I am a Canadian who has just arrived on the Gold Coast for PhD studies at Griffith! I have also lived in Finland and Japan, so I am used to moving across the world! I'm down to earth, mild-tempered, and very easy to get along with. I would like to be social with my flatmate(s), but also need some space and privacy at times (that's the now Finnish part of me). When I have free time, you'll probably find me doing something related to sports or being in the sun. Looking for something initially until the end of the year. $220 with bills included is my absolute max. Looking to live near the uni or somewhere along the tram line. If you think you have a place for me, feel free to send me a message!
Hey!! This is Sanjay, single male, very young 35, currently living in Broadbeach. My flatmate is moving to Sydney unfortunately, so we are both moving out. I’m looking to move in to a similar apartment with a similar person on August 10th, for 4 months. I run my own business - Visionary Digital Studios. I’ll likely be working quite hard during the weekdays, so Im super low maintenance. Also a guitar player and in the gym/crossfit regularly so I’m in my own world on weekdays, but on the weekend I’ll be around and keen for a chat - I like living with housemates that are friends and enjoying life. You’re welcome to check out my Facebook or LinkedIn - there won’t be anything interesting! I’ve got plenty of experience in shared houses, and am quiet, super clean, easy going, positive attitude, barely watch TV and can provide references. If I sound like a good fit, perhaps we can have a quick chat on the phone and the organise an inspection? Thanks,Sanjay

I’m looking for a quiet, clean & safe environment to live in. I’m working as a beauty & massage therapist in Surfers & as a personal trainer & I study Aromatherapy in Burleigh. I’m looking for a quiet place to live as I need to study. My home is my sanctuary so cleanliness & safety are paramount. I don’t want to live in a party house with strangers coming & going & a sink always full of dishes. I’m looking for a beautiful home that is peaceful & calm & safe.
My rental lease finished on June 30 and I didn't renew it. PLEASE READ MY POST BEFORE REPLYING. I HAVE HAD REPLIES FROM OTHERS WITH ALTERNATE AGENDAS AND I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH THAT THEY ARE NOT OF INTEREST TO ME. I WILL KNOW IF MY POST HASN'T BEEN READ. So as not to complicate things, I just want to share a lease with one other similarly interested person. I'm young at heart, so no one should be too put off with sharing with an 'oldie' such as myself, but mature-aged would suit better. And someone looking for something permanent, as opposed to a short time-frame..... Trawling through everyone else's profiles is proving to be too much Russian roulette, as most are Early Bird and young! I have just discovered today why most posters are listed as Early Bird....As it's mostly 'furnished room', I can't comprehend why a poster would think that people should have no possessions.... I am sociable but at the same time I value my privacy very much, and my quiet time. I love animals and have a fat old fluffy cat. I'm ONLY interested in sharing with ONE other and I need a place with a lock up garage, according to my car's comprehensive insurance conditions. I love markets and garage sales, I really enjoy attending auctions too. I love a quiet read too and travel. I enjoy a laugh and do enjoy making others laugh. I pick up occasional work as a bond cleaner or teacher aide for now, as I am in a temporary lease share situation that isn't my ideal, so I want to get settled before I can start full time work, and not upset the rhythm of life any more than I already have for myself...and new workplace.
I am a student at Griffith University, studying a Bachelor of Criminology in first year. I also work at McDonald's. I am a clean person, and also very respectful of others needs and/or wants. I'd say that I am a considerate person and am also pretty independent. I do, however, enjoy social interaction with others and am quite an outgoing person. Above most else, I enjoy movies and TV shows, as well as Rugby League.
Please be advised that i do have an 8 year d chocolate lab, i have had here since she was 9 months old and she is family to me, please don’t contact unless you are willing to have us both ;) looking between biggera waters to Burleigh
Hello! My name is Sarah and I have recently moved to the Gold Coast for work. I work full-time in Southport and I would love to live close to the beach and to my work - so I am looking to live from Main Beach to Broadbeach. I am looking for an unfurnished room because I have my own furniture already. I am easy going, friendly, I like to keep shared common areas tidy and I am reliable. I like to go to the beach, keep active and healthy and hang out with friends and family in my spare time. I am up for a chat and a laugh with housemates and I am respectful of people's personal space.
I work full time, I have a online business and I study online. I am big on self development, feng shui and I like to take pride in my home. I am tidy, clean and organised. I like my space to do my own thing but I am also friendly and enjoy socialising. Definitely want to give people more of my time once I can quit my full time job. I don't watch tv but I do like to read. I do like creating a peaceful environment. I don't have any pets and I am single. Would prefer to live with other single people.
Charlotte, 24 years, from Norway, and studying my master degree at Griffith University. I`m easy to get along with, clean and tidy. I like to be social, make some dinner together or watch a movie together, but I also value privacy. Prefer that the property is close to the tram. During the week I spend a lot of time at uni and in my spare time, I like to hang out with friends, go out for drinks, Netflix, and gym. Send me a message. Looking forward to hearing from you.
Pineapple on pizza is essential. Sorry, just had to get that out of the way first 😂 Prefer living with other conservative gay guys who work early mornings. Looking to move closer to work. I'm employed at an awesome little coffee roastery in Southport as the Head Roaster. I'm more of a controlled chaos kind of person when it comes to my personal space, but happy to keep communal areas clean and tidy. Tend to keep to myself at home as the day at work is loud and energetic. Pretty much 9 to 10 hours of hard labour every day 😅 Home is my chill out zone. My fortress of solitude so to speak. Weekends are mostly spent at home enjoying sleep ins, Netflix/Amazon/Foxtel binges, gaming on my laptop, the occasional cheeky Gin and Tonic (top shelf only 😅), trips to Gold Class and coffee crawls. Once a month I take a trip to Lismore to visit the family. My must haves for my new place are: - A space for my car and motorbike - No Smoking 🚭🚭🚭 - All bills included in rental price - Gay friendly Bonus points if you have fur children and a refrigerator with an ice dispenser 👌 😅 References available on request.
