I am a friendly, easy-going, neat and tidy high school teacher relocating home from Sydney to Newcastle for work. I enjoy a busy lifestyle- I love to spend time with friends, exercise and the beach. Ideally, I feel I am at the age where I am looking for something a little more private with my own space for all my plant babies. However, I am also quite sociable and wouldn't mind a share house with my own bathroom in the right circumstances.
I’m a clean, friendly and respectful housemate who takes pride in their home. I currently work full time and study also. I have never been behind on rent or bill payments and I am very reliable. When I’m not working or studying, you will find me at the gym or outdoors on a walk making the most of the sunshine. I respect others space but also don’t mind socialising if others are up for it too. I have a 6year old (smaller than usual) Maltese X shihtsu, she is toilet trained and the most non hassle dog you will ever meet (I call her catdog). I have many rental references from real estates and from past housemates and landlords which will tell you how great additions Lucy (my dog) and I would be to your home. Please don’t hesitate to contact me! I look forward to hearing from you.
Attention Team-up interested individuals! - I found this place in Mayfield that I am wanting to move into however I need two others to join me - Give the place a look through the link and if you're interested let me know :) :https://www.realestate.com.au/property-townhouse-nsw-mayfield-425080418 Hey, I'm Rachel! I'm a full time Nursing Student and I also work casually at a gym as a receptionist. I enjoy doing things like being active outdoors and exploring, going to the gym, cooking, staying inside and relaxing and going out for drinks/food. I'm tidy, respectful of others and enjoy socialising but also like my me-time. I would like to share a place with people I can become good friends with and not just brush shoulders with in the hallway. I'm looking for a maximum of 3 other like-minded roommates that would be keen to find a place with me or kindly offer me a room in their humble abode. :)
I am looking for a place to call home. I’m a bright individual and I do enjoy socialising with my friends. I’m clean and keep to myself and do what I need to do to make it easy at home with the people I live with.
I am a non smoker and only drink socially. I mostly keep to myself but will also chat around the kitchen bench while preparing meals. I am very security conscious which is just habit from owning my own security company for 30 years. I am also a volunteer with Neighbourhood Watch locally, regionally and state wide. I have an unusual sense of humour and like a good joke but also respect other peoples need for time to themselves and value my me time as well. I have 4 adult children and 2 grand children but I visit them because of my retirement they won't be coming to stay with me in share accommodation. While I am officially retired I do still do casual work as well.
Hi there, my names Adam and I’m 23. I work full time as a self employed carpenter so my work schedule consumes most of my life lately. I’m easy going, and really don’t have a big list of requirements I’m just after a nice place to live in the Newcastle area.
Hello Everyone! *IMPORTANT FOR TEAMUPS: I have found a really nice place in Rankin Park with 3 rooms. It has AC in each bedroom, 3 bathrooms and it is very new. This place looks amazing so I don't think it will be available for long so please contact me ASAP so we can bag this place* I am an electronic engineering student at UON who needs a new place as my current housemates are moving out of this place when the lease ends in early December (I am sub-letting from them). I'm fun and up to talk but also like my space and privacy so can respect others. I like being clean and organised and believe that if a household stays on top of chores and the boring stuff then it makes it easier in the long run. In saying that, I am easy-going and know that sometimes life gets crazy so I wont threaten a housemate if dishes are left in the sink one time. I can move whenever between now and when I get kicked out. Contact me if you want to meet up for coffee or a bite or just a chat
I am a Registered Nurse working at a hospital in Newcastle, looking for a room to rent. I currently live in Port Stephens and would like to be closer to work. I have a rental history, I am a non-smoker, and I don't have any pets but I love dogs. I am respectful of other people's privacy and personal space as I too enjoy mine. I would like to be able to socialise at times, rather than avoid one another. I am not looking for a party house. I am all in for a couple of wines on a day off, however I do need my sleep. I am a shift worker so I may, very infrequently, have to sleep in the day for night shift. Though the majority of my shifts are morning or afternoon. During my downtime, I am usually outside at the beach or going for a walk or a run. I am an active person and don't tend to spend a lot of time hanging around the house. Overall I'm pretty easy going, like things to be tidy, and I enjoy having like minded people around. Note: Woman on the left of course, man on the right is my grandfather. Length of stay between 3- 12 months.
I'm a 27 year old teaching student nearing the end of my degree looking for work around the area. I'm respectful, tidy and enjoy having a chat equally as much as I enjoy my down time. Happy to contribute to anything the house needs. Never have to worry about me not paying my bills. Also happy to provide references if you'd like. Looking forward to hearing from you, thank you!
Hi! I'm Rob, 34, and currently I'm a post doctoral researcher based in London. I am moving back to Australia toward the end of November to start a new position at the University of Newcastle and am hoping to find some temporary accommodation while I look for something more permanent. I am clean and courteous professional that enjoys sports, socializing, and a good beer.

Hi there, I work full time in Health. I'm looking for a place that feels like home, am happy to hang out / go for coffees, but also very respectful of space. In my spare time I go to the gym and try to get outdoors as much as possible.
We are both great people to live with. Both work every weekend and have university through weekdays. We have both grown up in clean, tidy households which is reflected back onto us by always washing up after meals and cleaning often. We have been together for 6 years, so we are reliable. We come with 2 Aussie Bulldogs which arent a nuisance at all. No digging or unnecessary barking.
Myself, Lindyn and Kiahni have been best friends since the start of high school, we have a really strong connection and get along so well, we have been living together for the past 2 months. We would be great to live with as we are all very respectful, quiet, clean and very easy going people. We pay our bills on time. We are very balanced people and not judgemental, also very understanding. We are clean freaks although I do not expect our flatmates to be the same. We aren’t really party animals but we don’t mind to go out for a drink. We all work full time so would hardly be at home other than weekends. So hopefully we sound like the perfect 3 to move into a place to call home 😊
I’m an international student studying at uni.A very laid back person who likes to drink occasionally.I like a clean place to stay in! Working weekends mostly. I spend 2-3 hours at gym everyday and I’m usually at my friend’s or partner’s place most of the day.
Emily and I are very quiet, yet positive people, who are both currently working in retail. We aren't huge party-goers and generally tend to keep to ourselves a lot of the time, though we are more than happy to chat and catch up. We are looking for one or two friendly, positive housemates who we can get along with and who have a good sense of humour and like to keep things clean and tidy. We also have two cute axolotls who live in a medium-sized tank, which hope to bring with us to join our new household.
Mitchell and myself have lived in shared accommodation for the past 3 years. We are both studying students who work part-time to support ourselves. We are looking for somewhere to stay for approximately 2 months.
I'm 25 and work part-time in retail, a lot of my other time is spent out of the house as I volunteer at a few different art galleries around town. I'm a pretty tidy person and tend to keep to myself to be honest so just looking for a chill house with some easy going housemates. Feel free to message me any other questions you want to suss me out :D
I’ve just been offered a full time position working in Newcastle 2019 and I’m looking for a place to live for a minimum of 12 months or so. I’m friendly and clean and would love to have a good chat if you’re up for it. I also like my own space at times and respect others space and property. I’m super into sports and exercise and love the outdoors so if you’re ever up for a walk or something I’m your girl! Always on top of my bills and my schedule but I’m no uptight square head either. Can’t wait to see what Newcastle has to offer 😀
