Hi all, My name is bella, I'm 23 and am working full time in the TV industry and am looking to move closer to the city and reduce some travel time. I'm really easy going and as long as your clean and up for a glass of wine every now and then I'm happy. I can't cook so sorry but our lives will consist of lots of take out and left overs. I would be interested in a team up and trying to find a place and start off fresh in a new place. If you would be up for something like that definitely message me and we can go from there. Feel free to message me and we can have a chat and see what works! Thanks, bella
I am a (reasonably) young and vibrant woman with quite a bit of personality and a seemingly good sense of humour. I am looking for a transition apartment for a few months. I am a heritage consultant and have lived in Aus for 5 years. I offer to be respectful and tidy as well as prepare home cooked meals (if you don't mind rich french food!) and share a bottle of wine occasionally. I'm generally easy going and open minded so whether you like to have a chat at the end of the day or prefer privacy suits me. Get in touch to ask any questions!
Looking to move any time around mid April 2017. Hi I'm looking for an unfurnished room big enough for a queen bed. I have some other household things, happy to share or store under the house in boxes. Some of the things I need room for include a 2 seater couch, a push bike, 2 cd racks and a few plastic boxes of stuff. So depending on the space somethings could be stored in the bedroom and some in a lock up garage space or ideally a storage space. I also have a big tv - currently with former housemates if you need one in your lounge room and have a display unit for it to sit it on - we can retrieve it .... I am on a 7 day roster and work most weekends and some late shifts too. Sometimes I get 4 day breaks when I've worked 10 days in a row, I try to get away for those breaks usually to Queensland. I get about 7 weeks annual leave and I like to go overseas or up to Queensland to visit my family. I try to travel outside school holiday time - who wants to pay those inflated prices ?? ;) I have been sharing for over 20 years in Sydney and I respect people's space and know how to clean up after myself. I am not a party person - I like to live in a peaceful, tranquil environment. I'm a vego, non-smoker, respect your privacy, pay rent and all my bills on time, friendly and clean. Happy to cook a curry at home or a buy a take away and chat about life over a meal. I work in the cbd mostly 10.30-7pm; sometimes earlier sometimes later. It's most likely that you probably won't run into me that often because of my work hours. As I work outside of normal hours and most weekends, with days off mostly during the week I'm looking for a quiet household on a quiet street or cul-de-sac with minimal traffic noise etc. So if Meriton is building 7 thousand units next door to your place - it's probably not the place I'm looking for ... :) I don't drive but I do need good access to public transport. Also a dryer in the laundry would be handy for those washing days when it's raining all day... :) Please feel free to send me a message if you think you have a place for me. Cheers - Samantha.
Looking for a furnished place to move into ASAP for six months plus. Would prefer my own bathroom (or shared with one other). Non-smoker and would prefer to live with other non-smokers. Animal lover (especially cats) but not bringing any with me. Would prefer an all female flat, or a mix of girls and guys. I'm 27 years old, working in digital advertising full time and just finished my masters last year. I work in Pyrmont so ideally looking for something within walking distance or close to the light rail or a train station (would consider paying more if I could walk to work). I'm very chilled and sociable, but also like my downtime and respect other's space. I like quiet nights in watching a movie, drawing or learning a new language (I speak six). I also enjoy swimming and trying new cuisines. Bonuses include that I'm first aid certified and am also trained in mental health first aid as I used to be an RA, so I'm great if you need a shoulder to lean on. Things I appreciate in a flatmate are cleanliness, respectful in regard to noise levels and just generally friendly. I've lived in a variety of situations including on my own, in a number of flats with singles and with couples and in a dormitory. Happy to provide references from previous places if requested.
Hi, I'm Andy, 23 years, looking for a single room to occupy for 3 month. I work regular business hours during the week as a Software Engineer in the city. I work hard during the week but I'm always up for a chat and a relaxing beer in the afternoon. On my weekends I enjoy relaxing around the house, catching up with friends, or exploring around the city.
Hi! I'm Rodrigo but you can call me Rod. I just finished my Bachelor of Architecture and I'm looking forward to spending a year on a Working Holiday Visa in Australia. I'm a very friendly and chilled guy. I'm clean and tidy. I don't really like partying. I don't drink, smoke or do drugs. I'm very active and enjoy the outdoors and fitness.
I moved to sydney 6 months ago from Auckland, living in Balmain but want a change in a better house setup. Working for a tech company in sydney cbd, if I'm not working I'll be at the gym, out socialising or chilling at home. Want to live with people who have a good balance of both work and play. Also being new to the city means it's always good to meet new people.
I'm a university student from Hong Kong about to start my first year at the University of Sydney. Since I will be moving out for the first time, I'm eager to learn more about Sydney and definitely will spend some time exploring the city. I'm independent, know how to cook, and can clean up after myself. I enjoy getting to know people from various walks of life, and am open to new experiences. In my spare time, I enjoy reading and listening to music. I'm open to living with people with pets, LGBT+ people, and people of different ages.
I'm a 25 year old finishing off my second degree, looking for a home for my two cats and I somewhat close to the city. I'm pretty chilled and laid back, and tend to work late nights. I'm clean and considerate and quiet. I'm a bit of a bookworm and also fond of the odd night out. As I have two kitties, I would prefer somewhere pet friendly. They give great snuggles, I promise!
Hey there! I'm a 28 year old Systems Engineer formerly from California. I made a permanent move to Sydney a few years ago and have fallen in love with the Aussie lifestyle. In regards to work, I'm in the office mostly from 8-5pm, and will be on travel occasionally. I'm a social, friendly individual that is looking for a "home" like environment with my flatmate(s). In other words, I value my room and privacy, but would enjoy sharing the living and dining areas with the other(s). I consider myself very clean and always pick up after myself in common areas as well as contribute to shared chores and responsibilities. Some things I enjoy are CrossFit, cycling, sailing, DIY software and electronic projects, camping/backpacking, and generally talking to and meeting new people.
Easy to live with, clean, respectful and doesn't mind any kind of catch up with my room mate, a drink or a meal occasionally. I have a beautiful small rubber tree and a frangipani, in an ideal place, there's space for them. Most of the time I'm working, exercising or out with friends and evenings at home are usually time to chill out. :)
I'm an outgoing and fun person to be around! I would enjoy living with others who are looking for a friend and housemate all rolled into one. I'm an old soul and get along with people of all ages. I'm originally from country NSW and wouldn't mind finding housemates who have a love for the country as well as the city. I'm neat and tidy and would enjoy living with others who are the same. Would happily like to get out and explore Sydney with potential housemates but also respect the need for down time.
Hi there, I'm Sheridan - I work 9-5 doing sales and administration, and the rest of the time I write about music and skiing. I'm into swimming, socialising, seeing live music, skiing, travelling, drinking beer, writing and playing the piano, and I love meeting new people. I am clean and respectful of personal space, but also up for hanging out now and then.
Hi I'm Shannon. I have an engineering degree but changed to financial markets. I'm quiet and I enjoy bumping into flatmates at home but otherwise I keep to myself most of the time. I clean up after myself (especially in common areas). I'm trustworthy and never miss a bill. I like helping people, especially in areas I have experience in, such as: aerospace engineering, mathematics, algorithms, financial markets, derivatives pricing and trading, music history and theory, piano, strings and percussion.
I'm a mature male who is work focused, stable, clean and tidy. I'm a trainer and a coach, who gets along with a wide variety of people. I respect the people around me for who they are and what they stand for. I'm married and my wife and son are living overseas.
Hey, I'm James. I'm 27 and looking to move closer to the CBD after changing jobs. I work full time as a software engineer and love electronic dance music festivals, the gym, and game of thrones. I'm a very social person and love meeting new people over a beer, and also enjoy lonesome all-night programming sessions. I am looking for a cool group of flatmates that enjoy hanging out and inviting friends over occasionally, and also respect each other’s privacy and space. The usual traits like being tidy, open-minded, chilled, and considerate are all important to me. I prefer to prepare and eat my own meals, but don't mind the occasional night out or BBQ of course. I don't have any communal furniture to contribute though.
Originally from the UK, I work fulltime as an administrator in the CBD. I am an easygoing, clean, tidy housemate who is conscious of others' space but is equally happy to share a meal and a glass of wine every now and again. I keep myself busy most evenings by indulging in all things cultural, exercising and hanging out with my mates.
Hey there, i'm Carly and i'm a student at UTS studying communication. I'm a traveler, film enthusiast, love to bake and am often at music festivals. I'm working part time and will be looking for a room somewhere in the inner west close to a train line, light rail or buses. I'm house trained and sociable, and am often baking or cooking something interesting. I'm looking for something long term, so minimum must be 6 months. I'm ready to go with bond and rent money to move in ASAP. Looking around Leichhardt, Glebe, Erskinville, Stanmore, Petersham, Newtown, Enmore, Annandale etc. I have all my own furniture so need somewhere unfurnished.
I am from Colombia and i am studying in the university of Sydney. I am a respectful person that love to share good moments. i like to travel and play different sports
Location flexible: looking for a private room in a quality environment in most parts of Sydney. I'm a single, mature-minded, quiet, and respectful full-time IT professional and occasional music nerd with an intellectual/artistic bent. I like to work from home if that's acceptable to all in the household. Parking required.
I'm looking for my first semesters accommodation, I'm Currently studying at UTAS in Rozelle. I'm a part-time nurse. I'm a quiet person, I enjoy a glass of wine on the weekend and classic Kath and Kim Re-runs.
Mature professional seeks forever home with his lovely pooch Merlin - a 3.5yr old male Cavoodle. I'm fully house trained and very self sufficient. I love to cook when I get the chance and especially baking. So if your kitchen is up to it, there could be supply cakes and biscuits. While I enjoy watching movies and listening to music I don't make a lot of noise. I work in IT so happy to be your house nerd and come complete with a quality media collection and set-top box for playing it back. I travel a fair bit for work so when I'm not around I usually have someone look after Merlin. If you don't mind doing it yourself I'm more than happy to pay you back in duty-free and as many dog cuddles as you can handle. I do prefer a social house where we can share a glass of wine and a meal but obviously without living in each others hip pocket. I also like to keep fit with running and gym but I'm not a gym junkie! It's more to try and balance desk work and lack of control when it comes to pizza!
I will be studying Paramedicine. I enjoy socialising and meeting new people as well as enjoying a balance of down time. Looking for a place ideally before uni starts which is the 27th of Feb however can be a little after that! :) -Kat
Hi, I am looking for a studio (or one-bedder) or granny flat, furnished or semi-furnished. I would prefer something spacious. I am a very quiet, considerate and mature individual who values privacy and a peaceful environment. I am not a party person. I work at the Sydney Morning Herald. At the risk of sounding boring, I enjoy reading, cooking, meditating, yoga and swimming. I said I was quiet :)
My flatmate is moving in with his girlfriend so it's time to jump ship and find a new place to live. I'm looking to move in around late March/ around Easter but I'm flexible with dates. I'm fairly new to Sydney; 32, single and can cook a mean lasagne. I'm your run of the mill well behaved, relaxed, happy and considerate housemate who likes to share a drink and a chat as well make fun of people on the TV.
I'm Libby, I'm 25 and I'm currently studying post-grad psychology after having had a stint in marketing. I currently work 3 days at a psychology clinic. I really love to travel and try to get back to Europe once a year if I can, with a particular fondness for Scandinavia. I like to go to a gig or two occasionally but also have nights when I chill out at home with a glass of wine and Gilmore Girls. I'm pretty open-minded and respectful of others' privacy but ideally would love to be in a house which catches up occasionally for drinks or dinner.
We are fun, tidy people who love to chat, be active (Hiking, climbing, yoga and generally moving), cook and travel. I am doing my exchange here on scholarship, while Kenny has been living in Sydney since he is 5. We met when he did his exchange in Denmark and fell in love:). I study medical engineering and Kenny is finishing up his degree in marketing at Macquarie-teaching and playing piano on the side. Let me know if you have any further questions, Kind regards, Finja and Kenny

I'll be moving to Sydney on February 27 to study a master degree at the Sydney College of the Arts, which is why I'm looking for a nice place to live. I'm easygoing, clean and I can adapt to almost everything. I love learning new things and meeting new people.
SATAN, ...... nah just kidding but hope i got your attention.. no one's called me and I'm " sulking " so thought i'd try something different so read my blurb or your soul is at risk. Lots of smilee faces. I'm joking, seriously. I'm not even religious, jeez! so serious. LILYFIELD is my preferred location, the others are options lowering in importance the further they are away from LILYFIELD! Stupid site keeps listing Abbotsford first. Nope not first. Smilee face here. Would prefer to start a house share anew as I have a bit of furniture but open to existing ones. I'm an actor who works as a bush regenerator to pay the bills. Trying to quit smoking, badly, but NEVER smoke inside of near open doors/windows. Do not like bigotry of any kind and quite a lefty greenie who is into natural medicine (contradiction I know re smoker) but love science and modern medicine as well. Quantum physics fascinates and confuses me at the same time. Prefer one flat mate only and prefer female but open to any reasonable offer. Massive animal lover, all types right down to the smallest insect. Really want to stay in Lilyfield but the general area will be ok. Parking: don't need a secured space but do need reasonable street parking.

I'm financially secure House trained Respectful of space I like clean and tidy, please repeat this sentence. Plates left in the sink won't work for me. Hello! I'm currently looking for somewhere a bit bigger to live. I am interested in moving into an established house, or a team-up so we can find a new place together. I have lived out of home for a while and have a have a fair bit of furniture to bring to a share house if needed. My ideal housemates would be people who would be up for a chat and possibly a cheeky glass of wine, but also respect each other's private spaces. A little bit about me: I'm 24 and working full time as a speech pathologist. I play a lot of sport outside work, which keeps me fairly busy! I don't mind kicking back with a glass of wine for a chat after work, and enjoy the occasional shared dinner with housemates :)
Just looking to trial living in certain areas with a view to longer term rental. I'm somewhat flexible, reasonably reliable and, well, it's easier if we just talk on the phone about anything in more detail.
Hey everyone! I'm looking for a place from the 29th of jan, preferably with some respectable but fun people that I can make friends with! A bit of context - after growing up in Tassie and spending half of 2016 living in Melbourne, I decided I missed the ocean too much and found myself in Sydney in October! I'm 22, studying Graphic Design at Billy Blue College of Design and working part time in retail. My current lease ends on the 29th so I'd like to find something soon!! I've lived in two different sharehouses and consider myself a very respectful person who is considerate of others (clean, quiet when I need to be, reliable and responsible) but also have a fun side (love to go out, be social) and a fit and healthy side (play hockey, love going walking and running and the gym!). Because I've only just moved, I don't know a whole bunch of people, so I would ideally like to move into a place with some girls that I can make friends with 🤗 While I'd like a nice place, I realise I don't have the biggest budget. But if I find some nice people in a nice area I am very willing to stretch it! Thanks! 💕
