Hi everyone, My name is Ben, I'm 23, I recently moved back to Sydney after studying law in Canberra, and I'm currently working full-time in law in the city (usually between 8 am and 6.30/7 pm). I love watching the Rugby Union, nerding out about law (surprise), and trying to improve my cooking skills. I like to think that I'm also a sociable and affable person. My ideal housemates are happy to share communal dinners or to head to pub trivia during the week. I'm not a huge party person, but definitely keen for drinks with my flatmates. I’m an extroverted introvert so I give a lot of myself during the day and generally prefer to recharge in solace when I'm done - although I do love movie nights with flatmates. Finally, I'm also relatively active. I'd love to live with a few housemates that are keen to join me on a jog or at the gym during the week. I've lived in share houses previously in Canberra, where I was generally tidy and clean, although not neurotically so. Generally, I'm looking for a place with at least 6 months of the lease left, preferably with an option for an extension. I'd prefer unfurnished, and I'm really not fussed about shared bathrooms. Finally, I'm super flexible and happy to contribute to all and any bills. Reach out if you think I seem like a good match and I'll do my best to reply promptly! Thanks, Ben
We are a young couple who are laid-back and passionate about our work and study. Adrian is facilitating the future robot Armageddon and loss of all your jobs (he is an engineer in artificial intelligence) and Aly is completing her Masters in Primary Teaching at USYD in the hopes of raising future robot warriors. Adrian and I are quiet and like time to ourselves but also enjoy the occasional drink and are seeking flatmates who would like to socialise. Both of us love board game and card nights! We are clean and tidy, and strive to keep our current room and bathroom clean and well organised. We tidy up after ourselves in the common areas of our current house. We also love to cook! Adrian has two immediate family members who are chefs and we both take a lot of satisfaction in cooking. We are very close with our families and would occasionally like to host dinners and lunches for them. We're looking for somewhere with flatmates who are similar minded and easy to get along with. Send us a message if you think we would be a good fit. - LGBT+ friendly - Non-smokers - Makes excellent omelettes
Hi! I'm a 25 year old student at USYD, studying education and about to graduate, and I currently work part time. I'm originally from the Northern Beaches, but I want to move somewhere more central. I'm a clean, tidy and an easy going girl. I like my own space and respect others desire for that too, but I'd really like to find some other chill people to live with who get along and don't mind having a drink and hanging out every now and then:)

Hi, This is Chandrima, 26 year old. I am a PhD student at the Australian National University and will be finishing it soon. I am going to move to Sydney in the beginning of November this year as a research student in the University of Sydney. I am looking to rent a studio apartment/one bed room flat/ small house close to Sydney Central for myself, the budget being $350-450. I am clean, tidy and reliable (I have been living in a student accommodation in Canberra since 2016). I do not smoke and do not have pets. I also like gardening. So, if you have a garden and want someone to look after it, I am the ideal person ! Please feel free to send me messages if you want to know more. Thanks, Chandrima

Life is extraordinary & I’m grateful. Main Interests; Cooking and food Health and fitness Music Personal development Reading Socialising Sports Travel Important personal qualities; Kindness Consideration Compassion Respect Being an attentive listener Food sharing and furniture; I try to eat clean though it’s so hard nowadays with all the convenience at our finger tips. Home-cooked meal is the best and, on occasion, I enjoy sharing my food and would like to hear feedback. My current house is fully furnished. The plan is to sell it all before moving into a new place. That said, I don’t mind keeping some of it and bringing with me. Being neat & tidy is #1 rule as it's the first thing I would like to find out about a flatmate. Currently looking for a private room. Hope to hear from you ! Please note that I'm reasonably flexible about price providing that it's a good value for money. Thanks, Huss.
I’m on a WHV from Dublin, working full time in a cell centre Monday to Friday in the city. I work a lot of evenings so I'm like an old lady during the week. I spent most weekends going out for drinks and to gigs. Too often left feeling sorry for myself on a Sunday morning so those days usually consist of Uber eats and Netflix. I also smoke more than I should but I'm not an asshole so I will do it outside (or down the road if it's a non smoking property). I don't take life too seriously which is to be expected of a 21 year old. That said I'm still a very tidy person and respect people's privacy. It would be nice to live with like minded people of a similar age so that the place feels more like home rather than just a room. I like my down time but I'm not a hermit either, I'm always up for a chat if you'll indulge me. I sadly don't have any pets so living with a furry friend would be an added bonus.
Knows how to use a knife and fork. Fully vaccinated. Often found listening or playing music. Likes to travel. Friendly, tidey and respectable. Likes meeting and hanging with new people always.
