items which I can either unpack and use with you, or if you prefer to keep your kitchen as is I can just keep them in their plastic Red Dot storage containers (got about 2-3 containers full). It sounds like a lot after I type it out but it’s really not! My max rent would be $140 a week (ideally less than this though!) - or $150 a week inclusive of bills. Super flexible on the location too, as long it's not more than 15km's out from the CBD as I like to pedal into work in the mornings.

Hey! My name is Lucinda, I'm a 23 year old female from Sydney, moving to Perth in February to complete my masters in organisational psychology at UWA. I'm looking to house share with easy going people around my own age. As I'm studying I'm not looking for a party house, that being said I'd prefer to share a place with people that enjoy a good chat and glass of wine at the end of a long day. If you have any questions, I'd love to hear from you :)

I'm a 24 year old recent engineering/science graduate from UWA looking to find a room with social, easy going people. Currently in a lease in Vic Park that ends in mid Feb. I'm pretty tidy, easy going and friendly, and I don't need much space.

I am sociable, polite and clean. All the features you need for a stranger to move into your house I think lol. I work full time around 50hours per week so am not home very often. Outside of work I am out quite a bit with friends. I have my own furniture so will be looking for an unfurnished room. Must be a decent size with fitted wardrobes and preferably aircon.
