Hi, I'm Elliot. I'm looking for a place thats chill and tidy, and I mostly keep to myself. I'd prefer living with people who are quiet in the mornings but also like a fun time. I come from Bridgetown and am moving back up to Perth after a university intermission. I mainly work in the hospitality sector. I don't currently have a pet but I'd prefer if the house allowed pets and housemates were open to me adopting a cat while living there. ("has a pet" in this case is "wants a pet") I don't mind guests, as I like having friends over, but I'm not looking for a party place. I don't smoke. I only drink socially. I don't do drugs. I am a member of the Queer community. I have lived in share houses previously so I know the dynamic. I like youtubers, music, digital art, and gaming (but never shooters). I'd like it if rent includes bills and internet but I'm flexible. I have my own bedroom furniture. I'm flexible on locality, but I prefer to live near a bus station. I'd like to be in a place long term.
I am a PhD student from the United States on exchange studying the plants and fire ecology of southwest WA at Murdoch University. I am looking for accommodation easily accessible to the university by public transport for approximately the next three months. When I’m not working, I like to go running, hiking, or do yoga. I also enjoy watching a movie or series when I’m feeling less active :) I am a tidy and considerate housemate. I enjoy spending time chatting, cooking dinner, or having a glass of wine with my housemates, but am also happy to have time on my own to unwind at home. I like to have friends over for a barbeque or a board game from time to time, but am not much into having huge parties. I am looking for a place to live with other post-graduate students or working professionals who enjoy doing their own thing, but are friendly and social with their housemates.
27 year old professional relocating from Port Hedland to Perth, to do relief fifo work as a biomedical scientist. Pathology. Think blood testing. Amongst other things. I have 2 cats and I really don't want to surrender or rehome them so I'm looking for a reliable housemate who is cool with cats, will help take care of them and doesn't mind if I'm not home for weeks on end... I'm into music, movies, not a clean freak, but I will do cleaning blitzes, don't mind cooking but I don't tend to bother if its just for me. Given I'll be away for unknown periods of time and most likely only back for weekends, I probably will either be entertaining or going out to see friends and family. If we're going to team up, i need people who can commit to 6 months at a time, because I don't want to be messed around if I'm not in Perth to deal with housemates coming and going. If I'm joining a house, Ideally I'd like a master bedroom (with a spa haha!), but I will settle for two rooms at the back provided there is a decent sized bath. Love my candle lit baths. Ok a big tub is negotiable but I'd really like one! I don't care what you do for a living, as long as you work and it's legal. Zero tolerance for drugs and smoking. Very little tolerance for heavy drinkers. Usually I'd say equally split billing. However given I wont necessarily be there all the time, i would like house mates who are fair and reasonable with bills. Want housemates who I shouldn't have to lock my doors to. Who don't mind meeting my friends. I have quite a few close friends who I would like to be able to invite around whenever. Not a house party, but more a dinner party kind of woman. Not opposed to male house mates so long as you're chill. Queer and poly friendly! As I am. Would like housemates who are accepting if not the same way inclined. (Note, not a pitch for a polycule unless that develops naturally XP) If you don't get this last bit and don't want to, feel free to ignore me. Look forward to meeting a great housemate! Ciao! Tracey
We are a relaxed and easy-going couple from Bavaria, Germany. We moved to South Fremantle in January 2018, because I, Manuel, am doing my PhD at Murdoch University in the field of Geology/Geochemistry. Now we have to leave our beautiful share house as the owners are planning to move in on October 1st and we look for an accommodation for the two of us in either the Freo area or Leederville area. Other areas, which are close to public transport will also be considered. Sophia currently works in Marketing and Web Design for the Evie Grace Foundation. The NGO is working towards eradicating child trafficking in Kenya by providing education, food and a safe home for street children in Kenya. We are both experienced in living in shared accommodations at various places and always keep everything clean and tidy and love to chat or do outdoor activities (basketball, hiking, city trips, etc) with our roomies and friends. We are looking for any type of accommodation that should have a proper garden. We have three chickens which we want to bring with us to a new place. They don't need much space in the garden - just a few sqm and we built a portable coop for them. We know that's a lot to ask for but would be willing to pay up to $300 for the right spot. Ideal would be a shared house with a decently sized room and ensuite but would also consider other options. Please let us know if you have the right spot for us. Thank you! Cheers, Sophia and Manuel
23 y/o student. I love long ass walks, cooking and uhm.. tea. Preferably after a long term place to live in one of said areas, I'm reliable and always pay rent on time, friendly though not going to live in your back pocket.. (maybe a drink or two and some laughs?) :D I don't come with any cigarettes or animals. But I do love cats & dogs! :D feel free to message.
Hello there! My name is Priscillia. I'm a full-time student studying Veterinary Science in Murdoch University! I will be in my last year of university next year and am hoping to move out from my current place as my friends are graduating this year! I am a very tidy person so I would prefer a housemate who loves having a clean and tidy space like I do! :) Since I am in the last year of my course, I would need to go to uni everyday for hospital rotations and thus would definitely prefer having a place close by to Murdoch Uni! I also have a small car (Toyota Yaris) so I would need a parking space too! I've been staying here for five years now and thus have my own bed frame, mattress, study table, chair and bookshelves. Do drop me a message if you're interested in moving in together :) Thank you!
Hey everyone! I'm a student at Murdoch University studying Veterinary medicine. Needless to say, I love animals! I have 3 dogs and 2 cats back home who I miss a lot so I would be more than happy to share a house with pets! Apart from animals, I love to travel/trek, read, bake, cook, listen to music and occasionally paint. More of a chilling-at-home-watching-movies person than a party person. Not a smoker (passive or active). Not much of a drinker either :D. I have travelled quite a bit since I was young and I respect all cultures. I am a very tidy person so maintaining cleanliness is no problem at all! I am looking for a medium-large room in a house close to Murdoch Uni (Max 10 min. drive away) and with mindful/not-loud housemates. I will be in my last year of Uni next year so need a peaceful and quiet environment if possible (lots to study!). So definitely not a party house! Can pay upto $160 per week inclusive of gas, water, electricity and wifi for a fully furnished room (bed, closet, study desk, chair, lamp, bookshelves etc) AND a parking space please (I have a Hyundai Getz :) ) Move in date can be slightly flexible! I am ideally looking at a 6 month lease that I am very likely to extend upto December 2020) if we all gel well. Please feel free to message if you have any offers or questions. Thank you!
I am currently studying full-time at Murdoch university and looking for somewhere chill to live during my final year of study next year. Looking for somewhere clean and affordable. I'm not a huge partier and don't smoke or do drugs but don't mind a drink or two for occasions. Generally like to keep to myself but want to make more friends. Always down for a Netflix marathon and love my footy so would love to have someone to watch it with (especially West Coast Eagles games). Open to most pets just mainly not cats as I'm allergic to them.
Hi all :) I am looking for a nice, cozy place to call home for the next couple of months! I am 20 years old looking to live with a few like-minded roomates, preferably around the same age. I'm sociable, so I would like a place where we all get along well! I'm not a huge party person, but I do enjoy small get togethers with a fire pit and marshmallows 😁. I'm also happy to hang out by myself, and like exploring the city and beaches nearby. I prefer the freo area but anywhere near the beach is fine :) I do lots of volunteer work, I'm more than comfortable with animals (although I have none of my own) and I've lived with roommates before so I know how it all generally works! I'm more than happy to follow cleaning routines but will also show initiative and keep my areas tidy. I'm happy to go up to $300 a forntight, bills included. Message me if you think we will get along! 😁😃😁
