We are a couple looking for a share house in Newwy. I work full time in realestate and have a second job as a waitress on week nights and James is a musician and works at a cafe when he's not Gigging. We're very laid back and love hanging out with mates, although are both considerate and mature enough to live peacefully with others. We have an 8 month old black Labrador who is the most dosile dog you'll ever meet- so we're looking for somewhere pet friendly.
My name is Jessica Le, I am a Physiotherapist student studying at the University of Newcastle. I have been living in newcastle for the last two years with friends and have loved it here. I am easy going, sociable and friendly. I am also extremely tidy and appreciates others peoples space.
Hi, We are Brooke and Kim, two young girls just making way through life, we both work full-time and one studying at UON. We both are fun and bubbly and always up for an adventure. Brooke and I are looking for a place to call home, whether you may have 2 rooms for rent for us or have a lease ending we would be happy to take over :) Please send a message or give Kim a text, please do not call as its easier to reply to messages.
I am a tidy, organised and mature individual with a friendly, easy going nature. Very easy to talk to, though i enjoy spending time on my own as well. Im a very active and adventurous person, meaning i wont be home much, and you can have the whole house to yourself most of the time. Non smoker, always clean after myself, dont mind doing chores and i offer great company! I am specifically after a spacious room to rent in a new, modern style setting, within 20 minutes to the newcastle cbd or within 10km of the beach since i have recently taken up surfing as a sport! Dont hesitate to contact me if you feel that i'll be a suitable flat mate, xx
We are a couple from Newcastle who are fun and easy going. We are keen on making friends as well as roommates and we respect everyones wishes in the house. Neree studies zoology online and works part time and Sam is doing his masters of architecture at Newcastle uni and works part time. We are neat, tidy, reliable and won't be a hassle!
Im 20 years old and am an extremely social and friendly person, but I also enjoy keeping to myself at times. I am very clean and have to live in a tidy area. I'm looking to move in with females only. I am a very creative and artsy person, and I sing and play some acoustic guitar and piano so a room mate would have to be ok with that. I like to get out of the house a lot, and spend most of my time at the beach. Im also starting at Newcastle uni this feb. That's pretty much it!
very respectable of peoples personal space and property, social but also happy to have quiet nights. easy going, good sense of humours, both studying with UON (civil engineering/surveying and english/anthropology) always up for a chat but also know when to shut up.
Moving from Sydney up to Newcastle for uni. Will also be working part time from home. Would love to be apart of a household filled with fun and friendly people, male or female. Love to be out and about live an active lifestyle but also like home to be a comfortable and relaxing place. Easy going, social and down to earth, love to be surrounded by a lot going on so would like to be in a larger house. Also the youngest of four so love the dynamic of lots of people around but also people who respect each other space. Into cooking and baking as well as a drink and chat.
I am a fairly laid back kind of guy who enjoys playing and listening to music as well as watching movies. Originally from Port Macquarie on the East Coast, I'm looking for accomodation in Newcastle as I am starting Nuclear Medicine (full-time) in February. Looking for student housing, close to the university. I have lived in share-houses before and I am typically a neat, social guy, and am considerate to other roommates needs.
Hi there, I'm Jess. I'm a social science student at the University of Newcastle. I also work part-time as a cleaner, which usually has me working mornings/evenings on weekdays. I am currently living in Rutherford, however I would like to live somewhere closer to Newcastle and the uni. I love the beach, whether it's to swim or to take my dog for a swim and make friends. I also enjoy reading, and drinking coffee. I'm a quiet person, but I do enjoy socialising and meeting new people. I have a small dog (staffy x bull terrier), she is very friendly with people and other dogs. For the past five months the two of us have been sharing a house with three people, and three dogs; she got along well with everyone. She loves to play and have a run around, but also enjoys her chill time. The two of us are great to live with as we both enjoy our down time, but also like to socialise with others.
Casual, easy to get along with bloke who is heading back to Newcastle to finish his study. Looking for a place that will allow a small dog. Not one to go out a lot so you won't have to worry about me getting home all hours of the night every weekend. Gym work and study with some chill out time is basically how I work.
Full-time student studying psychology and working part-time. Looking for a place around town or closer to the university. Easy going and laid back, interested, in sports, going to the gym, cooking, going out, and making friends.
I am a 34 year old single Female working as a professional. I have just got a new job in the Newcastle area to begin the end of January. I enjoy socialising with friends, travelling, wine, dining out, I like to keep active. I also enjoy reading books. I am looking for a relaxed household with nice respectful people to live with.
I'm friendly but not intrusive, quiet but not dead, neat and tidy but not to point of OCD. I can cook but I wont take over the kitchen and I clean up as I go. I am happy to share cleaning duties on a roster. I'll even take out the garbage bins and bring them in. I can chat about anything if that's what you need and I'll leave you alone when you need space.
Hi future flat mates! I'm hoping to find a flat mate or two and a nice place to call home. I work full time including weekends and try to get to the gym during the week. I am clean and tidy and enjoy good company but am respectful of people's space and privacy. I like to cook up a storm and enjoy a glass of wine here and there. Hope to hear from you soon :-)
Hello! We are very tidy and clean housemates who respect personal space, but are also very friendly and enjoy having a chat or just chilling out together. Ashleigh is a uni student and is in her third year of a Bachelor of Arts, and Blake is very handy with jobs around the house and technology, and is currently looking for work. We like to keep to ourselves most of the time, but if you're a fan of boardgames, movie nights or late night trips to Yogurtland, then we will get along great too :D We keep shared living areas very clean and tidy, are considerate with our noise levels and would keep our housemates up to date if we would like to have friends or family over. We love animals, and wouldn't mind feeding or walking them for you. We enjoy sharing weekend beverages, trips to the beach and finding places to eat delicious food! We are also both very tall, so we can help clean high spots or get things down for you :P Please feel free to contact us if you'd like to know more or to meet up. We look forward to hearing from you! :)
Easy going healthcare professional, respectful of others. Non-smoker. Likes yoga and bushwalking. Am living in Brisbane at the moment and need to move down for work at a new clinic end of year. Would ideally like a place where I could have an old sausage dog, but could always arrange for family to look after him for 6 months or so
i work as a barista so already I have your attention. I'm up at 4:30am most morning so I will need to be with people who don't mind me getting up that early. I tend to kept to myself but don't mind a "family" BBQ and a couple of drinks. Just looking for somewhere that makes it feel like home and not like I'm bothering and inconvenience to anyone. I'm clean and I'm a massive push over so I'll be deso for you. Just like to see people happy.
I am a full time nurse. I am quiet, clean, non smoking or drinking and have no pets. I am looking for a place for myself. It would be great if the place is close to my work place- John Hunter.

Gypsy: Works in retail + studying to become a youth worker Mia: barista Tay: Youth worker + studying diploma of mental health Matt: Tutor + studying to become a high school teacher We are tidy people and all get along very well (:
great cook, handy-electrician, I have two children which visit every second weekend. I enjoy surfing, motor bikes, etc. I used to be a chef and barman so thats where the cook comes from. I have also renovated a house which is where the handy comes from along with the fact that i am a licenced electrician. Additional storage would be handy as i have quite alot of tools etc but not essential.
Hello! We are a couple from Northern Ireland who are looking for accommodation between February and June/July. I (Jordan) will be studying Environmental Science for a semester at UoN and my boyfriend Freddie who has just graduated from uni in Northern Ireland will be working during our stay. We are both active and love sports and the outdoors. We are also friendly and sociable with a good sense of humour and want to make the most of our time in Australia but we are polite and respectful of others privacy and quiet time! We are both clean and tidy when it comes to living space and we aren't afraid to get stuck in with house work! :) We love to travel too and hope to see and do plenty of fun stuff that Australia has to offer.
I am a Maldivian studying Development Studies at UON. I have one more year left and I am looking for a great location to spend my last year in Newcastle. I am neat, a fairly good cook, and a lover of the beach, good music and good vibes.
I'm a PhD student and am due to finish my doctorate this year. I'm into scuba diving and travelling - I recently got back from studying 3 months in Germany and 6 months in the USA. I'm also clean, tidy and quiet but that's not to say I don't enjoy the occasional good time just like everyone else. I have no pets and do not smoke. I prefer living in houses with a fairly even gender-balance with no more than 3 other housemates. I would prefer an ensuite bathroom and an unfurnished room but neither is critical. I hope to hear from you :)
I'm an easy going housemate who has been living in share houses for 15 years, Including one with 10 people, 3 animals, and at times, 3 children. I think if you can keep the peace there, you pretty much can anywhere :) I always treat my flatmates like family. Ie, equal parts helping each other out, but with total respect and not taking the piss. If its raining and i'm home, i'll bring in your washing. If I've got milk, and you need milk, you can have some. But at the same time, If you never clean, and eat all my food every day, that would suck. So I'll probably talk to you about it. I'm active and health conscious, so would like to live with other active people. But i wont judge you if you drink coke and eat maccas ether. I'm moving to Newcastle to study Occupational Therapy. Although i don't have a job yet (as i'm just finishing up my business in Sydney), Ive got plenty of money saved and have never been unemployed in my life, so I know i'll pick up work quickly. I will have no issue with paying rent. (I also am self employed as a energetic healer on the side) I love to meditate, swim, go to the live gigs, grow vegetables, cook, draw. I want to live with easy going people that would like to share a chat and a meal from time to time, but respect my need to study too.
Hello, I am a French girl who's going to study to Newcastle for 5 months in the Newcastle University. I don't know lot about the city and don't really know where I should live (I got some tips from a nice Australian girl studying in France lately). All I know is that I have to find a place to live in for 5 months :) I like to make friends (I can be shy at first ..), I like to go out but I am also kind of a serious student, so I've got some limits :) My friends often tell me I am funny But most of all I just want to make my semester in Australia the best, something I will remember. I am coming with one of my friend : Gloria. We'd like to live together ! I don't know if that will be possible, if we'll find something together but nothing ventured nothing gained :)
Hi, I'm Gloria, a French exchange student. Me and my friend Victoire are looking for a share house near UoN. Both of us are friendly and clean girls, I'm also a great cook ;)
Hello! I'm Jack, 26 year-old ex-accountant who has gone back to uni (Newcastle Uni) to study to become a primary teacher. I'm very familiar with the duties that come up as a responsible housemate, live a quiet/peaceful life and as an added bonus - I like to cook! Looking for a medium-term listing (from March 2017 - August/September 2017).
