**EXPRESSION OF INTEREST** Hey all, my names Kim. I'm 29 and looking for a quiet room in a house, preferably closer to the CBD, and with minimal house mates since I'm used to a quiet home and a private space. I have taken the courageous step to attempt full-time study after working as a chef for near on 10 years (I'll be glad to say goodbye to hospo if you know anything about the industry!), so as a consequence I will be living on a budget, but I still aim to work and afford the basics. I typically keep to myself, keep common areas sparkly clean, and I will always endeavour to offer you a tasty meal and share my talents where I can (I'll tell you now that I make a mean Butter Chicken). I 100% don't smoke, I don't drink often, and I lead a relatively healthy lifestyle by going to the gym or getting outdoors. I'm happy to be social and get amongst the banter, and equally respect the privacy and boundaries of others. I would prefer to team up with a female only household, however I'm not excluding other options at this stage. HMU!
