My girlfriend and I are looking for a room in a share house within Sydney’s inner-city suburbs from July. We are a young couple both studying at the University of Sydney and working part-time. I'm Felix, I'm 20 years old and in my final year of a bachelor of Science. My girlfriend Lucinda is 19 years old and currently living in Melbourne. Lucinda works for a news company and is studying at RMIT (moving to USYD). We are both very tidy, friendly and easygoing - happy to socialise but we also keep to ourselves. We are non-smokers and don't own pets. Feel free to ask any questions about us!
Hi there, I am a professional 31 year old single female who is moving up to Sydney from Melbourne for work. Looking for a housemate with similar lifestyle and would enjoy a glass of wine/dinner every now and then. Also very social so will enjoy a chat/a bit of banter and looking for someone who is open to making a new friend... :D Perhaps I should add: love to do the dishes, cooking for others and am described by my friends/family as kind, warm hearted and sincere. Enjoy running, Pilates and eating dinner. Dinner is definitely the best part of my day! 😉 My job is in IT, requires long hours (weekends at times) and the plan is to visit Melbourne quite reguarly so ....it’s likely you’ll have the place to yourself a lot!
Sociable but respectful of other's privacy. French, working in tourism and loving the life in Sydney. I'm interested in lots of things : sport mainly, hikes, swim, art, cinema and boooks ! Not at all a party animal :-)
Hi! I'm Elisa, easy going 28 yo female, looking for a private room in an established share house, preferably with a furnished room and parking.. I'm a non smoker, and get along well with pets, especially dogs. I'm hoping to move to Sydney after the 14th June, before I start a 2 month course at Rozelle in July. The course will finish at the end of August (dates not available yet). I will be allocated an ambulance station after the course, and depending on where that is I may be able to stay on in the house. I will be training M-F 8am-4pm at Rozelle, and am looking for somewhere relaxed but social to live. I don't know anyone in Sydney, so I'm hoping to find like-minded housemates who enjoy cooking, a social drink and daggy TV. I enjoy the outdoors too, especially rock climbing and hiking. I'm always happy to share a meal, and enjoy planned 'family' dinners with housemates. I'm respectful of personal space, but almost always up for a chat. I have previously worked and will begin working night shifts again soon, so I understand how important it is to have your sleep, and won't interrupt you. All I ask is that is you return the favour. Don't hesitate to get in touch!
I'm a very respectful and fun person to live with. Although I will be out a lot (I work 2 jobs), I'll always ensure our place is kept looking gorgeous. I'm very bubbly, energetic, I work in corporate sales and hospitality, I'm also a young 35! I'm looking for considerate flatmates, perhaps of a similar age group, not a party house. I don't mind pets and am helpful to have around. I do like to keep a clean house so living with others who are similar would be good!
Why am i great to live with?? Well I will solemly swear i will not eat your food......unless you tell me too lol. I am very easy person to get along with, who loves a laugh and am pretty reasonable when it comes to living situations. My Background is Sri Lankan but ive lived in sydney all my life. Me and my mates are usually a little be more outdoorsy types , we like road trips, camping, Canyonning/coasteering and plenty of beach arvos (... during the summer anyways). I'm land surveyor by trade and am usually out of the house before 6:45am but am very considerate about noise in the morning. If it's been a long day i usually unwind by listening to some music or just watching a few episodes. Looking to find easy going housemates which are somewhat neat, have good banter and don't mind being social every now and then.
Super-chilled girl in her mid-30's looking for a place to call home. I work part-time with kids with disabilities and manage properties in Sydney via short-term leasing; thus I work full-time. I am easygoing, relatable, flexible, respectful, clean and tidy. I enjoy conversation, though very much value me-time. I am often taking pup (9 years old) for a run, creating patterns, studying graphic design and interior design part time as I build up a business around renovating and short-term leasing. I look forward to meeting and creating a home with you.
Hey Guys, Originally from New York City living in Sydney for 4 months now, very social outgoing person with a pretty good circle of friends in Sydney whom I've known from back in the states. Currently living in Dulwich Hill and looking to stay in the inner west preferably. I am on my first working holiday visa and have guaranteed employment for the duration of my visa(s) so paying my rent on time won't ever be an issue. I work in hospitality more specifically hotels so my schedule rotates weekly meaning I get off early one week and late the next. I am a pretty good cook if that gets me any extra brownie points. Looking for some cool flatmates who are also CLEAN, preferably a modern home, and private room with enough space to keep to myself when i want and of course common space where we can all get to know each other while enjoying a beer and or a movie/game. Looking forward to meet you guys! - Daniel
Having traveled around the world, I enjoy the company or presence of a fun and interesting personality, and to have that in a roommate would be ideal. A little about me: I'm currently working as a photographer and a mechanical engineer. As a roommate: I'll be bringing along my personality, stories, a helping hand, positive vibes, respect, giving your own space, cleanliness, and much more. My hobbies: painting, dancing on the streets, singing in the rain, meeting new people and traveling.
Hi there! I’m a friendly working professional in my mid 20s and am relocating from Brisbane to Sydney to start a new job. I am respectful of people’s privacy and enjoy some alone time but also would like a flat mate who would like to share an occasional meal or wine together. I wouldn’t be in the space much during the week as I will be working full time Monday to Friday and most likely at the gym or networking events in the evening. On weekends I’ll be relaxing, brunching, beaching and exploring beautiful Sydney! I’ll also be travelling back to Brisbane on the weekends quite frequently so you’d have the place to yourself often. I enjoy cooking, binging on Netflix and chilling out when I’m at home. My home is my sanctuary so I do most of my socialising with friends outside of the house and am very clean/tidy.
I’m flexible easygoing person. I’m Acupuncturist and Doula from Brazil studying childcare and working as a Nanny and Babysitter on Inner West and Lower North Shore Suburbs. Vegetarian friendly but not stricted on it ;)
I'm a chef who working 5 days a week and from SouthKorea 33years old. I have a 5 years old cat. he is very friendly clean, quiet and cute Ragdoll cat! If you love animals, it would be great with me and my cat Wynston. which is he loves people. I don't cook much at home as I'm a chef. Let me know if with a cat is ok, we can arrange the inspection. Plus I need car park space or street parking if that is easy, as I'm a chef I finish work late time :( I prefer no carpet and Ground floor No cokcroache house please.. especially in the room. Thank you for your time to read this. hope I will see you soon with Wynston!
Havana: I work as a receptionist at UNSW, four days a week. I'm hoping to move out of home for the first time with my best friend, who is also a part time professional, and my fur babies (2 small, extremely friendly doggos). Transitioning into vegetarianism (slowly), i love to cook, equally enjoy big nights out and just curling up in bed on a Saturday evening. I aspire to grow my own herbs and vege and would love someone who has a bit of a green thumb. I'm about to finish a sculpture short course but would love to continue tapping into my creative side. Love a bit of banter and would be down for chills on my days off but also appreciate some "me" time. Would love someone kind and chilled out to join our happy little home :)
Hi! I'm a 28 year old professional, working in Rosebery. I'm Australian have family south of Sydney and in the Northern Beaches. I'm clean, quiet and friendly. I don't spend much time at home, I do a lot of yoga and exploring out of the city, hiking and camping. I'm interested in photography, surfing and writing :-)
I’m Gracie, I’m 23, I'm originally from Canberra, and have been living in Sydney for about a year now after scoring a job in media. I’m friendly, easy going, clean and love some quality banter. I’m the kind of person that likes to know all the cool stuff going on around the city, but also like to chill out and binge watch Netflix and get my 8 hours sleep. I make a great cup of tea, and I also have red hair - so if you’re ever in need of sunscreen I’ll always have plenty.
My name is Andy and I study Medicine in Germany. I will come to Sydney for doing some research at the faculty of Pharmacy. After I finish school I went to Israel for volunteering, then I went to Austria for becoming an actor. in 2013 I decided that I prefer to be a doctor. Sydney will be the place where I'm going to do my doctor thesis, but hopefully not only this, because I've a lot of other interests. I love doing triathlon and cooking. Actually I love to experimentate with different food. I love communication and language is something very important. I'm sad that I'm far away from expression my self in English as well, as in my mother tongue, because the little difference between to similar words is what makes me curious about language. I lived together with 25-35 different flatmates in the last ten years which was a great experience, because it gave me the chance to meet many different people with different priorities. Whats important for me. A respectful way for living together is as well as essential, as natural. I love it clean, but not sterile. I will arrive in Sydney on the 21st of April, so I can't come around personal before that date, but may be we can arrange something via Skype. Whoever the ones are I'm going to live with, I'm curious to meet you! I really appreciate your answers
I have currently just moved over from New Zealand and have a job working as a waitress in Darling Harbor- I have a passion for acting, food and being social. I have lived in a boring house during my time in high school so know what it's like to live with other people and the need to understand other people's space and sleep. I am good with money so can always pay my rent on time.
Hi There, My names Jesse and I work in sales for a tech company based in Drummoyne. I work 8:30 - 5:00 weekdays. I'm really into writing, so I spend a lot of my spare time writing articles. If I'm not doing that, I'm generally reading, outdoors or having an occasional drink. I'm not big on parties (grown out of that stage) and respect other people's privacy, as I like my own. In saying that, I do enjoy hanging out with friends, having movie nights and I love to cook! I'm looking for a place that has other professionals, who work full-time and enjoy their privacy but also have a social life.
