I have recently moved back to Melbourne after working in India for last 10 years. I have a Masters degree from Monash University and am looking for roles in Consulting. I am articulate, quiet and clean, and would be happy to chip in to keep the place neat and clean. I like my space and quiet and not into late nights or loud parties. But I would be happy to have a chat at the end of the day. May be even cook together or share a meal. I like to meditate and exercise every day to keep the mind and body fit and balanced. I require a furnished place to stay for 2-3 months, after which my wife will join me and then we will move into an apartment. The ideal place would be conveniently located close to public transport, shops, library, park and the pool.
I have just finished my Masters in information systems from Monash caulfield and have been placed in Telstra. Currently working as a part time marketing agent. I am a hygiene freak. I am organised and outgoing.
I'm a considerate, moderate guy looking to share with 2 or 3 mature, moderate, and considerate people (approximately over 38 years of age). I prefer not to live with sports enthusiasts, TV sports watchers or reality TV followers (sorry but that's just not me). If there is a TV (I can live without one) I do enjoy science, nature or social-science type docos. Quiet at night when trying to sleep is important to me. I'd like to live with people who need and value that as well :) I'm civilised and have no antisocial or illegal habits. I'm clean and quiet living yet reasonably social (though not really into big or loud group situations generally). My background is telecommunications technical support but I'm currently doing warehouse/delivery type work. I enjoy art house movies, support most "progressive" things though I'm not an eco-zealot or "lefty" per se (though I'm not "right wing" either) . Prefer not to live with persons working from home (not enough personal space balance for me). I like a balance between personal space and company.
I'm super chill and know how to be good company. I always abide by house rules, and I clean up after my dog. I play the guitar, piano, and I sing, so there's never really any lack of entertainment around the house, haha I also enjoy staying in, and just relaxing, as well as getting together with people to enjoy a few drinks and good company.
Hey! My name is Sam and I've recently decided to move to Melbourne from a town in Tasmania called Burnie. Initially I will be working full time, but in February I plan to start university at Monash Clayton studying International Relations and Commerce. I have been living out of home for the past 5 months with a housemate. I understand and respect peoples privacy and how to live cohesively with other people. I enjoy running, art and of course socialising. I am pretty easy going and have no problems meeting and making new friends! I hope to hear from you in the future!
Hi I'm Zoe, I'm a 25 year old high school maths teacher who absolutely loves her job. My hours are from 8 til 5ish, usually with a gym session afterwards to be home in time for dinner and to socialise with my household. I'm originally a country girl, but I moved to the city at 18 to study and have been living in shared accomodation since then. My weekends are generally spent chilling out, training with my hiphop team, enjoying food and beverages with friends and I'll never say no to a night out and a dancefloor! I'm Nick, moving to Melbourne from Perth where I've lived my whole 25 years. I work as a financial planner, usually in the office from 8.30 - 6.00 during the week to then sneak some exercise into the evenings. My weekends in Perth are currently spent with family and friends, I'm hoping life in Melbourne will be just as social. I'm currently sharing a house with three lads, getting around a few beers on the weekends, pretending I understand AFL and playing the board game Settlers of Catan. After a year of long distance and sifting through airline promotions we're ready to live in the same city. We consider ourselves to be sociable and independent people who aren't yet ready to give up the share house lifestyle. We are hoping to find some legendary individuals to befriend and share a fridge with.
