Hello, im an easy going clean living bloke. For the last two years i have been living in Canada and i have now returned home too Australia. I am currently living with family in kings beach but it is now time to find my own place as i have kicked off with work again. I am a FIFO worker on the gas rigs and i work 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. In my spare time i love to surf, fish and be at the beach as much as possible. I am a relaxed housemate and very flexible as i have lived with lots of different types of people before. I am looking for my own room and a good vibe in a house or unit etc that is close to the beach so i can enjoy my two weeks off. Thank you!!
Hi, My name is Casey. I've been living on the Sunshine Coast since December 2014. I moved up here from Melbourne for work as an engineer in Caloundra. I really enjoy my fitness and live quite an active lifestyle with gym 5 times a week, basketball - playing competitively. I love snowboarding but settle for the surf on the coast! I work a lot and find myself not home too much during the week other than to sleep. I sometimes work random hours - getting home early hours of the morning so I am respectful of others sleeping. I enjoy a surf, chill outs in front of the TV and out with friends. I enjoy a chat and cooking while keeping a tidy house. I thought it was time for a move possibly closer to work but open to other areas too. Would like to be close to the beach and with like-minded people! Move date can be flexible. I have a full suite of furniture including, couches, fridge (Samsung 1 month old), microwave, kitchen utensils, washing machine so we can use some of that if required but happy to store. Can pay bond and 1-2 month's rent straight up if desired. Look forward to hearing from you :)
Hi, My name is Justin. I am an Artist by Occupation and am looking at teaming up to find and establish a sharehouse, on the Sunshine Coast. My only requirement is a Garage/shed area where i can work from. I am quiet, responsible and reliable. Please don't be afraid to contact me. Thank U.
Hey there! I'm moving down to the coast from a place mear Cairns for a new fulltime job and am looking for an awesome place close to the beach. I will be on the coast from the 19th of December so can only view places from then :). I'm friendly and like to have a laugh, but am very respectful of others space! In my spare time I like to keep active and enjoy hiking, mountain biking and finding new places to eat. Looking to live with max 2 people. Ideally I'd prefer an ensuite but it's not a big deal if I can't get that. Look forward to speaking with you :)
Heya, I am a easy going housemate, looking for new place to move. Been living working on coast 6+ months in Perigian area, and ideally trying be closer to ocean. Have owned houses past 20 yrs, so fully respect other people's property. I do contract work as I need to, so fully self funded in between. Healthy(ish) lifestyle, trying to keep fit. If not at work will find me at beach, camping, or fishing.
I recently finished my master's degree in USC and will start working full-time soon. I am looking for a cozy and clean place with nice people. I am organised and tidy. Always respect people and enjoy socialising. I enjoy surfing, boxing, gym, guitar and love animals especially dogs. I can teach guitar and boxing to anyone for free.
I am a single mum to two daughters, 6 and 5 years. We are looking to commence a tenancy around the Caloundra area (Currimundi, Aroona, Golden Beach, Dicky Beach, etc). Preferring a single female non-smoker. I have a friend looking to rent with us as well, he works FIFO two weeks on and two weeks off, so would only be home half the time. My mother will stay with us from time to time (maybe a couple nights to a week, every few months) with my elderly grandfather, so I will need a spare room set up for him and any other guests in between. So with all that to consider, we are looking for a 5+ bedroom house. The advantage for you would be the extra space and features that come with larger houses, that we can all share. It sounds rather full, but not everyone will be there at the same time, and you will get time home alone here and there also. Depending on the house we find, rent would be between $150-$250/wk, expenses negotiable.
I’m a RN at the SCUH and need somewhere close to commute Unfortunately My life revolves around my shift work and so when I’m not working I’m chilling and enjoying the beautiful Sunshine Coast. I’m tidy honest and always happy to lend a hand
Hey there, just moving back to the Coast, clean, like my own space but love to socialise as well. Super reliable with great references. Love to cook, garden, listen to tunes and will sing at inappropriate moments, not well but will still sting. Love to laugh and will be travelling but need a home base.
Hello there! I’m a vegan who loves music/festivals/live gigs, animals, reading, tattoos and eating. I currently live on the Gold Coast but have been studying a Bachelor of Creative Writing on the Sunshine Coast since July and have been commuting back and forth. I'm hoping to move to the Sunshine Coast around the start of January and have a job lined up in Currimundi (I work in childcare) for when I've moved, so now all I need is to find the perfect housemates! I feel like I'm a pretty friendly, reliable, honest and open person and I'm looking for people around my age who I can actually be friends with but who also respect each others privacy. I'm down for a few drinks and a good time but am definitely not looking for a full on party house as I really want to focus on my studies. Ideally I'd love to team up with a few people and start a fresh share house but I am also open to joining an existing share house. Other vegans or vegetarians would obviously be preferable to live with haha but as long as I'm not living with the worlds biggest carnivore I'll be happy! I currently live with my mum but I have lived out of home before and know how to keep things clean and tidy. I also have a lounge, washing machine, dryer, crockery/kitchen things, a tv, tv unit, vacuum and linen etc. If you think we might be a good match please feel free to message me! Have a lovely day :)
Hi, I'm a nurse, I've just moved back from 12 months working in Mt Isa. I work full-time shift work so I'm looking for perhaps other shift workers, would prefer my own bathroom. I want to live with people who can become my friends, but I also really value my alone time. I've always lived in sharehouses so I know how to tidy up after myself and contribute to a household. I enjoy the beach, yoga, a bit of running and I'm looking forward to getting into some rock climbing now that I'm back on the coast.
Hi I'm Paige, I work full time as a Network Engineer for nbn co. and looking to move from Brisbane to the Sunshine Coast around mid December. My weekdays consist of work and gym, weekends are spent outdoors, 4wding, camping, hiking, skating, etc. I have a 5 year old staffy X rescue dog named Malakai, he is super chill and a massive sook, he spends his days sleeping in the sun then adventuring with me on weekends. We are looking for a room to rent, a team up, or whatever is on offer. Thanks :)
Hi. I'm a creative guy into music, art, film, photography etc. I love nature and animals. As a flatmate I'm quiet and considerate but up for a chat/d&m. I pay my rent on time and tidy up after myself. I have two jobs income-wise and moved up from Brisbane a year and a half ago. I don't have to move until 10/12 but am available earlier. I look forward to hearing from you :)
Hi looking to team up with someone in a property. I’m a easy going, chill guy who’s clean and respectful of other people’s privacy. I like to surf and keep fit, I have 4 year old blue staffy who loves everyone. Hit me up if you have any questions.
I am into living in a clean environment so will always be ontop of cleanliness but am also super chilled and not anal. I am into health and fitness and like to eat from the farmers markets so the house will always be stocked up with fresh fruit and vege. I will be studying as well as working so will be busy in my room or at the library. In the weekends I will usually be out in nature.
I'm easy living and friendly and I enjoy sports of all kinds I prefer a home near the beach where I can walk and just relax. I'm retired ( early luckily ) so my time is my own. I like living in a clean house and I'm happy to do my share of the cleaning and housework. I've lived in shared accommodation with 2 others who are early risers so I am careful not to disturb them in the evening I know many people in the area are shift workers. I like a drink in the evening and I'm more than happy to spend so time chatting with you and friends . With my income I can share the cost of food and other essentials. I don't drive so parking isn't a problem

Hi! I’m coming to the Sunshine Coast from Canada for a year on a work/holiday visa. I’m excited for a change in environment and looking for somewhere to stay that’ll be welcoming and fun, but also chill at times. I’m hoping to attend a church nearby where I know a couple people already, preferably I’d like to stay with young females who are easy to get along with. I’ll bring you authentic maple syrup!
Hi! I’m Sophie. Myself, my friend Mikaylee and my little dog Cub are looking for either a teamup or two available rooms in a share house. We’re looking on the Sunshine Coast, as we’re both studying at USC. We’re clean, quiet, respectful humans who enjoy a beer and a boogie but we’re definitely not raging party animals. We love a good laugh, a nice jam session, and spending sunny days at the beach. Cub is an older dog who enjoys spending his time finding sunny spots to nap. He loves a good belly rub and he’s very low maintenance. We currently live together and we know it works with us, so we’re really wanting to keep that arrangement going. Feel free to add us on the socials if it’s easier, we’re Sophie Eldridge and Mikaylee Boss. And this is the link to Mikaylee’s flatmates profile: https://flatmates.com.au/F2433651?first_time=true If you’ve read this far, I’m guessing you’re interested so swing us a message!
Hi there! I'm an international student from France moving to Australia for my bachelor at USC. I'm the open minded type, very sporty, I love dancing, running...I play guitar too! I'm also expecting to have a job while I'll be there. I can't wait to be one your roommate !
Hi, My name is Pearson, I'm 22 years old and have lived on the Sunshine Coast for the past 4 years. I'm currently employed casually as a Personal Care Worker (PCW) in Caloundra and work most days of the week. I've recently completed my Bachelor of Paramedic Science at USC and I am currently awaiting/hoping for an offer of employment from a State Ambulance Service. Because of this I am looking for a flexible length of stay, although I may well be waiting greater than 12 months. I'm tidy and not much of a party person, although I don't mind a cold beer every now and then. When I'm not working I like to go to the beach, gym, a mountain or sometimes just chill out and do some study.
I’m Abby, I’m 19 years old and am currently studying at USC. I love the beach and having a good chat. I am a very clean and reliable person and look after myself. I have a 5 month old puppy who is so friendly and loves people!
Hi, I have a pasion for music and art and work as a teacher in these areas. I enjoy the company of others, but also like quiet time to myself to reflect and work on my creative projects. I am a dedicated folk musician and play several instruments (mainly mandolin and guitar). You won't find me making a mess in the kitchen as I cook as least as possible these days - I usually just whip up a salad, but I will do my fair share of cleaning. I have a houseful of nice furniture in storage if anyone is interested in starting a new share house, preferably close to the water. I am in my 50's but really don't feel it, and travel quite regularly to music festivals in my caravan. I have had a couple of years of enjoying some freedom and adventures, as I have 3 adult sons. Looking forward to finding a lovely place to call home.
My name is Michael. I am 37 years old. I am single. I have no kids, and I am looking for a room to rent. I can only afford to pay around $200 a week. I would like to share with a middle aged female. It's only because I am mature at heart. I am very easy going and friendly. I have a nice and funny sense of humour, and I am also good company. I will always pay my rent on time. Please send me a message if you have a spare room for me, or if you would like to share a place together. Thankyou :)

Hi there, I'm a 40 year old considerate, loyal, caring and clean person. I work in retail. I enjoy hanging out with mates, going to markets, keeping fit by doing bootcamp. I am very easy going. Looking at living by myself or with one other and to have my own ensuite or bathroom. Cheers Mel
Starting off fresh in the Sunshine Coast with my son and 9 week old puppy and cat. Both animals like to spend most of their time outside, however the cat is quite antisocial so when he’s inside he’s always in my room. We are quiet, clean and keep to ourselves, but I’m always up for a wine (or beer or gin) and chat if you are as well. I have my son 50/50 care so he won’t always be around. We only need to rent 1 room for this reason.
Looking for a self contained flat, studio etc that I am able to have my two senior mini sausage dogs live also.
I pay my bills on time or in advance Independant Keep to myself Non-drinker Non-gambler No TV, Radio or partying Vices include the ciggies and coffee. Pros are a bit more subjective. Sense of humour, for example. Would prefer to have housemates that are primarily women. I have no problem with guys, it's just common wisdom to not move into a place with a strange man. When you're female. Although some guys are way nicer than some women! We are all taking a risk! I also have no issue with age actually older is sometimes better for me because of the quiet. With the young ones I am more concerned about why you are branching out so young and wanting to be sure you're with people that can look out for you, than thinking ok I wont flat with young ones cos they arent responsible (that isn't true is it, some young ones are more responsible than older ones!). So with young ones reading this, maybe contact Anglicare or Centercare or a Community Neighborhood Centre about help for you, as being so young its not either of our faults that some of the commercial structures could be more youth friendly than they are. And these people might be able to help you with accomodation and bonds, depending on location and other paperwork stuff. Good luck and believe in and love yourself. It's a big decision to move out of home, it doesn't need to be scary, help is out there please do look for it, to have an easier transition 😊
