Seeking a room for a couple Twin shared or private couple room either is fine. New zealander and Japanese couple moving to Sydney. I work in IT company in the CBD and my girlfriend is lined up to finish a hospitality diploma while working part time. I don't know sydney that well and at this stage I'm open to any location that would allow a 40 minute (from door to door) commute to Kent street (my office is near the corner of Kent st and Erskine Street). Personality wise, we are both mature, sociable and enjoy having a healthy balanced lifestyle. Our hobbies include: cooking, exercise and spending time in nature (sun/parks/beaches ) , gardening and the occasional dvd. We are not party/noisy people. My office has showers so Monday to Friday I showered there before and after work which means no rush in the morning if we are sharing a bathroom. other notes. Do not intend on buying a car so parking space or garages are not necessary I have written "1 year" but we would definitely consider a location that was 3 months or longer especially if it was furnished. No drugs/smoking. Would like a location that has a gas stove top for cooking and a laundry (washing machine + dryer/outside place to hang clothes) Both perfectly fine with pets. especially cats. I am happy to give out information such as facebook profile or LinkenIn Profile via message so you can find out more about me or Mikiko.
Just moved to Sydney from France and looking to meet people. I don't just look for a place to live, I also would like to have great time with the people I would meet. I used to live in an apartment with 5 other people, we are all friends now. I spend most of my weekend doing climbing or running or any activities for fun and I'll be happy to share that with you. I also like to share a beer from time to time, but I stopped wasting my time with hangover weekends. I'll start working as a full-time in August 7th for 6 months. Please let me know if you would like to meet with me !
A little bit about me, I work full time as a ecommerce manager for a fashion brand and i am a keen foodie. I love to travel, i just came back this week for 3 1/2 weeks in europe seeing friends. I am moving into a new role in Pyrmont so looking for a place close by.
I am looking for somewhere fun to be for six months to enjoy Sydney life, but still have quiet time during the working week to kick goals at the office. I am a creative, piscetarian, I am a great cook, clean and tidy, and am a clear, honest communicator. Aiming for an unfurnished room a budget of $300-$350 per week rent. And I need a bit of space for occasional art making - if possible this would be a huge win.
Im Dan. 24 year old physiotherapist working in Balmain. Looking for something closer to work because I'm sick of commuting. I like to keep fit, cook, read and enjoy the occasional netflix binge. Hoping to find somewhere thats a home rather than a house where everyone is friendly and we can wind down after a day at work together with a drink from time to time. Enjoy the occasional meal together but also can respect each other's privacy. Not looking for a party house. Cheers!
Hi! A little bit about me... My name is Emma, I am 28, I am single, originally from the UK but have called Australia home for the last 9 years (Permanent Resident) I work full time in fashion for Parlour X in Paddington. I work hard and sometimes crazy hours! I travel a lot during the week too. So I like to relax and enjoy my days off by catching up friends, I love going to the beach, shopping (I am 100% addicted to shoes!), cooking, travelling near and far, and keeping fit! I am an easy going, friendly, considerate, fun loving girl (but definitely not a party girl!) who is always respectful of others privacy and space, and definitely house proud! I like to live somewhere nice and clean, and keep it that way. Looking for a person/people who enjoys a healthy lifestyle, keen to socialise maybe have dinner together, go for drinks on occasion or go to the beach, but not live in each others pockets - looking for a place to call home, and a flatmate/s who wants to make make friends, not just share space!(this is really important to me!)
Hey guys, I'm Mark. Own my own business and also work a second job so I'm always on the move. At times I'm away more than I'm at home, and when I'm home I'm usually working anyway, catching up with friends and/or keeping fit (motivation dependent ;p ). Looking for a base in Brisbane in a tidy share house with easy going housemates. I'm easy to get along with and respectful of others.
I'm a gentleman from Perth, been in Sydney for 6 months. I run a pretty intense business which keeps me quite busy and at work mostly, although am always up for a friendly chat when I'm around. Love sharing stories and experiences over dinner and wine/beer, but also love quiet time and can certainly respect others wishes of peace and no banter. Can cook some delicious food, like toasted sandwiches (the best ever) and am a fond lover of Mexican cuisine. I'm very clean and considerate.
Hi, I'm Liv, a 31 year old teacher from Sydney looking for a place to live in the Inner West. I'm clean and tidy, enjoy cooking and trying new recipes, which I am happy to share with anyone who is game. My weekends are fairly busy but during the week I am relatively quiet, although I enjoy a glass of wine and a chat, or getting into a good TV series. Please message me if you would like to know anything else.
I'm a Chef, working in the cbd area. Clean and quiet and easy going, friendly and bla bla bla bla etc..... need to move closer to work for convenience. Professional and work hard, long hours. Peace and quiet is extremely important. Enjoy sharing a convo and the occasional dinner or maybe an outing. Love pets. Don't have any though.
I am a 27 year old full time professional and part time student. Work rotating rosters , shift work and most weekends. About me, I'm gay, very easy going and social. Clean and tidy. Read alot, catch alot of live music when I can. Love to cook. Up for a drink and a yarn, though I respect privacy of everyone I live with. Hoping to find a decent sized room with a built in. Some kind of view would be a plus. And off street parking would be brilliant. My budget is pretty rigid so I won't be considering any place that costs more than the amount I've already STATED AS ABOVE. My plans are quite up in the air at the moment, I don't need to move from my current place until mid September so my 'Move in' date is quite vague and flexible.
My name is Jenna. I am returning to Sydney. My two Burmese cats and I are looking for a house in the Inner West. We prefer something with a garden, lots of light, and space. We are looking currently but are open to finding another person to secure one together. I am a professional and work normal hours during the week plus over-time hours. I'm also a student at Sydney uni. In spare time I enjoy red wine, cafes, swimming, walking, yoga and the markets. I am vegetarian but the cats are not. We enjoy a relaxed, friendly, clean atmosphere. If it sounds like we suit each other and would be interested in seeing some houses please get in touch.
Hi, **Please read my requirements before contacting me, thank you.** I am a full time analyst working in the film industry, in the city. I am an outgoing introvert, prefer quality talks and/or some quiet times for myself. I love food and traveling. I am looking for a studio/1br apartment/unit, or ONE person to share in a home, no couple or family please. I am looking for a long-term home, 12months+, will consider to extend my stay if there's no big issues of the property. I like my place to be bring/sun filled, well circulated (window) and tidy, closed to public transport, with reasonable living spaces, and x1 car park. Ideally it's timber floor or tile, but well maintained carpet is also considerable. No Smokers please. If you happen to have a property sounds like this, please drop me a line with your property link. Thanks, Edie
I work as a communications officer in Surrey Hills and love my job. My work / life balance is pretty spot on and I have many and varied interests. I like travel, Motorbikes, rock climbing, cheese, flipping (trampolining/parkour etc) and of course my playstation to name a few; there are many more. Also, Possibly a wizard. Hagrid is 18 years late but hey, a dude can dream. I am a bit house proud and value having a clean, tidy, warm and welcoming place to come home to. I'd love to team up with some equally interested and interesting people who want a home not a house. TEAMING UP INFO I'm pretty relaxed as to where this house is. I would like if possible to have a bit of a yard, possibly a garage or undercover area. I'd be looking to move in the next few months but again am relatively flexible with the dates. If any of this interests you and you'd like to meet up for a coffee and see if we'd make a good house team then please let me know. Cheers in advance, Casey
Hi,my name is Jonathan, originally from the UK (been here 15 years+) I work in a sales related role for a major VC manufacturer, like most people nowadays I put in long working hours (but I don't mind),a bit of interstate travel as well. Spare time socializing, watching sport,(Swans, footy, racing etc), spend a lot of my spare time winding up various friends kids because I am one myself (and then with any luck getting fed!) I have a good sense of humor(well I think I do!) laughter is crucial, live gigs, occasional theatre and tend to head back to Europe at least once a year to remind myself of how lucky I am to get a gig here in Australia.
Hi there, I'm a woman of a certain age who likes nice things. You know, nice wine, nice food, nice people, nice living spaces. That kind of thing. Nice is such a horrible word and would only get me four points in scrabble, but I think you catch my drift. I'm looking to find someone to live with who likes these things as much as I. Ideally 6-12 month lease. I have a dog so am looking for a place with a yard, I work full time, study law part time and am training for a marathon. In between all of that I thoroughly enjoy in equal parts wine, laughter and sleep. If we sound like a match then swipe right! Oh wait, wrong app. K
Hi all! I'm looking for a place I can call home. Having my own space and privacy is a big thing for me since I work long hours(day but mainly night shifts so I'm always coming home at different times so I need a place where that's not going to effect the people I'm living with) When I'm home I like to be relaxed and have peace. I'm neat, tidy and very respectful. I'm looking to move in asap xx
Grace & Matt, love good food, wine and to chat. Twenty-five and thirty, we don't like dirty. Would love a golden retriever, but if it doesn't happen we won't be a griever. We would love to share a place, preferably with car space. We have kitchenware, and other household items to share. This rhyme is pretty bad, but we think we are pretty rad.
Hi everyone! I am a 19 y-o student at Sydney Uni, and I moved from Spain to Sydney last semester for my degree. I am looking for a private room in shared accommodation close to Uni. I am a clean and quiet flatmate who likes to cook, read and go for strolls in the park, especially on the weekend!
Hey :) I like to think of myself as a pretty well balanced housemate. Im clean and tidy, but not a clean freak. Im friendly and social, but like my own space. Im quiet and respectful, but i know how to have fun. I dont drink, smoke, or have pets. Weekdays i work, play sport, cook, read and go to bed early. Weekends im out exploring. Some things I'm into: swimming, mountain biking, netball, reading, art, philosophy. My dealbreakers are: -pets (im allergic) -smoking -noise after 10 pm If you think I'd be a good fit, get in touch!
