Relaxed, easy going 27yo French male, currently living in Newcastle but just starting a new job in Corlette. I work in hospitality and work evening/weekend shifts mostly. I have done house-sharing before so I know to be respectful to others. Like privacy but like having a chat too. Like spending free time outside.
I am a very positive person, easy to get along with, happy to have a good time but also have time to myself. I've just completed my course in outdoor recreational training at Tafe and intending to do my training and assessment next year.

Hi there! I’m a trainee spraypainter at an industrial contracting company, working as the store man/assistant workshop coordinator. I work 7-3, Monday to Friday with some weekend and overtime work. I’ve got a whole house worth of furniture, being a couple couches, dining set up, kitchenware and other bits and pieces, as well as my own room setup. I’m a pretty easygoing bloke who can keep clean after myself. I love music, and have a bunch of instruments I’ll bring with me but usually practice at another place (unless you’re down to jam!) I enjoy cooking, and on the rare occasion I can manage to, I’ll be more than keen to head into town and try something new! I also have a few other appliances, full size and bar fridge, a washing machine and lawn mowing stuff for any yard work. I like to fix or work on things, so some space for projects would be awesome! I’ll also be more than happy to fix stuff around the house, I’m pretty handy at fixing most things. I’m also a bit of a package deal, in that I’ve also gotta find room for my lil gal Sasha. She’s 1 and a half, malamute cross red cattle dog. Loves fetch, hates giving back the toy. She’s wickedly clever but I’ll reinforce the yard as necessary to make sure she won’t get away. Sleeps outside, can be placid enough to come inside but she’s very excited to see ANYONE so the first few minutes inside the house she gets a little nutty. My move in date is pretty flexible, I’m looking to vacate my current place so I’ll just need at least 28 days notice for my housemates/property manager then I should be good to go!
So - a bit about me. I'm living in Sydney at the moment, having returned from some time overseas just under 2 years ago. I'm a mature, single female, I'm easy going and respectful of other's privacy and have great rental and professional/personal references. I am an Australian Citizen of UK birth. I am sociable, happy to share a glass of wine, and the occasional meal, but I'm not looking for a party house. If I do share (I'm also looking for a granny flat style accommodation) then I prefer to only share with one or two others at the most. I love living near nature, so a city house is not what I'm looking for. I have two very well behaved pets - a cat called Kitwe (who is a very lazy neutered boy, sleeping most of the day and night away) and a beautiful (small) border collie called Mr Finn. Both are rescues and I actually brought Mr Finn back with me from South Africa (my cat is Australian and went with me to SA and came home again). They are both neutered and I keep them well groomed and clean. I walk my dog for 2 hours a day so he is a relaxed dog and causes no problems. As you can tell I am very fond of my pets and take great care of them. They are clean, house-trained and my rental references for the last 7 years are for properties where they both lived with me.
I am probs one of the esiest funniest guys you will get on with down to earth good heart i have my head on my shoulders and i still know how to have a good time when i am not working or have my kids i do work alot so i am always busy
Moving out of my home from my wife and daughter. After a short term home while we sell the house and then I will re assess my situation, if everything is good where I am at would be happy to stay! Fully domesticated, good cook, very tidy and house proud. Prefer to share with one person only. Would also be happy to pay for a second room so my daughter could stay with me occasionally.
Hi! I'm a full time art student and work weekends in retail. Long term preferred. Looking to move between mid December to mid January (when the lease is up here). Thanks to a greedy tax man.. (somehow ended up OWING money this year 🤔) ..I'm not in a position to provide much bond/rent in advance at this stage.. 0-2 weeks bond is all I can commit to for now. Looking for a large room - I have a drawing table+computer desk I'll need to fit in there, I’ll probably downsize to a double bed so I can squeeze more into a room. A balcony or sunroom would be awesome to use as an art station. A private-ish shed space or similar would also be handy (so I can get art-messy) but both are not essential. not a big party person, being 30 i prefer red wine and cheese platters to beer bongs, but do enjoy a good bevvy filled banter in the yard and a cheeky night out once in a while. red wine is the nectar of the gods and cheese platters complete with crackers, dips and cured meat selection are dinners of champions who can't be bothered with real food. chocolate is a constant. disney isn't just for kids. quite happy to be anywhere on the scale of keeping to ourselves or becoming BFF's. i have a very clean indoor/outdoor cat. gypsy, she's a beautiful ginger kitty, v. small. she kinda hates everyone (not mad just very very shy). so won't be all up in your business. spends most of her time asleep in the shade or on my bed at night. not a clean freak so I’m not going to lose the plot if you leave a dish out for a day but if things start growing in the sink and fridge that's not cool.
I'm looking at moving to Newcastle from Brisbane in Jan. Will be working in a salon so happy to give free haircuts to my housemates. I'm super social and always down for a drink or a chill night at home. I love music so there's always music playing or i'm out at gigs. Clean and tidy and a great cook. Looking to make friends not just have housemates.
Hi I’m Lisha & I’m moving to Newcastle, from my hometown Dubbo, to start university. I’m a very tidy person who always cleans up after herself because I hate mess. I love to have fun & socialise but also need time to myself so can respect anyone else who is the same. I have family in Newcastle that I love but am needing some independence so living without them is something I’m excited for.
I am a 21 year old uni student, looking to team up with a couple of people or find a room in a house in Newcastle. I have just finished my first year of Bachelor of Visual Communication Design and also work casually as a disability support worker. I only work day shifts so am usually at home of a night. I enjoy socialising with other housemates but also like time to myself. On weekends I like to go to the beach, catch up with friends, go for day trips to new places and occasionally have a few mates over for drinks and a platter before going out. I do have an 11-month-old kitten Nala, she is timid at first but once she gets to know you she is super loving, friendly and playful. I am currently keeping her as an indoor cat but at the right property I would like to let her be able to go outside if she wants. If you're interested then I'd love to meet up for a chat and a coffee!
Hello! I am originally from the U.S. and moved here almost 3 years ago. I am easy going and love socializing but also enjoy my alone time. Most the time I am just lounging, reading a book or dabbling in art. I try to get out and about as much as possible. Mainly going to the beach, hiking (if I can catch a ride since I don't have a car), jogging and just going on long walks to enjoy the city. I like to party but do it rarely and never bring it home. I work 9-5 in a factory in Tighes Hill as an unskilled labourer. Nothing fancy but it pays the bills! Just looking for some chill people to live with.
