I am a 23 year old male, studying at Joondalup. I am from the south west originally and am very laid back - I enjoy getting down to the beach when I can and playing sports, but also am content relaxing at home or having a quite drink occasionally. I am also very clean and tidy, and am looking for a house where the other housemates are also neat. A lot of my time will be devoted to studying/having my head in books, but I will always make an effort to hang out with my housemates, as I would like to be in a comfortable environment where everyone gets along with one another.
Hi there, I'm looking for a unfurnished large double room in a friendly, social house-share. I'm looking for a homely spot where the housemates socialise together from time to time. I work 9-5 and I'm also studying yoga teacher training. I'm easy going, active, friendly and enjoy getting out and about, cooking, traveling and keeping fit. I'm considerate of others, clean and tidy. I'm originally from Ireland and have been living in lovely Perth just over 3 years. Look forward to hearing from you if you think you may have a suitable place :) Thanks in advance.
I work full time as an apprentice electrician during the week, and on some weekends I work a second job for an entertainment hire company. I'm not a FIFO worker but I work in Perth some weeks, and away from Perth other weeks, no set schedule/routine. Looking to move north of the river.
Hi! I am looking for a friendly house to join, preferably sharing with just 1 other person of a similar lifestyle and age. I work full-time hours and am quite active and social during the week, so I am often out of the house. I would like to find a housemate who enjoys the occasional wine and chat and doesn't mind having friends around occasionally. Flexible with move-in date.
Hi there! I'll be arriving in Perth (from Melbourne) in a couple of weeks for a new job. I'd love to be a part of an inclusive, busy and happy household while I get my bearings in Perth. Ideally, I'd like to find a place of my own in 6-8 months so that I can have family and friends over to visit and use my own stuff. In saying that, if the house works out, I'll happily stay longer! I'd prefer somewhere that is furnished with a bed/desk. Also somewhere with a Gege patch or with some potential for me to make one 😊 I'm 29, like being busy and used to be a high school teacher, but now work in adult education. There'll be times when I'll be travelling internationally for work. I like to have people over for dinner parties or a glass of wine. I can be quiet too and am equally as happy spending time by myself. If you think I'd be a good fit for your house, get in touch. Cheers, Anna
Dear future flatmates :) I'm Julia from Germany and I'm looking for a clean, tidy, quite place to live and some flatmates to have fun with. I am an easygoing, tidy, reliable person with lots of flat-sharing experience. Please contact me if you like my listing Julia
I'm a full-time student working towards a job in the acting or filmmaking industries. I moved up from Denmark near Albany about a month ago for my course. Also a musician in my spare time. While I am pretty quiet and keep to myself most weekdays to focus on my studies, I enjoy socializing with mates on the weekend.
Hey! My name is Tiffany- I'm a 28 year old creative. Originally from Melbourne, I have recently moved to Perth. Currently assisting in events management for a major venue in Leederville. I also work in the front of house over weekends, which means I have a pretty busy schedule. I’m a very outgoing and social person who enjoys cooking. A coffee lover who likes to listen to records. Any opportunity I can take I love to hit the road, go hiking, swimming and exploring the outdoors. In my down time I practice meditation and yoga daily; which is something I am very passionate about. My ideal place would be a clean and comfortable space. Which is long term and with people who share the similar interests. If you think your place would be an ideal fit, then I would love to hear from you! :) Please note: Looking for a unfurnished bedroom and also to move in the month of May, 2017.
I'm easy to get along with and keep things tidy. I like having a social household and want to get along well with my other housemates. I'm a barista who makes a great coffee but is currently looking for work (I do have the means to support myself fully). Three months ago I adopted a gorgeous 10yr old cat named Jupiter and I'm looking to bring her along with me. I'm interested in LGBT friendly homes that are open and accepting! I love making art, listening to good music and if there's a garden then I'll happily water and care for the plants🌵 I'm on the hunt for some rad people that want to share their home with me. Places that are fairly central suit me best. Please send me a message if I seem like the right fit for you 🙂

I have been living in share houses in many cities and countries. I am easy going, I like cooking, dancing, hiking, outdoors activities... I'm looking for a place where people are not just sharing the rent and bills but actually living together and spending time together from time to time, but like everyone, I also need some time for myself. I'm looking for furnished bedrooms only. Please, do not contact me if your listings don't match with mine. Thank you.

I'm a student at North Metro Tafe East Campus doing a diploma of Screen and Media (Games and Animation) I was born in Geraldton but grew up in Perth, and I like playing video games, games, drawing, anime, ect.
Working professional in Subiaco. Curtin uni student. Peaceful//quiet. Unabashed introvert, with a dash of sarcastic extroversion. Easy going. Non-smoker. Book worm. Triple J fiend. Nap taker. Fitness dabbler. Food eater. Early riser. Early nighter. Doggo fan. Mild clean freak. Homebody/chiller. No party houses. Seeking a place to call home. ABOUT YOU Also a working professional. Student would be cool – but no bigs if not. Also peaceful//quiet. Either extro/intro-version. Open and warm. Also a food eater. Mild clean freak. Cool as a cucumber. No parties. Would like to share their home with me. ABOUT YOUR PLACE: Secure parking would be ideal but not entirely essential, so long as there is garage/driveway parking available and not just on-street parking. I have all bedroom furnishings so looking for an unfurnished room. Would prefer to live with no more than 2 people :) Rent would be between $140, up to $155 inclusive of bills. Super flexible on the location too, as long it's not more than 15km's out from the CBD as I like to pedal into work in the mornings – NOR would be preferred - absolute brownie points if you're near the beach! Also interested in teaming up with someone as well - flick me a message and we can T up a coffee to suss each other out! Feel free to stalk me on Facebook too, to make sure I have all two eyes, ears, a nose and mouth – but totally non-discriminant against anyone who does not possess those things.
Hello! I am a friendly, tidy and organised student from Curtin University! I am studying social work. In my spare time I usually work out or socialise, kick back and watch Netflix. I always help out around the house and am laid back. Im easy to live with and can be excellent company.
I'm Gerardo, Mexican living in Australia. I'm here to study my master degree in Software. I love soccer, listening good music and watch movies (Netflix&Chill). I also enjoy a good cold beer with a nice conversation.
I am a neat, tidy organised person to live with but I also love to relax and have some fun when it is appropriate. I am starting to study at a makeup school in April, and m boyfriend and I are looking for a double room to rent. I very much look forward to hearing from anyone who could help us out :)
I am neat, clean & tidy. Considerate of the people I live with and the house I live in. I train and play social sports four evenings a week, and on the other nights, you'll either find me out with friends or on the couch with a book or watching the latest TV show or movie.
Very clean, bordering on obsessive! Chilled out, sociable guy. I'm a marketing professional in the city and I'm originally from the UK. Previous 5 star rental references if needed. I am looking for somewhere with my own bathroom, bills included and off street/garage parking as I have a car.
I'm a FIFO professional engineer. I stay away mostly but on my days off I like to go out, read and relax. I am looking for a place close to the city with friendly housemates that won't mind having an occasional drink on the weekends. I am super tidy and considerate of shared spaces. Also, I would prefer to have my own bathroom if that's at all possible in the sharing situation. Cheers
Hey I've decided to stay in Perth for at least a couple of months and would love to find a place to share with some good people, preferably in Leederville, Northbridge or Mt Lawley. I am a 20-year-old from Sweden. These past two years I've spent in ski towns in Canada and Japan. Now I'm excited for summer activities... hiking, snorkelling and pretty much any outdoor activity. I'm an easy going housemate who appreciates both privacy and good banter. So far mostly looking for short term accom (1-3 months)
Very easy going with with everyone's different considerations, yet also want a clean, tidy house. Am happy for a quiet night in or to entertain as well.
Works in city as full-time fashion retail manager, part-time dancer. neat/tidy/friendly. welcoming to all guests and LGBTI+ ally. laid-back, social and outgoing, but like spending quiet nights in at home, generally quite busy and highly motivated. Quite the avid vintage finder, probably described as 'quirky', definitely creative. often out and about for work-related events, always respectful of other people in the house.
Tidy, independent and reliable couple who are studying full time at UWA while looking for casual/part time work. Sociable but also able to keep to ourselves, respectful of privacy. Enjoy the occasional late night out.
Please note: I'm only looking to move in March, around the 6th. Must be large room (roughly 3x4m). $160 is my maximum budget including bills. I'm super chilled, easy-going and friendly. I'm pretty clean, especially in common areas, but I'm not a neat freak. I don't drink much, I don't do drugs or smoke. I keep to myself and my birds mostly, but do enjoy a good chat in the kitchen. I have two birds (Cockatiels) who share a bedroom with me so we need a big room. Must fit double bed, large desk and their cage. They're pretty quiet most of the time, but my boy does like to whistle the Addams Family or some other random songs sometimes during the day. But they sleep when the sun goes down so are quiet at night (and so am I). I've lived in four rentals with them and never had a complaint about the noise or mess. I bring carpet with me to keep the floor clean and I clean up after them. I studying online and work part time. I'm also on Centrelink so my income is steady. I've been renting for 10 years and have always payed rent and bills on time. Look forward to meeting you!
We are a well travelled couple who have recently returned to Perth after a few years overseas. We are looking for a place where we can live our active, outdoor, healthy life. We have lived together in plenty of house shares now. We understand the need to respectful of each other's space. On the other hand, roommates have become very close friends in the past.
I am part time Personal Trainer and a part time Coastal Engineer. I work most days of the week. When i am not working, I enjoy doing my workouts (for the past 12 years), catch up with friends for a game of squash and going to my weekly Latin Social Dancing events (for the past 6 years). I have shared houses with many people for the past 12 years. I have also met many friends through sharing the same place. I like to get to know the people I live with and I am always keen to include them in my social circle (if they want to :) ) . The state of a house is of utmost importance to me; A clean and tidy place contributes to a positive environment. If you feel that we are on the same wavelength , please contact me and I would keen to get to know you and move in ... :)

I'm a Christian gal seeking someone to start a new house share with. I have couch, fridge, dining, kitchenware and my own bedroom furniture. I'm clean and will generally keep to myself but I am looking for roommates so that I have some conversation when home from work in the evenings. I love brunching, movies, music, the arts, wine and generally anything that gives a good atmosphere like a football game. Not a big cooker, but a girl's got to eat. Not likely available to move for another couple months but we can start friendships first.
I'm a super clean, friendly, social person to live with. I'm looking for room mates who have similar respect standards, and who I can hopefully become fast friends with. Just moved back to Perth after being overseas for a while, looking for a place close to the CBD as thats where I work! Very social and chilled out about most things. Love to relax with wine on the weekends but during the week I am normally out and about working or at the gym. I consider myself tidy and I think I am a pretty mean cook! Love animals so pets around wouldn't bother me.
Studying environmental management at ECU. Love nature, listening, learning, fruit, relaxing. I enjoy running, swimming and playing basketball. I'm clean, respectful, love to get veggie gardens going if there's space, supportive of those around me. Lets connect!
Hey, Im Aaron! Im looking for a room close to the city, living with social, easy going people. I am clean, respectful, chill and easy to get along with. I enjoy having a few drinks and going to gigs on the weekend as much as I do binge watching the latest tv shows. Looking forward to hearing from you!
Hi all, I just moved to Perth from Adelaide for work in a FIFO role. I'm a fun, friendly and clean housemate, I'm looking for like-minded chilled housemates. I live a rather active lifestyle, but also enjoy relaxing at home and socialising with the housemates. I have been living in shared houses for 3 years so I know how to respect common spaces. In my last house I lived with 2 chefs and learnt alot about cooking and I love to cook. Looking forward to meeting potential housemates. Nat

Hey, I'm originally from Perth but have been living in Melbourne for the past seven years. I'm a respectful, easy going and super clean housemate and am currently studying for the Gamsat/science subjects at uni. I generally keep to myself when I'm home but love to socialise over boardgames (really into 7 Wonders) and food. In my free time I workout, watch a lot of movies (current favourite Arrival) and go to the occasional gig with friends. I also play guitar from time to time to destress and relax. Looking forward to meeting you :)
Seeking a room for rent in Perth CBD or any south/north of the river suburbs within 15km. Young professional who enjoys a healthy social life, i am a tidy person (sometimes a little OCD) cooking is a hobby of mine and i have a Thai background so there will be lots of yummy food to go round! Looking to share with people of similar age. Not looking to share with more than 3 people in one house. Due to travel plans i won't be looking at moving until April. Should i find a great deal however i'm happy to pay for the room whilst i'm away :)
Recently moved to Perth from Adelaide. Keen for housemates that are up for a chat, going out for dinner/drinks and enjoy socialising together. I enjoy sports and doing outdoor things on the weekend. Would love to explore the city and state as much as possible. In a few months my dog will be joining me so am looking at a pet friendly house.
I'm a very easy going, sociable 31yr old. I'm enrolled to study a Diploma of Education this year and will be working a little on the side also. Love to go out on the weekends, enjoy the beach, catch up with mates, play some music, sports, and generally keep active. Financially stable and very respectful of shared spaces and others belongings. Hoping to live somewhere central with good public transport and easy going housemates!
Hey guys, i'm a mechanical engineer studying my masters at UWA. I also work part-time from anywhere with an internet connection as well as occasionally driving for Uber. I'm easy going, clean, responsible and friendly. Happy to help out around the house and with any tech problems. Have sharehoused since i was 19 so know the drill with cleaning and am happy to share meals etc if thats the go. Smoking doesn't bother me aslong as its outside only. A house with secure external doors is a must as I have two fur babies that can't go outside (2 cats, 3yrs old, one thinks he's a dog so be prepared for licks and demands for pats). Enjoy hitting the gym, beach, and anything outdoorsy. Enjoy most types of music, always open to new things and a cold beverage! Less relatable/energetic hobbies would be finance (stock and futures trading) and the occasional computer game. Happy to move in anytime feb onwards, no rush.
Working in music and tv, looking for someone to team up with and grab a 2 bedroom/3 bedroom house or unit. Ideally would only like to share a place with one other person. Like minded creatives would be cool but open to anyone with a chilled vibe. As I'm a musician my downfall is that I come with lots of equipment. But the only thing that will be in communal spaces will be an upright piano which will probably have to go in the living room if my room isn't big enough. I'm only working on scores/making music during the day so you don't have to worry about noise at night.
Hey! My name is Anthea, and my friend and I are looking for a place to move into at the end of March. We are looking for 2 rooms in a house, ideally furnished rooms but if not thats fine! I will be working FIFO so wont be home most of the time, and Talisha is a full time student working part time - so both quite busy! We are both super clean and tidy people who live a healthy lifestyle but do enjoy some nights out. So if you have 2 rooms available or are interested in teaming up, we would love to meet you :)
Been living out of home for 6 years, so well housetrained. Various share houses both in Melbourne and overseas for work, now returned to Perth. Have a well behaved, sweet dog called Zana who likes her own space or a cuddle, not a hassle to live with.
Hi! My name is Harrison, I am a Project Management Consultant from London. Starting from 9th Feb I will be working full time in central Perth. I am very clean, tidy and respectful of other peoples privacy and homes. First time in aus so it is very important to me to share a house with people I can get along with and can have a bit of a laugh with over a beer. I am a sociable, genuine guy who enjoys playing and watching sport (mainly football), going out with friends and exploring the outdoors. I am well traveled and have just finished a job in Manila, The Philippines, so am used to being away from home and sharing a place with others. Ideally I am after a furnished double room with its own bathroom but am willing to be flexible if I find the right place and flatmates. If I sound like someone you could live with, don't hesitate to get in touch! I fly out to Perth on 8th February. Cheers, Harrison
Hi, i'm Lauren, originally from Scotland and moved to Perth 5 years ago. I work full time in the oil & gas industry and I'm also in the process of setting up a home based spray tanning business. I'm currently renting a 2 bed apartment on my own near Fremantle but I'm looking to move back to the Leederville or Innaloo area and I would consider a house share. I own 2 cats so my houseshare would have to be pet friendly. I enjoy spending time with friends, going to the gym, walking, shopping, reading, camping, beach days, nights out and exploring this beautiful world when I get time off. I am very outgoing with a sense of humour and make friendships easily, I enjoy meeting new people and sharing life stories :).
I'm Clean quiet and respectful of other people's properties. I treat them as if they were my own :) I'm only in Perth Tuesday night to Friday night (leave Saturday) so you can enjoy weekends alone. I run my own business (gym) in Subiaco and in Bunbury so I'm at work a lot. Usually just at home to sleep and relax. I have a small pooch that comes with me every day to work. He's a good boy (bit of an old man) my biggest flaw is I work early so am up at 4.30/5am to start work at 6am. I'm pretty quick in the morning- coffee, shower and off! :)

I'm a full time health professional and pretty busy and on the go. Move in/length of stay flexible
