My name is Josh. USYD student researching at Westmead Children's Hospital. Work part-time as a chef (on weekends in the Blue Mountains). Very friendly, like to chat but study a lot and prefer a more quiet/non-party household.
Hey Everyone! My name is Margaret and I'm 27 years old. So a bit about me... I'm a very social, adventurous chick who loves to have a good laugh. I love the outdoors however also love the quiet nights in watching movies with a bottle of wine and cheese. I am looking for individuals similar to me. People who enjoy life and are interested in getting the most out of it. They must love chocolate and have the ability to laugh at themselves. If this sounds like you, feel free to contact me... I look forward to hearing from you :)
Hey, I'm Diego Esquivel, 25 years old, from Mexico City. I'll be moving to Sydney on February 27 to study a master degree at the Sydney College of the Arts, which is why I'm looking for a nice place to live. I'm easygoing, clean and I can adapt to almost everything. I love learning new things and meeting new people.
Hi. I'm an actor who does bush regeneration to pay the bills. Animal lover. Love science and natural medicine. A time & place for both. Pacifist. Hate bigotry of any kind. Greenie and a lefty, guess i need to get that out there. Downside, I'm a smoker trying to give up but i suck at it, in saying that, NEVER inside or near an open door/window. Trying to be a foodie, enjoy wine and beer with said food. So,,, a bit of a hypocrite i.e. natural med & a smoker. Still a work in progress and hopefully always will be. Really enjoy living in Lillyfield but probably need to share to be able to afford a nice place, prefer sharing with females but open to all suggestions...including surrounding suburbs. Thanks for considering me as you would had if you have read this far..insert smilee face here.
Hi! I'm really chilled out and easy going. Get along well with everyone. I'm from Melbourne and I'm moving to Sydney in the next couple of weeks and am looking for a place! I am very respectful of other people's personal space. And would also love to make some new friends there in the process! So hopefully I'll find some amazing housemates! :)
Easy going nice guy, work in management role in CBD, bills paid on time, quiet weeknights, family and friends weekend. After clean living roomie that enjoys social time together while respecting each others privacy.
im easy going and know how to do all the homely things like cook and clean. in my spare time i prefer to get out of the house and into the outdoors. climbing mountain biking, diving, etc.
Hey everyone! I'm looking for a place from the 29th of jan, preferably with some respectable but fun people that I can make friends with! A bit of context - after growing up in Tassie and spending half of 2016 living in Melbourne, I decided I missed the ocean too much and found myself in Sydney in October! I'm 22, studying Graphic Design at Billy Blue College of Design and working part time in retail. My current lease ends on the 29th so I'd like to find something soon!! I've lived in two different sharehouses and consider myself a very respectful person who is considerate of others (clean, quiet when I need to be, reliable and responsible) but also have a fun side (love to go out, be social) and a fit and healthy side (play hockey, love going walking and running and the gym!). Because I've only just moved, I don't know a whole bunch of people, so I would ideally like to move into a place with some girls that I can make friends with 🤗 While I'd like a nice place, I realise I don't have the biggest budget. But if I find some nice people in a nice area I am very willing to stretch it! Thanks! 💕
I'm a full time worker in the architecture field. When I'm not working I enjoy my sport and my gaming, as well as playing musical instruments. If I can get away and travel, I'll usually take the opportunity. Sociable enough around people but also happy to keep to myself. I was born and raised here in Sydney to Filipino parents, so there is a mix of cultures in the way I was brought up. In general I'm pretty flexible and respectful to everyone's differences.
Just looking to trial living in certain areas with a view to longer term rental. I'm somewhat flexible, reasonably reliable and, well, it's easier if we just talk on the phone about anything in more detail.
Hey guys, I'm a 26 yrs old kiwi who is moving to Melbourne on 31st January. I'm working full time as an Associate Consultant. I'm pretty laid back but also don't mind doing my share of the house work.
Hello everyone! I'm looking for a share house in CBD or close to CBD or North Sydney. I am an accountant and work in finance in CBD. I'm an easy going person and enjoy hanging out with friends, love food, cooking and fond of pubs/bars. I enjoy cooking and like to stay fit and workout regularly. Like to spend time chilling out watching movies/netflix when free. I would be up for a good laugh and time with my housemates but I respect personal space and privacy too. I like my place to be clean and organised at an appropriate level. A Non smoker. I would prefer staying with working professionals. I'm a sociable guy and would be keen to move in with housemates I can be friends with. A dog in the house will be a bonus. I would love to hear from you if you feel I will be a good fit.
We are a friendly, social, active and easy going couple moving down to Sydney from Newcastle. I will be starting my masters at Sydney Uni and Dan works full time as an electrician. In our spare time your can usually find us at the beach (dan loves to surf), at the gym/swimming, eating brunch (we love food), drinking copious amounts of coffee or watching netflix. We don't mind the odd drink (or many drinks) here and there and we can't wait to get out and explore Sydney on the weekends.
We are all working or have a regular source of income we are clean tidy people and in our spare time we like to have a quiet drink, but mainly to relax. We are looking for a 3 bedroom house/unit/ apartment.
Heyo, We are Finja and Kenny, here´s a little bit about us. Finja is 23, German, studying Medical Engineering in Denmark, and doing her exchange on scholarship at UNSW. Kenny is 22, Australian/Indonesian and finishing his degree in Business and Marketing at Macquarie University - teaching and playing piano on the side. We are both clean and tidy, always cool to have a chat or hangout but respect personal space too. We like to be active (hiking, rock climbing, and yoga, among other things), but also like to stay in and watch movies or binge the occasional series. We love to make and discover new foods, and love to listen to all sorts of music while we do it. We are generally eclectic in all we do, we love to travel and experience what the world has to offer.
Hi all! My name is Cameron, I'm 22 and at the beginning of 2016 moved from Perth to study law at the University of Sydney. I'm moving out of student accommodation and looking to find something in the general vicinity of USYD / transport to USYD. Please note that my move in date is extremely flexible and I'm more interested in securing the right place to live in than what date I start paying rent (i.e. happy for an earlier starting lease!) If you think you may be interested in my spiel on how well house-trained, clean and respectful of everyone's personal space I am - please get in touch!
Primary School Teacher. Easy going. Neat and Tidy. Love cooking, art and travel. Always keen for a cheeky wine... I have a small dog Otto. He is pretty lazy and spends most of the day sitting in the sun. He has never ruined or chewed any furniture, doors etc and does not shed. I walk him twice a day to expel energy and keep him social.
I am a medical student from Germany. To finish my doctoral dissertation I will stay at the University of Sydney for six months, starting in March 2017. I am an easygoing, calm and friendly person who is looking for a quiet and comfortable place to stay. On weekdays I will be in the lab most of the time, but still I want to meet new people and get to know Australia. I am vegan, but I do not mind whether my flatmates are/aren't. Looking forward to hear from you!
Easy to get along with, love cats but don't own one. Casual smoker on rare occasions but never at home. I'm looking for a place close to my workplace on Darling Street where I work part time in a cafe, the rest of my work is online as I run my own business in online marketing and have a few clients. On my downtime I work on my web directory that has mapped out all restaurants and cafes on Darling Street. I'm pretty chilled kinda person, house work can be therapeutic for me but I don't like messy house mates. Looking to live with like minded people that don't mind a conversation or coffee in the park. Perks would be that my main clients is a wine reviewer, so I'm often bringing home bottles of wine to try so if you're into wine, maybe we can do that together. If you want to have a chat, I work at Ciao Thyme near the London Hotel. Come in and say hello.
Hi! My girlfriend Agnieszka and I are looking for a new home. Both full time working professionals. We are both easy going and enjoy social activities, especially beer, wine, chat and laughs, with a pinch of a dry humour. Not looking for a party house really. Agnieszka is a creative type, with a little dose of neat-freak. Me - she keeps me in check in terms of tidiness. I'm not the most creative from the bunch, but I fix stuff instead- may come in handy. Minimum stay we would like is 2 months, hopefully longer. Bike friendly place would be best if possible.
I am very friendly and easy going guy. I like to live clean. I enjoy chatting and making friends. No fuss. I am looking for a long term stay, preferably in a private room. I am full time working professional.
Looking to move any time around mid Feb 2017. Hi I'm looking for an unfurnished room big enough for a queen bed. I have some other household things, happy to share or store under the house in boxes. Some of the things I need room for include a 2 seater couch, a push bike, 2 cd racks and a few plastic boxes of stuff. So depending on the space somethings could be stored in the bedroom and some in a lock up garage space or ideally a storage space. I also have a big tv - currently with former housemates if you need one in your lounge room and have a display unit for it to sit it on - we can retrieve it .... I am on a 7 day roster and work most weekends and some late shifts too. Sometimes I get 4 day breaks when I've worked 10 days in a row, I try to get away for those breaks usually to Queensland. I get about 7 weeks annual leave and I like to go overseas or up to Queensland to visit my family. I try to travel outside school holiday time - who wants to pay those inflated prices ?? ;) I have been sharing for over 20 years in Sydney and I respect people's space and know how to clean up after myself. I am not a party person - I like to live in a peaceful, tranquil environment. I'm a vego, non-smoker, respect your privacy, pay rent and all my bills on time, friendly and clean. Happy to cook a curry at home or a buy a take away and chat about life over a meal. I work in the cbd mostly 10.30-7pm; sometimes earlier sometimes later. It's most likely that you probably won't run into me that often because of my work hours. As I work outside of normal hours and most weekends, with days off mostly during the week I'm looking for a quiet household on a quiet street or cul-de-sac with minimal traffic noise etc. So if Meriton is building 7 thousand units next door to your place - it's probably not the place I'm looking for ... :) I don't drive but I do need good access to public transport. Also a dryer in the laundry would be handy for those washing days when it's raining all day... :) Please feel free to send me a message if you think you have a place for me. Cheers - Samantha.
Hi, I'm Kyle. I work in the not-for-profit health sector, specifically around blood-borne viruses. I spend a lot of my time cooking and baking, playing football ('soccer'), and exploring Sydney. I moved from the UK many years ago but have been living in Sydney for 2 years. I'm a big fan of having a house that's a home with the right kind of people, love cooking up big family meals for the house, and am clean, sociable and considerate. Looking for a place with a good kitchen and great housemates most of all :)
Hey there, i'm Carly and i'm a student at UTS studying communication. I'm a traveler, film enthusiast, love to bake and am often at music festivals. I'm working part time and will be looking for a room somewhere in the inner west close to a train line or light rail. I'm house trained and sociable, and am often baking or cooking something interesting.
Hello! We're two girls currently living together, looking for somewhere a bit bigger to live. We're mostly interested in a team-up so we can all find a new place together, and have a fair bit of furniture between us already. We're hoping to move out of our current place as soon as possible, so ideally you would be ready to move now too. Our ideal housemates would be people who would be up for a chat and possibly a cheeky glass of wine, but also respect each other's private spaces. We're looking for clean, easygoing people who like to have fun but won't bring the party home with them. A little bit about us: Monique is 24 and working full time as a speech pathologist. She plays a lot of sport, and loves a glass of wine and a chat after long day at work. Georgia is 21 and works as a dancer/barista. Also a lover of a cheeky glass of wine, she is always up for a chat (sometimes with a shared tub of ice cream).
I am Bella, currently studying a master degree in University of Sydney. I am a quite, friendly, respectful and easy-going person who don't smoke nor drink and I am not a party type one , so no need to worry about making noise. I like to read books, watching movies and travelling. I am pet friendly though I don't have one and so it won't be a problem to stay in a house with pets.

Hi, my name is Manu, I'm 28, a high school art/English teacher. I DJ and produce music and I love to dance and enjoy myself. At home I love to cook, exercise, rest well and eat healthy. As a housemate I like to share and socialize, but appreciate and respect individual space. I would love to find a creative household with people I can bounce ideas off, listen to music and appreciate good films with.
I am a full time professional who travels a lot for work. I am friendly, have a good sense of humour and am clean and tidy. I love cooking, the outdoors and am into fitness. I am originally from country NSW, I have lived in Sydney for almost 10 years. I have also lived in London and enjoy travelling. I have just come back from a trip to Africa which was amazing! I am looking to share with 1 other flatmate and must have a large built in wardrobe available. Would also prefer my own bathroom.
Hey, I'm Mel. I'm an artist and graphic designer, working for a small printing company in Leichhardt. I'm from Tassie originally but have lived in Sydney for 2 years now. I just finished a Masters in Publishing and will be keeping my eye out for more work. I'm very relaxed, friendly and I enjoy both my privacy and socialising. Happy to make a meal for friends and share a drink in the evenings, but also binge watching/reading/playing my favourite shows/books/games, so I'm looking for a place with a nice balance. I also love music and I'd love to go to more gigs and events. I have a car and my full licence, and I'm happy to take people on grocery runs and adventures to nice beaches and bushwalks if you're keen on the outdoors.
Hi there! I'm a 27 year old full-time high school teacher currently looking for a room (preferably with ensuite) to move into in the new year. I have a five year old labrador who is also a qualified pet therapy dog ( visits hospitals and nursing homes on weekends). For this reason, i would need at least a small yard or sizable courtyard to accommodate her. I'm looking for easy going, friendly and clean housemates who love dogs.
I'm looking for someone whom I can shift with. I'm from Bangladesh and I will be doing my Masters at University of Western Sydney from Feb end. I like to live Peacefully in a clean and tidy place.
I'm 24, been working in financial services for a few years after uni. Moved to Sydney permanently from Melbourne last year. I am looking to live with good natured, fun loving people who might have an active lifestyle and are of a similar age group, reasonably tidy and share a good sense of humour and are looking for a share house with friendly and social flatmates. And I am interested in teaming up to find a house as well. Interested in places for the long term. Flexible with any inner suburban locations.
Just moved to Sydney from England, looking for a flat share in the city
I am a single 33 year old female, who works full time as a vet. I am an animal lover and have a 5 year old male neutered Labrador, who is friendly both with dogs and people. I enjoy both my own time at home and having a chat with roommates, but am respectful of your own space and belongings.
Hey! I'm Julia - I've been living in Sydney just over a year now and looking to find a new place! I work full time in Research and Strategy at a Marketing agency based in Ultimo. I'm a down to earth character, I love being outdoors and active as much as I do having down time with good food and good company after a long day at work. I like making a home a place you look forward to going back too. I'm looking for like-minded people that feel the same way. Feel free to get in touch if you have a place you'd like to share!
Looking for a place to set up and share with housemate/s & friend long term. Must be ok with having friends over from time to time, sharing the space equitably, paying rent on time, keeping the place clean & liveable. I have a few bits and pieces to contribute to the house and would like you to as well. I'm 35yrs and work full time as a health professional for a charity.
Rather than say how great I am to live with I'll share a bit of my flatmate history. On two occasions I have lived with people, who were strangers to begin with, in flatmate arrangements for 7 years each and they are both still friends. Hopefully this says I am somewhat tidy, responsible and a good person to be around. I currently live by myself and would love to share with people who are also tidy, responsible and enjoyable to be around. I am open to starting a new share house I lead a fairly busy life and am out several evenings a week at either yoga, running or an interesting talk or other event. I am not much of a TV watcher (though I have recently become addicted to Outlander and am devastated to discover that season 2 has not been released in Australia yet. This addiction is likely to be a short lived Christmas break indulgence). Excluding the above bracketed comment, I am more likely to listen to one of the ABC radio stations in the mornings as I get ready for work. In early 2017 I'll be starting yoga teacher training in Rozelle so I am interested in a place within a 15-20 minute walk of the intersection of Victoria and Darling Streets. I currently live in the area. I don't have to move and am only looking to move as I prefer to share. I am interested in a long-term rental and can take my time finding the right person/people to share with. I work full-time in the city in a management position. Look forward to meeting some great flatmates. Martina
I am a South African, 25, moving to Sydney for work in early 2017. I am clean, tidy, and considerate in the way I live, and take pride in my space. I am moving because of work. I work as a full time Software Developer. The company has decided to terminate the Melbourne's Branch and would only operate in Sydney. Very short notice. Intend to stay long term. I am friendly and easy going. Clean, neat and respectful. Because of work, I tend to prefer quiet nights where I can come home and just relax. Meditate a little. I enjoy the company of others as well. Love pets. Love to EAT SLEEP and play computer games. Depending on who you are, I either do most of the talking or most of the listening. Accents fascinates me.
Relaxed, easy going, clean, friendly and pretty gosh darn funny if I do say so myself. I work full time as a Project Coordinator for an Australian IT company operating in web hosting and domain registrations. I have pets and love animals. I am moving from Melbourne to Sydney but am originally from Canberra and am moving for work. I go mountain biking as much as possible and rock climbing when I have someone to go with and love cooking whenever I have the time. I don't tend to go out partying til all hours of the night or have loud get together's but will on rare occasions.
