Hi! I'm a 27 year old American-Aussie (dual citizen) who recently moved to Sydney from New York, NY. Recently finished a global travel stint and just started a new job. I would ideally like to find somewhere already furnished available end of October and I would prefer to live with other people as I'm new to the city and would love to use this as an opportunity to meet new people. Let me know if you have somewhere for me! I love trying new things. I'm very into outdoor activities (hiking, etc), adventuring, and swimming/beach when it's warm (probably a given for most people in Sydney, but you never know). Also a big movie, TV, and comedy nerd. If you liked (or better yet, loved) 30 Rock, that's a great start. I think it's important for roommates to be considerate and thoughtful. I am someone who treats others as they would want to be treated and also recognises that I share a living space. I also am new to the city so would love to live with flatmate(s) who are open to making new friends if we click! Also - I like to feel safe and comfortable in my home environment. I think it's super important to communicate with your flatmate(s) about things rather than let things fall by the wayside (or become passive aggressive/uncomfortable). I no longer like to bring the party home. Happy to host people and have get togethers though - But I would prefer to live with people who don't view their apartment/house as a party place.
I am from Argentina, going to Australia with a friend with a W&H visa. We are looking for a room in a shared apartment in Mnaly or Bondi beach. We are both very clean, tidy and easy going. We love meeting new people and doing sports and outdoor activities.
Hi there, I'm Apple and I moved here from London in January. Currently living in Manly and this is where I want to stay! I'm 27 years old and work in TV/ Media. I'm super sociable and love to try new things but also very happy to relax in front of the TV with a glass of wine. Fully housetrained.
I'm super clean and tidy, highly empathic and love sports. I like the sea and all the activities it has to offer, including scuba diving, free diving and surfing. I come from Estonia and work full-time in Manly. Not looking for a party house.
Hi All I work for a Relocations Company specialising in assisting Filipino Chefs coming into the country on 457 visas. Our service provides 4 weeks accommodation on their arrival which we pay for them up front. After this time they will either find their own accommodation or you can negotiate with them to stay longer term although you are under no obligation to do so. Accommodation should be fully inclusive of bills, ideally including WIFI and candidates can pay a cash bond equal to 2 weeks on arrival day. We look for single and twin occupancy rooms (no bunk beds) We meet and great at the airport, bring them to their accommodation and also provide a cultural settlement program including travel card, cultural seminar about life in Australia as well as ensuring they have bank account, TFN and super set up. Filipinos are known for having excellent English language skills, being very respectful and also hard working. Locations are varied as they are dependent on their employment location. Most candidates do not drive so accommodation must be within easy reach of reliable public transport that runs later at night due to nature of chef hours or be within walking distance to their place of work. We now have visas lodged for the following locations: *Wollongong x 3 *Cessnock x 1 Couple *Gregory Hills x 2 *Cronulla x 2 *Manly x 2 *Kirrawee x 4 *Gymea x 3 *Swansea x 1 *Coffs Harbour x 2 *North Melbourne x 1 We now have the following visas APPROVED and are planning deployment to Australia: Mona Vale - looking for twin share room for 2 females - arriving Saturday 14th October Please note: we are unable to commit to a move in date until the visa has been approved. Hi! I'm a 32 year old girl from Sweden, I am studying here in Sydney. I am friendly and tidy, I like to socialise with friends and new people, as well as relaxing at home, watching a movie or reading a book. I like to be outdoors, going for long walks, running sometimes, yoga, going to cafes, restaurants and bars, and hanging out by the beach. I am positive and friendly, and get along with most people. I keep my things tidy and I clean after myself. I don't smoke, don't play any loud music.
I'm very easygoing and easy to get along with. I'm social and down for a debrief over drinks but also like my own space. I'm respectful and clean, confining my mess to my own room. I enjoy having people over for dinner but am not looking for a party house as I work full time and some weekends. My dog is small, non shedding and sleeps most of the day, but he enjoys company and doesn't deal well with being locked outside if someone is home so dog lover roommates are a must.
Hi there, I'm an English guy who came to Australia in Sep 2014 travelling and have ended up becoming a permanent resident! I really love living near the sea and being outdoors. I'm laid back and easygoing and like to get on with everyone. I'm respectful of people's space and clean up after myself and am quiet in the morning and evening so not to disturb anyone. I work in marketing and enjoy chilling out after work with a nice meal, a good tv series, chat or a book. At weekends I like to surf (terribly), go for walks or explore somewhere new. Any questions please feel free to ask away :) Cheers, James

Hello, Tom and I are relocating to Sydney so I can pursue my dream job as an environmental engineer. I've landed a job with a local council within the Sydney region and need to make our move from Melbourne by November/December. Tom will continue his studies in civil engineering, and also work part time. We are both neat and tidy people and easy to get along with. We will both be working/studying and will therefore be out for most of the day. We are pretty relaxed and enjoy a quiet night in, but also love catching up with friends over a couple of drinks.
Hi All, We hope you are well. Jonathan and I have just relocated after living in London for 2 years, we have now come to Sydney to soak up the sunshine and meet new people and enjoy the Sydney lifestyle with like minded people. We are looking for a buddy up of either a couple of a single person so we can get a nice house to share with us and our pet cat Ralph. Jonathan and I like cooking and having dinners together with our flats mates and friends and enjoy a good wine and beer also after a hard days work and are looking for like minded people who are easy going and would want to join in with us from time to time as well. Our home is important to us and we always want that homely feeling where we can all enjoy a good chat or chill out on Netflix. We also have a small well mannered cat who likes to go outside and is up for a good pat. Ideally we are looking for animal lovers who love cats. If you are interested in buddying up with us, give me a call today my number
