I am a Scottish engineer working in Dandenong South on the MFU Project. My girlfriend, Huong, is a full time student. We are clean, responsible, and quiet. Up for a chat, some homemade Vietnamese food and the occasion drink as well. Cheers
Hello future house mate(s), my name is Juben ,30, masters student in software development. Well I guess your right, I am currently looking for accommodation (somewhere I can call home), amongst awesome people in this great city of Melbourne, I am a student at Deakin university and a part time disability worker (so to makes me reliable with rent and other bills). I like to think of my self as a neat individual, especially on the weekends outside school and work time (yes, you can say I'm almost a mile away from an OCD individual). I am so particular about cleaning after myself, with more clean-ups there after. I love music, any genre is fine by me, as long as it sounds good, socialising when I have the time (outings or just hanging out with other house mates if they are available). So if my profile interests you, and you feel we can make an awesome team or you have a spare room available in your house . Hit Me Up!!!
I am currently a first year student at Melbourne Uni doing a Bachelor of Science, majoring in maths and IT. I am a mostly quiet person, though I never shy away from talking and getting to know people. I take pride in keeping organised and in keeping my room clean too. Other than that, most of the time I will probably be studying, but I do have hobbies that I balance it out with such as bike riding, going to see the movies or just catching up with friends :).
Hi, I am 21 yrs old student studying and working all weekdays. Have some leisure time over the weekend. I am a swimmer and shopaholic. I am very neat and tidy person and easy to communicate with.. Looking somewhere to stay where people respect individual space as well and get along too to have some good talk and going out often.
Hello! My name is Alex and I'm a 17 year old student. I currently live in the Casey area but I am happy to live anywhere in the south east of Victoria. I am a quiet and hard working person, i have a steady income and im entirely independant.
Friendly and pleasant to talk to, but I also like my quiet time and I enjoy my own company. I'm on a steady fixed Disability support pension so I'd ideally love to keep rent at less than $180 per week, including bills (somewhat negotiable) so that I can meet my budget goals as I'm currently saving for a car. I would prefer somewhere I can maintain some privacy such as renting a bedroom with an ensuite/own bathroom, or a granny flat for example, in a quiet, friendly home. I'm neat, clean and polite. I am currently renting in Bright, Victoria, I just gave my 28 day notice to vacate so I would like to be settled in a new place by end of November if I can, and am flexible of duration of stay. My real estate will be more than happy to provide a great reference, I have not been late once with rent, and given them no trouble as a tenant. Can provide older references too. I enjoy reading, some gardening, spending time with family and my cat. I will be busy several days a week helping my sister with her child while she is at work. I love movies, music and cooking/baking. My cat Bear is 6 and she is very timid, and keeps to my room or the yard, so if possible I'd love to live somewhere that doesn't have other dogs/cats as Bear is a real scaredy cat! I'm also happy to sign a Pet Agreement. I'm an outside smoker and am happy to have further discussion or for you to ask any questions about my situation, your expectations etc. Thank you.
Hey guys, I'm a full-time biology student based in Brisbane with my partner, Kieran who is an engineer. Only recently he has been put on a work placement in Melbourne for a mere two months. I realize that's probably not a time period any of you would look to rent out your place compared to a longterm tenant where you wouldn't have the hassle of finding someone new only shortly after they moved in. However, we are a quiet couple, that doesn't party, would take good care of your place and genuinely just wants to find a cozy, tidy place we can call home for the time away from home. It doesn't have to be big, we'd just like our own little place, preferably with a full working kitchen as we love to cook delicious meals after a long day of work. I'd love to hear from any of you out there, that's got space and heart enough to take us in for that annoyingly short time. Thanks and best regards!
Easy going person, mostly keep to myself unless i get along really well with my housemates, LGBT+ & Gender-Fluid, i have issues living with "Aggressive" males, looking for a decent sized room in a friendly house, open to sharing meals & cooking for each other as a house unit, looking for long term stay.
Hey future roomie! My name is Katy and I'm 27 years young. Just a single, white female living vicariously through Seinfeld quotes. I work at Savers in Moorabbin full-time so if you have a 'shit shirt' party coming up or want to share my 5 dollar outfits then I'm your gal. Long story short, have been renting with my younger sister for 2yrs here. I came home after work on Saturday to find she had just picked up and left with her bf without telling me. Oh the betrayal! 😭 Thus desperately on this quest to find a new housemate asap! I currently live in a cute new little townhouse in the ghettos of noble park (corner of Corrigan and Heatherton Rd). 12min to Moorabbin 25 to Chapel street Trainstation & bus stops nearby around the corner. It has 2bedrooms, 2bath, shared kitchen/living. Ideally looking for someone easy-going, doesn't mind cooking together or having a binge sesh of netflix and such. My room can either be a bomb site or real organised but I do make sure the rest of the house is neat. But if you prefer to keep to yourself that's also cool cause I do enjoy my own space too. Potentially you could take over her lease because the balcony is really good for tanning in the summer lol but I'm also happy to try find somewhere closer to both of our jobs and such. Sorry for the novel. Hit me up if this sounds like your cup of tea 😊
I am a responsible, aware, considerate working professional. I have a great sense of humour and I'm very conscientious and respectful. I work full time as National Sales Manager for a brand of children's balance bike: "Balance Buddy". I also write for passion, working on submitting my first book for publishing in the immediate short term. I exercise a lot and am a devoted father to my gorgeous 5 year old boy. Ideally I am looking for 2 bedrooms, with a private bathroom, or at least a shared bath. I also have a beautifully dispositioned cat who is extremely gentle and well house-trained. I do exercise and yoga at home, so a little floor-space I can access would be very appreciated. And a little storage too. I don't have that much in the way of big stuff. Just boxes. I also work from home and on the road, but am used to having my desk in my bedroom. I am open to being flexible with my living needs too. So please feel free to contact me if there is something you think might be suitable. I prefer longer term arrangements. But am open to anything shorter. Thank you for taking the time to read this and considering us for your home. :) Mature, but young at heart, sociable and respectful of personal space. Conscientious and neat.
Hi, I work unloading shipping containers of wine in the Dandenong area an average of 25-30 hours a week. I am also looking to get back into repairing musical instruments for a bit of extra cash. I'm a huge music fan so most of my spare time is spent listening to music and practicing guitar. I use headphones and computer software to so you don't have to hear me practice. I'm also into comedy whether it be cartoons like South Park or stand ups like George Carlin or Bill Burr. I'm respectful, clean/hygienic, and mature person. I don't party, smoke or do drugs besides the occasional drink. My limit is $180pw including bills and preferably internet connection. I've been saving for a house for about 2 years now, so paying rent will not an issue. Anyway please contact me if you want to team up, have a spare room, or have any questions.
I work full-time and sometimes on the weekends as well, I'm easy-going and like doing my own thing most of the time. I rarely cook as I'm always out and about. I love listening to music and when I have time, love to travel and see the arts/music scene. I'm looking for an inexpensive place to stay before looking for my own place again down the track. If you're able to accomodate two dogs that will be a bonus but not necessary as they live with their other human parent. I'm willing to pay a little more if you can accomodate them also. I am a smoker but not a chain-smoker and I'm used to smoking outside (as I used to in my own home). I would prefer my own bathroom in a private lockable room that is within my budget. I'm a neat person who doesn't like mess and I'm happy to help around the home where I can. I love animals so if you have any it won't bother me at all. A location close to a train station would be perfect for me as I commute daily to the city.
