Hi, I'm a quiet, independent, clean and respectful full time accountant. I've lived in three share houses over the past 8 years and made some friends along the way. I like science, technology (will fix all your IT problems) reading, Reddit, gaming and watching TV shows/movies.
Hi there! I'm Tash, I'm going into my last semester of a Bachelor of International Relations at ANU, and will be commencing a Masters program in July 2018 while working part-time. I am currently as a primary school support/admin assistant and a swim coach/pool supervisor (if you haven't already guessed, I love working with kids). I am often found roaming Canberra's latest coffee hotspots, working or at the gym, but I also love to relax with a cup of tea, and I have an obsession with the Lifestyle Home channel that doesn't reaaaaally seem to fit with my age, oh well. I like to be organised, which helps my productivity and mindspace, and I will always contribute to making the house clean, tidy and well cared-for. I am easygoing and willing to chat, but I also value privacy and personal space. If it sounds like I may be a good fit as your next housemate, please send me a message! I am also keen on teaming up with up to two other likeminded people to find our perfect place!
I am moving to Canberra from Melbourne to start a graduate role with the ACTPS. I like cooking, sewing, singing, and movies. I'm usually pretty busy in Melbourne, and I'm hoping to find some new hobbies! I'm tidy and respectful, and not really into big parties. I have furniture in Melbourne which I am happy to bring with me if needed (including all whitegoods). I also have a two year old indoor cat that I would like to bring with me, but who may also stay in Melbourne with my brother for the time being. She's sweet and happy, doesn't really bother people, and has a rear joint displaysia which means she can't jump onto kitchen benches, and can't free-range outside. I'm looking for an unfurnished room in a quiet, laid-back house. Ideally with heating and cooling, off street parking, and some kind of outside space.
Friends call me Kichu. I'm moving to Australia from India for my PG @ ANU on Feb 1, 2018. I like to sing, percuss and read. I can get along with any personality or culture. I am a good teacher and can talk about science, technology and Indian music for all day long. I love pets even though I don't have any. I play CoD and CSGo. I'm a GoT BBT fanboy. I'm new to Australia might need help in adjusting to it. My budget is $125 - $140 per week.
Im a 24 year old male Looking to move out out of home by January next year for a period of 6 months to a year. I'm a Canberra local so I can be flexible when it comes to location. I work most days at a hospitality job out in Kingston. Im an easy going, active person that enjoys socialising and meeting new people whether it be over drinks or some good banter. I frequent the gym most days and enjoy chilling out in the evening watching movies. Im an independent person so cooking and general cleanliness is not a problem for me. Teamups with potential likeminded housemates is also welcomed if you want to hit me up to chat.
We will be both working and studying. We are looking to team-up with a couple or single (kids or no kids), to rent a nice home with a large backyard with plenty of room for our 2yr old to run. We are generally a quiet couple, we enjoy reading, watching movies, cooking and I would love to set up a vege garden. We don't often socialise at home, we prefer to go out to socialise. We are looking for flatmates who are clean, tidy and non-smoking. We have two beautiful and friendly cats. We are happy to rent almost anywhere in belconnen district ACT. We will often be out due to work and uni but I will be at home with my son probably 4 days a week during the day. We are a clean and tidy couple who will respect others space and privacy.
Hey there 😊 My names Erin. I’m looking to move pretty soon as my parents are headed overseas to live and I’d like to be fairly settled before next year. Next year will be my third year of my social work degree and I work part time. I’m super easy going and happy to pull my weight. I’m also fairly extroverted but love my alone time to.
I am a 25 year old public servant from Canberra and I am currently looking for somewhere central, inner north / south, Inner Belconnen reigon or central Gungahlin. I am a fun, friendly and easy going person. I’m generally pretty busy during the week with work and on weekends I tend to spend time with family and friends but I do enjoy hanging out at home just to relax and do nothing. I’m not a massive party person but I enjoy being social! So I’m always keen for a chat and to hangout :) I love to cook and watch Netflix, that’s basically me in a bubble. Food + Netflix. Looking for some like minded people to live with! Happy to go anywhere between 6 - 12 months (even longer if possible) I also come with a queen sized bed that I’m not willing too part with (it’s too amazing haha) so the room would need to be able to fit that and storage for my clothing or come with built in robes. Also, I am unfortunately super allergic to cats so I wouldn’t be able to live with them. *sad face* but dogs are completely fine or any other pets :) I rely on public transport as I’m one of those weird people who don’t drive, so where I live must have access to good public transport that goes to the city and not somewhere that I’d have to catch multiple buses. I do have a boyfriend (who is currently on a volleyball contract in Germany but will be back april) and he normally stays over a few nights a week, if you aren’t okay with this then I’m probably not the right fit for you sorry! I was originally looking to move ASAP but now I’m hoping to move out end of Jan / Feb 2018. If you think I suit what you are looking for fee free to shoot me a message!
Howdy! I am starting a new uni degree next year so I am looking for some relaxed people to share a house with. I work part time, am a big sports fan (especially AFL), love meeting new people and can you make you laugh with all the blonde things I say. Am looking to move mid December but can be a bit flexible :)
Hello, my name is Michael. I am a international student from China studying at UC. I put most of the time in part-time working and studying as well. During the spare time, I like playing basketball or going to the gym, or just reading books at home.
Hi there, I'm young enthusiastic education student (Finish end of 2018) that is looking for a place to live! My preferred options are to take over student accommodation, studio or a small 2/3 bedroom share house, moving from a 5 bedroom. I love a chat, fitness, sport, playing my PlayStation 4 and a casual drink when something calls for it! I'm respectful of privacy, tidy and very friendly! Furniture wise I have everything to fill my room (including a queen size bed) but I am more than happy to store this stuff for student accommodation.
I am a 31yo male Engineer on the Canberra Light Rail. I try to stay fit and exercise (or just not get too fat) , but I do enjoy eating like a king on the weekends. a bit about me, I enjoy going to the gym, salsa dancing, my beloved Nissan weekend car, and hopefully get into some pilates for my ridiculously poor flexibility! On the weekends i dont mind a few frothies and a good burger with some banter. i enjoy going out and having a laugh , and i equally dont mind weekends chilling at home on the couch with a movie. As for house arrangements - I am very easy going and tidy, clean up after myself and easy to get along with. Im flexible with whoever I live with. Its not my first time doing the house share, so I know that everyone is different and theres always a solution so that everyone is happy. Wouldn't mind someone whos down for a few drinks or sharing a meal and some banter on the weekends! Cheers! Claudio
I have been offered a scholarship to the AIS, and I am trying to arrange a permanent residences for me so I am able to accept the offer. I am a really dedicated and hard working student, that is disciplined and clean and tidy with a great personality and sense of humour.
Hi all, I'm making the move from Melbourne back to my hometown of Canberra for uni and am looking for some awesome humans to share with. I'm super responsible having lived on my own and shared before, but also down for a boogie and a night out once in a while. I'm into staying fit, going to gigs and playing sports whenever I get the chance. I'd like to find a place where I can chill but still be social and hang out with my roommates to fill my daily human interaction quota. I'm a full time student and will be working part time also so I keep myself fairly busy. I also come with bedroom furniture and some communal furniture so hopefully this is a plus! If this sounds ace hit me up :)

Hey, I'm Jackie from Sydney! I'm moving to Canberra in January 2018 to start a graduate role with the APS. I studied economics at USYD, am a bit a nerd but also love meeting new people and being active. I'm clean and organised, love to cook, easy-going, and happy to share the workload for household chores. I am hoping to find housemates who are happy to hang out and socialise but I also respect one's own space.
just moved to Canberra for work as a spare of the moment decision, need a place to shower and lay my head short term 3-6 months. Preferably furnished but I can bring a bad if needed. I work full time as a carpenter don’t mind a drink or two but not a massive partier. I get quite anxious around new people but if I’m comfortable I’m quite sociable. I’ve just turned 30 but don’t mind a younger crowd
Hey! I'm Steve and I'm moving to Canberra to start a grad job in the public sector. I'm a laid back and highly sociable person (while being mindful of personal space) so would love to find a flatmate that is down for nights of UberEats, movies and Cards Against Humanity. When not working I enjoy eating burgers, drinking old fashioneds, and heading down to the gym to train for and coach in powerlifting. Bonus points if you enjoy bad dad jokes as much as I do!
I am a friendly, polite. easy going and open minded person. I always keep my room clean and am respectful of others’ space. I am an ANU student studying my final year (honours) in chemistry. My interests are cricket, reading and watching tv/movies. I can pay rent monthly or even fortnightly - whichever is preferred.
Hi! I'm a Teacher who has been working as a relief teacher for 4 years now. Last year I was in London for 7 months working as a Teacher as well. I'm looking to move up to Canberra to continue work as a teacher. I'd like to think I'm easy to get along with. I'm not reliant on other people for company but at the same time I do enjoy it! I already have some friends in Canberra but will be eager to make new ones too. Thanks for reading my listing!
I am a first year physics phd student at the ANU. Two years of sharehousing experience and liked it. Quiet places are great- I like reading and music (and chocolate!!). Always looking forward to the occasional chat at the dining table. I enjoy strolls in the park, around the lake, and pretty much anywhere that's not uphill.
Hi! My name's Jessie, and I'm a 22 year old student at ANU. I study sustainability science, and will be starting my honours next year. I'm super passionate about the environment, and really love animals. I'm not a partier or a big drinker or anything, but I'm always keen to hang out or watch a movie or something. I don't smoke, and I'm clean and tidy. I'm originally from New Zealand, but grew up across Asia/Pacific, and moved to Canberra four years ago for uni. I enjoy baking, spending time outside, reading and watching TV. :)
I am currently working full time in the public service and will be going into the final year of my university degree at the University of Canberra in 2018. To balance work and uni I take mostly evening classes which leads to one or two long days. As a result, I tend to be quite quiet during the week, but appreciate the occasional group dinner or glass of wine and a chat. I love enjoy the occasional Netflix binge or being social on the weekends. I don't really party, however I do have the occasional night out and enjoy catching up with friends and being social during the weekends.
Hi! I'm Liam, a psychology and marketing student at the ANU going into my third year. I'm quite an active person, playing cricket, futsal and going to the gym, as well as enjoying trips along the coast to find the best beaches and heading up the mountains to find the snow. When I'm home, I enjoy watching film, reading, and playing video games. As a vegan (and not the type of person who condescends anyone who is not), I tend to just cook for myself, but if anything I make seems appealing I also like to cook with/for others! I'm an especially clean and responsible person, enjoy conversations about anything under the sun and would make a great addition to your household! I have a queen bed and some other furniture in storage so would ideally be looking for an unfurnished bedroom space. I'm looking to move into a place soon as I've picked up a lot of work over the summer, but am open to checking out new places for a longer term stay to find the perfect fit. Cheers, Liam
I see myself as an easy going young professional. I have lived at toad hall for a year and a half and it's been a great community. I wish the house I move to is more like home than just a place to rest. If you need a techie for your crew, I'm your man
Super outgoing, approachable and enjoy long random conversations. I'm a pretty good cook and very tidy. Things I like to do is to go out a lot such as shopping and going out after a busy week. And if not I'll probably be studying for hours or sleeping in my bed or baking to waste time. I'm planning to commence my undergraduate studies at university (ANU) and find a part time job as well. I'm looking for flat mates who are around my age or early 20's. Someone that is good at socialising and pretty chilled to be around and friendly. Give me a text and would love to hear from you guys!
