Hi there, I'm looking for somewhere to rent for me and my 6yo staffy, Billy. A little bit about me first- I'm a full time retail store manager, love relaxing in my down time by heading to the beach or enjoying a glass of wine with friends. Billy- he's been an inside dog for the past 6 years, he's pretty chilled out, loves sleeping, going for walks and hanging out with other dogs. I have collected a bit of furniture (inc fridge, washing machine) as I've been living out of home since I was 17 so I'd be great to start a new rental with! Also got great rental references too.
I am from the Philippines. I will be studying my Masters in University of Newcastle come July of this year. Love to stay in a clean environment. Will be studying most of the time so I would prefer a quite place but very much open for some chitchat and strolling at park and beach. I'm looking for a temporary accommodation, though open to extend for longer stay if I'll like the place and location. Planning to move on 25th or 26th of July this year.
Hello. I am a 41 yo Community Worker, moving to Newcastle from the Mid North Coast for work. I am a quiet and tidy housemate looking to share with one or two others. I'm happy to socialise with you but am also able to give you your own space. In my spare time I like to see live shows and art exhibitions. I'm also a keen bush walker.
Our names are Emily and Jaymie and we're looking for housemates! We're 21 & 19 and are both in our second year of primary teaching at uon and also both work casually. We're both happy to pay around $160pw but can be a little flexible on the price. We're both very social/active people that love hanging out with friends and are looking for like-minded housemates! Send us a message if that sounds like you!
Hi! My name is Emily and I'm 30. My cat Frankie and I need a place to stay in the Newcastle area. I study Art at the Newcastle Uni and enjoy anything to do with being creative. I also like to go out to see live music on the weekends but generally I am quite quiet and enjoy my time at home. I am neat and tidy. I love to have a chat and a cup of tea. Frankie the cat is litter trained and desexed and one of the most chilled out cats you'll ever meet.
Easy going, quiet, tidy couple, we never fight or carry on and are always friendly and up for a chat. Both of us are super keen on fishing so we spend alot of our spare time fishing or out and about on an adventure of some sorts. We have an older medium sized mixed breed dog who sleeps inside mainly due to health reasons and enjoys soaking up some sunshine in her free time and we also have an inside cat. Feel free to send me a message me if you have a room available that might suit us and want to meet up or if you are keen to team up to rent a place. :)
I'm easygoing, love to cook for the household and enjoy drinks on the weekend. I'm studying full time as a student and my team up jack is a security guard who enjoys a bit of fun too. Looking for someone laid back who is organised and willing to attend house inspections with us as a household. Feel free to message me if you're interested
Hello, my name is Jerissa McLachlan. I currently live in a house-share in Sydney. I am 19 years old and I am looking for a room to rent in the Newcastle area. I am currently working as a barista. I love literature, art and music. I am a friendly person who cleans up after herself and respects the boundaries of others. I have 2 year old indoor cat who is toilet trained, and de-sexed. Thank you for considering me. I look forward to speaking with you.
I'm 19 and a student at university of Newcastle. Looking to move closer to uni. I work permanently and love animals. I'm super easy going, not too much of a party person and keep to myself a lot of the time ☺️
Hi!!! My name is Gabriel and I"m from Brazil! I'm moving to Australia on July 18th and I'm currently looking for a house to share! I'm 22 years old and I study Mechanical Engineering. I love travelling, listening to music, hiking, photography, art and talk about everything! I live with more 16 people here in Brazil, so I guess it won't be difficult to get used to share a house there. I'll be working part time and studying the other. Contact me if you have any questions, hope we can meet soon!
We're a quiet couple who enjoy a quiet drink but are also happy to keep to ourselves, always reliable with rent and bills, and will keep things clean and tidy. Looking for a move ASAP to be in a better location for work and future opportunities.
I moved up to Newcastle from Goulburn NSW about three months ago and would like to move into a share house or something along those lines very soon. I'm a hairdresser and makeup artist by trade but am working as a barber. I'm super easy to get along with, very clean and organised, quite out going and lots of fun to be around. A very positive person that is very respectful of others around me. I love good music and chilling out with rad people. I'm just a super happy kid! 😊
I'm easy going, clean, well mannered & spend all my spare time either cleaning my ute, bodyboarding or taking photos (surf photography) I work shift work in the mines near singleton day & night shift with a 2 weekends on 2 weekends off rotating roster with normally 4 days off in between. I'm currently living in heddon Greta in my own rental but I spend all my days off in newy so why not live there? If I find somewhere to live I'll need to give my real estate 2 weeks notice, but I'm happy to pay the bond to secure a room 😊
Friendly Clean Fair Easygoing Both an introvert/extrovert
Hello! I am Marissa, or Missa for short. I currently study at Callaghan and I'm a car-loving gamer and book freak. I'm a clean freak and an introvert so no wild parties from me, but I don't mind to join in with others at times. I don't really drink much but I'm happy to have a glass at times and I like to have one or two friends visit. I study a Bachelor of Visual Communication Design, second year, and I love studying languages (currently in Japanese but also want to study Korean, too). My ideal locations are anywhere within a walk or bus ride from Callaghan campus excluding Jesmond. I prefer to keep costs to a minimum so my absolute maximum is $160/week including bills. If I had to say three main criteria for my perfect place it'd be safety (current place is in a dodgy suburb), avoiding Jesmond and off street parking is a must (my car is my baby). Overall, I'm clean and quiet usually, and I both like to hang out with housemates as well as time out to myself. I think I'm fairly easygoing. :) - Marissa
Hey ya'll! I come along with a book collection and a history of kick ass cleanliness! If you ever ask what I'm up to there's always something going on whether I'm at circus, cheer-leading, running just because! I plan on starting up some study again (thinking most likely a diploma of fitness) and I like to think I can be adult seeing as I'm the kinda-gym coordinator at Spring-loaded. The only faults I'd have to pick are that I'm up pretty early in the mornings and bed pretty late at night!
Very easy to get along with, always clean up after myself and more than happy to help out when needed. Enjoy cooking, watching sport (big nrl and nba fan), working out and socialisinh with friends. Dont mind having a few beers on the weekend, during the week im at work and the gym so you wont notice me a whole lot monday-friday.
