Very, very tidy and 'house proud' person. Well travelled and educated. I am quiet and keep to myself but am also happy to spend time, chat and socialise with housemates and friends. Easy going and very easy to get along with. Have lived in Adelaide for many years.
Hi - I do research and teach at Adelaide University during the day and I own a dance studio where I work at night so I'm pretty busy. On the weekend I like socialise, restore old cars, ride motorbikes, eat out, play music with friends (I play guitar). I'm looking for somewhere fairly close to the city. I have loads of references from previous housemates and I'm financially stable, neat & tidy - all the good housemate stuff :) Send me a message if you have a spare room and we can meet up sometime. Cheers. Chris.
Hey, I'm Daniel | 23 years old | Adelaide | full-time student | casual worker I'm: - studying at Flinders University (and looking for a place nearby) - seeking for an unfurnished room - to move in a queen double bed and accessories - with a car to park - reliable, friendly and neat - down to Earth - valuing of respect and privacy :) I've previously rented twice - with friends. I'm reliable, as I always pay rent and bills on time. I have references to show. I'm organized, respectful and cordial. :) I'm about to start my first year of full-time study in Medical Science at Flinders University. I'm currently working casual at Cellarbrations. I'm trying to find some solace in company. I like living in communal environments; of being around those of similar ways. Somedays, I enjoy creating art in my free time or finding my way out in the world. Other days, I spend a bit of time at home reading or playing games. Living in a household where everyone feels comfortable is important to me. I seek to resolve any issues with diplomacy; I keep an ear open. I'm quite fond of cleanliness, and a bit of peace and quiet here and there. My interests are: sights, outside a box, the shoulder of Orion - for which attack ships are on fire, the meaning of semantics and any teapot in orbit around Sol between Earth and Mars. Oh, and some heavy muses too. In other words: photography, abstract, astronomy, sci-fi, philosophy, metal \m/ and other miscellaneous stuff. I'm a non-smoker, and I drink on occasion. :) Don't hesitate to give me a message or text if you're interested! So thank you! And take care! Team-Ups: If anyone seeking a room wants to contact me about leasing a place of our own, I'd be more than willing to do so.
Hi there, I am an international student and I also have a part-time job at the moment. I am responsible, friendly and easy to get along with. I like to live an active but also sometimes quiet lifestyle, love to travel, meet my friends, love to do gardening, I don’t mind reading a good book or watching a good movie ... I am a non-smoker, honest, responsible, clean. I am open for a nice talk but also respect (and need my) private time, I am respectful (of course also towards other peoples stuff) and I would consider myself as a happy and relaxed person. At home I am a photographer and social worker… what else... just ask me. ☺ I get along with my current flatmates very well but I would love to have a bit more space in my room as its really small. I also would love to do a bit of gardening (growing a few herbs and vegetables), so if you have a garden and you are fine with that, that would be great. I am flexible with moving date. If you wish references from previous housemates, that wouldn’t be a problem. ☺ Would be a pleasure to hearing from you! :-) Thanks
I'm a 23 year old student from Sweden who's here for an exchange semester. Looking for a place available as soon as possible until June/July (not sure when my exams etc will be). The cheaper the better, don't have any room requirements other than that I won't share it. Would like to live as close to the university of Adelaide as possible, or close to a bus/tram that would take me there. I'm a generally friendly and social guy, although I like my privacy sometimes. I always keep the common areas tidy, which I believe is important, even if my room can get a bit untidy at times. I cook a lot at home so a nice kitchen is a plus, and on my free time I'd like to enjoy my stay as much as possible and see/do a lot of things, so if my potential roommates like to do a lot (trips, go camping, go to the beach etc) that's also a big plus! Hope to hear from you!
Female looking to teamup with another one or two persons or couple which can also include another person to find a decent sized modern house for housesharing and splitting the bills. Looking for permanent accommodation lease at least a year and beyond. Listed some areas but any areas are acceptable but preferably closer than further from CBD. Enjoy music, around the world cooking and will contribute to maintaining a clean house.
I clean up after myself , just kind of something I’ve been brought up with I guess. Just moved here from South Africa and need a place to stay . I’m very sociable but also understand the need for down time by yourself. If you need a drinking buddy I’m your guy .
** Please Note, I am just browsing for now and making inquiries for future reference, I plan to move out in May / June / or early July after my lease expires in May. ** I an easygoing, clean, responsible, sociable and reliable. I really like places with bills, internet, a lockable room and even possibly a cleaner included all inclusive in the rent. As I am a bit more mature ( yet young at heart ), I am looking for a more self contained style room as much as possible, with it's own bathroom, even a studio, granny flat or just the type of room ( large bedroom ) that gives you your own privacy, or even on my own in a studio style place. Having said that, I tend to work mostly afternoon/evenings, so it might work well if I shared with a normal business hours professional. Don't get me wrong, I like to socialise, but I also like my own space too, if that suits you then great. I am also considering student accommodation style places if you're ok with me staying there and the room is lockable, and preferably with the room big enough to create a self contained space with it's own bathroom.
I'm a Civil Engineer, who enjoys Hockey, PC Games, Netflix & the occasional drink. I'm usually relatively quiet but I do enjoy a good chat and socialising
I am looking for someone to move to a new place with me in March (I need to be out of my current place by 31st). Open to most areas at the moment :) A bit about me: I am a full time professional worker. I am clean and tidy in shared areas. I love to cook. I mostly keep to myself as i like some me time. Work full time so i'm barely home during the day. Very minimal with electricity and gas. I have a cat named William. I like movie nights and having a wine of the evening. What i'm looking for: I'm looking for a like-minded person who likes cats. Preferably also a full time worker. Not fussed on gender.
Am a cook at NOLA and cyclist and rider with EcoCaddy who enjoys regular meals and drinks with friends and alike. I'm Thai and grew up in Adelaide. I can appreciate anything really and live minimally. I like to a tidy space for others as much as for myself, and generally on the free occasions am a happy chiller on with food and a drink. Have references and all that, happy to answer any questions Thanks
Hey, I am originally from Canberra but have lived in Adelaide for the last 5 years. I have recently finished studying at the University of Adelaide and am now working as a dentist. I have a friendly, outgoing personality and love making new friends. I get along easily with all types of people and am looking for someone to share a home with! In my spare time, I enjoy time with friends, going to the gym, finding new places to eat, and occasionally going out for drinks! I think it makes moving in with someone a lot easier if you get along as friends which is what I am looking for. If you think we would be a good match, shoot me a message. I'd also love to meet up in person to have a chat as that's probably the best way to get to know someone :)
I am a full-time teacher and SSO. I am pretty laid back, i keep my spaces clean, ive lived in a sharehouse before so i am quite familiar with household courtesy. I like to socialise, go on hikes and enjoy a casual catch up with a drink or two.. looking forward to making new friends and sharing a place with good vibes.
I am a country kid (Adult actually) originally from Cowell, Eyre Peninsula, currently living in Whyalla doing Foundation Studies (continuing 2018). my main goal is to move to Adelaide somewhere close to the CBD to study at Uni SA (Bachelor of Business in Innovation and Entrepreneurship). i am currently renting a house, which i have my own furniture, crockery, fridge, organ, wardrobes, desk etc. I am introverted, bossy, music lover (mostly Thirty Seconds to mars, Breaking Benjamin, Red and other artists), book reader and collector, gardener (when i have tools to garden with, im pretty quiet and conservative when you first meet me but give me time and i will sass you and give you heaps of shit stirring (i expect the same in return respectively). i dont have many close friends (grew up on a farm, so my social skills are more like a hermit...i aint kidding), i very rarely drink any alcohol (dont have the inclination or the need for it), i dont do recreational drugs (not interested and they're a waste of time and money), i dont smoke (same as drugs). I will mention that i am loyal, caring, supportive, weird, funny, lovable, adorable, kind, motherly (in terms of if you were to go out to a party i want to know where you are (not that it matters, but it does help immensely) and when you will be home, so that if anything where to happen to you i know where to look and where you will be, some may find that overprotective, but for me its knowing that you are safe). I also forgot to mention that I INTEND to move 70-80% of my gear to Adelaide which involves my Queen bed, organ, crafts gear, fridge, kitchen homewares, crockery, books, clothes, coffee table, linen (sheets, towels etc), bookcase etc i hope you pick me.....i'd like to live in Adelaide and get out of regional Eyre Peninsula (basically i dont want to be a country bumpkin the rest of my life)
Hello! I am a young professional who works 9-5 (really more like 8-6) in the city, looking for a place within walking distance to work. I have an (aspirational) green thumb and a lovely collection of indoor plants which I hope to bring with me, live a pretty active lifestyle, love eating good food and think there is nothing better than a glass of wine or beer watching the sun go down. I'm friendly, honest and love a good laugh!
I'm easy to get a long with, pride myself on keeping a clean house, have a great interest in movies and other home activities, appreciate alone time and ensure the utmost courteousness and etiquette when living with another person (being quiet when others are trying to sleep, cleaning up after myself). I work full time on a rotating roster. My work is open 24/7 and so sometimes I may be required to sleep early / during the day as I may not finish or get home until 6 am after doing an 8 hour shift. I live a healthy livestyle and pride myself on keeping fit. I passionate about cars, Marvel and video games. I can be a little shy when first getting to know someone but enjoy helping others reach their goals. Living with a stranger or someone you don't know well can be hard. It's important to keep open channels of communications and try your best to respect other people's wishes. I make sure I am flexible and try my best not to make living with me a smooth and stress-ree process.
I'm a baker and I’d love to join a fun, tidy, open minded share house. I’m ideally looking for a small room, big kitchen (I bake a LOT), and lots of natural light. I also have a 2 year old German Shepard who is my best friend and requires a large back yard. She is quite shy but gets on great with other dogs and chickens and will undoubtedly become your new best bud if you’re willing to give her a scritch or two!
Looking for en-suite, modern clean non-shared bathroom. I am a new Lecturer at UniSA. I will now prefer places close to the beach between Henley and West Lakes.
Hi! I'm Lisa and I'm a fun, chilled kind of person who is responsible and considerate of others. I've just finished my uni degree and I'm looking for some awesome housemates I can get along well with, as well as respecting each others' space. I have a few years' experience living in share houses so I know how to cook, clean, and stay neat and tidy! I'll be working full-time in Hallett Cove, but I'd love to stay based around the Western Suburbs (Henley, Lockleys etc) because I love the beach! I also love listening to great music and having a few drinks every now and then :) I'm OK with most pets (especially dogs!) but unfortunately can't live with cats because I'm allergic!
Hi, I have been living in Melbourne for the past 6 years, although I grew up near Phillip Island. I studied Fine Art at Monash University and for the last couple of years I have been working (and painting when I can). I am moving to Adelaide to study Concept Art and Illustration at CDW Studios. I am a keen cyclist/runner, and love hiking, camping, and listening to audio books. I'm looking forward to exploring Adelaide and hanging out with new friends (when I'm not slaving over digital paintings for uni). I have been living in share houses for most of my time in Melbourne, so have experience living with other people.
We are a young couple who are very quiet and keep to ourselves most of the time. We’re also looking to make more friends! We’re both currently looking for jobs but are confident we’ll find employment soon. Maria loves to sing and play guitar, Jesse is a film fanatic and we both love reading; especially comics. Jesse is originally from Newcastle, NSW.
