Hey there, Originally from Townsville, I love the beach and country, just anything that isn't in a CBD and wall-to-wall shoebox living. I'm looking for somewhere along the east coast or up in the mountains in a rainforest retreat. At the moment I'm working full time in hospitality burning the candle at both ends doing double shifts. Ultimately, I'm looking to find part time and study the rest and wind down the pace a bit. I am honest to a fault, always pull my weight around the house (bins don't scare me) and consider other people in terms of noise, mess and taking turns in a shared living situation. (Human cohabitation and etiquette 101!) When I'm not working I can be found working in the garage on my bike, fishing, gardening, or with a cup of tea and my nose in a book. Partying lifestyle never really caught on but I like a few quiet beers on a Friday arvo and maybe a game of pool at the local. In bed early most nights and an early riser. Cons: My bird can become unsettled for whatever reason sometimes and have little a carry on that involves toots, woo's and the odd scream. He comes nearly everywhere with me, and is a big part of my life as I hand raised him. I would love a household that accepts him and also loves or at least understands birds as my last housemates taunted and harassed him (There will never be an unwanted present anywhere as he is toilet trained and I'm not a fan of poop dont worry.) I ride a motorbike and she's a tad louder than most streetbikes but not as obnoxiously loud as a Harley. I even go to the trouble to push her out and down the street before starting her on morning rides for the comfort of neighbours and housemates. A little excessive but worth it for the right home. Pros: Random people have been known to trust me to babysit their children and fur babies for extended periods, so you can also bet I'm adulty enough to pay rent on time and do the right thing by people. Built in dog walker. Won't hog the bathroom or moult hair extensions, nails or fake eyelashes. Conclusion: I am a very quiet, considerate and clean housemate: the things I come with (by nature) aren't so much. I love all animals, dogs particularly, and thrive in a home with some fur, feathers and scales. I look forward to hearing from my future housemates~ Cheers!
Hello! I'm Brandon. I'm 28 and I'm super housetrained - people have even said I look like a golden retriever. I'm a full-time freelancer but I also have a part-time job that I work to keep the grass growing (there's benefits to this... you'll see). Due to the nature of my work, I'll either be around crushing through design work, or away on photoshoots. I'm super outdoorsy, have an obsession with food and cooking (for you, too) and I'm in the ocean at any given opportunity. Right into music and creativity, so likeminded souls are welcomed!
We are a fun, hard working, sensible couple. We enjoy adventures, learning new hobbies and hanging out with our friends. We both work, Zane works at a cafe as a head barista, Jordan works at a resort as a waitress. We are a clean, quiet couple who knows how to cook, clean and look after ourselves.
I'm an organised, understanding, and free-spirited chick, looking to move out with like-minded people. I work full time, and enjoy any type of adventure on my weekend/s, along with the occasional let-your-hair-down beverage. Wanting to move out of my current home in the new year... wanting a lifestyle change away from the busy city of Brisbane.
Hey there! Bill and I are a quiet and respectful young couple looking for a quiet peaceful place to live in with a bit more privacy than the usual busy shares. We are ideally looking for our own space as we’ve discovered that we value peace and our down time, but a room in a quiet share would be great. Bill works full time, 6 days a week as a green keeper at Cabarita Beach Bowling Club and stays busy during the week with his sports and going out going out fishing with his friends. I work part time at Kingscliff Beach Bowling Club and am excitedly awaiting to start study to become an accountant, and love to spend my spare time at the beach laying in the sun with a book. We both do our socialising outside of our home environment so aren’t looking for somewhere to have parties or make a lot of noise. We are clean, mature young adults and would just love the perfect little place to call our home. We look forward to hearing from you :)
Hi i'm Ben I'm 25 years old, love health and fitness, good food, coffee, tattoo's, the beach and spending quality time with family and friends. I grew up in country Victoria, but moved to the Coast when I finished school and fell in love with the place. I'm very easy going and love to help people out however i can.
Im 19 years of age, studying full time at Southern Cross University in Coolangatta. I also have a part time job, I mainly work nights or early mornings. I am never late with my rent $200/week is my maximum budget as this leave me enough out of my weekly income to live comfortably Internet is a must as i am a uni student and all my classes are online. Im looking for somewhere that can be social at times but at others i can have quiet to study.
I am pretty laid back, respectful but love a chat and a laugh over a beer or wine with my flatmates, while still finding that we all have our own lives and need our own space. I've lived in sharehouses setups pretty much since I left home, be it on campus uni accommodation, to sharehouses to backpacker hostels. I like living in a home, where people don't just come home to shut the door but friendships often happen. Some of my good friends were initially strangers who we were in a sharehouse with.
I am an intelligent, quiet, nature loving and creative person. I am an outatanding tennant with outstanding current realestate rental references. I work in the garden and I am very clean. I cook alot and need a good working kitchen and builtins in bedroom. I like my privacy and am looking for a serene environment where the house is treated as a sanctuary.
Due to family circumstances, we need to find an affordable and comfortable place to live very soon as so that we don't end up homeless. My partner and I have been together for two years so it would be ideal to find somewhere to live together. Even if it's until after the New Year or the ideal opportunity arises. We are tidy, respectful and will clean up after ourselves. We are quite private people however we can most definitely be very sociable at other times. We enjoy being out in nature, binge watching TV Shows/Movies, listening to music, having a quiet drink. We both have odd sleeping hours due to medical reasons and studying online so ideally we are looking for an independent space, or sharing with 1 or 2 other people where TV or music (not loud) coming from our bedroom wouldn't disturb the other housemates. Realistically, given our situation, we will compromise where we can and ensure the same comfort and freedom we want from a home, will be passed on to others. We both have a broad spectrum of interests, are quirky, fun and also very mature for our ages. If we can find stable accommodation my partner and I will continue with our studies (I study Business/Laws part-time and Jarryd studies IT and Cybersecurity full-time unless he is able to find part-time/casual employment where he would reduce to a part-time study load).
Will always clean what I use, and help keep communal areas clean. I'm not a noisy person, unless playing Overwatch with friends. 😅 But I can keep that in check. I have a casual job at EB games, have an internship further up the coast, study at Kingscliff Tafe, and volunteer at the wildlife sanctuary. As a result I'm only at home during nights and some days depending on work.
Hi my name is Angela, I'm a single female, with a beautiful blue staffy. Looking for 6mths as I will be hoping to buy. Healthy living, love the beach, outings with friends, and quiet time. Very easy to get along with.
Late 20's health professional moving closer to the beach for work and a long awaited change in lifestyle. I enjoy spending my free time outdoors and being active - hiking, camping, beach, travel as well as yoga and living a generally happy and healthy lifestyle. I am currently living in Brisbane but about to start a job at Tweed Hospital, so looking to live in surrounding areas (preference Cabarita, Kingscliff, Casuarina). Move in date can be flexible as I will just commute from Brisbane until I find the right place. I am exceptionally clean and respectful of others belongings and spaces. I enjoy having dinner and hanging out with my housemates, but equally value and respect alone time. I am looking to share with people of a similar age and lifestyle who also value a clean and relaxed environment. Not a big party person. Also looking to have my own bathroom and air con. Ready to move into an existing sharehouse or get together with others to start our own.
Hi :) I’m easy to get along with, in my spare time I go to the gym and enjoy the beach. I work Wednesday’s threw to Sunday’s every week. Looking for a like minded room Mate. I’ve just moved up from Sydney so I don’t know to many people around the area and currently living with my Aunty but wanting to move out to have my own space. If you think you have something suitable feel free to send me a message and we can take it from there :)
Hi, I'm looking for a room to rent or a studio. I work full-time. I enjoy a chat and I also like my own space. I am a non smoker, non drinker and I am drug free. I am looking for a household that is non smoking and drug free. Somewhere I can relax and unwind. I am a respectful and considerate person. I have a beautiful 13 year old spoodle. He is very well behaved and doesn’t shed hair. I have great references too. Look forward to hearing from you.
Hi there, My name is Stephen. I am 28. I don't drink, smoke or do drugs. I work in Bangalow while I am Studying my degree to become a high school teacher. I am looking to move further North (from Goonellabah) to gain access to SCUni in the Gold Coast. I have a black and tan Miniature Dachshund named Jezabelle. She is well trained and has been an inside dog and outside dog at times (so that wouldn't be an issue If that was the case at your house) if this is ok I would love to come up and have a look at your place? With Regards Stephen Shanks
Hello I’m Amber and I’ve just returned from a spiritual trip through India and I’m looking for a home with like minded people. I’m very down to earth and easy going, love anything to do with nature and enjoy doing yoga when I can. I would really love to find some conscious house mates to share a space with.
