Hi There, I am looking to team up with one person (preferably a female) to move into a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom place or am happy to move into an established place with 1 or 2 people. Require my own bathroom and aircon. I am flexible with my move in date as i will be staying at my mums until i find a suitable place. Can move anytime from the 15th January up until the 1st of March. Happy to pay up to $200 a week but around the $170/$180 mark would be ideal. I have just graduated from a Bachelor of Journalism at QUT and am moving back to the Sunshine Coast where i grew up. I will be working part time at Coles and doing a bit of travelling next year so will be out and about. I enjoy having a chat and a drink with my housemate but also like my own space. I am usually very busy and like to keep active, go for runs, gym and hit up the beach! I'm quite tidy and would like to find someone who cleans up after them self as they go so we can maintain a clean, happy and healthy household! I have lived with housemates for 3 years so have experience with living with other people and am very respectful of others.
Hey! I’m a 26 year old doctor from the UK originally. I’m moving from the outback to work at SCUH in January, and am looking for somewhere to rent. My hours are pretty variable but I’m respectful of others with this, and could sleep through most things myself! I do smoke, but would only ever do this outside and away from any open doorways. I’m not looking just to move in and hide in my room- I’d like to get to know and socialise with my flat mates ideally! When I’m not working I like exploring, watching terrible television and the odd glass of wine (or 6!) Pretty much an open book, feel free to ask anything :)
I am a full time student at USC and I also work part-time as well. Super friendly and clean respectful roomie. Love to go on adventures and go to the beach, but also like binge watching netflix and cooking. Ideally would be interested in a share house situation or team-ups if we got along great! I moved here around 3 months ago and couldn't take my cat with me as she wasn't allowed where I moved in to, she is little and super cute, she would just love to be cuddled. She is really clean and a friendly little cat - so would love to be able to find someone I was able to take her with me as she frets when I moved away :(
I am quiet, non smoker, have a grown family am open minded and have a good sense of humour and can even cook reasonably well !! Have shared in the last few years to enable me to study with less financial stress.
Update: 12.01.2018 There is only one month left and I will be coming to Australia ! About me: My name is Maximilian and I am a 23-year old student from Germany. I am going to study for one semester at the University of the Sunshinecoast, semester 1 2018. I will be arriving in Mid-February 2018. I am looking for a room until the end of June 2018, so for around 5 months. It would be great to live in a place that welcomes international students. I like to play volleyball and skateboarding. I am a beginner in surfing and I can imagine to go on with surfing at the beaches of the Sunshine Coast. During the week-ends, it would be great to explore the Sunshine coast and its surrounding places. Looking for shared rooms with local Australians, internationals and open for Homestay. Personally, I would love to live in the neighbourhood of the university because I would like to take the chance to live together with local Australians, preferred location: beachside. If you are interest to welcome an international student, I am looking forward to hearing from you. I would love to have a room before arriving so a Skype call would be an option to get to know each other better ;) Maximilian
I am in the IT business and have just moved to Coolum from WA before Xmas. I work from home and I am a member of Coolum surf club and ride my bike. I have been running my own IT company for the past 15 years. Interested in the +50 group I am quiet and easy to get along with. I am staying with my son in Coolum at the moment till I find a room in the region. Team-ups with the right person would be fine. Give me a call to have a chat. Richard.

Friendly, compassionate and slightly eccentric, mature-aged lady looking for a place to call home for a little while. No pets. Must be very handy to transport and maybe shops. Need fast Internet connection. Semi-retired professional in-between living situations. Love trees and nature. Get on well with pets and children. If you have a pool, aircon, private bathroom and / or use of a separate room/space for relaxing / office, these would be happy bonuses! Coming with references, Sunny Coast resident of 8 years and want to stay on here to be close to family. Currently located in Eumundi, needing short stay accommodation before committing to long term.. Love non-judgemental folks who know how to just relax and get on with it. Communication is key to most situations. I am very quiet most of the time but up for a chat at others. Cannot live in a house that has illegal drugs around, happy with social drinks and coffee!. Love good music, company and real food - can cook. Get on with all ages. If you have a space you think would suit and I would blend in with your situation, please contact me here on flatmates. I look forward to meeting you. *Lower rent would be wonderful & helpful - including all bills, fast internet availability and most of my wish list items.* Thanks for reading and good luck to you in finding your own ideal accommodation match-ups!

Ali the Lab loves all the attention, sleeping and anything that could be mistaken for food. Can we live with you?!
I am a single male who works full time, plus other work as well. Very rarely at home other than to sleep and eat. Looking for my own space to be able to come back to. Preferred closer to Caloundra end of coast, but pretty cruisey. Not at home a lot and very quiet and clean.
Adelle and myself are hard working young professionals, We both work full time and study. however we are both very high energy and love getting to know new people. We don't get too much down time between work and study, so when we do we ensure that we are off on an adventure or at the beach. Adelle has grown up in Brisbane/Sunshine coast and i was actually born in Ballarat Victoria. i was offered to move to the coast 12 months ago and couldn't say no. i spent from 17-22 years old in the army based in Townsville, so i knew i had to get back to QLD. We both look forward to the next step in our adventure :)
I am a clean and well organised person who is keen to find and live with people who are the same. I'll be studying a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics at USC and am ready to learn about nutrition and how to help people living with acute and chronic diseases / health conditions that are linked and/or related to nutrition. From Gympie, I can't wait to start uni life and everything else that lies ahead.
I am a considerate tidy quiet person. I have a caring nature and always considerate of others. I keep to myself and like to keep fit, getting outdoors either to the beach or for bush walks or markets. I work as a support worker supporting people with disabilities. I am looking for somewhere to call home where I can have my own comforts and quiet times.
I am an international student. Studying full time, sponsored by AUSAID. I have two children age 11 and 9 who attend school next to the university. My children and I are very easy going and easy to live with. My children are well mannered and keep to themselves most of the time. Originally from the coast. 19 years old. Currently living in Melbourne working a full time job in Real Estate. Moving up for uni and to get back to the beach. I am very clean, organised and like to think of myself as a happy bubbly person. I love the beach, keeping fit, hanging out with friends and having a cheeky beverage or two. I think I'm pretty easy to get along with and respect personal space and privacy.
I do not smoke or do drugs, I am very tidy and keep my possessions to myself and respect other's possessions. I'm into fitness and I work full time. I have a paramedic degree so I would be great if you hurt yourself and need a hand - so don't do this for me, do it for your future injured self. I am single, honest and like to think I'm kinda funny.
Hi! I'm Oliver, I'm 42, shift worker @ Kewana. I’m looking to either move into a place with roommates or find people who would like to rent out a house/unit. And who work full time/part time as well. I'm currently looking for a place, for a period of 6-12 months. I am very clean and tidy, respectful, easy going, a non-smoker and love time to myself & with family. I am very rarely at home other than to sleep. I live a physically active lifestyle outside of my shift work, and on days off I enjoy going to the gym, hiking, and spending time with like-minded people... If you have any questions or queries, please don’t hesitate to email me directly. Look forward to hearing from you soon. Regards Oliver😊
