Your dream tenant! A mature, responsible, non-smoking, quiet, tidy professional lady with a full-time job and healthy habits. Things I do for fun: adventure travel, rockabilly dancing and astrophotography. I am looking for shared accommodation in Northern Beaches / Lower North Shore / Chatswood rail line (with good public transport to CBD) for a few months as a transition to a possible move interstate, pending a promotion. I prefer to share with a single person or a couple only, with a bathroom for my exclusive use. A lock-up garage would be ideal, as I have some furniture and boxes that I will need to store (plus my bicycle, which I use regularly). I have a small car and I don't mind keeping it on the street, as long as there is unrestricted parking generally available close by. If you have a room that fits this description, I look forward to hearing from you :)
hi! i’m Uni and indonesian. i’ve been lived in australia for 3 years. i’m leaving my previous house and need a new home for me this 30th January. i’m working here in Sydney as a part time chef. would love to have some beer or wine after work or on my day off. or spending time at the beach. looking for somewhere that close to Manly, as i work in Manly. my budget max $300pw, and a private bedroom. so if you have one, you can give me a ring please! thank you so much. cheers.
Hey! I'm a 22 year old event coordinator working full time in the city. Absolutely love the Northern Beaches so would rather make the commute each day than moving over that way. During the week after work I tend to have chilled evenings, however most weekends I'm out socialising with friends. I'm coming from managing a rental of a 5 bedroom house, which was a lot of work. So just looking at being able to make myself at home in a 2 or 3 bedroom place with some friendly housemates. I'm super clean, reliable and have always paid my rent on time. Ideally looking to find a place close to a main bus stop direct to the city & I have a car, so parking is important
I'm moving to Sydney from Melbourne, and what makes me awesome to live with is that I've done the sharehouse thing before, and I'm housetrained. During my previous stay in Sydney I helped to launch FBI radio, worked at an indie record store, and built websites for a living. I'm looking forward to spending time at the beach, hiking, and finding the best mocha in town. I'm looking for either a granny flat type space, or sharing with creative folk who get the need to escape from The Grey Cubicle Of Work. Whilst I'm a student looking for work, there are no issues paying rent/expenses, as I'm renting out my 2BR apt in melbourne. I'm a very stable, thoughtful flatmate who is considerate of others, seeking same.
we are a couple that studies and works, we try to share a house with people calm, friendly and clean. on the days off we like to meet different places, eat out and be with friends.
Hi! I'm a 19 year old student who will be undertaking medical science and international relations this year at UTS. I will continue working part time as a nanny and swim teacher. I have grown up on the upper northern beaches and am wanting to move further down to make the commute easier. I'm friendly, easy going and tidy. I live a pretty active and busy lifestyle so I'm out and about most of the time. I'm keen on living in manly area so that I'll be able to take the ferry.
I am just a easy going person to live with. I like to be organised and keep the room, house , kitchen, bathroom clean and tidy. Give and respect each other privacy If you find that you could share the house with me , just give me a text or phone call . Thanks Jo
Hi, My name is Le and I’m moving to Sydney to work at Hornsby Hospital. I moved out of home when I was 17 so have lived in many different houseshares with different people. I’m clean, considerate, and sociable. In my free time I love working out, going out for brunch, finding good coffee, and hanging out with friends.
Hi, I am french, 26yo, working within the hospitality industry. I am active, quiet but always love a bit of a chat, very tidy, love sport (I often go a lot of early morning running), love cooking, vegetarian (but not crazy about it!), non-smoker.
My name is Yoann Destremau. I'm a 30 year old from France, Lyon. I just arrived in Sydney at the end of october, and am here with a working holiday visa, already working full time as a bike mechanic in Manly Bike Tour I have lived with housemates for the past 7 years which I have thoroughly enjoyed. I find pleasure in spending time with my roomates (lunch, glass of wine, cooking, etc.) To describe myself I would say that I am first and foremost a great fan of bikes. I've traveled by bike throughout all of Europe (more than 14 000 km). I brought my bike with me from France and my plan is to return to France by bike by crossing all of Asia. But before that, I intend to stay one year in Sydney, discovering the city and enjoying the qualities of life. My other hobbies include theater, playing chess, sport, climbing, going to the beach, socialising, etc. And of course, because I am working, I prefer to have quiet evenings. I am very tidy, I don't smoke, I don't own any pets.. Yoann.
Hi there! Im a quiet, respectful and friendly person who pays his bills on time! Im into running and healthy eating and the occasional glass of red. Im looking to move into a quiet place with a person who has a similar outlook.😊
Hi, I’m Chisato from Japan. I’ve just moved to Sydney from Melbourne and am currently studying childhood education and care to be childcare worker. I like spending time outdoors such as scuba diving, hiking, camping on weekend or holiday. I’m looking for a place to live long in the suburbs. I’m very tidy, clean, mature, social and respect other people. If you have a available private room, I’d like you to text me. Thank you
Hi, I'm looking for a great new place to move into! I keep pretty busy working two jobs and living a generally pretty active lifestyle. I'm a respectful, friendly, easygoing housemate who keeps things tidy. Please let me know if you have anything available.
I’ve lived in share houses for many years and I’m quiet, clean, respectful of privacy but also social and like to chat over a glass of wine. I work full time in charity. I love the ocean, swimming, running and tennis.
I just moved back home to Australia after nearly 5 years abroad. After I finished university I took off to Canada and have been living between there and Europe and travelling since then. I am currently living with family, but am looking to move out by the end of the month. I have lived in many share-houses (and even share-rooms) over the years so I know what it means to be a good roomie. I am a friendly, easy-going guy that's up for a beer or to share a meal when I am around, but like some alone time too and respect other peoples' privacy. I am very clean and organized myself, but living with a variety of flatmates has led me to become tolerant to others' messes, so as long as the kitchen isn't a bomb site I'm cool. Honestly, one of my philosophies is that a healthy home-life is a pivotal part of a happy life and some of my past flatmates have become some of my best friends, so, ideally, I would love to find a house with people I get along with and can become friends with rather than just people I live with. I bartend in Manly full-time and don't have a car right now so I am ideally looking for something walking distance from Manly or at least on a bus route. I usually work around 40-45h/week, so I won't be home a lot. I usually finish fairly early for a bartender, so it won't be common for me to be coming in too late at night, but, in the rare occasion I do, I am quiet as a mouse and won't disturb a soul. This ended up being longer than I intended it to be, but if you've made it this far and I sound like someone you'd like to share your space with then shoot me a message.
Hi! My name's Dani - I'm coming to Sydney from Boston, MA on a Working Holiday Visa, hoping to travel, teach/do yoga, and learn to surf :) I think I'm a great roommate because I'm organized, clean, respectful, fun, active, and I enjoy meeting new people.
We are an easy couple. Love to do fun things outdoors, cooking and exploring new food and wine. I am a kiwi, Fede is Italian. We like to have our own time, but also love playing card games. Hard working and tidy
Hi guys. My boyfriend Adam and I (Lydia) are looking to rent a room, we have our own room furniture. We both work full time and like to keep active. Love being by the ocean, outdoor activities, camping trips and have traveled a lot! Like to go out with friends and family a lot yet also appreciate a chilled movie night in. We are clean tidy and respectful of people’s own space. It would be really nice to live with people who make us feel at home and we can also have a laugh with - Please send me a message and we can discuss more!
I work full time as an electrician on the northern beaches. As im relatively new to Sydney I enjoy spending my weekends away exploring what Australia has to offer. I'm currently about to start some out of work courses to further my skill set so I'm looking for a quiet and clean new living space where I can relax and recoup. Please ask for any current landlord / housemate references.
I'm Khoi from America. 30 years living in the same area, I'm ready for a change. I've had Sydney in my sights since I was little. Plan to come to Sydney for a short term (3 months) to see if I like it and then decide if I want to stay for longer. Looking for a nice place to stay for the duration. A little about me. I'm a interaction designer by trade, but it's not what I want to be doing the rest of my life. I'm currently working hard on making my side hustle my main gig someday. I'm clean and tidy and always pay my bills on time and in full. Easy going, enjoy reading books. I can be social, but also like to keep to myself. I enjoy wine and whiskey, being active and traveling to new places.
