Dear potential flatmate, I'd like to join or start a share-house in the Inner-Western suburbs, something along the Westside Bikeway (Camden Park to Mile End) would be ideal, but I'm open to other nearby areas and/or the beach. But first, the buzzwords: open minded, relaxed, positive, drama-free, healthy, fit, social, non-smoker, respectful, single, active, musician, foodie, traveller, great listener, no BS-taker, decent human. I am a business negotiator in the imported gourmet food industry - basically your great food and wine are actually my job ;-) I have plenty of experience with sharing accomodation, both agencies and privates, and multiple enthusiastic references are available. Lots of interests/hobbies: food (it's for work!), cycling, road-trips and anything you can do outdoors, photography, music, movies, music, music, reading (I'm a news junkie), new technologies and random nerdy stuff... much much more. When I'm home, if I'm not doing some work-related email catching-up, I'm very open to socialising during dinner or a glass of wine if that's the type of house, otherwise I respect other peoples' spaces :) Details aside, just feel free to contact me and we'll see how we go from there. Cheers! Some random facts: - I have saved thousands of marine turtles in Mexico; - I'm Italian but I don't like soccer; - I do cook amazing food, I'd love a foodies' house! - (Apart from Italian) I speak Spanish, and it'd be great to practice my French :) - Eventually in a few years I want to quit everything, buy a sailing boat and go places.
27 years of age and I've lived well beyond my years. I have been independent since the age of 15, renting a number of private rentals over the years and prior to moving to Adelaide, a housing trust home. I have a number of references who were more than willing to vouch for me I tend to remain a solitary person however I come out of my shell and mingle when I'm with like minded people. I'm currently studying art therapy and running a small online business solutions company from home. Due to the nature of the business I don't need to have clients come to me so my office space is contained to my desk. My passion is creating awareness around mental illness and I'm working towards becoming a peer worker in the future. I love to create! Whether it be with food, woodwork, painting/art therapy, quirky gifts or something to personalise my space such as unique decore pieces. But don't let this scare you off, I have respect for others boundaries and I like to keep a tidy household. Finding someone to contribute with housework on a roster would be great. My animals are my foundation and I would prefer to be homeless with them; rather than to part from them. Both in their senior years (8/9) and my dog being a survivor of a hit run; needs to be in a secure and preferably a smaller sized yard but this is not a necessity. Turbo is my goofy friendly Ridgeback, who thinks he is a lap dog and is stuck to me like a shadow. Batman the cat always makes friends with our neighbohrs and housemates. He's a cat hater converter! I'm living proof! Haha. It goes to show how well behaved they are when a landlord approved my application in the past, based on how well mannered they were with me. Complementing all of our characters and when the lease expired he thanked us for leaving the house in better condition than what it was originally in. I'm quite a flexible, reasonable and non-judgemental person who can adapt quite easily to my living environment and I'm an advocate for mutual respect and open communication.
I'm a decent cook, by no means the cleanest cook while in the process but am certainly very particular about hygiene after I'm done. Probably talk too much, but I pride myself on being able entertain or enlighten (doubtful). This certainly does not mean that I do not listen. Am always willing to help, often to my own detriment. I am currently on centre link at the moment (I am employable though and volunteer on a regular basis). So if I'm to be considered to be an eligible housemate if acceptance of a SA Housing Bond or some flexibility with paying bond would be appreciated. Cheers, Waz
Hey guys I'm a fun friendly student looking to move out of parent's home ASAP! Love good music but I am respectful and clean as a person - raised in a Russian family. Currently studying engineering at Adelaide but hoping to move to a music degree next year, trying to follow my true passions. Have a part time job at ARGO on the Parade so rent wont be an issue. For fun I like jamming out with friends, playing video games and watching some good movies.
Easy going irish guy working as a electrician in Adelaide with the past 5 years . I have been living in shared accommodation with the last 5 years, so i know all the unwritten rules. I am very easy to live with.
Canadian hanging out in Aus for a while longer. Just moved to Adelaide, I work in the wine industry so SA is a gold mine, looking forward to exploring. I like a pretty quiet but social home life and I tend to get on with everybody.
Hi there! I'm a Belgian guy searching for a cosy stay in Adelaide for long term (1 year). My name is Mateusz Kuzmicki, I am 24 years old from Bruges in Belgium and I am here now playing soccer for the Adelaide Comets. I'm going to stay here for 1 more year. I'm an easy going person who enjoys food and a good glass of wine in the evening:) Hope to hear from you soon !
i m an easy going person, friendly, neat and tidy. I have already lived with other people so i understand respecting everyone s space & privacy too.
I am looking for a house that feels like a home. I work full time and have lots of out of work activities, so when I am home, I often feel like down time- reading a book, playing a bit of guitar, chatting with family on the phone who live overseas. But I also love to have a chat, share a glass of wine, cup of tea, occasional meal or go for a walk with housemates. I'm also very respectful of housemates downtime and space. Like to keep a clean home. I'm in my early*ish 30s, would love to live with someone/people in a similar stage of life. Now that spring has arrived, want to spend as much time outdoors as I can! Hiking, rock climbing, picnicking, beaching, cycling. If you think I might suit your home, send me a message!
Myself an Indian national with an Australian PR. I am into the Facilities Management industry and work as an Operations Manager. Will relocate soon to Australia.
Well, i'm currently unemployed but looking for a job, and i get youth allowance as i'm studying! Due to issues at home, i've decided i need to leave. My friend and I are both looking to find a place, (pet friendly as she has a cat). We're both laid back, humourous (i'm the sarcastic one) and we get along well with people! (the move date isn't legit, it just wouldn't let me leave it blank.)
Recently moved to Adelaide and looking for a place to call home. Not into clubbing every night or crazy house parties. Though I don't mind quiet dinners, minus the crazy mess. The only drink I enjoy is water. Non smoker and clean guy from Mumbai, India.
Hi, I'm Jacob, I'm a friendly, easy going guy who has recently moved back to Adelaide from Melbourne for work. I work in the CBD fulltime and in my spare time like to play sport, go to gigs and socialise with friends. I'm a super clean and tidy guy who respects others space. My moving date is very flexible - I can wait as long or as little as needed.
Hi! I'm Ryan, looking to relocate from Canberra for work and round 2 at uni. I'm pretty active, love parkour, have a background in filmmaking, and have a massive interest in neurochemistry. I'm as relaxed as they come, enjoy the odd night out, but I'm generally fair quiet and not prone to making a ton of noise. Ideally I'm after somewhere furnished fairly close to the city, or within 10-15 minutes from public transport. Have my own car and a job lined up, just need a place to call home. Hit me up!
Easy going. keep to myself. Clean and tidy. Respectful. friendly, trustworthy, reliable. dont smoke/do drugs/drink only on occasion rarely. Love the gym and variety of gym activities indoor and outdoor. Work part time in retail. Study online health and fitness also help out at my childs school. Would have my child (primary school aged) part time. Will be 1st time rental (lived with childs father 12years since leaving home). Happy to share a large room with my child. Share with FEMALE only. Someone else with 1 child is fine.
Hey friends, I'm Lucy, I'm 20 years old and currently still living with my family Looking to move out within the next few months for more freedom and independence. (Don't be worried that if you were to get a house with me I'd be hit hard with reality and take off half way through the lease, because when I plan something, I stick to it, and this is me forever, or at least the amount of time I commit too) I work Monday to Friday in a Call Centre, work evenings and weekends part time, and work weekends doing Freelance Makeup. On weekends when I'm not working I party like most 20 year old's do. When at home, I like to lounge around either in my bed with Netflix, or on the couch with a good movie, which will most likely result in afternoon naps or dancing around the house with no pants on (I'll try to be fully dressed when your family comes over but no promises) In a roommate I'd be looking for someone like minded and respectful, it would be a huge plus to become friends aswel rather than just passing in the kitchen everyday (I can understand that becoming friends with your roommate can ruin things but I'd be determent to keep the divide) In a house I would be looking for something clean and low maintenance (not necessarily new but preferably new appliances) , would love a spare bedroom (which we can both use) for when friends need to stay, and a dishwasher for me is a must. (Nice bathtub also preferable for lush bath bombs!) I also wanted to mention first up, I have collected a lot of the furniture that would be required for the shared spaces in our home so I'm not too fussed (would actually be preferable) if you didn't have much furniture already, hence avoiding having double.
Hi, I am looking for share house or someone who may be interested in renting a 'new' 2 - 4 bed place with me. I like relaxing in a clean & tidy place, with mature easy going people, male or female. Any quiet area of Adelaide & reasonably close to shops & public transport . I have some furniture. A built in wardrobe in the bedroom would be good. I am friendly, clean, respectful of others and like to live a healthy lifestyle. Unfortunately I can't live with cats or other animals inside the house and prefer no carpet though its ok in bedrooms. I rarely watch tv as have other things to occupy me. I'm quiet but also enjoy socialising. I'm a bookkeeper and studying and in the process of moving from Brisbane to Adelaide sometime after the end of 'July 2017'. I stay in Adelaide regularly though where I am is too far from the city. I'm looking forward to getting established in Adelaide.
Hey, I'm Daniel - I'm a 23 year old human, and I was birthed and raised in Adelaide - I'm a full-time student studying the Flinders Foundations Program and I'm planning on continuing onto Nursing - I've rented twice previously, with friends; I'm reliable, organized and deadly... I mean friendly! :) My interests are: muses (heavierish side), movies and series (sci-fi, mostly; Captain Janeway is the best Captain), photography, cooking, art, astronomy, philosophy, science and video games. I'm kind of a weird geek. :D I have a car - I'm looking for a single unfurnished room I look forward to meeting new people - Thanks :)
