I am looking to team-up and search for a 2 Bed, 2 bathroom apartment under 375$ in Chermside, kedron, Lutwych, windsor. An air-conditioned apartment or house, that is close to public transport. I'm young, full-time professional, working in city for Queensland Superannuation. An easy going, optimistic person, who likes to keep the house clean. I'm prefer an active lifestyle and enjoy playing sports like rugby, biking and badminton. Up for chat anytime or drink or two but I don't prefer a party house. If you share a similar lifestyle, contact me!
We need a flat with a secure garage for our hobbies. We are clean, tidy and personable :) . We both have full time careers. Mitch is 25 (Engineer) and I am 27 (teacher). We are kiwi as, so pretty chill and friendly but also tidy and considerate of others. We are happy in our current place but need a secure garage so we can get back into our hobbies :) Feel free to get in touch, Kind regards, Renee
I keep to myself a lot but I do love a chat. I'm a fan of baking and will often have either a whole cake or the fixing for cake handy (I take orders) I'm a shift worker so there's the possibility of not even seeing me for weeks at a time if that's something you're looking for. I have an indoor cat called Turnip and he's more dog than cat. He loves cuddles and he'll meet you at the door after work. He's a bit of a sook. (The suburbs listed are just a bunch of randoms, I'm open to anywhere within 10-15km from Brisbane's CBD)
Hey! I'm looking to move out within the next few weeks, ideally as soon as possible, before 1st of October :) Preferably all bills included and great Internet, if bond is flexible that would be even better, but I am pre approved for a bond loan if required. Furnished with a desk would be great! I'm currently successfully self employed as a Virtual Assistant and on newstart payments while looking for fulltime work (or making my business full time) after moving back from Melbourne in March. I will be working from home but no clients visit so a desk in my room would be helpful. If you are interested let me know, I'm clean and tidy and respectful of my surroundings. Im a quiet person, I don't party and I'm not noisy, hoping to find a place that welcomes friends over for dinner once in a while. Thanks!
Clean, tidy and easy going 23 yr old male graduate working 9-5 in North Lakes. Occasionally travel interstate for work so will be away a bit. Looking for a house with a warm homely vibe preferably shared by individuals of similar age to myself. Would love to have some friendly/relaxed people around for a chat and the odd beer after work. Cheers, Michael
Hello :) My current lease ends December and I'm hoping to move somewhere closer to the city. I work full time in a law firm in the city. I love to read and have lots of books I'm happy to share :) I'm a clean person and don't mind cleaning up for other people too. Not a fussy person. Im single so won't have to worry about boyfriends being over all the time. I like my space but also love a good wine after work, can tell when someone else wants their space too. Hoping to live somewhere near a train station. I have heaps of furniture, that I didn't really want the hassle of having to sell. So if someone is looking for a team up it would be perfect 👌🏼
I'm a young professional who is very clean, tidy, respectful, considerate of noise levels and friendly. Non-smoker and not really into partying (although I like going to live music gigs), love dogs and would be happy to have a 4-legged canine roomie in the mix. Am looking for a flatmate who is also tidy, considerate and fairly quiet. I will be working away at some times which means off-street parking is essential, even if it's just in the driveway.
Just got a full-time job in Kedron and I'm looking to get a room as soon as possible in the North Brisbane area. I'm a clean and respectful person. I like to keep active, i play and watch lots of sport but i also don't mind a bit of down-time. I can also have some fun and be social, so sharing with relate-able people would definitely be a bonus.
We are both Irish Backpackers that have been in Australia for just over three months. We have just completed our farm work and are looking for people to share a place with in Brisbane for approximately the next six months and we're here to have a good time. We love getting to know people and also love to share our stories with others! We are both laid back but tidy and considerate. Our interests are Music of all kinds, Irish Sports, Outdoor Activities, and Movies!! We're both excited to meet new people and would love to hear from you!! :)
Hi my name is Taylor I am currently based in Perth and I work full time as cabin crew for qantas, I am being re located to Brisbane for work on the 30th October 2017. I am friendly, outgoing and love to socialise and meet new people, I am clean and respectful and have lived in shared housing before and can provide references. My hobbies are music, makeup, and I have my own horse here in Perth which I will unfortunately be leaving behind so I will need to get back into that when I am over in Brisbane :) I do work odd hours and prefer early morning flights so I would be looking for housemates that are clean, easy going, and be considerate of my varying sleep pattern and I will of course be the same in return (I am usually really quiet getting ready for work anyway so you won't even hear me leave) I also won't be there much some weeks as we do anywhere from 2 - 8 overnights a month I do like to have my own space however would love to live with people that I can get to know as I am moving to a new city all by myself :) I would absolutely love to find a master bedroom with ensuite and a small balcony (in a perfect world aha) but am open to most rooms available, would like to live close the the airport if possible Thank you :)
Hey I'm Jaime. I am 21 years old and studying full time Nursing at ACU, working part time along side also. I have been living independently since 2015 so I have good experience in shared living and housing responsibilities. I am super clean and tidy and happy to contribute to house hold chores and tasks. I'm either at work or uni most days but otherwise I will be home or out and about. I'm looking to move out mid-late September as my current lease ends at that time :) If you have something available I would love to hear from you :)
I am an easy going single mum who is house proud. My son is 9 and it is important that we find someone who likes kids, is tidy and easy going also. I work as a Teacher Aide 5 days a week. We would like to find a house which we could have the option to one day get a small dog. We enjoy having friends over now and then and like a good home cooked meal. We enjoy the outdoors and have a great friendship group. A whole house option by ourselves is preferable.
Hey Guys! Before I start rambling about things you may not be interested in, I will break it down a little. Intro: Lauren and I (Jackie) are looking for someone to team up with us to share a 3 Bedroom house in North Brisbane. We are quite open minded about where Northside but we aren't looking at anywhere South side or no more than 30 minutes from the city for work related travel. We are looking to move out anytime from now until early December at latest, our current lease is quite flexible. Lauren and I met 9 months ago from Flatmates.com so we are hoping for another successful experience :) Animals: We both have animals so we will be needing a fully fenced house. Lauren owns a ragdoll cat (Portia) and a mini dachshund (Frank) and I own a border collie (Barney). if you have an outside dog then I'm sure we could make this work. Otherwise, if you've always wanted an animal and could never commit, living with us could fill that void! Barney never barks unless someone is suspiciously hanging around the house and in that case, he is trained to protect and warn off strangers (has saved me from two break ins, I'm very impressed). Our animals are very chilled, Frank is a learning puppy but he's already so well behaved. About Us: A little about us, Lauren is studying with a full-time job in a clinic and Im the head chef at a small cafe. We both work morning shifts and take pride in the houses we live in. Lauren is looking into buying a house soon so the 6-month lease is our safest bet atm. We both are crazy Dyson fans so the house will always be clean on our behalf. We are totally fine with a couple dishes left here but cleanliness is always important. Conclusion: If you have read this far then I'm extremely surprised. We don't mean to sound picky, we are both very relaxed to be honest. If we lay it all on the line now then hopefully there are no surprises in the future. Send a message if you're wondering about meeting halfway with something or any questions. Hopefully, we can make it work :)
I'm a project administrator & I work Monday - Friday. I'm a clean & tidy person who loves to share a few beers on a Friday night. Outgoing and friendly :) - Won't be moving until March 2018; on here early to suss out areas/$$ before I make the move - Would prefer bills inc. in weekly rent
I'm a professional working full-time and studying part-time at uni so I am very busy and only at home during the evenings. I'm currently in an awesome share at Clayfield but sadly this is only until the end of November 2017. I don't have parties or regular visitors, don't drink or smoke, and respect the privacy of those I live with. I'm very fitness-minded so I'm up early and go to bed early, so I don't keep anyone up at night too. If you are looking for a quiet, tidy, mature and reliable flatmate who values a relaxed and peaceful household and you are offering a flexible period of up to 6 months to stay in a furnished room (preferably with own bathroom) then please don't hesitate to contact me. (Please note: I am currently not looking to sign on to a lease/take over a lease, apologies.) Female flatmates preferred. Looking forward to hearing from you. Update: Because I study I need a flatmate who is quiet during the evenings. I appreciate offers from social drinkers etc. but this is not my scene, apologies.
Hi Myself and my very well behaved 17yr old cat are looking for a nice place to live, preferably in the inner northern suburbs - I work full time in as a retail store manager at Chermside. I'd love to find a house with air-conditioning, good internet, and hopefully a bit of extra space for activities. Ideally I want to team up with 2 - 3 people to get a nice place and cheapen the rent. I've put down inner north suburbs, if there is one close I haven't listed just assume its cool
Hi, I'm Teigan! I'm 23 years old and currently living in Townsville, working full time as a PA in Marketing. My current employer is moving to Brisbane at the start of January 2018 and has asked me to move to Brisbane and continue to work for her down there, I have accepted the position and will be needing a share house for a few weeks starting the 15th January until my partner finishes his contract and moves down at the end of February 2018. I am super easy going, neat and tidy and love to meet new people. I will be signing up to uni when I get to Brisbane to do a degree in Business and Marketing. I have 2 dogs (an American Staffy and a Bull Arab) and also 2 cats - (Which none of them will be coming with me) but just letting you know that I love animals! (so that if you had animals, it wouldn't be an issue) I'd be working full time hours and would be happy to socialise in the time that I have spare! Happy to chat and get to know you, to see if i'd be a fit for your available accomodation.
I'm quiet and keep to myself but dont mind a conversation if we run into eachother, i'm a gamer so i stay in my room when im not working and i have headphones for everything i own so you shouldnt hear me much at all
Relocating to Brisbane for work and would like to share a place until I get settled in (though if it works well then hey, great!). Single professional lady, non smoker, no pets. I am not a party type, and don't know anyone in the area so will be pretty quiet! Though I do like socialising and am friendly. I generally work 8am-6pm four days a week.
Hi my name is Taryn and I'm looking for a nice happy place to live with my beautiful friendly clean, house trained Staffie. My background is working in a prison as a Psych Clinician however, I'm currently working as a nanny as it gives me time to start a business. I'm single, 41 years of age, outgoing, friendly and very easy to live with. If you like dogs and choose me you will be gaining two friends instead of one. He is 11 and extremely popular with kids and people. I also provide 3 hrs of free cleaning per fortnight and I'm happy to pay an extra $50 per week to accomodate my dog. I would love to hear from you guys. Please feel free to call me anytime
MOVE IN DATE: i dont know when to move in, i have to give my landlord 2 weeks notice if i was to move in, but yeah, i just put that date bc i didnt know what to put I'm just looking for a good place that allows pets, my cat is 2 years old, hes a pretty boy, loves sleeping and most of them he is never actually near or in the house, he loves to go out and explore. he is not desexed yet, which i will most likely be getting him desexed next week after 23rd of august. Im neat, clean, tidy, i like to have things clean and im always quiet. my life consists of sleeping in bed on days off or going out to the shops with my friends, not a party person, only go out occasionally for like a celebration or somewhat of the sort. I'm currently in a place right now which i moved in just a few weeks ago, but things have happened and i need to bring my cat down from sunshine coast and he has no where to go, and the place im in, doesnt allow cats, dogs only, so yeah. LGBT+: im lgbt+ friendly if anyone was wondering
