Hi All I work for a Relocations Company specialising in assisting Filipino Chefs coming into the country on 457 visas. Our service provides 4 weeks accommodation on their arrival which we pay for them up front. After this time they will either find their own accommodation or you can negotiate with them to stay longer term although you are under no obligation to do so. Accommodation should be fully inclusive of bills, ideally including WIFI and candidates can pay a cash bond equal to 2 weeks on arrival day. We look for single and twin occupancy rooms (no bunk beds) We meet and great at the airport, bring them to their accommodation and also provide a cultural settlement program including travel card, cultural seminar about life in Australia as well as ensuring they have bank account, TFN and super set up. Filipinos are known for having excellent English language skills, being very respectful and also hard working. Locations are varied as they are dependent on their employment location. Most candidates do not drive so accommodation must be within easy reach of reliable public transport that runs later at night due to nature of chef hours or be within walking distance to their place of work. We now have visas lodged for the following locations: *Wollongong x 3 *Manly x 2 *Swansea x 2 *North Melbourne x 1 *Gymea x 3 *Elenora Heights x 1 *Leura x 2 *Brisbane x 1 We now have the following visas APPROVED and are planning deployment to Australia: *Narellan - 1 single room required walking distance to Narellan Shopping Centre - arriving 16 October URGENT *Gregory Hills - 1 x single room - walking distance to Gregory Hills Hotel - arriving 16 October URGENT! Please note: we are unable to commit to a move in date until the visa has been approved. Updated 10/10/17

I am a super tidy person who likes being out and about checking out all the national parks and heading to the beach as much as I can! If you have any questions please let me know! Thanks, Kris
Hi, I'm Jess :) I am a quiet, easy going person with a love of Netflix. I work full time as a primary teacher, so will tend to keep to myself on weekdays. But always up for a chat :) I'm looking for an apartment with female flatmates of a similar age.
Currently living in Coogee and enjoying it however looking for a place with a little more room. Not in a hurry to move, just looking at options. A little about me: I am passionate about my fitness and love getting out doors and seeing what NSW has to offer. I'm pretty easy to get along with, enjoy some down time with a good book but also love a good games night and banter over a few vinos. Coffee lover who enjoys eating out and trying new places. Epic netflix watching is also a fav past time and I love going to the movies. I have a little Jack Russell named Dexter. He is 9 years old, well trained and loves cuddles. I am looking for a place that will better suit him and a person who I can rely on to treat him well and enjoy his company. If you think we might be well suited send me a message and we can have a chat!
I'm easy going, tidy and reliable, spend a lot of time out of the house at either work or sport. Have a dog but he will not be coming with me but I am fine with any pets if you have them! Keen to team up and find somewhere, feel free to contact me regarding anything!

i am a young easy going 24 yr old Aussie male who works in construction 6 days a week. i am very career driven and have just been promoted to foreman on a sight my company is working on at the cronulla sharks appartments. I work at least 70 hrs per week so in my free time i like to be outdoors exploring what sydney has to offer. i am trustworthy tidy and goal focused. I am handy around the house and easy to get along with.
I'm a shire girl born and raised; I like to play video games, watch tv/movies, and read. I'm a massive Potterhead 😄. I also work as a cleaner at Coles so I'm always good for grabbing any quick groceries if needed. I work 5 days a week, mostly in the evenings and won't get back til late, so you can hold on to quietly relaxing at home after work without anyone bothering you. And don't worry, I'm a pretty heavy sleeper so you don't have to worry about accidentally waking me up in the mornings. Plus I grew up with a mum who worked nights so you best believe I'm well practised at keeping in mind when others are sleeping and knowing when to be quiet. Don't drive so I'm looking for some place that's relatively close to a train station.
My names Naomi. I'm 24, single and currently looking for a place for the next 6-7 months while I wait for my sister to move out. I work full time, Monday to Friday in the city and workout either early morning or after work, so I'm not home for most of the week. I am one to cook and clean up after themselves and I usually do a lot of household chores on my weekends. Weekends I like to get out and about when I have time, so sometimes I won't be home during the days on the weekends. I also rarely go out and drink, so you don’t have to worry about me rocking up a crazy times in the mornings on the weekends or having people over all the time. I am looking to find a place as soon as possible as well. Would love to hear from those interest. Thankssss
Hi! I'm 26 and have recently started a full time job as a graduate in an accounting firm in the CBD. I'm fairly tidy, laid back, and respectful of others. I like to socialise and am looking to make new friends when I move away from my hometown, but I also enjoy my relaxation time and I'm hoping to find some like-minded housemates to take me in!
Hey there! I’m Katie. I’m a domestic and short haul international Flight Attendant. I’m a friendly and outgoing individual. As I work crazy and long hours, you wouldn’t see me a lot except for my days off. However I promise to be as socialable as I can even if I’m running on 2hrs of sleep. I have a gorgeous and affectionate rescue cat called Minty. She’s fully toilet trained and doesn’t make a mess anywhere but her litter box. She’s also good with other cats. Besides that I like to clean. I can’t stand mess and others who don’t help out in cleaning up.. don’t bother messaging me. My budget is 300 per week, not willing to go any higher so only message if 1- you’re ok with me having a cat and lastly if you understand my budget per week ;) I also like to cook and bake. Did I mention I love gaming and I have a Nintendo 64 :D I look forward to hearing from you all :)
I am a friendly, clean roommate who enjoys conversation and music. I only recently moved to the city from the very top of the Blue Mountains, so everything in the city is new to me. Hi I am a single, clean, fairly quiet, Australian male. I currently work M-F around 9-5. I may be working evenings in the future if this is an issue (it shouldn't be as I'm very quiet coming/going) I also do a few hours a week work on my home PC in the evening/Saturday. I'm very considerate of people sleeping and looking for the same. I'm looking for peace and quiet, some privacy (but also some social times). A quiet location not on or close to a major road or under a flightpath (sadly that rules out most of the inner west) The room needs to be large (3x3m at least) to fit queen bed, desk, TV unit and wardrobe if no BIR. I also need space somewhere for my own fridge/freezer unless yours is fairly empty. For housemates, I'm looking for Australians/UK/Canadian people (not other languages/cultures) aged around 25-40. I'm looking for people that are healthy, fit and regularly exercise. I cannot live with anyone that smokes. Also someone interested in and a willing participant in at least 1 of the following: sci-fi tv/movies video games board games (mostly short and fun not long and boring) hiking tennis/badminton/table tennis and I'm open to housemate's interests. I would like 1-2 other housemates maximum with at least 1 other male. My budget is including bills and internet. I will consider more areas than I have listed
Hey! My names Kylie, I'm 29 and I'll be moving down from Newcastle mid-November. I'll be working full time for NSW Health based at Sutherland hospital so am looking for a house share around Sutherland / Caringbah / Cronulla area. I will be looking for a place to move into around the second or third week of November, would prefer to live with a male (i grew up with brothers and just like the dynamic of living with males but of course open to cruisy / laid back females too!) and would like a place with my own bathroom / eunsuite if possible - preferable just living with one other person as im not looking for big busy share house :) Weekdays I work full time and also do a lot of training (triathlon) so I'm usually up early and home around dinner time, so I'm pretty quiet during the week! Very clean, tidy and considerate, non smoker. Love cooking, the beach and enjoy a few social drinks. If you have something that might sound like a good fit then please get in touch :)

Hi! I'm Aase and I'm 19 turning 20 in August. I go to USYD doing International and Global studies, double majoring in International Business and European Studies with French on the side. I'll be finishing my studies in the beginning 2020. As a housemate I think I'm friendly and approachable. I have a lot of friends in the Sutherland area, so staying in that area would be ideal. I enjoy swimming and running to keep up my fitness. I mostly grew up in Norway and finished school there, but I have also lived in Sydney on and off with my parents due to their work. I currently live with my boyfriend, so moving out isn't urgent and I don't really have a set date but I'd like to do it sometime in the nearest future.
