Hi 😀 I work in a full time, permanent, professional role and am looking for a new place to stay. My current housemate is moving interstate which is a pity because he was awesome!! I am friendly, respectful and keep shared spaces tidy. I love a good chat but love my own time too. I spend lots of my time eating out with friends and in my bedroom relaxing. I am looking to live with laid back people. I think that I make a great housemate! I was born in Australia but have an Asian background
I'm Allan, 30-years old, work full time in video production in the CBD. I'm pretty laid back, and I usually keep to myself after work hours, but I do enjoy having chats on the couch over a drink, or sharing dinner round the table. Weekends I might be out half the time or at home relaxing/reading/playing games. If you have a movie night I'll be there. Also if you have any board games I'd love to try them out. Room would need to have a built-in wardrobe. I have bedroom furniture as well as a small desk & computer so it would be great to squeeze these in my bedroom. I also recently bought a brand new fridge and washing machine, so I'd love to bring these if possible. I have other furniture if need be (couch, dining set), but that stuff I'd be more willing to part with.
Hi I'm Casey and I'm a full-time government worker from Perth WA, moving to start a similar full-time permanent role in Sydney at the start of September. I am highly flexible with move dates, can move in as early as 26th July if required. Looking for a long-term rental preferably 6 months at least. I'm a bit of a foodie, enjoy going out with friends to explore new culinary delights, or to catch the latest movie. I like to exercise regularly with fitness classes at the gym, but also love cooking and the occasional binge with netflix:) I'm not a big party person but I'm outgoing, clean, tidy, friendly, quiet, courteous and super respectful of others' space, property and privacy. Also happy to share a meal and enjoy chats over the occasional glass of wine. I also love animals so I would get along great with pets if you have them:) Ideally I would like a spacious private room (enough to fit a queen bed, wardrobe and drawers) , with air conditioning in the room and/or throughout. Preferably own bathroom or ensuite. I also have a car but I'm flexible with any sort of parking. Highly flexible with areas, looking for somewhere quiet that is within a 5 minute walk to a bus stop or train station (or 5 minute drive to a train station) and within 45 minutes of the CBD by public transport. Overall looking a for a place I can call home with a/some great flatmate(s)/housemate(s). If you have any other questions, feel free to ask:)
I am a very driven working professional, studying part time. I love to cook and socialise with my housemates, though do tend to keep to myself when very busy with uni. I am usually out and about, leading a very active lifestyle. I am very easy going and clean, looking for a long term tenancy
Hi I am a single, clean, fairly quiet, Australian male. I'm working and do some work from home. I'm independent and have been living alone but it's too lonely. I'm looking for some socialising but also some privacy and time to myself. Fitness, video/board games, hiking, trivia and science-fiction are my main interests. I have a list of what I'm looking for: * Cat-friendly. Preferably allowed to have 2 cats but 1 will suffice. * A quiet location NOT on or close to a major road, bus stop, train station, shops or under a flightpath * The room needs to be queen bed size * I need space somewhere for my own fridge/freezer unless yours is huge/fairly empty. * Quiet, respectful Australians/UK/Canadians aged in their 20's - 40's. * Must be non-smokers. * I'm looking for people that are healthy and regularly exercise (or at least want to) * 1-2 other housemates maximum with at least 1 other male (negotiable) * Available long-term - more than 1 year - to avoid the hassle of moving again. My budget is including bills and internet. I want to live in the Shire, North Shore/beaches or Eastern suburbs. I will live with dogs if they are quiet and well-behaved/don't jump me. But they need to be cat-friendly.
Hi, I'm Pridhvi. I've been living in Sydney for over 6 months now. I've come here on a work visa from India and I'm working full time for an analytics firm in CBD. A bit about myself: I'm a very laid back person, respectful of boundaries but always up for a chat/drink or two. I'm quite athletic if I say so myself, up for most physical activities. I play/watch football (the English kind), table tennis and a bit of the cricket. I'll be working from 9-7 Monday-Fridays and will be free on the weekends and generally explore Sydney and surrounding areas. When I'm not at work, you'll likely find me binging on TV shows/movies etc. I'm quite knowledgeable in all kinds of films and always up for taking/giving suggestions. I keep myself/surroundings tidy and am quite ready to share household chores. I'm looking for a private room in a share house preferably starting from around early August.
My name is Alejandro and I'm a student from Switzerland who will be doing an exchange semester in Sydney at the UTS for 4 months. I'm currently studying Business Administration but also have a part-time job to financially support my studies. In my free time I like to hang out and do sports such as playing football, tennis and judo. I currently live in a shared flat in Switzerland so I know what it is like to live with other flatmates (male and female). But since I grew up with 3 other siblings, I also know what it is like to live within a family. I am open to living with families or with other students or regularly employed people. Feel free to message me! :)
Friendly and easy going guy who likes to cook and knows how to clean up after himself, enjoy keeping fit and eating healthy. Like to explore new places to eat, especially asian and love a great coffee shop. Respects other peoples space, at the same time i dont mind a good wine over a bit of chit chat. I work night shift, 6 night a week, so you really would not see me much as i would be going as most people are coming home.
I am an easygoing, tidy and a respectful flatmate. I work part time and am close to graduating. I like living in an clean and organised environment, and enjoy a good chat while still respecting the personal space of my fellow flatmates. I look for any person with the same or similar values :)
Hi, my name is Fabian and I am an exchange postgraduate student at Macquarie University from July through November. Originally, I am from Munich but currently I am living in Vienna where I study finance at the University of Vienna. I would describe myself as quite uncomplicated, clean and easy to get along with. During my time in Sydney, I intend to spend most time studying and discovering Australia. Although, I keep to myself most of the time, I like going out for a beer (typical Bavarian 😉) or having a good time with friends. Preferably, I'd like to share a house/flat with other students. I'm coming to Sydney on the 19th of July and would like to move in ideally before the 26th of July. I am looking for a flat near Macquarie University or in an area that's not too far from campus or which has a good connection via train or bus to uni. It would be great If you are interested or have any questions, leave me a message! 😊
Hi there - currently looking for a long-term single room in a 2/3 bed apartment as my landlord will be moving out of the place in a couple months time. About me: I'm a consultant, work full time in one of the big chartered accounting firms in the CBD. I'm quiet (no crazy partying), clean and would like someone who respects their privacy but happy to share a meal/chat in the evenings sometimes.
I am a young at heart person with a good sense of humour and a passion for music and going out to restaurants and shows . I am moving back to Sydney after living out West for the last 2 years with my girlfriend ( now over )and wish to be closer to my friends ( upper Northshore ) and business ( Crows Nest ) . I have lived alone in apartments but prefer a household environment and social interaction . Please note I want to reside in a house and not an apartment .
PLEASE ONLY CONTACT ME IF YOU LIVE IN THE HOUSE.... I don’t want to hear from people trying to cram as many people into houses they own but don’t live in. PLEASE ONLY CONTACT ME IF YOU HAVE OFF STREET PARKING.... my profile clearly states this need so I am not interested in street parking If you meet these criteria, please read on. Hey, I'm Bec. I am a full time high school teacher in the Inner West and I currently commute a crazy distance to get there. I have lived in the area before and it's time to move back and regain some hours in my life. Due to the nature of my work, I am not home during the day time and am quite busy in school term. I usually like to come home to a relaxed setting, where sharing a glass of wine or few with dinner or TV is welcomed, but reasonable sleeping hours are also respected. I have shared houses in Australia and overseas, with friends, randoms, males, females, mixed nationalities, ages etc and have never missed a rent payment or a cleaning schedule. Ideally, I require a large-ish room, built ins and off-street parking. I am past the student life (been there, done that ... twice over) so I am being picky... please don't contact me if your room on offer is an expensive shoe box. I have a queen bed, a bookcase, a desk and then some clothes that require a built in wardrobe. Let me know if you can help me out or have any questions. Looking forward to meeting some new housemates and hopefully, friends. Bec :)
I am looking for someone who loves dogs because I have a beautiful german Shepard! I am easy going, friendly, mature and clean. I would like to find a place with a yard preferably for my dog (doesn’t really matter where just not too far from my work around Ryde). Please contact me if this sounds like something you are looking for too. Also move in date is flexible. Ps I love Netflix, wine, art and Pilates. I love getting to know people but I also love having time to myself/out of the house!
Hi. I’m fairly quiet, friendly and sociable. I work full time as a carpenter and play sports, so when I come home I like to chill. I love animals, but don’t have any of my own. I like to relax by gaming, but it’s ok, I do it in my room, not the lounge ;) I’m neat, tidy and clean, and prefer others to be the same. I’m respectful of others possessions and privacy and like to live in a peaceful environment. I’m a bit of a fussy eater, so I’m pretty self sufficient when if comes to meals, and I always clean up after myself! It’d be great if I could find somewhere with a little storage if possible, as i am a carpenter and do have some tools. And my preferable contact is actually through the website, because I’m on the tools all day, and I don’t want to forget to attend to any messages! Cheers :)
I am looking for somewhere for me and my 3 year old border collie who is house trained and lives outside or inside. I will be working full time in St Leonard's. She also comes to work with me once or twice a week. I am clean and quiet.
I'm a student who loves film. I'm currently at university studying communications & media. I love to make things and love all things creative and crafty. I like my own space to unwind and keep to my own in order to complete uni work and work on hobbies. That being said I would still love to live with people who are kind, fun, honest and like to have a good laugh every now and then. I'm looking for somewhere that's safe with long term stay with all bills and internet included and somewhere that's close to public transport. I'm looking for a private room with a private bathroom. Please feel free to contact me if we would live well together!
