Looking to find a house with a room or team up with some groovy folk to rent on the skirts of Newie (this is flexible). Pretty shy but friendly and chill once you get to know me but always up for a chat and a chill or a couple of drinks. Wont lie love a boogie on occasion but for the most part I'm busy with work etc. And like my sleep. Clean, tidy, and respectful of others space. I have most of my own kitchen stuff and a TV but not a load of living-space things. Don't have any pets or kids and I don't smoke. I enjoy cooking and getting outside, big fan of day trips and random adventure, love doing things I havent tried before. Most of what I own is plants, outside of that I don't really like clutter. Hit me up 😁

---LOOKING FOR A SOME FLATMATES TO TEAM UP WITH--- Move in date by around 15th October Hi i'm Izzy, me and my boyfriend Alex (23) are looking for a single or a couple who are keen on teaming up and sharing a 2-3 bedroom house together. Our criteria for a place includes a garage, built in wardrobes, gas cooking, small courtyard/ garden and at least two bathrooms. Right now we are looking at townhouses because that best fits our budget for what we want but happy to take suggestions. We are both sociable people but will respect our housemates personal space when they need it. We work full time so are out of the house most of the day. We are open to anyone as long as you have a good rental history and can keep your space clean. Welcome to housemates with cats as we have one ourselves :)
Hey, I’m a 20 year old female, looking for a place to stay. I am a support worker with a steady income, I have rented before with a good history. I have a dog named woof, she’s a staffy X, She’s very playful and will only be 1 in November 2019 but she’s honestly a charm. she’s walked everyday if not twice a day and she is very loyal.i am well aware not everyone will allow pets, and she does have somewhere else she can stay for the mean time. I won’t lie I love to party and be as social as possible but I am well aware of a time and place, and am very respectful of others working hours and schedules. I love a chat but also love my space. I am very neat and tidy and always clean up after myself and puppy ontop of general household duties. good income and work history :)
I’m a very quiet, clean person! I work in aged care and am planning on going back to uni next year to study primary teaching. I’m currently living alone but I’m looking for someone to teamup with to hopefully make things a little bit cheaper so I can save a little bit of money. I do have a cat who is an inside cat at the moment as I live on a busy main road. He is very well litter trained and enjoys cuddling up but only on his terms. Personally I don’t smoke and don’t often drink but I don’t mind living with someone that does as long as you are respectful about it. If there is anything else you would like to know don’t hesitate to ask!
Hey there! My name is Jacinta and looking to move into a place in the Newcastle region early -mid October. Still a couple of months away but thought I'd put a feeler out there.. I am a 27 yr old female looking for: - cozy place to call home - up for team ups for new places / being put on the lease - live with one other - separate bathrooms! I am a pretty chilled person, can be quiet at first but get real chat happy after a few wines 😂 Likes: being outside, food, good company, trying new things. Dislikes: Not much.. rude people or if you have a passive personality please don't message me, I can't handle it haha Any questions let me know!
We are couple with a baby looking for 3 months accommodation initially until we find something permanent. However, if we like the place then we would consider long term. Move in date would be around mid September.
Recently separated last year and fairly new to Newcastle from Sydney. Looking for something comfortable ... maybe near the university where I do some work. Pretty quiet, very tidy:-) Non smoker. Also do Reiki! 'Young' for my age:-) Appreciate most music.
