I also study part time. Home is a sanctuary, looking for someone like minded, respectful, clean and tidy as well Social Housemate/s who enjoy a drink or a meal on occasion. I am a huge food snob and do rate myself as a fantastic chef - when I can be bothered to cook !! I typically lead a healthy lifestyle – but everything in moderation. Not much fun through the week due to work/study but on the weekends I enjoy the beach / outdoors, wine and anything good food related when im not studding.

Thank you for looking at our profile, and we can't wait to hear from you!

Hi, My name is Simone, I'm a 30 year old born and raised lady, who has lived many a places during my 20's and looking for something more solid! The lease I am on is due to expire in My 2017 and as my current roommate and I have amicably decided to part ways after 2 years of renting together - I want to move closer to the beach, she wants to move closer to her work out west. As for what I do, I'm currently studying my Masters in Social Work and undergoing placement in Newtown and have 2 jobs that I work outside of placement hours. I really enjoy my studies and look forward to helping people! About me - I'm pretty sociable and friendly - generally up for a chat when we get home from work and genuinely interested in other people's lives. The ever important - I am clean in common areas, and believe in fairness and sharing when it comes to the general household duties. As for my room, well it alternates but 95% of the time if it's messy.. it's because it's a floordrobe. When I'm not working / studying, I'm reading, watching tv, at the beach, walking, playing netball or sleeping. I also cook and LOVE to cook for other people, if my housemate would let me I'd probably be cooking all our meals. Random fact though: I'm allergic to tomato and can only use one type of laundry detergent unless I want hives. I'm looking for preferably long term - but I know how quickly life circumstances can change, so I'm open to anyone who isn't sure if they'll be in the city or country in 6 months time - but is open about that and will give plenty of notice if that's something that is going to happen.
My name is Alice. I work full time at Prince of Wales hospital in the pathology labs there. I'm proud to say I've always been on time with rent and I keep common areas clean. I'm quite friendly, bubbly and like to catch up with my housemates at the end of the day or cook a communal meal once in a while but I understand the concept of personal space as I quite like mine too. Some of my hobbies include; reading, creative writing, music (singing when nobody's home), swimming and dancing. I have a kitten named Evie, and she is adorable. She's litter trained and very well behaved. She gets along great with dogs and children as she currently lives with both. I would love to hear from you guys, Evie and I are very friendly :)

I work in the Matraville area, Monday to Friday usually early mornings till late, but have the weekends to unwind, head to the beach, go for a good walk/ run and just explore and have fun. I see myself as easy going, neat and tidy as well as considerate to people from all walks of life. Pretty much up for anything and just keen to have fun and be happy. Hi! My name is Brooke, I am 23 and a recent law graduate from Wollongong. I just received full-time employment in the city and am looking to move a little closer, preferably the Sutherland/Shire area to ease the commute though I'm particularly interested in Cronulla because beach :) . Ideally I'd like to live close to a train station (within a 30min walk) however its no big deal as I have a car. I do have a lot of my own furniture so I would also be keen to do a team up and get a lease but I'm flexible with this and would totally move into a furnished place if it was the right fit. I'm not in a huge rush to move so I'm flexible in that way too. I am a social person but I am also respectful of personal space and like a bit of personal space myself. I am very understanding of noise/unusual schedules (4 years of university college), though I personally like to get up and go to sleep early. I like to keep my space clean and tidy and I really love cooking. Ive got no issues sharing a bathroom... I've actually never had my own so it's a pretty foreign concept anyway! I am outdoorsy, so I don't like to spend a whole lot of time at home anyway and on weekends I enjoying hiking, scuba diving, stand up paddle-boarding and going to the beach. If you think I would be suitable for you place or you'd like to get a place with me send me a message! :)
Im quiet, non- judgemtental and prefer to keep to myself. I get along with pretty much everyone. I am an optomist with a good sense of humour. I base interactions with housemates on respect and courtesy an and Im not at all interested in getting involved in house politics. I owned my own home for 10years and am house proud and hands- on and love project's. I like to potter in the garden will help with renovations, if there's an opportunity. I keep common areas clean and tidy and am a freak for cleaning my bathroom and the odd friend's bathroom lol. I don't cook a lot and stay elsewhere a couple of nights each week

Hey there! I'm super chilled, very neat and tidy and have spent the last few years abroad living in all sorts of weird and wonderful places. I don't party much and if I do I like to go out to nice bars, and NOT bring the party back to my/our place. I would much rather enjoy a nice dinner and a few drinks over going out and getting wasted all night. I live a reasonably healthy lifestyle, I love jogging and going to the gym and I work a lot so when I'm at home I very much like to relax and take it easy. I'm super respectful of others lifestyles and sleep is important to me so I tend not to make a lot of noise either early in the morning nor late at night so others can enjoy their sleep too! I have a wicked sense of humour and a great circle of friends, have a keen interest in juicing fresh veggies and cooking American style slow cooked BBQ (althought I don't know if much BBQing will be happening if I am in an apartment...). I can't really think of what else to say, I enjoy the simple the simple things in life and believe I'd be a good housemate. If you want to know anything else just ask! Chris.
I am a laid back and friendly person. I get along with most people and I'm clean and quiet. I am not big into bars or clubs and a non-smoker. I am from Melbourne originally but moved to Sydney 1 year ago. I will enjoy a good conversation but loves time to myself. I am not looking to be somewhere where my housemates are interested in partying into the wee hours during the week. I work full time (Tuesday - Saturday). I guess I'd prefer not to live with a couple but not a total dealbreaker. I would ideally like to find a place where I may be able to get a dog, but again that's only if the place is right to have one.
I am a clean, chilled and fun loving person. I like anything to do with fitness. I love putting those trainers on and going for long walks. I am a full time uni student working part time in Miranda.
Looking for a person to move in with who's looking to live near the water. I work Monday to Saturday and enjoy cooking and is a very neat and tidy person. I'm a easygoing relaxed person who is looking for a place to stay long term. I can respect personal space and also be social.
I'm currently 23, studying composition at AIM in Surrey Hills and teach music in Hurstville. I do both part time at the moment. I'm an introverted creative type who enjoys reading books with a strong preference for philosophy, psychology, mindfulness, meditation. I'm passionate about teaching, all forms of self-expression and writing ambient music is one of the ways I like to expand, explore things I don't know and discover who I am. I also dedicate time during the week to taking Zouk classes and social dancing. I can be an interesting conversationalist. I'm looking for a private room as having my own space is important to me. If you have something in the suburbs I've listed or in vicinity, and if you think we'd get along, I'd love to organise a viewing time. Cheers! Jess
