Hi! I'm a friendly, easy-going, quiet guy. Not a party animal (those days are past) - but I like music, podcasts and unwinding with Netflix or a movie. I've recently returned from 6 years overseas, and am looking to set myself up in Sydney. I'm currently looking for work and am likely to be starting study soon. I'm responsible, tidy(ish) and a half-decent cook.
Hi there, I'm looking at sharing a clean and cosy house with some nice, working people. I'm a very friendly and easy going girl. I work full time. I like to watch movies, read, drink wine and eat cheese :)
I've recently moved back to Sydney after living and working abroad the last few years. I'm a nurse and am studying a masters degree full-time. I'm self funded but also applying for some casual nursing work to fit in around the studies. I'm pretty easy going and like living with people who are happy to share a meal and a drink from time to time, but are also respectful of each others space.

Hi All! My name is Emily (but I prefer Em), and I'm about to finally fulfilling my lifelong dream of living in Sydney. I'll be working full time in the city, and will be looking for accommodation near by. I also study part-time online (Master of Economics). I'm pretty quiet, but I do enjoy a good chat over a beer or glass of wine. I like to crack jokes, but I can't guarantee that they'll be any good... I love all sports. I like to keep fit and healthy, and love to explore the outdoors. I'm very clean and tidy, especially in the communal areas. I'm a non-smoker. My party days are pretty much behind me, I'd much rather be curled up in bed reading a good book. I'm not just looking for a roof over my head, but a place I can really call home, and some new friends to share my experiences with. If I sound like your type of housemate, then I'd love to hear from you! I'm open to both existing households or teaming up with others to start a new house. Cheers! Em
A penchant for gin and most things involving alcohol, very laid back f/t working in hospitality. I enjoy keeping active, cooking, the outdoors and meeting new people from different cultures. I am a very easy going person with a sense of humour. Always up for being sociable or an outing but enjoy a quiet night in just as much, I also understand the importance of keeping common areas tidy and it is a view I appreciate in house-mates. I'm happy to help with any cooking/cleaning after meals as it's only fair when living in shared accommodation :) I'm financially stable and work quite a lot but luckily always have Sunday's off. I'm happy to provide any additional information if you are still wondering about me or can be contacted on the number provided if you would like to arrange an interview/opportunity to view the room. Look forward to hearing from you. Cheers, Kieran
I'm a professional, young, fun guy who has been living in Sydney for 21 years and living in shared houses for 2 years. I work full time in advertising and enjoy the fun things in life. I spend my weeknights usually cooking and relaxing after work. Whereas I spend my weekends usually out of the house or having some friends over for some drinks. I'd love to live with other neat, young professionals who share a passion for cooking and enjoy a drink or 2.
Hey :)! I am moving to Sydney in June to start a new role with the media company I work for. I am originally from Melbourne but have spent the last year in lovely Adelaide. I am easy-going and enjoy being able to have good chats with the people I live with, but also respect other people's space. For fun I love to check out gigs, go for runs and hikes and catch up with mates over meals or drinks.
I have mostly had long term flatmate relationships of 5-7 years and am still friends with them. Hopefully that says something about me as a flatmate. I work full time in the environment. If you happen to not believe in climate change - don't worry I am sure we can have some interesting conversations either about this, the best series on Netflix or who makes the best coffee in the Balmain/Rozelle/Lilyfield area. Yoga, running and hopefully soon, swimming are my past times of choice. I enjoy that old fashioned activity of going to the cinema. Music, a little bit of theatre and attending the various festivals that are on throughout the year in Sydney are common things I enjoy as well as the occasional dinner party. I like home to be fairly tidy and clean. I'd prefer to hire a cleaner than spend my precious free time cleaning. It helps the economy too. I am interested in starting a new house share with one to two others. I am not in a hurry to move and can move with 3 weeks notice. Price wise I'd be looking at places starting from $900 for two bedroom and $1200 for 3 bedroom. The place I am looking for would need to be within a 10-12 min walk of the intersection of Darling Street and Victoria Road - there are a surprising numbe of places in this range. Looking forward to meeting new and interesting people.
I'm working full time in the CBD. I currently am travelling from Wollongong everyday to work so I would love to move closer as soon as possible. Moving to the inner the west (Newtown) would be ideal but I'll be happy with anything. I'm an easy going person, fun and love to clean and cook! I'm very respectful of others privacy. :)
Hi! My name is Callan but I prefer my childhood nickname Nash (long story) and Im 21 years old. I work as a school learning support officer at Petersham and Nickleson Street (Balmain east) Public schools. Im away most of the week at work and prefer chilled weekends either with friends or on my own. Working with kids has tought me how to keep my suroundings neat. I'm married to a beautiful Canadian girl and we are currently living apart while I wait for my immigration papers. I am looking for a short term stay while I wait. I hope I can fit what you're looking for! Thanks for your time.
Clean, quite, have a lot of interests, in some many different areas of life, believe life is a great adventure with so much to discover and many opportunities.
I am very friendly, well organized and easy going female looking for a room to rent. The place should be pet and smoke free environment and clean as well. Walking distance from the train station. ALL BILLS INCLUDED.
Looking to move any time around mid July 2017. Looking for a house share situation not an apartment thanks. Hi I'm looking for an unfurnished room big enough for a queen bed. I have some other household things, happy to share or store under the house in boxes. Some of the things I need room for include a 2 seater couch, a push bike, 2 cd racks and a few plastic boxes of stuff. So depending on the space somethings could be stored in the bedroom and some in a lock up garage space or ideally a storage space. I am on a 7 day roster and work most weekends and some late shifts too. I have been sharing for over 20 years in Sydney and I respect people's space and know how to clean up after myself. I am not a party person - I like to live in a peaceful, tranquil environment. I'm a vego, non-smoker, respect your privacy, pay rent and all my bills on time, friendly and clean. Happy to cook a curry at home or a buy a take away and chat about life over a meal. I work in the cbd mostly 10.30-7pm; sometimes earlier sometimes later. It's most likely that you probably won't run into me that often because of my work hours. As I work outside of normal hours and most weekends, with days off mostly during the week I'm looking for a quiet household on a quiet street or cul-de-sac with minimal traffic noise etc. So if Meriton is building 7 thousand units next door to your place - it's probably not the place I'm looking for ... :) I don't drive but I do need good access to public transport. Also a dryer in the laundry would be handy for those washing days when it's raining all day... :) Please feel free to send me a message if you think you have a place for me. Cheers - Samantha.
Hi I am Shaun, I am 29 & work full time in the Hospitality industry. I do long hours during the week so on my days off I like to unwind meet up with friends & play sport. I love to stay active often going for runs in the morning & to the gym in the afternoon. I play squash once a week & love to catch up to watch my team the Essendon Bombers play in the AFL. I also appreciate good food & wine. Always keen to share a meal and a glass with housemates. Cleanliness is very important. I love to live in a clean and friendly environment :)
Hello there, me and my boyfriend (actually we are married but it's really hard for us to get used to this brand new idea :)), are planning to come to Sydney at the end of June. I am going to have a high degree at UOW Business School so I will be out at least 3 days of the week. For the rest of the days I'm planning to find a part time job. My boyfriend is going to work full time so though days are waiting for us I can say. We are both 26 yo. and graduated from reputable universities of İstanbul. We tried to live in a coastal city of Turkey this year but at the end we decided to do something greater for our living and suddenly our decision was to live in Sydney! We are easy going, understanding, fun-loving, tidy, respectful and eager to learn from different cultures. We are looking for a spacious room with a double bed. If it has its own bathroom it'd be awesome of course, but otherwise is also ok. I know a little bit about Sydney cause my sister is living there for 10 years, so I don't want to live in those neglected/distant suburbs. It would be nice if we can find a place near city centre, but if the house is in really good condition we can live in a place that is close to transportation options. Northern Sydney is also an option if it is close to train station. We are open to team ups but we cannot find a place from here, we can only join the house sharing. Thank you! :)
Hi, I am a full time analyst working in the film industry, in the city. I am an outgoing introvert, prefer quality talks and/or some quiet times for myself. I love food and traveling. I am looking for a studio/1 bed room, or ONE person to share in a home, no couple or family please. I am looking for a long-term home, 12months+, will consider to extend my stay if there's no big issues of the property. I like my place to be bring/sun filled, well circulated (window) and tidy, closed to public transport, with reasonable living spaces. Ideally it's timber floor or tile, but well maintained carpet is also considerable. No Smokers please. If you happen to have a property sounds like this, please contact me. I am not in a rush to move in, will consider to be put on the waiting list if it's a decent place. Thanks, Edie
Seeking a room for a couple Twin shared or private couple room either is fine. New zealander and Japanese couple moving to Sydney. I have been offered a job in IT/japanese speaking role in the CBD and my girlfriend is lined up to finish a hospitality diploma while working part time. I don't know sydney that well and at this stage I'm open to any location that would allow a 30 minute (from door to door) commute to Kent street (my office is near the corner of Kent st and Erskine Street). Personality wise, we are both mature, sociable and enjoy having a healthy balanced lifestyle. Our hobbies include: cooking, exercise and spending time in nature (sun/parks/beaches ) , gardening and the occasional dvd. I have a job offer to work in Sydney but the 1st 2 weeks are in San Francisco at the headquarters of the company. After the 2 weeks I fly straight to Sydney and start working around July 17. Because I have to start working immediately I would prefer to have accommodations sorted before going. Therefor I won't be able to do an inspection before moving in I will go by photos/videos and contact with the owner (ideally phone call). If accommodation fits my requirements and I can exchange some messages with the owner I would be open to paying $50 or so per week from now until I arrive in order to make a hold on the room. We are not party people other notes. Do not intend on buying a car. I have written "1 year" but we would definitely consider a location that was 5 months or longer especially if it was furnished. No drugs/smoking. Would like a location that has a gas stove top for cooking and a laundry (washing machine + dryer/outside place to hang clothes) Both perfectly fine with pets. especially cats. I am happy to give out information such as facebook profile or LinkenIn Profile via message so you can find out more about me or Mikiko.

Hi, I'm Jo. I work as a Disability Carer and Personal Assistant and am doing my Honours in Psychology. I'm looking for a long-term (12 months plus) peaceful, private and secure home for myself and my small (14 y.o, 3kg, (toilet trained and non-malting Maltese)) beloved dog, Meesh. Working as a therapy dog Meesh accompanies me to work, on a daily basis. In my free time, I love being outdoors, going to the beach, volunteering, catching up w family (I often go away on the weekends) and also friends. I also enjoy having quiet nights in watching a good flick. When time permits I enjoy spending time with others/ housemates but at the same time I value having time to myself. I'd love to find a peaceful, private and secure home which is filled w natural light, has a small outdoors area/ deck, basic internal laundry and private bathroom. A bath tub would be ideal! Home: I'm equally as passionate about caring for others, in my field of work, as I am caring for my 'home' well. Part of my job as an Assistant includes managing (incl general upkeep and coordinating maintenance) a Heritage listed family home in Hunters Hill, on a daily basis, which I throughly enjoy. So you can be assured that I would care for your home, well. Additional info: My dog has a huge heart for others and also loves cats and dogs. (She doesn't discriminate!) I'd love to hear from you if you know of something suitable. Thanks, Jo
