I'm coming in a work and holiday visa to work at a restaurant on Balmoral Beach, the dream is to be a chef. I'm a private person but social as well when needed. I pay up on time, I'm clean and tidy and i play the piano and violin if you have either one. Chill to hang out with, not someone who would be up in your business. I would probably be at work most of the time so you will barely see me and I'm not a loud person so you will not have to worry about that. I'd like to help out with any house chores to be shared and I'm a good person to have a conversation with.
Sandra, I, is a 152 cm girl from Sweden who is happy, positive and laughfull with great energy. I been living in Australia for 7 months now and I really do love it! So I'll be here another year. Love hanging out at the beach, socializing and travel. Well, with shorter words: just having fun! I'm fairly laid back, easy going and cool who loves to keep myself active. I keep the place fairly clean and I'm respectful of others. I would love to live in a social flat, not only people to live with but also to be friends with. Keen to go out for dinner and drinks as a group occasionally or just having a chill night at our place. Don't mind to have family and friends over. At the same time I respect others privacy and down time.
Friendly, clean* and organized*. (*Looking for the same) I need it to keep under 200$ for now, i just have casual job in the morning. Contact me only on flatmates please or Text message. Thank you.

Hi! I’m Siobhan, run 5 businesses and also studying my bachelor of science majoring in nutritional medicine. I’m a life coach working with many clients I present workshops and seminars and I run some online businesses plus another in Brisbane. I’m moving to Sydney to work closely within my coaching company and looking for a relaxed situation where I have quiet time in evenings. I’m very busy and will be in My company’s office in Brookvale, Monday to Friday or at uni 9-5 or so, I’m usually working evening on webinars or with clients so would be in my room at my desk or I’m out doing activities. Two weekends a month I’ll be flying back to Brisbane as I present coaching workshops and seminars so I really wouldn’t be around a lot. In saying that I’d like lovely people to live with who can have a chat those nights I’m off. Clean and tidy living space is a must i Currently have my own place here in Brisbane and clean up almost daily ha! I’ll be moving with my small inside dog lion who’s the cutest sweetest little boy and quiet he’ll always be with me or happily chills at home when I go out. The weekends I fly home he’ll either come with me or I’ll drop him to a pet sitter or a friend. I’m looking to stay a minimum of 5 months to the end of November but possibly will be there until end of May 2019. Even if just available until end November that’s fine as I should be in Bali the month of December. I enjoy yoga, run health retreats on the Gold Coast, dancing, karaoke, business and creating wealth, the BEACH 🏖, LIFE, and people!! I’m looking for a cheap space as I really won’t be there much and have my house here to cover too! Prefer room furnished as I’ll leave my room here and just bring down my desk and work stuff and clothes mainly with some kitchenware and would love the bills to be inclusive OR total I’d spend per week to be max $250 incl bills wifi is negotiable I have my adsl here I may be able to bring there I’m in a contract with Telstra so haven’t quite figured that out yet! 🤪 hope to hear from you 💜
Hey I am looking for a few friendly, respectful and working/studying people to team up to rent a sharehouse or join existing lease. About me: I am working a computer programmer, coming to Sydney for work. So it would be nice to team up with some IT students or professionals. I am a hard worker, but don't mind to socialise from time to time. I don't smoke and hardly ever (once-twice per year) drink any alcohol. I am a clean, reliable, easy going person and respect others' privacy. I enjoy hiking and bush-walking as well as conversations with a cup of tea :-) Feel free to contact me if you keen to team up or have a spare room. I am looking for short term stay(a week or two) now as I am not sure about which job offer I'll accept. So any location within 40 km from Sydney CBD suits me now.
Hey my name is Bec, 30 yr old Australian. I grew up in Sydney but spent most of my 20's travelling and living elsewhere in Oz and o/s. I'm studying full time at Macquarie Uni and work casually / part-time doing alternative therapy. I'm well trained in share house living and am a self-aware, considerate house mate. I'm a friendly, bubbly person who enjoys good conversation and learning new things. I definitely do my own thing and value my space and privacy, but would like to live with people I can also hang out and have a few laughs with over a wine or a meal now and then. I am generally quite active and enjoy getting outdoors to explore, go hiking, hit the beach or the baths, have picnics, go running, do yoga and am always up for a dance at a live gig. My background is in hospitality and am quite a foodie so enjoy cooking and trying new wine. I'm a bit of a bookworm these days with uni and am busy with study during the week.
I am from Maui, Hawaii and have been living in Queenscliff, Manly for a year and a half now. I am looking for a place closer to the corso to get from school and work. I am a neat and organised person, who cleans up after myself. I work Monday to Friday, off on the weekend. I like to keep to myself and respect other people’s privacy. Preferably looking for a place where the bills are included in the rent.
Hi, I'm 30 years old looking for a room in Manly. I'm studying during the morning and working in the afternoon. I like to do sports(surf, running, yoga in the morning...) About me at home; I'm easy going,I like cook and I am silent and I like to keep my house neat and tidy. Cheers. Juan

I am a lawyer and Grant is a recruiter. We both work full time in the city, so something close to the ferry would be ideal. We are both pretty relaxed people who enjoy a beer or two in our spare time, going for a surf and keeping fit. Looking for share places whether that be a huge place or just with one other people.
