I have lived and worked in Asia for many years - Hong Kong & China- returned to Australia and looking forward to new challenges. I still work on consultancy with Asian clients - I love morning walks to keep fit, on beach or gym- I continue to learn Mandarin Chinese lessons - I enjoy cooking and worked as a restaurant cook many moons ago in Melbourne. - I am very respectful of others belongings and space... I love the peace and clean air of the Gold Coast- do not party - open to social chats, but equally happy to do my own thing.
Both fairly healthy and into keeping fit + into doing new things all the time - like to have a drink on the occasion and both like to have quiet time - working a lot but can be a home body when is needed. Would love to be around clean and tidy people, not OCD just having respect for the home we live in and each other. Been living out of home for over 4 years now including the fact I went to boarding school - getting along with other people and respecting each other is easy for me. Liam Jay works full time @ TOYOTA, hobbies with cars and engines, gym, adventuring, studying mechanics and engineering, making protein smoothies, practicing his golf swing, the boys I am a Fitness Professional and study full time Disability and Youth Work + work in the industry - constantly on the go and constantly working towards something, smoothies, red wine, cider, open space, books, late night snacks, Friday Night Footy My parents live near the on the North Coast so I maybe travelling a fair bit and Liam will tinker around the house or most likely keep to himself Liam's family lives in Broad beach and will often be floating around between where we are and his family, if not he will be working on his car, at the gym, or playing his play station among drinking coffee and watching mechanic videos We have been together for 5 + years If you want to keep to yourself please go ahead, or if you wanna have a chat and a coffee late at night and tell me about your day go for it, or if you need me to hang the clothes out let me know, or if your having a bad day and do not want to even look at anyone go for it - just looking for real people that dont create drama, but real people have real problems so don't ever be scared to have a cry or vent, looking for normality. SHORT OR LONG TERM Students, Profess, Smokers, Non smokers give me a buzz
Hey there! I'm Pere, from Barcelona (Spain). I graduated and was working as a dentist back home and realized that wasn't my passion. So I decided to move to Paradise and start an Exercise science bachelor. I'm pationate about all sports, mostly surfing, swimming and running. I'm pretty easygoing and relaxed. I do love social life but also need my own space sometimes :) Looking for flat mates to share a living and spend some cool time! Love cooking some nice paellas btw!! :)
Griffith Uni student that is studying Computer Science and working part time. I was born in Romania but have been living in Australia since 2007. I clean up after myself and make sure my room is respectable, I enjoy my space and am a quiet person although I enjoy having dinner and drinks with friends. My hobbies are playing video games, reading, hiking and indoor soccer but work and Uni doesn't leave me a lot of free time.
I'm 22, clean and quiet. Mostly keep to myself but dont mind a pleasant chat every now and then. Currently working a few days a week and attending TAFE when it starts for me in April. My hobbies include reading, video games and tinkering with/fussing over my car.
Very clean and always respectful of other house mates. Enjoy making new friends and a very easy person to get along with. Always looking out for others and making sure everything is always neat and tidy before leaving the house. I am currently co-managing a call center within an asset brokerage on the Gold Coast and enjoy running in the morning and am always spending the weekend with family in Brisbane. Outgoing and social but not a party animal
I am a mature woman who studies and works a lot. Basically, if I am home, I will probably be studying. So for me, an ideal place should be very quiet and not a party place at all. I am very easygoing, calm, positive and a very clean person, who likes everything on its place, very tidy and not messy at all. I also expect that the person who I will be living with be very clean and do not leave dishes, clothes and anything out of its place. Having a house clean and tidy at all times is essential for me. I like to have privacy and be respected. I know that is not easy to share your house with a stranger, therefore, communication is the key for a great relationship. The house duties must be shared in a fairly way as well as the bills. In the end of the day, what really counts for me is to have a place that I could call home, where I can relax and study in a clean and friendly environment.
Hi there, I am 51 very quiet person like meeting new people but also respect their privacy... I’m pretty easy going and like to have a laugh, I love animals and I’m a regestered pet sitter so if you have animals all the better.... I would like to find a place that is quiet and comfortable....
I'm a full-time student at Griffith University and am looking to move to a more convenient location. I'm a very tidy and considerate person. I keep to myself. I enjoy cooking, working out, movies and music. Ideally, I'm looking for a room which I'd be able to move my queen-sized bed and my desk into.
Hi! My names Piper and i am 20 years old. I currently work a City Beach casually but i luckily get plenty of hours there. I am a super easy going person and i am also very tidy and clean, particularly in the kitchen and bathroom. I am a super social person and love to chat but also need alone time and i respect everyones privacy. I do boxing 5-6 times a week and when i'm not doing that i love going to the cinema and catching up with my friends! I also have a medium-large dog (Don't know his breed due to him been a rescue) that is really just a big goofball with personality. He has been to further obedience training so is very well behaved inside and outside the house. Let me know if you would like a picture of him and to know anything more!
Hi! I am Georgia. I’m 20. I am easy-going, fun and friendly. I tidy up after myself and have respect for all my house mates. I have a little tiny toy poodle called Brenner, she is an inside pup and fully toilet trained.
***At the present moment I need somewhere temporary near the CGames venue at Parkwood, or close to tramline, as I commence work there on the 23rd. Is someone able to oblige me for a month or 2 please? Still only 1 other preferably please*** If I message you, I'd very much appreciate a reply, even if my situation doesn't suit you. I don't mind. I won't get grumpy at you or be rude. Please read fully, because the couple or so contacts I've had have very inappropriate needs to mine, and haven't read my profile. So as not to complicate things, I just want to share a lease with one other similarly interested person. I'm young at heart, so no one should be too put off with sharing with an 'oldie' such as myself, but mature-aged would suit better. And someone looking for something permanent, as opposed to a short time-frame.....(this same profile is duplicated. It's because the original one has been impossible to log back into, even with the help of flatmates.com.au, so I have had to repeat it all and go back to the bottom of the heap) Trawling through everyone else's profiles is proving to be too much Russian roulette. I am sociable but at the same time I value my privacy very much, and my quiet time. I love animals and have a fat old fluffy cat. I'm ONLY interested in sharing with ONE other and I need a place with a lock up garage, according to my comprehensive insurance conditions. I love markets and garage sales, I really enjoy attending auctions too. I enjoy a laugh and do enjoy making others laugh. I pick up occasional work as a bond cleaner for now, as I am in a temporary share situation that isn't my ideal, so I want to get settled before I can start full time work, and not upset the rhythm of life any more than I already have for myself...and new workplace. I've secured work as a cleaner for the Commonwealth Games, cleaning the athletes' accommodation and anywhere else I will be required.
Hi my name's Bailee and I'm currently a full-time student at Griffith University studying Occupational Therapy (just about to commence my second year), as well as working casually at Harbourtown. I am Australian but have been living overseas for the past 17 years so this is my second year back. I'm really laidback, tidy, reliable, love traveling, all about netball, focused on my studies but do like the occasional drink and will always pay rent on time. I'm looking for a room in a household with like-minded people that are around the same age and for a place that is relatively close to public transport as I currently do not drive. I'm hoping for a place that I can stay at for a minimum of two weeks and a maximum of six weeks, and I am LOOKING TO MOVE IN AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! If you guys have any questions, feel free to message!

Hi, I am Nat and I am moving to the Gold Coast to work at the University Hospital. I love to travel, keep busy on the weekends and looking forward to a change :) I have fully furnished a house where I am living at the moment and can bring everything with me however, can make other arrangements if I need to as well. Don’t necessarily have to live in the areas I have listed as long as it is a practical distance from the hospital. So any suggestions are welcome :) I am moving on the 10th of March into some temporary accommodation so can view any properties etc. that weekend. Please just get into contact if you have any questions :)
My partner and I are moving to the Gold Coast to study. We are both clean, easygoing and relatively quiet people who enjoy having a good time but also respect a need for peace and quiet. I will be working full time until June, then studying and working part time when I begin study. My partner is going to be studying full time and working part time also.
Easy going, reliable, honest. Kind, generous, Own car, independent and friendly. I have a 17 year old house trained cat who sleeps most of the time. Long term rental would great please. I have my own business.
We are great with money, always pay on time, most of the week we are out working or having dinner dates, we are a fun couple that enjoys cooking and eating together while watching movies. We hate parties so if you're party goer we aren't going to get along well
