Not looking to share. Very quiet senior lady looking for short term stay while I move from my property and re-purchase another one. I have only 30 days to move and really need a comfy place for myself while I go through this period of adjustment and sale-purchase. I work full time at home and have part time work aside from my on-line job. I am on a disability pension also so stairs would not suit me please. Can someone help me please. Thank you for looking Christine
I'm a very clean and organised person who has look two, medium sized fur babies. They're extremely friendly and well behaved and are mostly outside unless going to bed or when there is bad weather. They're also toilet trained and know a few tricks for treats. Always down for a game of tug, cuddles & pats. I'm usually working any where between 5-6 days a week depending on my roster which usually consists of late afternoons / evenings as I work in a skin cancer clinic & GP practice in the Hawkesbury. I am very friendly, happy to socialise and easy going. I have listed that I do smoke but do not smoke in side the house and rarely at home, more of a social habit than anything. Currently living in wilberforce and happy to stay in the Hawkesbury area. If anyone wants to team up, I'm happy to chat :)
I work evenings and all day Saturday. So I'm mostly in until around 1pm weekdays. Often out on a Sunday. I'm a non smoker, in pretty good health and well organised. I get on well with all kinds of people
I'm making the move to Sydney because I've just landed a new job. I've lived in share houses the whole way through uni and survived, so I would consider myself very well trained. I respect shared spaces and hope they are places where everyone will always feel welcome. I'm looking for a friendly place to live and if that's what you're looking for too I would love to hear from you. I will be down from Friday the 23rd of July scoping out potential new homes in north Sydney.
Im an aussie girl, looking for shared accomodation. Prefer to live with people around the same age, who are easy going, get on well together and like to have a laugh every now and then. Im not really interested in living with families I like to relax at home with others or on my own, im down to earth and very easy going. i enjoy catching up with friends over coffee or the occasional drink. Im self reliant, i clean up after myself and have always payed rent on time.. Im an outdoor smoker I work full time during the week and work a 2nd job on weekends Happy to have a chat/meet. Feel free to get in contact
I'm a full-time librarian with a background in musicology, with 2 very friendly, lazy dogs: a whippet (Laszlo) and a greyhound (Luisa). They are both about 7 years old. All 3 of us are quiet and well-behaved :) I'm respectful, open minded, tolerant, down to earth and easy-going. I enjoy being part of a social home environment but also value my quiet downtime too (and respect that of others!). I love the outdoors and enjoy exploring bushy and beachy places with my 2 canine companions. I'm also a keen cyclist.
Hi i am 20 years old, im looking for a room in a house preferably with atleast 1 garage space, i am a diesel mechanic by trade and always willing to help out housemates whenever i can
I am looking for 2-3 other people to team up with to find a rental around the Hills District. I would be willing to pay extra for the main bedroom. I am 22 years old and work full time as a marketing consultant. I also have a 6 year old english staffy named Kevin. He got hit by a car when he was 1 so he has problems with his back legs, nerve/spinal damage and a plate in his front shoulder. This worsens when he is outside in the cold so most of the time he is inside with me. Because of this, I would need to find a place that allows pets. However, he is not good with other dogs so would need to be the only animal in the house. In my spare time I am usually out with friends. I appreciate a clean house and respect having own space. Contact me if you would like to chat further.

Hi there, I am 21 and live in Penrith and want to move out of home. Currently I work within the fitness and aquatic industry, as a swimming instructor/coach. I have also just recently started a position as a personal trainer. Whilst working I am currently studying online, for a diploma in nutrition. I have a massive love for sports and fitness and have my whole life. I'm fun, friendly and outgoing, happy to hang out and meet new people or just to keep to myself and give space. I respect others personal space.

Hello, my name is Chloe. I am trying to move out of Home and become the independent woman I know I am. I pay board and expenses at home so I understand the works of renting. I have my red P's and my own car. I work casual at McDonalds in Windsor and I am waiting for my certificate 4 in interior design at Lidcombe TAFE to commence. I have a cat who is child friendly, and is a lovely animal. Please don't be afraid to hit me up if you would like to get to know me.
Hi all. My name is Emma. I'm a 26 yo female student looking to rent a room in Richmond area anywhere near UWS hawkesbury campus - within 5-10 min driving distances preferred. I'm based in Hornsby, and planning to rent a room near my uni where I can just sleep until the end of October. I also have my own car so I'll need somewhere to park my car as well. I am: -a non-smoker -clean and tidy -someone who respects privacy -good with any pets Thank you
We're both from Dural, I am working full-time in the city looking to go to university next year. James is a carpenter also working full-time. We are young but looking to move out together as we're quite independent and are looking for a fun, clean and easy going place that we can call home :)
Hi, I'm Edward or Ed. I'm 21 and I work full time. I am friendly and easy to talk to. I am happy to chat and make new friends, however if need be I can keep to myself as well. I own a car which I use for work and will need a space (street or otherwise) to park. I love the outdoors and enjoy exploring and going on adventures when I have the time. I also enjoy going out or going on long scenic drives but also I'm more than happy to be a couch potato, watch tv shows and play video games if I get time. With the proper utensils I enjoy cooking. I love all animals, unfortunately I am allergic to cats. Doesn't stop me playing with them, I just pay the price with excessive sneezing. Please, if you have any questions at all I'm more than happy to answer all of them. Ed
I have a great personality and love to meet new people. I enjoy being social as well as enjoying my alone time so I can work to whatever my housemate/s prefer.
