Hey! I'm Marc I'm 26 and I'm a fully qualified mechanic from the UK/Scotland. I'm about to start work at the Mercedes Benz dealership in Rushcutters bay. I imagine I'll be fairly busy during the week working 8-4 Monday to Friday, so I'm looking for somewhere that I can come home to and chill out and relax. Currently in staying in edgecliff at a hotel so I'm looking for a place ideally as quickly as possible, hotels are nice but they don't have the homely feel and help to settle down. I'm a clean and tidy guy and back home in the uk I spent most nights down at my local gym and attending a few classes of mixed martial arts, I'm hoping to continue this here in Sydney aswell. Very open to exploring the city, beaches and any other things I don't know too much about, very easy to get along with and fairly laid back and hopefully find someone in the house who can improve my cooking skills! If you have any questions please don't hesitate too send them to me, I'll respond as quick as I can.
I'm a professional, young, fun guy who has been living in Sydney for 21 years and living in shared houses for 2 years. I work full time in advertising and enjoy the fun things in life. I spend my weeknights usually cooking and relaxing after work. Whereas I spend my weekends usually out of the house or having some friends over for some drinks. I'm looking for one or 2 housemates to start a new place with in Sydney's inner west, somewhere near a train station ideally. I'd love to live with other neat, young professionals who share a passion for cooking and enjoy a drink...or 10. I can provide a fridge, washing machine, dryer and TV to help fill the place, so someone who is willing to fill the rest of the apartment would be amazing! (lounge, dining table, tv unit)
I'm Sarah ,26 and have just moved from Melbourne! I'm really easy to get along with , chilled clean and friendly Currently working on weekends only but looking for somewhere to base myself to find more work Looking for something 3-6 months willing for something longer if right place comes up
I'm a 27 year-old Canadian interning at the University of Sydney for 6 months. I am looking for accommodations specifically from June 30 to December 11. My fiance will be joining me for two months, so there will be the two of us from October 9 to December 11. We are both pretty adaptable. We're content sticking to ourselves or socializing with just about anyone, and are always up for a friendly pint in a new pub or a good cup of coffee. I really love good live music and bad TV. I love travelling and trying new things, and I'm excited to explore the Sydney area!
Hi All, I'm a single professional lady, looking for a unfurnished room in a share house in the inner west area with easy access to public transport to the city - a place I can call home and settle for a longer term. I'm a non-smoker, down to earth and easy to get on with, tidy and respectful of others. I'm 39 but ageless in mind so can easily blend in anywhere. I'm sociable, love a good laugh and enjoy chatting, but not a party animal. I'm a mad keen gardener and currently looking after a number of plants, so I'm hoping you have a backyard?!? I'm fit and into martial arts, tai chi, swimming and run occasionally. I'm interested in natural health, love to cook and generally rest up with a good movie, music or a book. I work full time in the city and have a fairly busy schedule in evenings and weekends so I'm out a fair bit. I have a couple of bits of furniture , a queen bed, a comfy sofa-bed and coffee table, and decent kitchen accessories so looking for and unfurnished room and a place with some spare space if possible. I also have appliances including a fridge and washer, but can just as easily put these in storage or sell. I'm happy to meet up and have a chat if you think I'd fit in with your share home or I’m happy to team up for a new household. Hope to hear from you soon!
I believe that I'm friendly, tidy and quiet when the time requires it. I like chatting and meeting new people. Chatting about things that matter usually. I'm studying at Sydney uni social work and philosophy and I'm a writer. I like the gym and painting too.
Young, determined, good work ethic, not lazy, one is a clean freak, quiet couple, like to have fun, easy to get along with, easy to talk to and negotiate and reliable
Single, mature-minded, quiet, and respectful full-time IT professional and occasional music nerd with an intellectual/artistic bent. Seeking a private room in a quality environment in a transport-accessible part of Sydney. Location and dates flexible. Parking required.
I work full time (health) regular hours in Leichhardt and looking for a place to call home for minimum of 6 months (potentially >1year). I am often out, working, running or exercising, salsa dancing or socialising, so when I am at home I like to unwind in a tidy friendly relaxed environment. I love animals, so I am happy with places with or without cats or dogs. I have been house-sitting for family so I can be flexible with my move in date.
I work fulltime as a store manager in retail and in my spare time I like to go to art galleries or go exploring with my camera. I'm super down to earth and easy to get along with and I'm always up for an adventure or even just a beer. I'm obsessed with dogs and I will go out of my way to pat one haha
Tanetoa Webster & Mikiko Terasaki. Seeking a room for a couple between $300-400 AUD. New zealander and Japanese couple moving to Sydney. I have been offered a job in IT/japanese speaking role in the CBD and my girlfriend is lined up to finish a hospitality diploma while working part time. I don't know sydney that well and at this stage I'm open to any location that would allow a 30 minute (from door to door) commute to Kent street (my office is near the sydney wildlife Zoo end). Personality wise, we are both mature, sociable and enjoy having a healthy balanced lifestyle. Our hobbies include: cooking, exercise and spending time in nature (sun/parks/beaches ) , gardening and the occasional dvd. I have a job offer to work in Sydney but the 1st 2 weeks are in San Francisco at the headquarters of the company. After the 2 weeks I fly straight to Sydney and start working around July 17. Because I have to start working immediately I would prefer to have accommodations sorted before going. If accommodation fits my requirements and I can exchange some messages with the owner I would be open to paying $50 or so per week from now until I arrive in order to make a hold on the room. We are not party people and definitely want to live with other people who don't play loud music etc. Other notes: Bonus points for a location that has a fish shop nearby. Do not intend on buying a car. I have written "1 year" but we would definitely consider a location that was 5 months or longer especially if it was furnished. No drugs/smoking. Would like a location that has some form of outdoor area that gets sunlight. (balcony, courtyard, garden etc.) Would like a location that has an oven and a gas stove top. (Don't like using an electric one). Both perfectly fine with pets. especially cats. I am happy to give out information such as facebook profile or LinkenIn Profile via message so you can find out more about me or Mikiko.
Hi, I'm Sam :) I'm moving from Melbourne as I've accepted a job offer with Ambulance commencing in June - looking for a place in the interim for approx. 2-3 months until I know where I'm stationed. I'm very sociable and respectful, can maintain a clean house and adore pets/animals. In my spare time I enjoy playing video games, mountain bike riding and going for the odd surf (even though I'm not that great at it :p).

Both of us are 24 years old, half-German, half-American and have lived (both together and apart) in the USA, Indonesia, Germany, Wales and Portugal (in roughly that order), and are looking forward to adding Australia to that list. Sabrina is currently working on her Masters in business, and as a part of that, she will be doing an internship in human resources in Sydney.
