Hi, I’m looking for a small rental property for myself, will consider a share arrangement with one other.... I am a 50 year old male recently settled in Cairns moving here from Western Australia. I am a quite person, friendly and helpful. I am currently renting a small studio apartment which isn’t too bad but something a little larger would be ideal. My rental term ends in July so something available from mid June would be good. I’m not overly fussy about the location I am at present living in Manunda and travel to Edmonton for work. Anywhere considered. I was thinking along the lines of a granny flat type setup or something similar to a studio with a little more room. It doesn’t have to be furnished maybe partly furnished as I have some of my own and can purchase what I don’t have. I don’t mind being around a family, single or couple owned environment as long as I have separate access and privacy. I would also consider sharing with one other person, preferably a female. I am not adverse to Children and Animals and would at some stage like to get a cat, you having one or two pets would be acceptable to me. I envisage a long term rental however would like to start off on a six month lease to ensure all are happy with each other. I can provide excellent rental referees if required and proof of employment. Please feel free to contact me at reasonable hours, I work during the day so I am not always able to answer the phone, if you leave a message I will call back. Alternatively send brief txt Regards Stephen p.s I'm also a good handyman to have around.
Hey Guys! I'm a friendly 20 year old Australian Girl looking for a friendly share house close to Cairns CBD. I'm respectful, tidy and clean. Looking for a place with all bills included around $150 per week. Please get in contact if you have something suitable :)
I'm Lisa, 28, originally from Germany and I'm studying at Tafe and working full-time in Edge Hill at the moment. I'm a pretty chilled housemate, very clean and hardly home as I'm quite busy with work and study. Spent most of my free time fishing but don't mind a beer and a good chat either. I got my own furniture which I would love to take with me and I'm looking for a long-term stay.
I'm looking for a long-term housemate who I can be great friends with and of course someone who is reliable with rent and bills, tidy and respectful. I'm tidy, respectful and easy to get along with. I currently live in Edmonton but would like to move closer to town to be closer to work and save my social life! I'm an outgoing and social chick. I go out almost every weekend and sometimes have drink-ups at home, but not crazy ones. I'm pretty chill during the weekdays as I work full time as a Lawyer. I train every day and eat healthily so I'm a pretty good influence in that way. Although a wine, movies and cheese night is inevitable! I only have a fridge and a TV and my bedroom stuff right now (as I currently live in a fully furnished house) but I'm happy to get brand new living and dining furniture as soon as we find a place, so we'd be all set and have new things! I will need help to buy kitchen stuff tho! I'm looking for a 2 bedroom unit close to town. I currently rent in Edmonton but I can move out after 27 May 2017. I'm not really in a rush, my priority is to find the perfect housemate for me!
We are a quiet, friendly couple from England and Ireland. We have travelled the last 8 months and are here to save money before travelling around Australia. We are both full time employed at a local cafe and just need somewhere to relax in the evening, socialise and enjoy the lovely city.
My name is Miranda and I am a 21 year old Canadian girl on the last bit of my working holiday visa here in Australia:) I have previously been working full time and living in a sharehouse in Melbourne (references available). I am tidy, respectful and friendly. I will be working full time and on my days off exploring the city and scuba diving as much as I can! Thank you in advance :)
Hey myself and my boyfriend would love to move in with you. We have a 11 year old border collie who is an inside dog. He loves other dogs (not a puppy fan but does not harm anyone) and cats and loves his humans. I would love to hear from you We always pay rent on time
A very easy going, laid back and friendly couple from England. We enjoy socialising and are used to living with others. We are tidy, respectful and happy to do our share of the chores. We will be working full time and therefore looking for somewhere to come home and relax. We have spent the last 3 months backpacking around South East Asia and now intend to spend the next year exploring the sights of Australia. Before we head off down the east coast we are planning on working in Cairns for 1-2 months in order to top up our travel funds to be able to make the most of our time in Australia. Although we do not yet have jobs lined up, we do already have a good amount of money saved so paying rent will never be a problem. Please feel free to contact us for any more info :)

Hi, my name is Michael and I'm from England. Recently just arrived in cairns for the second time. Looking for a place to live as Im working in a bar full time. Extremely respectful and reliable. Will always clean up after myself and easy to talk to. Thanks.
I would like to live at a clean place and share mates are tidy and responsible for themselves. It would be great to have some conversations and jokes or drinks together after work but not party all the time or have friends all the time in the house.... need some privacy and time to rest. I am pretty easy going and like to travel. I will stay here for at least one more year or even three years to work full time job.

I work in hospitality, so my schedule can be a bit erratic. But I'm clean, pay bills on time and I'm a great cook and bartender! Im laid back, enjoy my quiet time and chilling, but also the odd drink on my days off. I'm also new to Cairns, so I'm keen to get out and explore what the area has to offer. I also enjoy camping, fishing and diving/snorkeling. I have my own car so it would be preferable to find a place with covered parking
