Sociable but respectful of other's privacy. French, working in tourism and loving the life in Sydney. I'm interested in lots of things : sport mainly, hikes, swim, art, cinema and boooks ! Not at all a party animal :-)
My partner Logan has recently got an apprenticeship with a large company in balmain, we have had to relocate for this job. I am currently a labourer working long hours. We need a place to rest our heads and cook our meals. We are not big partiers and prefer to keep mostly to ourselves. We are still friendly people though and don't mind a quiet drink and a chat.
I am 25 years old and working at anytime fitness. I live and breathe the gym and fitness. Don't party don't club no drugs no smoking just live healthy, train hard and work hard. On my nights off I enjoy Netflix and playing xbox with friends as I am a nerd at heart! I also love my car and my motorbike !

Hello, Elexis here, middle eastern, 26 year old gender fluid/gay, transfer student. I will be finishing my Bachelor Degree at Central Queensland University (Sydney). I am looking for accommodation that is affordable, LGBT friendly, clean and close to the University. I am very fond of skincare, make-up, arts, fashion and writing. I'm not looking for a party place, just a place where I can have my own space with humble and chill people, but I do like going out for occasional drinks or clubbing when I'm in the mood. I need a cozy, clean and tidy place, preferably a one bed room studio apartment, but don't mind a shared flat with roommates in a cozy apartment. I am very down-to-earth, clean, social respectful and easy to talk to. And I love meeting new people. Regards, Elexis
I'm a New Zealander in Sydney. I work in an IT company in the CBD. I don't know sydney that well and at this stage I'm open to any location that would allow a 45 minute (from door to door) commute to Kent street (my office is near the corner of Kent st and Erskine Street). Currently looking at somewhere off the train line on the north shore on a quiet street. So I can walk+bus to a train station and then catch a train to Wynyard. Personality wise, I am mature, sociable and very considerate (this is most important ) enjoy having a healthy balanced lifestyle. My hobbies include: cooking, exercise, Japanese language and spending time in nature (sun/parks/beaches ) , gardening. Weekends I like to sit in the sun/go to a beach/meet friends/go to gym. I am not a party/noisy person and i don't want to live with people who are. My NUMBER ONE priority is a place to sleep that is QUIET. Not located near a noisy street/shop/neighbour and also internal quiet - living with people who also value quiet in the evening from 9:30pm onwards. I am quite sociable and would like to live with people who i can chat with but need quiet for rest/sleep. My office has showers so Monday to Friday I sometimes shower there before and after work which means no rush in the morning if we are sharing a bathroom. I also have meals with my job so don't really use the kitchen in the evening, however i sometimes do a cooked breakfast. Other notes. Do not intend on buying a car so parking space or garages are not necessary. No drugs/smoking. Would like a location that has a quiet room, laundry (washing machine + dryer/outside place to hang clothes) and good outdoor space, with professional people. Perfectly fine with pets. especially cats. I am happy to give out information such as facebook profile or LinkenIn Profile via message so you can find out more about me. I can also provide a range of references in New Zealand.
I'm very easy going, respectful, tidy and clean. I really like sharing time with others and going into new places. About me: I'm from Uruguay and I arrived into Sydney a month and a half ago with a working holiday visa. Right now I'm working a to Sydney Tower but I'm also looking for something else. I'm planning to stay in Sydney maybe 3 more months and the start traveling around Australia.
Heya, Stewie and I are current house mates moving on from a share house and looking for something a bit newer and modern in the Inner West. We are no fuss low maintenance both working professionals looking for a a third person. Budget of $250-$300 a week, like our own space but won't say no to a Gnt and a good movie!
Hi! A little bit about me... My name is Emma, I am 28, I am single, originally from the UK but have called Australia home for the last 9 years (Permanent Resident) I work full time in fashion for Parlour X in Paddington. I work hard and sometimes crazy hours! I travel a lot during the week too. So I like to relax and enjoy my days off by catching up friends, I love going to the beach, shopping (I am 100% addicted to shoes!), cooking, travelling near and far, and keeping fit! I am an easy going, friendly, considerate, fun loving girl (but definitely not a party girl!) who is always respectful of others privacy and space, and definitely house proud! I like to live somewhere nice and clean, and keep it that way. Looking for a person/people who enjoys a healthy lifestyle, keen to socialise maybe have dinner together, go for drinks on occasion or go to the beach, but not live in each others pockets - looking for a place to call home, and a flatmate/s who wants to make make friends, not just share space!(this is really important to me!)
Hi my name is Toni, I work full time at a branding agency. During the week, both work and seeing friends keeps me busy (I have just finished studying so I am making up for lost time with them!) On the weekends I'm out most of the time, again either spending time catching up with friends or family (both locally & interstate). I love going out and dancing, trivia nights, exercise (just starting running at the beginning of the year and really loving it!), reading (anything but textbooks), going to Art Galleries and Museums, making things (why buy it when you can make it), cooking, gardening (succulents), as well as the occasional binge watch of a TV series. I'm looking to move into a house that is tidy, relaxed and sociable with the occasional shared meal or drink (either home or out). I also appreciate and respect personal space and time. I might note that I do get up early to go for a run a few times a week and occasionally work late or go out with friends after work - I'm really quiet you won't hear me, I promise! I'm flexible with the move date, as I need to find the right fit (both the place and people).
Quiet and tidy, My daily life consists of moccona freeze dried coffee 10 minute makeup rituals and working 11am-8pm Tuesday to Friday and 9-4 Saturdays I like youtubers low brow comedy and I think random interpretive dance is the most underused yet always effective form of comedy. I enjoy all animals ( mostly frenchies) although I'm not a pet mother as my work place doesn't deem fur babies a reason enough for maternity leave ( who do they think they are) I like beer, don't know much about wine, And I was imported from Brisbane July 2016 so I'm still getting to know the harbour city Sydney. Please let me live with you as my current roommate best friend and equally hilarious counterpart is leaving Australia to the land of Thai to persuit his Muay Thai career, abandoning me. Adopt a Krystal now! Housetrained! I have no friends in Sydney so no worry of random strangers in your house ever! Small can fit into tight spaces and tall enough to get things from the top shelf with use of a chair or other sturdy implement. gracias!
Im clean, respectful and social. Ive been living in share houses for 5 years + and have remained friends with all of my previous housemates. Im reliable with rent/bills. I like to live in a home and not just a room. I can cook and love to share a beer with my flatties but I also understand personal space and boundaries.
Hi my names Julia, I'm a fulltime student at Sydney College of The Arts. I am fresh out of home but was raised with impeccable housemate manners. I'm a lowkey neat freak that enjoys listening to jazz and making art.
Hey my name is Rene. I am very easy going. I work in Hospitality and mostly working nights during the weekend. I have a brown Labrador, her name is coco and she is down to earth as well. I would like to find a place with a backyard for her as well as something more quite in inner west.
Hi guys, my name is Boris and coming from Eastern Europe specific from Slovakia! I can describe my self as a tidy person, very green and environmentally aware one, have respect for other people's ways to live under one roof plus I'm easy going dude who does not mind a party once in a while. I love good quality music including heavier one as punk hard-core, metal etc, love going for a gigs when the circumstances allows it. Olso love antiques, old school art and enjoy to visit such shops, antique fairs whether museum or other exhibition places. Working as part time for Woolworth's Wollie Creek store and occasionally flyers distribution jobs but currently looking for a change of it all include accommodation right ;)
Hey, I'm currently working as a research scientist at a medical device company based in Leichhardt and looking for somewhere to live in the innerwest. I will be working full time and at the gym after work, so likely out of the house from 8:00-7:00. Ioften travel down to Wollongong on weekends to see my partner and visit my family. I have had great success on flatmates.com, spending the last 4 years in rentals during university and post-grad, making some great mates along the way. I like to live in a fairly simple and minimal environment that is easy to keep tidy, and have always found it easy to work with my housemate(s) to keep the whole unit clean. I usually keep to myself, unlikely to be bringing back parties of people or lounging around in the common areas all day and night, but also up for a beer/wine/pizza night or just a good chat. Always happy to share my social media accounts or any more information, just ask.
Looking to move any time around mid October 2017. Looking for a house share situation not an apartment thanks. Hi I'm looking for an unfurnished room big enough for a queen bed. I have some other household things, happy to share or store under the house in boxes. Some of the things I need room for include a 2 seater couch, a 5 shelf -6ft tall bookshelf, a push bike, 2 cd racks, a glass top dining table that stores flat and a few plastic boxes of stuff. So depending on the space some things could be stored in the bedroom and some in a lock up garage space or ideally a storage space. I am on a 7 day roster and work most weekends and some late shifts too. Looking for a place that has a dryer for those rainy days off when I have to do my laundry. I have been sharing for over 20 years in Sydney and I respect people's space and know how to clean up after myself. I am not a party person - I like to live in a peaceful, tranquil environment. I'm a vego, non-smoker, respect your privacy, pay rent and all my bills on time, friendly and clean. Happy to cook a curry at home or a buy a take away and chat about life over a meal. I work in the cbd mostly 10.30-7pm; sometimes earlier sometimes later. It's most likely that you probably won't run into me that often because of my work hours. As I work outside of normal hours and most weekends, with days off mostly during the week I'm looking for a quiet household on a quiet street or cul-de-sac with minimal traffic noise etc. So if Meriton is building 7 thousand units next door to your place - it's probably not the place I'm looking for ... :) I don't drive but I do need good access to public transport. Also a dryer in the laundry would be handy for those washing days when it's raining all day... :) Please feel free to send me a message if you think you have a place for me. Cheers - Samantha.
Hi, I work 4 days a week and study part time so you won't feel my presence. That said I'm easy to get along with and have shared with people for years so very respectful of others. I will be away most of the time except for a few days a week working from home and only staying a few there nights a week. Midweek I'll mostly be interstate. I just need a large room to have my study and bed. As I'm very busy any facilities like gym, pool, dryer would be great. I'd preferably like to share with just one other person. If this sounds like you let me know. Thanks Omar
I am moving from the UK on a years Working Holiday Visa. I currently work as a Biosciences Lab Technician at a University here, but as I will be on a WHV and travelling, I will most likely be working in admin or waitressing. I love cooking, baking, reading, dancing and exploring - I make a mean Sunday roast! You may also be guinea pigs for new baking ventures. . . Cozy nights in with a movie and ice cream are my favourite, but I'm not against the occasional night out. As someone who values time to herself, I understand when people need space but am also happy to join in with housemate activities. I am very clean and tidy and respect that others share certain spaces in the house. I arrive on the 21st September and after staying in a hostel for a week, I will be looking to move in on the 1st of October. I am pretty flexible on location, so long as its not further than 45 mins (by public transport) from the CBD as I want to stay close for my first year at least. I also need some where that is relaxed about visitors, in terms of I will have friends and family wanting to visit me. I will be fully responsible for them, they would stay in my room and cause no disruption to the house or other housemates. I am happy to discuss this if it is a possibility
I work fulltime as a store manager in retail and in my spare time I like to go to art galleries or go exploring with my camera. I'm super down to earth and easy to get along with and I'm always up for an adventure or even just a beer. I'm obsessed with dogs and I will go out of my way to pat one haha
