Hey! I’m Liv, I’m 21 and I’m currently in need of a new pad as my awesome housemate is unfortunately moving to Sydney and is giving up the place we’re staying in at the moment. I'm wanting to move hopefully before the end of November and I'm flexible with stay lengths. I work in The Junction making Newy's best doughnuts and also study online. I love to get out and about whether it’s to the beach, the gym or to get a coffee with some friends. I’m quite a social person, I definitely enjoy the occasional night out for drinks on the weekend when my work schedule allows me to and I'm always up for a chat but also know that personal space is important as I definitely enjoy mine sometimes!
I am an international student of UON, I’m looking for a bedroom rental near the train from CBD to Broadmeadow or close to new space campus. I want to move in late November /early December. easy-going, clean, quiet My maximum budget is 200. Any information pm please, cheers!
Potentially looking for a new place to live, around 6 months or so. I work Monday to Friday, usually big days in the valley. When im not working, i like to keep busy, so im not often home. I keep things tidy, and tend to clean as i go. Dont smoke, drink occasionally. I respect other peoples privacy and things. Fairly chilled out, happy for a chat, or can just keep to myself.
Hey, my name is Caity. I am 23 years old and looking for a place to rent in Newcastle. I am employed full time in real estate and will be starting next week, moving from north east Victoria. I am very passionate about health, fitness, sleeping and living life to the fullest. I am caring, clean and respect personal privacy. I have had a few room mates in the past so I know what it’s like and when to give personal space. I like to hold a conversation and have a good time, I also love a cheeky wine after work. I have all furniture for my bedroom and also other furniture and white goods for the kitchen, lounge room and laundry. I have a Pug x Shitzu puppy named Lou Lou, that is very friendly and house trained, she is a bit sassy but she loves a cuddle.
Hi, I work as an engineer. i am easy going person and like to keep things tidy and respectful. I am pretty quite during the week. While on the weekend i try to make the most of great weather or enjoying a drink.
Hi everyone, I'm Konrad, - I am a young professional - Pretty social - Clean and Organised - Just moved to Newcastle from Brisbane - Like my own space but also like a social drink and a chat Looking for a place with some good people to share with.
23 years old, considering moving to Newcastle in the new year for a work opportunity. Would be working very early mornings (4-10 am) and therefore pretty easy to live with as I will either be at work or at home asleep! Have two cheeky cats that would be coming with me :)
Hello, my name is Caleb and I am a 25 year old male. I am about to start a new job as an electrical engineer in honeysuckle. In have spent the last two and a half years doing seasonal work in Canada and Australia. The last couple of seasons I have been full time ski patrol (mountain rescue if you are not familiar with the term ski patrol). At the moment I spend my free time rock climbing, running and playing guitar and piano. I am relatively tidy person but not what I would call a clean freak. For example I don't like having dirty dishes left on the bench overnight but on the other hand I don't vacuume very often. I am looking for room mates who don't mind having dinner and watching tv together. I enjoy the occasional party and enjoy having music playing most of the time but I don't want to live in a party house where there is regularly drunk late night shenanigans. I don't have any pets but I don't mind living with pets.
Hey! I'm Claire, I'm 22 and a recent uni graduate working in the fascinating realm that is city planning. I've recently come back from a four month grad trip, and I love all things trivia, geography and alt-rock related. I’m easygoing and sporty, and will not turn down an opportunity to go exploring. In housemates I look for people who like to have a chat (about anything and nothing in particular), and are happy to socialise or play a board game/ watch a movie from time to time. That being said, I'd also like housemates who respect my space when it's needed too. Happy to discuss :)
Hi everyone! My name is Zahra, I'm 21yrs old, studying floristry and working hospo in the mean time. I'm looking for a new place to live, preferably around or under $150 but up to $200 a week. I moved out to Wallsend with housemates from my previous location but I don't drive and find this area makes it difficult for me to get to Sydney for my classes + work and the shops. I'm open to moving anywhere closer in to Newcastle and can move in whenever suits you (with a week or 2 notice). I have a 3yo cat with me as well, his name is Kitty. He's super friendly, he really loves new people. I'm a very clean person, I enjoy keeping things tidy and am capable of cooking, cleaning and looking after myself and my cat. I tend to be quiet because I spend a lot of time doing my own thing be it study, work or just relaxing, but I'd really love to move into a home where I can consider my housemates my friends. Please contact me if I sound like a suitable housemate or you're interested in teaming up for a new place!
