Hey there! I'm looking for some excellent new housemates to live with. I'm currently working in a Nursing home part time and a cafe part time, so I'm usually at work 6 days a week. I'm 24 and from Scotland, I've lived in Perth since I was 16. My hobbies include attempting to make films, attempting to learn the ukulele, going on drives/camping and taking naps. I've recently started learning tarot cards so will offer unlimited readings! I like to go out on weekends when I'm not working, and enjoy sociable outings with my housemates when our schedules match up. I've lived in houseshares for about 3 years now so am well conditioned in the art of sharing with strangers. I know how to pick up after myself and am respectful of others property. This ain't my first rodeo. I'm open to people from all walks of life, and am simply looking for a nice enough place that I can call home for a while. I'd love to live in a house with pets as I recently had to rehome my babies so would love the company of animals.
Hello all! I'm Adam and I need a place to call my new home. I work full time as a business Manager and most weekends as it ties in with my job. In whatever spare time I do have I spend either winding down and relaxing, trying to go to the gym regularly, or out exploring Perth on my Harley (not a bikie). So in terms of parking on/off street for my car and off street for my bike is a necessity. I'm looking for a pretty good room with A/C, possibly ensuite or own bathroom in a relatively modern property with easy going housemates. Due to working a lot I don't party very often however due to my work, which is hospitality related, I may have to work late in to the night or in to the small hours of the morning. Just giving you guys the heads up I could be in and out at any time, whilst being respectful of noise etc If you need anything else just give me a shout. Ps due to unforeseen circumstances I would like to move in pretty ASAP to my new home. Cheers, Adam.
29 year old male, easy going, clean, I work offshore on a 2 & 1 roster. I am very much into my fitness, health, gym, yoga.
I am a mining engineer and I moved from Brisbane to Perth about a year ago for a FIFO job. My roster is week on week off. When I am around, I enjoy being a part of a household, and being friends with my housemates. That said, I know everyone has their own lives so I'm good at giving space if that's what you're after! I like playing sports such as Gaelic football and tennis, and going rockclimbing. I also like having lazy nights at home, cooking with a glass of red and watching movies or TV shows and reading (especially fantasy or historical fiction). While I am definitely not a party animal, I do like to have friends over for a games night or dinner, or have our own 'family' dinners! I am also very keen to see more of what Perth and the surrounding areas have to offer, especially going camping and four wheel driving. It would be ideal if my new housemates would be interested in joining me for some of this! Ideally, I would love to live somewhere with a spare room or with housemates who don't mind the occasional visitor on the couch, in case my interstate friends or family manage to find their way to this side of the country. I would love to live somewhere with animals, although I don't have a pet of my own. Non-smoker and clean and courteous housemate! I have furniture for a bedroom but that's about it, so partial furnished option would be best!
Granny Flat or bedroom with ensuite. I have a very busy life as an Event Co-Ordinator for various Tango Dance Communities so really value any quiet down time I get ! If you're looking for someone to socialise and party with, then I may not be right for you. Having said that, I'm friendly, polite, helpful and am told, fun to have around :) I generally tend to stay in my room a lot or go out, so if that suits, let me know !
Why I am the flatmate you are looking for? I am Melissa, 22 and normally studying International Business in the Netherlands. After falling in love with the city, during my last visit, I really wanted to come back to Australia and luckily found a great internship starting in August. This is why I am looking for a place to stay now. I would say I am a really open-minded, friendly and sociable person and tidiness is important to me. I also love to meet new people and make new friends and it would be great to like cook together or just to hang out every now and then. When I am not working or studying, I love to go to the gym, listen to music and just spend a lot of time with my friends and family.
LOOKING FOR: ***MODERN PROPERTY*** ***IN/AROUND PERTH OR NEAR PUBLIC TRANSPORT*** ***AVAILABLE TO MOVE 26th AUGUST*** Hey, We are a couple from England looking for a clean and modern place to share with easy going, fun people. I am currently working part time and studying in the city. Luke is currently working full time and works all over so ideally looking for somewhere near to public transport. We are clean and tidy, sociable and enjoy a few beers at the week end and sometimes in the week. Although we are sociable we are very respectable of others privacy. We would like to live with like minded people who would enjoy a few beers or dinner with us from time to time and share some good banter. We would prefer our own bathroom however we don't mind sharing as long as the other housemates are clean. We are not looking for a party house but equally not looking for an unsociable house so something in between would be perfect. We would also like to feel comfortable to bring friends over for dinner from time to time. We would prefer to have air con especially in the main living area and a lock on the bedroom door (in larger occupied houses). Thank you :-)
*To move in late September* Wanted: a home vs a room, friends vs strangers to live with - or alternatively, a house with enough privacy/space to be almost my own. Preferably near the river, or somewhere with a view of the sunrise/sunset, with a decent sized kitchen. I work/gym/cook/hike/party every now and then and try to see the beauty in the world 🙃 I'm not actually a hippy haha, anyway if you're renting a place that fits this description or you don't but are looking for something similar send me a message🙂
We are a friendly and bubbly couple. We are also frequent travellers, who have been exposed to different cultures. We'd love to discuss about many things in life such as travelling, startups, bitcoin, soccer, art, philosophy (Tri is a fan of stoicism). We can't wait to get to know you!
Hey, mates! I am easy-going, quiet and tidy person in my middle 30s. I am studying as a full-time student. I neither smoke nor have pets - it's just I and my suitcase. I like discussing numerous topics with friends. Despite that I spend a lot of time for studying. I respect private life of other people and never disturb them.
Hello! I am a very quiet and considerate housemate! I often keep to myself but happy to say hi and have a chatt. I clean up after myself but I typically I spend a lot of time in my room anyway, so don't make a lot of mess to begin with. :) I don't own a car currently so finding a place within walking / biking distance to the train station is beneficial to me. I can supply references if needed, anything else, Just ask!
Hi there! - Currently not looking for a place thankyou but keeping profile active. Currently living in Melbourne (have all my life) with an upcoming prospect to move to Perth for work. The move would not be till July- August if successful. Currently working full time and would be completing a traineeship in Perth full time. Very relaxed person and tidy, non smoker. I am a very social person but also do respect people's privacy as they would mine. Love to be by the beach/water and going to good local coffee shops & social bars. Sport is a huge part of my life, watching on tv, live or at a bar. Attending gigs/concerts and just being out of the house is what I like to do on my days off. Like to let my hair down on the weekends and looking for like minded people that love to entertain and opening up their social group to their flatmate/s if personalities suited. Enjoy the outdoors, music, strong focus on being active. I LOVE to cook. Travel is a massive passion, Australia or overseas having done solo trips. Currently only have a prospect of being in Perth for the year but after that Perth may become a more permanent home. Possibility of friends flying in to visit once in a while, would be ideal if they would stay in the home but other accommodation can be arranged if this does not suit. Would be looking to stay with other people in their 20's that have are professionals that live in a share house with friends or other flatmates. Not looking to stay with married couples. I would be bringing across my car, will be need a place to keep this (street parking is fine). Good internet is a must and would love to stay with someone who loves a good Netflix binge sesh of the latest tv shows with a glass of wine. (Can supply Netflix and Stan account :) ) At the moment I will only be looking at this site time to time until the date gets closer to approval. I will contact suitable listings once this has been confirmed. For this time please do not contact me prior as I will not be able to accept your offer :)
Hey hey, I'm a 24 year old Australian, grew up in Sydney but have been living in perth the past few years now.. Looking to find a clean household to live in with another person or housemates who clean up after themselves. I enjoy having a chat and getting along with my housemates and respect peoples privacy. Ideally i would like my housemates to be in their 20s but mature. A garage car parking spot would be a bonus but not essential In my spare time i am either down the beach or playing sport.. I have regular income so paying rent ontime every week is no drama :) Hit me up if you have got something similar to what I'm looking for and I'll come check it out... Cheers, Stuey
Looking for nice, clean, friendly female housemates around my age and preferably sharing similar interests to me. Thinking of moving in July / August this year. I'll be bringing my female husky with me wherever I move. Looking at quite a few areas in Perth. Open to suggestions but places must be pet friendly. Message me for more details :)
I'm a non-smoker, easy going, clean, respectful and very friendly. I work full time in the city in a very stable and enjoyable job. Hoping to be near a bus stop/train line if possible to make the commute to work easier but not essential as I do also have a car. If you are interested or want to know anymore information feel free to contact me. Thanks for reading, Jamie
I'm an IT professional, currently FIFO based but thinking about relocating to Perth soon. My wife and 2 beautiful kids are still in Sydney. I'll have to move out from the place I'm currently staying as it was short term stay only. I'll have to move out by 20/06/2017, but I'm off to Europe for a month. I'd like to secure the place beforehand so once I'm back I can just move in. I'm looking for a clean, decent place, ideally just for myself or another person to share the place with, not interested in places with more than 3 flatmates. Ideally, the place would be non-smoking, non-partying (well, occasional is ok I reckon) and pet free. I'm clean, organised person. I like to have my own space but enjoy the company of easy going, unobtrusive, non-conflict, positive and considerate people. I work full-time, standard office hours, 7am - 6pm so most of the time I'm away. For my references, I can provide you with the contact details of the landlord of the place I've stayed previously. Thank you for reading getting this far and looking forward to meet you. With regards, Micha(e)l
Hey potential housemates or landlord I'm Stephanie, I'm 29 years old single and me n my one eyed rescue cat are looking for a new place to call home. As my current place has just been put on the market:(. I work full time (usually nights) and I tend to keep to myself, not looking for a party house. But don't mind to have the odd occasional beer on my nights off. I'm a bit of a neat freak, so I'm very house proud. I like to cook and like to grow my own fresh veggies n fruit so a veggie patch is a plus :) Any questions please ask Look forward to hearing from you. Thanks Stephanie
