Just moved back to Australia after a couple of years back in the UK, professional working in Perth for the next 6-9 months, maybe longer. Easy-going, love snow skiing, hoping to explore Perth and further afield, like to balance going to the gym with baking and having a beer...looking for a home away from home to share with decent people.
We are two fun loving English girls on our second year away from home, both hard working and sociable girls who love the outdoors! We have hospo backgrounds, one on the cooking side and the other towards cocktails. We're currently doing our 88 days as free range chicken farmers and are keen to get back to city life! While we love a good night out we are always down for a good movie night in, wine in hand!
Clean and relaxed personality. I work full time in I.T within the mining sector which finds me working a mixed roster; part CBD office and FIFO. I also study part-time and enjoy staying fit. Moved to Perth about a year ago and now looking for a longer term place to get a little more comfortable. Preferences include undercover parking for car & bike and a little storage area for tools. Reliable internet is a must for my line of work and an air-conditioned room for those hot summer Perth nights. I hope to find the right place to call home and not in a rush to move. I would like to thank you in advance if you contact me. As I am usually a busy guy at the moment I may not be able to get back to everyone, but rest assured I will be in contact if I like your ad.
Hi so I'm Amy recently moved to Perth from the uk looking for one or more house mates to either team up with or move in with to create a fun and happy home. I am reasonably flexible in areas I just want to live somewhere with good transport links not to far away from the beach. I'm a registered nurse so work weekends and nights. I like to make the most of my time off.... I really enjoy socialising eating out, swimming.... love the beach! Bike rides, scuba diving And travel. Looking for like minded individuals. To hang out with at home and socially but also be independent from each other.
Mat - Personal Trainer - leave the house early AM most mornings No partner Have lived with 3 girls in one house for over 2 years previously Looking to share for at least 6 months Possibly away for a month in late 2017 so will be out of your hair
Seeking Granny flat/Studio or independent place only. I am not seeking any share accomodation. About me/us I am permanently full time employed in a professional capacity in East Perth. It's just me and my small dog called Coco, a 3.5kg non shedding Schnoodle. I do have a partner that I (and Coco) spend time with most weekends at his house. Coco is a 3 years old teacup Schnoodle (1/2 mini schnauzer, 1/2 mini poodle). She is used to apartment style living and ideally gets walked 1-2 times a day (seasonal and weather dependant). She isn't much of a yapper or barker but can be a little protective of her home/space. She sleeps in a crate at night inside but I would value training her to sleep outside. I have been living in my own Apartment (Queens Riverside next to Fraser Suites) for the past 2 1/2 years. This year my Strata levies increased by 110% (our story was featured on the radio, online news, TV and print media in mid March). The increase in levies, coupled with absorbing rental income decreases for another property I have, means that I need to spend at least 12 months in cheaper accommodation to recoup some savings and finish paying off some debt. What I am seeking I am seeking a fully furnished self contained Studio/Granny flat or fully furnished shared accomodation for me and Coco Schnoodle. I do have a car but street parking is fine. I don't need a garage or carport. Location I have the opportunity to move to any suburb but I do prefer to be within 3-5km of the city/East Perth. It needs to be close to public transport or direct bike path. After the past 5 years living within 1-2kms of work, I am not a fan of long durations getting to/from work. Timing I ave moved out of my apartment and currently staying with friends. I'd like to get settled somewhere as soon as possible but need to make sure it's the right place. I can only view after 5.30pm and can move on a weekend. Ideally I want of ind somewhere for up to a year. Budget I am limited with my budget and am looking for anything between $200 to $300 inclusive of bills and internet. I am very power conscious and look to minimise resources as much as possible. My internet use is minimal (my flatmate and I used to use about 8 gig per month between us). If you think you have something that might suit me and Coco, we would love to hear from you. Thanks.
Seeking permanent accomodation in August. Currently house sitting. Work long hours in Welshpool. Drinker. Smoker. Happy doing this outside. Into movies and music. Like to watch the footy. Sociable yet appreciate space for self and others. Clean and tidy.
I'm a 24yo lawyer who works full-time for the Federal government. I've lived in shared houses before and prefer somewhat social housemates, those who would be keen to catch up but would also value each other's privacy. I'm currently near the city and am looking for a place which would allow me to stay relatively close to the Perth CBD as my job sometimes requires me to work extended hours. I like to spent my spare time chilling with mates, at the gym or going on the occasional dive. If you have a place or am interested in starting a place then shoot us a message.
Hi everyone, I've been pet and housesitting for over a year now and am just looking for temporary accomodation in between house sits. I'm relaxed, easy to get along with, super clean, fit and healthy, and i enjoy cooking (but nothing too fancy!) Im always keen for a chat and love to make new friends.

Why I am the flatmate you are looking for? I am Melissa, 22 and normally studying International Business in the Netherlands. After falling in love with the city, during my last visit, I really wanted to come back to Australia and luckily found a great internship starting in August. This is why I am looking for a place to stay now. I would say I am a really open-minded, friendly and sociable person and tidiness is important to me. I also love to meet new people and make new friends and it would be great to like cook together or just to hang out every now and then. When I am not working or studying, I love to go to the gym, listen to music and just spend a lot of time with my friends and family.

Granny Flat or bedroom with ensuite. I have a very busy life as an Event Co-Ordinator for various Tango Dance Communities so really value any quiet down time I get ! If you're looking for someone to socialise and party with, then I may not be right for you. Having said that, I'm friendly, polite, helpful and am told, fun to have around :) I generally tend to stay in my room a lot or go out, so if that suits, let me know !
*To move in late September* Wanted: a home vs a room, friends vs strangers to live with - or alternatively, a house with enough privacy/space to be almost my own. Preferably near the river, or somewhere with a view of the sunrise/sunset, with a decent sized kitchen. I work/gym/cook/hike/party every now and then and try to see the beauty in the world 🙃 I'm not actually a hippy haha, anyway if you're renting a place that fits this description or you don't but are looking for something similar send me a message🙂
