Hey, my name is Jamie and I'll be studying in Canberra. I'm easygoing and more than happy to help around the house. I enjoy cooking, photography, and going for runs. I like going out but prefer Netflix and a heavy doona most nights. So far this is sounding very cliche so I may as well double-down and cover all my bases by stating that I'm looking for a fun but relaxed; open but cosy; quiet but adventurous place to live. To be honest, I'm quiet and respectful and I'm looking for a place that matches.
Looking to move into a chill environment with a fairly spacious room , will be studying in february. Im an easy going tidy person that keeps to myself but also likes social interaction. I am quite the uber eats enthusiast so your fridge can be stress free :D.
Hi Canberrian's! I am hunting for a place to live from late January/early February. I have just been accepted into a Bachelor of Secondary Education/Bachelor of Mathematics to become a secondary math teacher. I am moving from within Canberra so I can meet up for a cuppa to get to know each other before taking the big leap. More about me and my situation: - Looking for somewhere around $200 or less p/w, could pay up to $250 if it includes bills - Close to UC campus would be desirable. - I'm into Netflixing, casual drinks, and most sports. Love music (not all), and I am heavily involved in the agricultural industry. - Looking for a household that is social, but also respects privacy. I do enjoy going out from time to time but I'm not looking for a full-time party house. - Fully house trained, actually going back to share-housing after living alone, mainly for cost reasons, but also people are kinda fun. - Bonus points if you consider allowing my cat to move in with me. She is desexed, and extremely well behaved (house trained too!) and loves new people. I can sign a lease when needed, and supply references from previous rentals. currently have two jobs so rent will not be an issue. If you have any questions, or are interested in living with me shoot me a message or text.

Hi there, I am a 38 year old female moving from Sydney to Canberra by 6th Jan 2019, will be working full-time and enrolling for my masters this year. I am neat and tidy, respectful of others' privacy, really hate cooking myself, love wine, do not party, prefer to go out for drinks with friends instead. If you think we are compatible please send me a buzz... I look forward to hearing from you. Thanks Jes
Recently single, established professional, studying part-time. I have a small dog, who means the world to me right now, so really only in the market for a place that will work with both of us. I promise you, you’ll fall in love with her.
Isaac and I are two full time students studying at Nursing and Primary education at UC. We love music, drinks with friends and a bit of netflix here and there. We are super clean and tidy. We are looking a house that accepts couples to move into ASAP!
I am a 33 remedial massage therapist with an Asian Studies degree. I am tidy, quiet and easy going and have lived in share houses before. I am a keen mountain biker and have travelled widely. I am in no rush to find a room, as I am back with parents currently(!), so am flexible with start dates. I would like a room in a share house with like minded people who are independent but don’t mind crossing paths throughout the week.
I work full time at an independent liquor store in Charnwood and hawker. I'm usually quiet at home, I like spending time with my friends, but usually go elsewhere to do so. I enjoy video games, wargaming and boardgames, cars, camping and fishing. A person or two with similar interests would be ideal, but I'm really not too fussed.
Hi there! I am looking for a private room with an en suite or private bathroom. I have to ferrets who live in a cage in my room and do not smell as the cage is cleaned regularly. I am open to keeping them outside. I would like to move into a house with trustworthy people, preferably -30yrs old. I like too live environmentally friendly and enjoy garden work and looking after pets.
Hey! I'm a 21 year old male moving down from the Gold Coast to Canberra at the end of January to begin studying at UC. I'm doing a 4 year Bach of Education. I'm super easy going and respectful guy, always up for a chat but can respect privacy. Most of my time will be spent studying, working shift work and keeping fit. Looking for like minded, friendly, social people between 20-30 to share a place with and make the transition to a new city a fun one :)
I'm a Yoga teacher, dancer, photographer, nature-lover. I'm very tidy, thoughtful and responsible. I am independent with a full life, but I also enjoy the buzz and colour of communal living with good-hearted and gentle people. I like to live in places with beautiful light and near to nature.
We are a good bunch of friends who have known each other for several years through work and university who are looking to move out together. We all work full time positions on top of studies at the university. We are looking for a place to call home and establish ourselves within Canberra.
Pretty laid back and quiet guy although I rarely sit still. An engineering position brought me to Canberra and caused me to leave most of my friends down in Victoria, so housemates who are happy to hang out and have a couple of beers, play cards, board games or just talk rubbish would be good. Pros: -Come with plenty of furniture including a home gym, brand new lounge suite and chest freezer. -If you're a dog person I'm a package deal with Trouble, an Australian Shepherd who is definitely the better looking and more charismatic half of the pair. Cons: -Comes with an excess of furniture you may not need. -25kg of furry baggage.
I have been living in Canberra for ten months so far. I work full time with the ACT public service, and am based in Belconnen. I like cooking, sewing, singing, painting, and movies! I'm tidy and respectful, and not really into big parties. I have a two year old white-and-tabby indoor cat in Melbourne who I am looking to bring to Canberra. She's sweet and happy, doesn't really bother people, and has a rear joint dysplasia which means she can't jump onto kitchen benches, and can't free-range outside. I'm looking for an unfurnished room in a quiet, laid-back house. Ideally with heating and cooling, off street parking, and some kind of outside space. I have a tv, freezer, and bedroom furniture, and am happy to provide any other furniture if needed.
I am a friendly and quiet person. I am considerate of other people. I would keep the flat/house tidy and always pay my rent and bills on time. I also would only smoke outside. I can put a deposit on the bond early and pay the bond completely on 11th of Feb.
Hi, I'm Steven and I am relocating from Melbourne to Canberra for work. I train and manage sales teams. I like yoga, rock climbing, good food and good conversation. Also, I'll be working a lot and will not be around much. As far as I know, I'm easy to get along with. All the best.
I'm 26 years old, work full time as a car detailer during the week. I'm also a volunteer race official at motorsport events in NSW, which means I'm away most weekends, when home i enjoy relaxing and kicking back but also getting out of the house for a hike, walk somewhere. Moving date is flexible, as i have a place to live but am looking for a change.
Will be a student at CIT in 2019, studying vet nursing. Currently live on the mid north coast of NSW so I'm unable to meet roommates or view rooms until moving day. I have my own car and am happy to drive people if they need in my free time. This is my first time living out of home. I'm quiet and keep to myself most of the time unless Netflix is on. Feel free to stalk my social medias or message me about anything you'd like to know.
Current full time student who is in their final year of University. Will be studying Industrial Design at the University of Canberra in 2019. Super easy going individual who is very clean, easy going, relaxed and respectful. I’ve lived out of home for 4 years now so I’m all to familiar with living with others and being respectful of their belongings and space, cleaning, cooking etc. Would ideally like to move in with people around my age and with who I would consider friends rather than just house mates. Do enjoy a sneaky casual drink and a night out occasionally. Would be pretty keen on exploring Canberra in my time there and potentially go snowboarding in the surrounding resorts. Honestly just want to make fun memories with cool people in 2019. I will be moving from Newcastle to Canberra and am currently looking to find a place with myself and a mate who also studies the same course in his final year. Ideally somewhere relatively close to the University if possible. My friend (Jarrod) will be away most of the week so it would be nice to have other house mates to hang out with. Flexible on the amount of extra people in the house. Happy to move in with someone who already has a house or pair up with someone and look for a house all together!
I'm currently finishing up my masters degree at University of Canberra and work casually. I'm clean, quite, enjoy watching movies and reading non-fiction by the likes of Dan Brown, John Grisham or Lee Child. I'm friendly but also respect other's privacy. I've been living in a shared-accommodation on campus at uni and am seeking a new place nearby since I'm about to complete my course.
I am currently studying full time at university (b. Sports and Exercise Science / b. Sports Management) and working 3-5 days a week as a waitress and in events, plus completing an internship. I will often be out at uni or work, but would like to socialise with my housemates occasionally when I am home! In my spare time I enjoy watching all sport (I get a few spare tickets to all Raiders home games that would be available for my housemates most of the time if they're interested), going to the gym, reading a good book and going for coffee with friends. I also love to travel when I can get time off! I am a considerate, clean and tidy person, and am good at sharing responsibilities. Having my own bathroom would be a huge plus, but it's not a deal breaker if that's not possible.
I just finished college in Canberra, now heading to ANU to study medical science. I’m chinese raised in Italy, I’m friendly and easygoing, I clean after myself and love cats. I don’t cook much, don’t smoke and drink occasionally when I go out. Oh and I’d always choose Netflix over any physical activities
I'm an 18 year old from Sydney, moving down to Canberra for uni. I love reading and animals, and am always up for a chat. I'm looking for a place to live within a reasonable distance to my classes, and ideally with bills included, though I'll happily take what I can get. I'm not fussed about the type of people I live with as I can get along with most people.
