I'm a 31 year old Road Designer and grew up in the St George Area. I work in the city and enjoy an active and quiet lifestyle. Hobbies include fitness, watching sport and bush walking. I'm a relatively quiet, clean and considerate person to live with and am looking to move into a share apartment or house with like-minded flatmates. Thanks. Cameron I'm looking for a place where I'd have my own bathroom and parking.
I am a Ph.D. Candidate in geography at the university of Sydney. Formally did sub-letting thing but now I only wanna concentrate on my teaching and research so I am looking for a friendly place to stay for at least 7 months. Long term preferable. I respect people's personal space as well as being observant of house rules.
My wife and I are looking to find a property to move in to with our dog (whippet). We both work full-time, myself as a high school teacher and my wife in retail. In our spare time we like to spend time together at home with our dog, or going to a cafe nearby. We are looking to move soon as long as we find the right property/roommate for us. Feel free to contact me.
I am a 21 year old Singaporean who has graduated from USYD with an English major, working and seeking a home for long-term stay. I'm a down-to-earth friendly person who does not smoke and who is housebroken (shares in on chores: I cook, clean and don't leave dishes in the sink, and am respectful of personal space and belongings). I enjoy writing, hiking and going to the beach and am looking for a likeminded housemate who enjoys hanging out in a relaxed and quiet space and who also understands and respects privacy. I do not have pets here myself, but love dogs! I've been living in Sydney for five years now and have a good history of paying rent and bills. If this sounds good to you, contact me if you're keen and we could set up a time to meet up! :) I look forward to hearing from you soon!
I am a full time working looking to move to sydney for 6 months. I'm very tidy and I want to stay in a VERY tidy place. I'm looking for a place with my own bathroom (furnished or unfurnised).
Hi there I'm very easy to live with, my current housemates will attest to that. I'm friendly, quiet, tidy and very respectful and considerate. Drop me a line for any other info. Currently working with St VIncent's Hospital's Homeless Health Service (shift work) while studying part time. Prefer a share house but will accept a unit if it is spacious and quiet. Feel free to contact.
I work full time as a speech pathologist down the coast but want to stay living in Sydney. I enjoy relaxing on weeknights but like my weekends action packed with socialising with friends and family.
I am a full time employed primary teacher working in the Mascot area. I am 25 years old and have rented and shared with people in the past and I have really enjoyed it! I enjoy having a chat and drinking a glass of wine after a tough day; In saying this I also enjoy my own time. I love for things to be neat and enjoy good house furnishings. I love to eat healthy and when possible I love going to the gym with my friends. About the place: Would be hopefully looking at getting a place with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathroom as I have shared before in a place with this configuration and it worked out perfectly. The maximum rent I would be looking at paying is around the $250 each per week. I would also like to go on the lease so it becomes both our place. I would only be interested in 1 or 2 room mates only.

I am a 31 year old single Male, non smoker, social drinker working in the CBD but occasionally travel for work to regional centres in Victoria. I am looking for a place to move to in Early February 2017. Ideally I would be looking for a place on acreage away from the city to share with other people. I currently live in a share house with three other people and two dogs. My pet dog is a Kelpie Border Collie cross, she is three years old and friendly with people and other dogs, also very well behaved. I also coach sport occasionally at my old school in Melbourne and like to play golf when I have time.
I am an easy going, clean and warm and welcoming person. I study at uni full time and work part-time and keep very busy meaning I am barely in the house. I am very easy to get along with and enjoy the company of others.
Hey potential flatmates! A little about me: - I'm 21 years old, work in local government full time and also study full time - so am usually quite busy most days. - My typical day goes like this: work 8-4.30, gym 4.30-6. - Like to stay home most weekends or visit parents place for the weekend, and not really a party animal (been told plenty of times that I'm mature for my age) - Love modern family (so if you like it too then we could be soul mates?)
Hi! :) Wanting to move to Sydney as I'm currently living in Wollongong. I'm working full-time as a registered nurse and will be working 5days/wk. Looking for a room with an ensuite or own bathroom to rent. Prefer a place with just one or two housemates. On-site parking is preferred and looking for an all female flat only. Planning to move in early March. I'm interested to team up in renting out a unit if anyone wants to :) If you think you have the desired place for me or want to team up, please drop by a message! :) I enjoy staying at home as much as I enjoy going out. I like to hangout with people. I enjoy travelling and exploring different places. I am friendly, open-minded and most of all respectful (And sometimes funny :p). I like my alone time as well. Also, I prefer living with non-smokers. Overall, I'm a very chill person.
Both full time working, I'm in hospitality and Jordan is in the rail industry Relocating to Sydney first weekend of January and looking for long term rental Both are experienced renters and have never had a problem paying bills Looking for a place with a carapaces as we have two cars/or on road parking availability We like doing things together as a couple but also enjoy the company of other people Looking to move in 6th/7th/8th January Thank you!
I'm a university student and I've just gotten back from student exchange in Indonesia. I was born and raised in Sydney. I'm pretty quiet and I like my alone time, but I'm also friendly and I really like cooking. I would prefer my own room but I don't mind sharing a room with another calm person.
I am currently looking in moving into a new space and gaining a new sense of adventure and individuality. I aim to be kind and courteous towards other people and I always do my best to respectfully look after any space that I stay in. When I was young, I was diagnosed with low range, high functioning Autism. However, this hasn't stopped me from living life with happiness and love, and I always look at each new day with a smile and a can-do attitude! The reason why I'm looking to live in Glebe, or any suburbs around the place, is that I feel drawn to being in a place that encourages the more peaceful and creative side of people and that is something that I've longed to be a part of. Acting is my passion and I love being involved in all sorts of creative and unique projects. Wherever the work is at, I'll do what it takes to get the job done! That's my story in a super brief nutshell. I hope you have a lovely day :)
We both will work for ANSTO full time on placement from our company in the UK. We have rented in shared accommodation before and are easy to live with. We are very friendly and hard working and will most likely want to spend our free time exploring. We are sporty and outgoing and looking to make our short time in Australia as fulfilling as possible. We are not a couple, just colleagues sent to work together.
💻📱🖥⌨⌚️💾🛰 IT Professional (I can legit fix all of your tech woes in a heartbeat) - fresh IT Graduate. 🎓 Quiet, very clean, keeps to himself, studious/analytical type :) but isn't afraid to strike up a casual chat if we can relate and get on well, even if it's just about the weather I suppose. :) I take great and constant steps to ensure my health is top-notch. I love to go for walks while listening to my best tunes/music to exercise when I can, or bike rides / tennis / indoor soccer, but don't play sports too often. 🌠⚽️🎾🏓🚴🍓🍒🍉 I also drink a lot of water regularly because it's important to maintaining great health and I highly value my sleep and getting in at least 8 hours a night at around the same time although this can sometimes be offset by stress. I am an IT Professional and have just graduated, looking at working full-time early this year (2017) (I have been through several interviews at top tier companies). I need an ensuite bathroom so we NEVER have to worry about conflicting toilet times or always doubting cleanliness among each other. :) Hmm, so... what I do for fun, is there even any more time for that any more? I enjoy taking photos of landscapes/buildings/nature and Progressive/House/Deep/Trance music to relax. Mostly just get my kicks from browsing the web, being productive and always learning something new, either professionally or through personal web searches / reading historical tech events / recount books of how companies were founded and documentaries too! :D I don't like uncertainty, it makes me feel extremely anxious, so I am more of a dedicated long-term trooper, but if I don't like something I find a way to better it or change it completely until it's better for me or everyone involved. Best of all, I try and find the right solution right from the get go before ever committing to something big. Overall, I am a very knowledgeable and versatile guy intellectually (always have been the meticulous/thorough type, but I try not let that get too much in the way and sometimes it's just best to go with the flow, but other times in ain't). 🤓 But I never feel TOO nerdy, I feel more hip with a social factor to myself :) Please drop me a message if you think I am a good fit, here are my property requirements: - Looking for 1 bedroom with an OWN bathroom /ENSUITE which the bathroom has a WINDOW to breathe fresh air and rid potential mould fast. - 2-3 flatmates max. - I have my own room furniture: Spacious King Single bed, 180cm X 80cm long desk (I am looking to downsize the desk though), 43" 4K LG Smart TV (which can go in my room) and small filing cabinet (fits under desk) and small bookshelf (64cm L x 34cm Depth) although I am in the process of selling some of that. - Please send me your room dimensions so I can calculate how everything will fit if it all does and also send me when you would be available for inspection / which date you're looking for someone to move in. 📅🏡🏠🏢 - Has to be close (10-15 min max walk) to a train station since I rely on public transport, and buses don't seem all that too reliable or on-time from my past residency and experience on this Earth. :) - No loud or overbearing pets (I'm mild asthmatic, and like my sleep :) ), no smokers please. - Quiet location and neighbours - Bright sunny filled place. - Aircon preferred but not essential. - Constantly well ventilated place (through window drafts) is a MUST! (No stuffy or dark feeling places). - Gas cooking. - No long / tall trail of stairs. - Quiet, not near any main roads. Thank you! Kind Regards Stefan IT Professional and recent Graduate
Hi I'm annalice, I'm a friendly, easygoing arts-worker, an excellent cook, a woman of faith, a coffee devotee and Aunty to 6 adorable neices and nephews. Have always been based in Sydney but love a good overseas trip. Reasonably tidy and organised, generous, kind and responsible. Grew up with 4 sisters so good at getting along with all different personalities and sharing. Mix of introvert/extrovert personality. I organise fun and creative family programs and events for a museum in the CBD and enjoy my job heaps so I spend a reasonable amount of time there, sometimes weekend days or evenings for events and have odd days off during the week. I'm also a committed christian so I spend some of my time in related volunteering activities. I love organising events, starting creative projects, shopping, hanging with friends, taking dance classes, drinking coffee, baking, writing, crafting and spending time with my family for fun. My weekends are usually an equal balance between time spent socialising and housekeeping, am out a lot during the week so enjoy spending a day at home when there's a chance.
Young tidy professional looking for a unfurnished bedroom with a built in wardrobe. Love animals. Will need a parking space. Happy to socialise or keep to myself. Bonus (and willing to pay more) if it comes with an ensuite.
Hi all, My name is Nora, I'm 22 and from Norway. Currently looking for a place to stay long term. I'm studying Public Relations at UNSW, doing my whole degree here in Sydney. So this is my 3rd year in this City. Been living in Bondi for the most of the time, so would love to keep staying in this area. Would describe myself as a down to earth, happy person. Love meeting new people and trying new things. Quite into arts and photography as well! I'm pretty flexible in terms of room-type. Would love to have my own room, but would be happy to share as well. It all depends on what's available. Feel free to contact me if you're in the same situation or if you have a room to offer :-)
Me and my friend have got a job in Beverly Hills and are doing a lot of hours. The stay wouldn't be for socialising with friends more somewhere to rest. Any response would be appreciated Thanks Ben
I am a full time teacher who works in the Shire. Love meeting new people, chillaxing on the weekends and exploring new places. I have been told that I am a good at baking things and love to cook for people. I am neat, tidy, clean and organised given the nature of my job. I am respectful and quiet but know how to have fun as well! I am currently looking to teaming up with one other for a new villa style granny flat in Earlwood. Do contact me for more information if you are interested.
Hi, Decent, Gentle and Mellow couple looking for short term accomodation with not such conditions. We are happy to team-up with couple if we get our bathroom, kitchen can be shared. One of us is working other is student; both Asians, traveled around and get along with almost every one :) Feel free to contact us. Thanks Happy Holidays!
Hi! We're a newly wed couple, both engineering/IT professionals in their late 20s from the Philippines. We're easy going, friendly, and totally respect the privacy of others. We're looking for a tidy room with heating and air conditioning. Preferred to have our own bathroom/ensuite but it's not a deal breaker. We can consider a shared bathroom, as long as the bathroom is clean. We are looking at an initial 3-6 months rent, but could extend up to a year if we liked the place.
I am clean, easy going, fun and respectful. Ideally looking to team up for an apartment for 1 year + as I am studying Business for the next 4 years. I like to relax on the beach, go for hikes and generally enjoy all that Australia has to offer whenever i get the chance. I am also interning at GQ Magazine so after a busy day/week its great to unwind with some good food and a glass (or bottle) of wine so anyone with the same frame of mind would be great. :)
My name is Peter. I am a mature male 55, a non-smoker, light social drinker and a great conversationalist. I work full time in Alexandria and work two shifts, one week I start at 5.30 am and the other I start at 9.30 am. I also work every second Saturday. Therefore, not at home all the time. So I am hoping that would make this attractive to you. My presence is minimal. I am an intelligent and articulate person with a love of science. When the weather is good, I try to spend time hiking the national parks and other interesting areas of Sydney. You would find me to be the most easy-going person, a lot of fun with a great sense of humour (when I am around, which wouldn’t be much). Beyond paying the rent, you will find I am extremely tidy as I spent most of my adult life as a single parent raising three children. I always clean up after myself. I am also very much a handyman with a lot of technical skills. I own a motorcycle which I use to get around, they are cheaper and gentler on the environment. I am an ardent environmentalist and animal lover. When I was not working fulltime, I was doing voluntary bush care with Sutherland Shire Council. I spend most of my downtime, reading books, watching Netflix or Stan and meditating. So a quiet environment is what I am most looking for. I belong to several interest groups through Meetup which keeps me out and about, so I need that warm, friendly, quiet place to retreat to. I also spend every second or fourth weekend visiting my grandson in Orange. Finally, to summarise, I am quiet, rarely seen, helpful, easygoing, have strong ties to the area, know how to clean kitchens and bathrooms, etc, have excellent credentials and am non-intrusive. OK, I know in my picture I look mean, but I'm most definitely not.
I am an international student and also a lecturer at a college in Sydney. Fun nd friendly guy who also loves to go on drives. I am looking for like minded people to live with, who can respect privacy and are clean and tidy.
Hi! I am looking for a shared accommodation with international students or working class people. I'm an easy going guy who loves travelling, hiking, camping and outdoor adventures, love to keep my surroundings clean and tidy. Will help housemates with cleaning and other house activities. A good cook. Like to share food, beer and a few jokes. Looking forward to meet like minded people...Cheers!
Hi, my name is Landy and I'm a 25 year old uni student from Taiwan. I work at clubs in the city as a part time job so sometimes I won't get home til 4 in the morning but I always stay as quiet as possible. I'm probably the most easygoing person you will ever meet. I usually stay in my room and mind my own business when I don't have to go to work or uni. I do smoke but never inside the house. I also have a tiny blue tongue lizard that stays in his enclosure 24/7.

Hi there, my name is Vito, I'm 32, I work part time in IT while looking for a full time job. I'm very laid back, I am attached to my space and respect other people privacy, whilst also enjoying socialising with housemates when possible. I'm looking for a quiet house with reasonable and zero drama flatmates. I enjoy cooking, so a nice kitchen would be a huge plus for me.
Hi, James here. Currently looking for a team up in a 2 bedroom apartment or studio around Wolli Creek, Hurstville or St. Peters. I am clean, organised, responsible and looks after his place well.
